Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has driven a transition from Web 2.0 to Web 3.0, where decentralization, user autonomy, and data security have become fundamental priorities. This transition introduces critical challenges in distributed systems, peer-to-peer networking, and security engineering, particularly concerning fault tolerance, data integrity, and resilience against centralized failures. Traditional centralized web architectures often suffer from single points of failure, making them vulnerable to cyberattacks and censorship. This study investigates the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) as a content-addressed, peer-to-peer distributed storage architecture that enhances decentralized web infrastructures by enabling immutable data validation, node redundancy, and improved resistance to system-level attacks. This study adopts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to examine the application of IPFS in developing secure and decentralized websites within the Web 3.0 ecosystem. Following PRISMA-guided procedures, recent peer-reviewed studies are systematically analyzed to identify architectural patterns, security mechanisms, and system-level challenges associated with decentralized web hosting. The findings are synthesized to assess the implications of IPFS for data integrity, system resilience, and fault tolerance in distributed environments. These results lead to the conclusion that integrating IPFS into website development represents a strategic step toward creating a more transparent, resilient, and decentralized web ecosystem aligned with the core principles of Web 3.0.

Abstract

The rapid growth of big data has significantly increased the computational complexity of machine learning models, particularly due to intensive linear algebra operations that limit scalability and efficiency. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of Randomized Linear Algebra (RLA) as an acceleration strategy for machine learning in large scale data environments. The research adopts an experimental methodology by integrating randomized techniques such as matrix sketching and random projection into standard machine learning pipelines and evaluating their performance against deterministic baseline approaches. Experiments are conducted on large dimensional datasets using multiple machine learning models, with performance assessed in terms of computational time, memory usage, model accuracy, and scalability. The results demonstrate that the proposed RLA based approach substantially reduces computational cost and memory consumption while maintaining comparable predictive accuracy to conventional methods. These findings indicate that randomized techniques provide an effective trade off between efficiency and accuracy, enabling scalable machine learning for big data applications. In conclusion, this study contributes to the advancement of efficient Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems by demonstrating that RLA can serve as a practical and scalable solution for accelerating machine learning computations in big data contexts, aligning with the growing demand for resource efficient and high performance AI infrastructures.

Abstract

Abstract: The natural disaster in Lancat Village caused significant damage to fisheries infrastructure and crippled the economy of local fish farmers due to the high cost of commercial feed. This community service program aims to accelerate economic recovery through innovative, independent fish feed based on the use of Campnosperma auriculatum (Terentang) fruit as an alternative raw material. The implementation method consisted of four main stages: outreach and data collection on damaged facilities, technical training on feed formulation, intensive production assistance, and economic performance evaluation. The results of the activity showed an increase in the community's technical skills in feed nutritional formulation from 10% to 80%. The use of this innovative feed significantly reduced variable production costs by 40% and increased farmer profit margins per harvest cycle. The success of this program not only restored post-disaster production capacity but also created a sustainable, circular economic model based on local resources. The transformation of the community from feed consumers to independent producers is a key factor in strengthening the economic resilience of Lancat Village against market fluctuations and future disaster risks.Abstrak: Bencana alam di Desa Lancat telah menyebabkan kerusakan infrastruktur perikanan yang signifikan dan melumpuhkan ekonomi pembudidaya ikan lokal akibat tingginya biaya pakan komersial.
