This research is motivated by various problems related to the quality and relevance of Indonesian education which are the main issues. Indicators of quality education are marked by graduates who have superior competencies and are able to compete in the business world and industry for graduates from Vocational Secondary Education. Quality vocational education applying quality standards can contribute to the country's economic development, but it still cannot be realized optimally at the time of its implementation. Such conditions occur in SMK graduates in Indonesia so that the open unemployment of SMK graduates is getting bigger. It is interesting to do further research to find out why and how this happened and find solutions to the problems faced. Dual Based Assessment (DuBA) on the vocational skills aspect is expected to be a solution in ensuring the quality of skills at the Center of Excellence Vocational High School and Vocational Schools in general. In particular, this study describes and analyzes the "Daming Cycle" quality management approach from William Edward Deming, with its management principles approach which include: Plan, Do, Check and Action Dual Based Assessment in Improving Skills Quality at SMK Center of Excellence. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach through interview data collection techniques, documentation studies and observations at the research location of Pertiwi Kuningan Vocational School, West Java. The results obtained in this study The quality of the results of the DuBA approach at Pertiwi Kuningan Vocational School has led the school to become one of the Center of Excellence Vocational Schools in West Java so that it deserves to be a reference vocational school that has the obligation to carry out an impacting program on the surrounding vocational schools. The quality of skills in Axioo's Industrial Class has contributed to the decline in the unemployment rate for vocational school graduates, on the other hand, these graduates have been able to participate in driving the economy on a micro scale by becoming employees in various business fields and opening up entrepreneurial opportunities.

This research is motivated by the implementation of pedagogic competence development in general has not been able to improve its quality because it does not yet have a superior quality culture. This study aims to determine the implementation of the management of teacher pedagogical competence development in an effort to improve their performance. The theories in this research are: management theory, coaching (empowerment), competence, performance and six value systems. This study uses a descriptive exploratory method with a qualitative approach to the type of case study that focuses on one particular object as a case and makes general conclusions based on scientific facts. The results of the research in general have obtained an overview of the implementation of management of pedagogic competence development in an effort to improve its performance. Specifically, it is concluded that: (1) Planning for teacher competency development to improve teacher pedagogic competence has a 5-year program formulation and an annual coaching program. (2) The organization of teacher competency development to improve teacher pedagogic competence is prepared by the School Team, consisting of school principals, vice principals and heads of the Computer Network Engineering program. (3) Implementation of teacher competency development to improve teacher pedagogic competence is sometimes not in accordance with the programmed schedule/time and established procedures, as well as operational cost constraints. (4) Supervision of teacher competency development to improve teacher pedagogic competence has been carried out by the Head by recommending suggestions to teachers to make follow-up plans, (5) Factors that support teacher competency development to improve teacher pedagogic competence are good activity planning according to the program and objectives; high enthusiasm and passion for the profession. As for the obstacles in the implementation of the development of pedagogical competence include: a) Lack of competent teachers; b) productive teachers of Network Computer Engineering have not fully utilized the data obtained from the coaching; and c) productive teachers of Network Computer Engineering have not carried out their duties according to their duties and responsibilities. (6) Efforts made to overcome obstacles and obstacles in the implementation of teacher pedagogical competence development to improve the performance of productive teachers in Networking Computer Engineering are: a) maintaining communication always connected and monitoring more intensely, b) Principal recommending the results of coaching to the Foundation , c) sharing good practices of knowledge and experience with other productive teachers; and d) Utilizing information technology in the form of applications and social media to facilitate the implementation of coaching. The research product of the hypothetical model is depicted in a schematic diagram and its explanation.

The problem of this research is the management of quality assurance in private educational institutions that has not been maximized. The purposes of this research are (1) planning, (2) implementation (3) evaluation (4) control, (5) development, (6) problems, and (7) problem solutions. The research approach uses qualitative. The results of the research in particular are (1) Quality assurance management planning consisting of indicators of vision and mission, objectives, programs, timelines, monitoring and evaluation plans, and follow-up has been well planned. (2) Implementation of academic quality assurance management in educational institutions. (3) Evaluation of quality assurance management consisting of indicators of evaluation objectives, evaluation tools, evaluation results, and evaluation follow-up plans have been carried out in accordance with applicable standards. (4) Quality assurance management control consists of indicators of control objectives, types of control, and results of control that have been carried out in accordance with SOP. (5) Quality assurance management development consists of development planning indicators, development organization, development implementation, and development evaluation. (6) Problems consisting of indicators of planning, implementation, evaluation, control, and improvement problems still exist but can still be overcome. (7) Problem solutions consisting of planning, implementation, evaluation, control, and improvement problem indicators can be handled properly

