Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of advertisement, brand image and price perception on purchase decisions of Wardah lipstick products. This research uses a quantitative research. The sample in this study was 89 respondents using a saturated sampling technique with the criteria of 2020 management students from Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya University and had purchase Wardah lipstick products. The results of this study partially show that advertisement has a significant effect on purchase decisions. Brand image does not have a significant effect on purchase decisions. Price perception has a significant effect on purchase decisions. Simultaneously, advertisement, brand image and price perception have a significant effect on purchase decisions for Wardah lipstick products. The results of the adjusted r square test with a value of 73.6% where the independent variables in this study, namely advertisement, brand image and price perception together are able to influence purchase decisions for Wardah lipstick products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Celebrity endorsement and Electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on Purchase intention, as well as investigating the role of Brand hate as an intervening variable. investigate the role of Brand hate as an intervening variable. This research conducted at Starbucks in Bekasi City using a quantitative approach. quantitative approach. The sample of this study consisted of 100 respondents, with primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to consumers. data obtained through distributing questionnaires to Starbucks consumers in Bekasi through social media. Bekasi through social media. The data was analyzed using the SPSS version 29 application with classical assumption analysis, hypothesis testing, path analysis, and sobel test. The results showed that celebrity endorsement and e-WOM had no effect on brand hate. effect on brand hate, but both have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. significant on purchase intention. Conversely, brand hate has a negative and significant effect on purchase intention. As an intervening variable intervening variable, brand hate cannot mediate the relationship between celebrity endorsement, e-WOM, and purchase intention.

Abstract

The research aims to measure the performance of manage service project at PT.X which is run at one of the state-owned banks in Indonesia with a balanced scorecard approach. It was conducted by measuring the level of project performance against the four performance perspectives in the balanced scorecard, namely the customer perspective, financial perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and development perspective. The research is a qualitative descriptive research. The primary data are the results of interviews and observations, and the results of a survey conducted by PT.X project management which are used to measure the performance of the customer perspective and the learning and development perspective and the internal business process perspective. While the measurement of financial performance using data from interviews and observations and data processing. Informants at the research were project workers from the project director level to the team leader. Research results show that the overall performance of PT.X's managed service projects is in good condition but still cannot reach the SLA achievement target and project billing of 100%. On the customer's perspective shows the performance of "Good". The measurement results from a financial perspective show a "Good" performance where the project's financial performance shows that it is quite economical and efficient but not yet effective. The results of measurement and analysis of performance from the perspective of internal business processes show “good” performance with a note that the number of technicians is needed and the provision of backup devices is needed. The results of the measurement and analysis of performance from a learning and development perspective show a "good" performance with a note the need for OSH training for field workers and leadership for team leaders. Finally, the research prove that the balanced scorecard can be used in analyzing project performance and is able to provide strategic proposals with 4 perspectives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Diskon, Desain Produk dan Hedonic Shopping Motivation terhadap Pembelian Impulsif di Marketplace Shopee (Survey pada mahasiswa manajemen angkatan 2020 Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa manajemen angkatan 2020 Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya yang menggunakan marketplace Shopee. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan kriteria. Jumlah responden adalah 107. Pengujian dan analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa (1) Diskon berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Pembelian Impulsif; (2) Hedonic Shopping Motivation berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Pembelian Impulsif; (3) Desain Produk tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Pembelian Impulsif; (4) Diskon, Desain Produk dan Hedonic Shopping Motivation secara bersama-sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Pembelian Impulsif.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Persepsi Harga, Brand Image dan Live Shopping Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Skintific Pada Pengguna Tiktok Shop (Survei Mahasiswa Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan data primer kuesioner Google Form. teknik sampling yang digunakan nonprobability sampling dengan sampling jenuh (sensus). Jumlah sampel 109 responden pengguna produk skintific. Data diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26. Hasil dari penelitian, berdasarkan uji t (parsial) pada variabel persepsi harga diketahui tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pada variabel brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Pada variabel live shopping berpengaruh pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pada variabel Persepsi Harga , Brand Image dan Live Shopping berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembeli

Abstract

Huge business opportunities are created from tourism development in Bekasi. Bekasi is one of the buffer zones for the Capital City, which has a large population and a very high commuter population, creating a business opportunity for the tourism service sector. Thus, it is important to analyze further how entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial skills influence business Sustainability with self-efficacy as an intervening variable for tourism service entrepreneurs in Bekasi. This type of research uses a quantitative approach by surveying respondents who are tourism service entrepreneurs in Bekasi City, West Java, who are members of social media groups. Respondents involved in the study were 41 people. The data analysis technique in this study is quantitative data analysis, namely testing and analyzing data by calculating numbers and then drawing conclusions from the test by testing. a) Classical Assumptions, namely normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test b) Path analysis c) Significance test. The results of the study show that Entrepreneurship Education and Entrepreneurial Skills are very important in increasing Self-efficacy, which will impact Business sustainability.

