Analysis of Politeness Values in Hanung Bramantyo's Film "Bumi Human" and Their Relevance to Character Education Values in Schools. This research aims to describe the principles of politeness in language according to Leech's theory which are obtained in the film Earth of Mankind by Hanung Bramantyo and its relevance to the values of character education in schools. This type of research is qualitative research, this research was carried out using a qualitative descriptive analysis method. Data collection techniques use listening, observing and interview techniques. The results of this research are the relevance of language politeness values to the value of character education in schools. Politeness in language is part of forming good character. When students learn to use language politely, they also develop attitudes of respect, discipline, and responsibility. Language politeness involves the ability to control emotions, express oneself in a good way. These values form good character and help students become better individuals. Apart from that, you can show empathy towards others. It is important for social life and healthy human relationships. Also develop good and effective communication skills. Students will learn to speak politely, respect differences of opinion, and appreciate someone's achievements. This is important in building healthy relationships and avoiding unnecessary conflict. In a diverse school environment, the value of language politeness plays an important role in respecting students' differences in culture, religion and background. Students will be taught to use polite language, respect the identities and beliefs of others. This helps create an environment that is inclusive and values diversity.