The role of universities is needed in preparing superior human resources who are able to compete globally. Universities must adapt quickly in preparing students' new skills and competencies to face these new challenges. In order to prepare students for increasingly rapid social, cultural and technological developments, student competencies must be able to compete in this global era. Link and match not only with the world of industry and the world of work but also with a rapidly changing future. Implementation of mbkm using a strategic management approach, namely organizing, operational planning, allocation of resources with indicators of preparation and allocation of budgets, and management of human resources. Research methods with a qualitative approach and case study research methods. The research was conducted at stt mandala and itg. Methods of collecting data by interview, observation and documentation. The implementation of mbkm to improve has been carried out but not all mbkm activities or programs have been followed. Its implementation will continue to be improved so that all mbkm policies can be implemented optimally. Higher education commitments in implementing mbkm with an understanding of the urgency and relevance of mbkm, kpi and clustering.

The importance of education in the formation of quality human resources must be followed by the development of the quality of education available in each region. However, until now the development of education in Indonesia is still uneven. One of the government's efforts is to issue a regulation that requires every Indonesian citizen to complete 9 years of compulsory education. So educational services must be followed by good quality educational services as well. This will affect the level of public interest in completing the 9-year compulsory education. The purpose of this study was to determine the current level of education services at the relevant education offices, to be able to respond to community needs and services in the field. By analyzing community satisfaction, the government can improve the quality of education services. By referring to how much the policies and activities of public organizations are needed by the community. Accountability indicators are measured by the ability of officers to achieve service results and benefits, the ability of officers to demonstrate the level of achievement of predetermined targets, the ability of related human resources to carry out service tasks and the ability of officers to solve problems in educational services.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah proses bagaimana menerapkan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian dari strategi kurikulum 2013 edisi revisi pada SMK IBS Tathmainul Quluub Indramayu. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dengan triangulasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data induktif. Hasil observasi dan wawancara yang telah dilaksanakan, guru merasa sedikit kurang setuju dengan diterapkannya Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh, alasan yang utama adalah peserta didik kurang fokus pada pembelajaran, serta mengharuskan orang tua peserta didik mengeluarkan biaya lebih untuk membeli paket kuota internet. Jadi, pengimplementasian kurikulum 2013 yang dilakukan hanya pada tataran dokumen kurikulum, silabus, RPP, dan program-programnya saja. Kesimpulan Impelementasi Kurikulum 2013 pada SMK IBS Tathmainul Quluub Indramayu menyisakan banyak hal yang harus dibenahi. Hal ini dikeluhkan oleh hampir semua guru yang mengajar di SMK IBS Tathmainul Quluub Indramayu. Dalam pembelajaran, untuk mensiasati kendala-kendala yang terjadi yang membuat penyampaian materi tidak sesuai target, guru mensiasatinya dengan memberikan tugas tambahan yang sesuai dengan materi yang diajarkan. Untuk mensiasati penilaian yang tidak objektif, guru memberikan banyak kuis agar guru bisa mengukur kemampuan peserta didik setelah proses pembelajaran berlangsung.

