Abstract

The SMK Centre of Excellence program present aims to produce competent and highlighted graduates by the working world of its competent graduates can be superior to its discretion. This study is a qualitative approach. A qualitative approach is a research method that describes the object of research by the obtained in the field to obtain maximum results, this study uses data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation as a reference to obtain the desired results. The result of this research is (1)SMKN PP Cianjurimplement eight vocational programs excellence centers by cooperating with IDUKI, speakers from the branch of education department of Region VI, University of Bandung, and BMTI as the companion of vocational center of excellence. As well as using methods adapted to the type of activity. (2) partners who cooperate with SMKN PP Cianjur CV. Dejee fish, PT Suritani Pemuka, BBPBAT Sukabumi, BBPPMPV Cianjur, Pt. Aquatech Indo, Jd Grosir, Poktan Titipan Ilahi, Poktan Tani Makmur The form of cooperation between schools and partners such as link and match cooperation, teacher training, implementation of competency test, and absorption of graduation. (3)the impact of the vocational program center of excellence is the increasing number of teachers who have certificates, of Competence, Improve the facilities and infrastructure of IDUKA standards, can use the digital platform, and can increase partnership with IDUKA.

Abstract

Technological advances have brought significant changes to the world of education, including at the elementary school level. This article discusses strategies for using digital learning models to improve teacher competency at SDN Dewi Sartika. By integrating technology into the learning process, teachers' pedagogical and professional competence is hoped to increase significantly. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data obtained through interviews, observation and literature study. The research results show that the application of digital learning models, such as the Learning Management System (LMS), learning videos, and interactive applications, can effectively support teacher competency development. However, there are several challenges in implementing this model, such as limited technological infrastructure, lack of digital literacy among some teachers, and resistance to changes in traditional learning methods. To overcome these obstacles, ongoing support is needed in providing technological facilities, relevant training programs, and school policies that support the development of digital-based teacher competencies. In conclusion, the digital learning model is an innovative solution that can help the development of teacher competency at SDN Dewi Sartika. With the proper implementation strategy, this model improves the quality of learning and equips teachers with relevant skills in the digital transformation era. This research recommends strengthening collaboration between schools, teachers and stakeholders to ensure the sustainability of the implementation of digital learning models.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the curriculum management strategies implemented at SDN Puncak 2 in order to improve the quality of education. The research method used was a case study with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation, which were then analyzed descriptively. The results show that SDN Puncak 2 implements several main strategies in curriculum management, including student needs-based planning, collaborative learning implementation and curriculum evaluation involving various stakeholders. These strategies are supported by the visionary leadership of the principal, the commitment of teachers in implementing learning, and the active involvement of parents and the community. The implementation of the strategy is proven to improve the quality of learning, marked by improved student learning outcomes and more structured learning activities. This study concludes that a directed and systematic curriculum management can be the key to success in improving the quality of education. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for other schools in managing the curriculum effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The results of the preliminary study show that SDN Sukawangi 2, as a basic education institution, is faced with challenges in building an effective organizational culture. Various factors such as management, communication between staff, involvement of teachers and staff in the decision-making process, and interaction with students still lack the implementation of leadership that is able to empower all school members to achieve common goals. This research aims to explore how participative leadership can build an effective school culture at SDN Sukawangi 2. This research uses qualitative methods using ethnographic techniques, case studies, document studies, observation or observations. Based on the results of research conducted through observations, interviews and documentation studies, it can be concluded that the participative leadership implemented by the school principal has succeeded in creating a school environment that is collaborative, inclusive and supports an effective learning process. Active participation from the entire school community, open communication, solid collaboration, involvement in every aspect of school management, and participatory decision making.