Abstract

Gerakan Literasi Membaca (GLM) is an activity carried out to strengthen the sensitivity of lifelong learning by utilizing all the abilities possessed by the community. The reading corner is the use of a corner of space that is used as a means to bring books closer so that people are more interested in reading. The creation of a reading corner has a wide range of benefits, namely it is expected to be able to stimulate or stimulate the community to love reading. The activity partner is the Al-Quran Learning Place (TPA) in South Tambun. The problem that exists at the partner location is the lack of special infrastructure facilities that can be used as a forum to foster a reading literacy culture, the lack of reading book materials as a basic literacy media in this is the trigger for a low reading literacy culture. The solution offered uses the room as a corner of the reading room by providing infrastructure facilities to support literacy activities and conducting training activities as an effort to share information related to the use of information technology in supporting learning activities at the landfill. As a result of the overall activities, partners felt the benefits of the proposed program and from the results of the percentage evaluation questionnaire that was achieved 100%.

Abstract

Urgensi utama dari kegiatan ini yakni rendahnya literasi merupakan suatu masalah yang kompleks dan membutuhkan upaya pergerakan sebagai bentuk perhatian terhadap Indonesia. Oleh karenanya Indonesia perlu melakukan implementasi program Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) dengan tujuan meningkatkan dan memajukan kesejahteraan manusia. Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPA) dijadikan sebagai mitra dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pemilihan mitra dikarenakan terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra kondisi saat ini, diantaranya a) Minimnya bahan buku bacaan sebagai media literasi; b) Tidak adanya program yang dapat dijadikan sebagai media untuk menumbuhkan budaya literasi untuk mewujudkan pendidikan berkualitas yang berkelanjutan. Solusi yang ditawarkan yakni berupa pengadaan buku bacaan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan mitra, solusi kedua yakni dengan membuat program kegiatan yang nantinya dapat menumbuhkan budaya literasi di lingkungan mitra melalui mendongeng. Hasil dari kegiatan secara keseluruhan mitra merasakan kebermanfaatan dari program yang diusulkan dan dari hasil angket evaluasi prosentase yang dicapai 100%.

Abstract

The Community Literacy Movement is an initiative aimed at strengthening lifelong learning awareness by utilizing the collective abilities of the community. A reading corner is an example of using a small space to make books more accessible and encourage interest in reading. Establishing a reading corner offers wide-ranging benefits, as it is expected to stimulate the community's interest in reading. The partner for this initiative is the Quran Learning Center (TPA) in Tambun Selatan. The challenges faced by the partner include the lack of dedicated infrastructure to promote a reading culture and a shortage of reading materials as basic literacy resources. These factors contribute to the low literacy culture in the area. The proposed solution involves transforming a room into a reading corner by providing the necessary infrastructure to support literacy activities. Additionally, training sessions will be conducted as part of a knowledge-sharing effort to provide information on the use of information technology to enhance learning activities at the TPA. Overall, the partner has found the proposed program beneficial, with the evaluation survey results showing a 100% satisfaction rate.

Abstract

Bekasi is one of Jakarta's buffer zones where strong socio-cultural interactions occur. Culinary in a society is a reflection of the relationship between humans and humans individually, humans and society communally and human relations with their environment. One of the culinary delights that is very famous and in high demand is Gabus Pucung. With the high competition and business challenges of the Gabus Pucung culinary provider, this study aims to: 1) analyze whether there is an effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction, 2) whether there is an effect of consumer satisfaction on purchasing decisions and 3) whether there is an indirect effect of product quality through consumer satisfaction on purchasing decisions. Sampling uses a systematic sampling technique which is included in the category of non-probability sampling. Samples were taken of ± 30 people per district (12 districts), so that a total sample of 360 people was obtained as respondents in this study. The results of the study stated that the relatively high demand for Gabus Pucung culinary demanded marketers and culinary providers of Gabus Pucung to be able to continue to maintain product quality to increase consumer satisfaction, where this satisfaction has implications for returning decisions.