Technology is always developing in every generation, as is the case with modern times like today, information can be obtained easily through digital technology systems. Various advantages and benefits obtained by its users because it is more effective and efficient. This then makes digital service-based information a crucial need for society, so that the need for digital-based information technology is able to penetrate boundaries and space so that it can be accessed from anywhere and at any time. FTIK IAIN Palangka Raya has implemented changes from this technology and digitized applications to improve educational services to students. This study aims to find out what media/applications are used and how they are applied by FTIK IAIN Palangka Raya in educational services to students. The research used is qualitative with a descriptive qualitative approach and analyzed through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study describe that the media / applications used by FTIK IAIN Palangka Raya are SIMAK and Website. FTIK IAIN Palangka Raya students feel satisfied and very helpful from an administrative point of view on the educational services they have experienced. Tujuan secara umum penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran yang jelas mengenai pengelolaan laboratorium di MTs Negeri 1 Garut dan MTs Cilawu Nurul Amin. Tujuan secara khusus penelitian ini ingin mendeskripsikan tentang; (1) Perencanaan, (2) Pengorganisasian, (3) Pelaksanaan, (4) Pengawasan dan (5) Faktor-faktor pendukung serta penghambat dalam pengelolaan laboratorium IPA untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran peserta didik di MTs Negeri 1 dan MTs Nurul Amin Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode naturalistik, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, waka bidang sarana prasarana. Koordinator laboratorium dan Guru mata pelajaran IPA. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara obsevasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Kesimpulan menunjukan bahwa Pengelolaan laboratorium IPA di MTs Negeri 1 Garut dan MTs Cilawu sudah memadai dan dilaksanakan dengan baik. Semua tahap pengelolaan yang mencakup perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan telah dilaksanakan. Ini menunjukan bahwa Kepala madrasah, wakil sarana prasarana, koordinator laboratorium IPA dan Guru IPA telah melakukan tugasnya sebagai pengelola laboratorium IPA dengan optimal, walaupun masih menghadapi berbagai kendala seperti minimnya pendanaan terhadap laboratorium IPA.

Pendidikan sangat dibutuhkan bagi anak-anak untuk mencapai kesejahteraan sosialnya. Tak terkecuali anak-anak yang kurang beruntung baik dalam segi fisik maupun mental. Namun kenyataan di lapangan, anak-anak yang kurang beruntung dan berkebutuhan khusus menjadi anak yang dapat dikatakan mendapat pengecualian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana kepuasan public tentang birokrasi pendidikan inklusif beberapa sekolah yang ada di Kabupaten Bandung. Kebijakan pemerintah tentang bergulirnya pendidikan inklusif, adalah sebagai dukungan tentang pentingnya pendidikan bagi semua anak tidak terkecuali anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK). Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi permasalahan sosial anak penyandang Disabilitas. Pendidikan inklusi merupakan model pendidikan yang memberi kesempatan bagi siswa yang berkebutuhan khusus untuk belajar dengan melibatkan keberadaan mereka bergabung di sekolah-sekolah umum baik regular maupun swasta. Dalam hal ini bagaimana pemerintah setempat dan lembaga-lembaga sekolah, bagaimana sepenuhnya merealisasikan pendidikan inklusif berjalan di lapangan sesuai dengan falsafah “education for all” terselenggara dengan baik, sehingga anak berkebutuhan khusus dapat diterima dan dapat mengenyam pendidikan yang sama dengan peserta didik lainnya.

Birokrasi dapat dipahami sebagai prosedur kerja, sistem keorganisasian, dan kekuasaan untuk mengambil keputusan, saat ini aturan penyelenggaraan sekolah inklusif sudah digulirkan dengan mewajibkansetiap sekolah menerima anak berkebutuhan khusus terlibat dan ikut berpartisipasi di dalam kelas bersama peserta didik lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan prima pada anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) di sekolah regular penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif. Sekolah diharapkan memberikan kesempatan yang sama untuk semua anak. Metoda yang digunakan metoda deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dilaksanakan di sekolah Dasar Ibnu Sina dan Sekolah Cendikia Leadership Kabupaten Bandung. Temuan yang didapat bahwa implementasi pendidikan inklusif belum dilaksanakan secara eksplisit, baik berupa program tertulis maupun dalam pelayanan pendidikan yang disesuaikan kebutuhan siswa. Perlu dirumuskan program pelayanan pendidikan khusus yang lebih mumpuni. Indikasi hasil studi dibutuhkan sebuah rancangan pengembangan program layanan yang dapat menjawab masalah sekolah penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif dalam memberikan layanan pendidikan pada ABK. program pelatihan untuk guru dalam penanganan anak berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah inklusi sangat diperlukan dan memberikan dampak yang positif untuk baik untuk gurunya itu sendiri maupun untuk semua siswa tanpa terkecuali. Oleh sebab itu, program pelatihan yang tepat, berkesinambungan, berjenjang serta dilakukan secara konsisten akan meningkatkan efektivitas layanan pendidikan bagi anak-anak berkebutuhan khususdi sekolah inklusi.