Abstract

Noble moral education for Islamic Senior High School (MAN) is closely related to school management. Management refers to how the formation of noble character is planned, implemented, and controlled by empowering all school resources and educational activities in schools. However, the implementation of noble education for MAN students has not been fully realized. This study aims to analyze the noble character education program for MAN students. In addition, it also examines the implementation and impact of the program for strengthening noble character education for MAN students. This research uses qualitative research methods with case studies. The methods used to collect data are observation, interviews, and documentation. The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire. The technique used to analyze the data is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study were. First, the program for strengthening the noble character education of MAN students through scout extracurricular activities was carried out well. Second, the character education program implementation for MAN students through scout extracurricular activities has not achieved good service quality because of the assessment system. Third, the impact of strengthening the noble character of the MAN student character education program through Scout extracurricular activities has achieved its objectives; However, it can only be monitored when students are in school. Therefore, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah needs to develop SOPs to form noble character by supporting extracurricular activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji manajemen pengawasan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran secara berkelanjutan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan desain studi kasus, penelitian ini dilakukan di beberapa SMA di Kabupaten Purwakarta yang telah menerapkan sistem pengawasan secara sistematis dan partisipatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis dengan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan sarana dan prasarana meliputi tiga fungsi utama: monitoring, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut. Monitoring dilakukan secara rutin untuk mendeteksi dini potensi kerusakan dan melibatkan guru serta siswa dalam pelaporan kondisi fasilitas. Evaluasi dilakukan tidak hanya terhadap kelayakan fisik, tetapi juga terhadap tingkat pemanfaatan fasilitas dalam pembelajaran. Tindak lanjut menjadi bukti konkret dari hasil evaluasi, diwujudkan dalam bentuk perbaikan fasilitas, pengadaan alat baru, dan peningkatan kapasitas teknis staf. Seluruh proses ini mencerminkan penerapan fungsi manajemen klasik menurut George R. Terry, meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Tantangan utama seperti keterbatasan anggaran dan sumber daya diatasi melalui strategi kolaboratif antar pemangku kepentingan, termasuk komite sekolah dan mitra eksternal. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa manajemen pengawasan yang kontekstual dan berbasis partisipasi dapat menjadi model efektif dalam menjaga kualitas fasilitas pendidikan serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, adaptif, dan mendukung pencapaian tujuan kurikulum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam mencegah bullying di Sekolah Menengah Atas, dengan fokus pada studi kasus di SMAN 1 Banjaran dan SMAN 13 Bandung. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, mengacu pada model PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) sebagai kerangka analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, wali kelas, guru BK, dan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan implementasi pendidikan karakter dilakukan secara kolaboratif dan berbasis pada kebutuhan kontekstual sekolah. Pelaksanaan program meliputi integrasi nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran, pembiasaan sikap positif, kegiatan anti-bullying, serta keterlibatan teman sebaya dan komunitas sekolah. Pemeriksaan dilakukan melalui observasi dan kuesioner untuk menilai efektivitas program dan perubahan perilaku peserta didik. Tindak lanjut dilakukan melalui penguatan kebijakan sekolah, pelatihan guru, pelibatan orang tua, dan pembentukan tim pemantau. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan karakter yang dirancang secara sistematis dan partisipatif dapat menjadi strategi preventif yang efektif dalam menekan perilaku bullying di sekolah. Namun demikian, dibutuhkan penguatan evaluasi berbasis data dan sistem dukungan lintas aktor agar program dapat berjalan secara berkelanjutan dan berdampak lebih luas.

Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) was first discovered in the city of Wuhan, China at the end of December 2019. This virus spreads very quickly and has spread to almost all countries, including Indonesia, in just a few months. So that on March 11, 2020 WHO declared this outbreak a global pandemic. Covid-19, all business management systems, businesses, entrepreneurship are paralyzed, also in education, the management managemen system must change the way it works and the system can be used and run according to the provisions so that quality can be met. Some governments have decided to implement a policy for student holidays and start implementing online learning methods (online) or online. for several schools in each region. These schools are not ready with an online learning system, which requires learning media such as mobile phones, laptops, or computers. Teachers must ensure that teaching and learning activities continue, even though students are at home. The solution is that teachers are required to be able to design learning media as innovations by utilizing online media (online). The use of several applications in online learning is very helpful for teachers in this learning process. Teachers must be accustomed to teaching by utilizing complex online media that must be packaged effectively, easily accessible, and understood by students. In that case, how does managerial education in the education unit manage learning during the covid19 pandemic?, what kind of educational management is needed and must be developed? This research will be conducted at the locus at the Bhakti Kencana Health Vocational School in Subang which is a vocational high school with the health sector. so you can see what kind of management is being developed.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of strategic management in the development of SDN 006 Buahbatu, an elementary school in Bandung City, West Java, responding to institutional challenges in school planning and performance improvement. Using a qualitative case study method, the research adopts the strategic management framework by Wheelen and Hunger, comprising environmental scanning, strategy formulation, implementation, and evaluation. Data were collected through interviews, document analysis, and school performance reports. The findings show that contextual adaptation of strategic management—beginning with internal analysis of teacher capacity and external scanning of community characteristics—strengthens institutional planning, enhances instructional quality, and improves student outcomes. Notably, students' final exam scores increased by 20%, while student motivation and engagement rose by 75%. These results highlight the academic significance of integrating strategic management processes in primary education, particularly when inclusive planning and collaborative leadership are prioritised. The study contributes to the limited empirical literature on strategy application in primary schools by demonstrating a practical model for stakeholder-based institutional development. It offers both theoretical insight into context-responsive management practices and practical guidance for school leaders seeking sustainable improvement. Further research is recommended to examine comparative models across multiple institutions and to employ mixed methods for broader generalisation.
