Abstract

The rapid expansion of the crypto asset market presents significant challenges related to market transparency, this study examines the influence of intergenerational training, information technology adoption, and generational conflict management on employee engagement in a consulting services company in Jakarta. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 250 employees via a structured questionnaire and analyzed with SPSS version 25. The results reveal that all three factors significantly contribute to employee engagement, with intergenerational training being the strongest predictor, followed by information technology adoption and generational conflict management. The study highlights the importance of fostering collaboration across generations, leveraging technology for efficient workflows, and addressing generational conflicts to enhance workplace engagement. These findings offer actionable insights for organizations managing diverse workforces in similar contexts.

Abstract

The purpose of study This For analyze How the use of e-commerce can increase effectiveness sale to generation millennials in the digital age. With focus on two variables independent main , namely e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies, research This will to study How factors the influence variable dependent , namely effectiveness sales . Data collection methods used in study This is methodology survey . Author use approach study quantitative , especially cross-sectional models, based on developmental models or growth . The target population consists of from 500 students from various campus private sector in Jakarta, with group target specific is 120 students from several programs on campus this . From the hypothesis First until third results calculations assisted by SemPLS that There is influence significant and positive , then Success in leveraging e- commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies depends on a deep understanding of market and consumer dynamics, as well as the ability to adapt and optimize strategies according to platform characteristics and desired business goals . Considering the characteristics and preferences of the millennial generation who focus on technology, user experience, and trust, it is important for businesses and e- commerce platforms to continue to develop relevant and sustainable strategies. This will not only allow for increased sales conversions and brand awareness, but also to maintain customer loyalty in an increasingly competitive and dynamic market.

Abstract

ESP is seen as the role of English in language teaching courses, where the content and learning objectives are determined by the specific needs of a particular group of learners. Likewise, English for Specific Purposes is a stimulus for students' needs and language acquisition relevant to the work they will face in the future. This study aims to find out the use and effectiveness of BOC in conducting the material of engineering class and values of the teaching program and the needs of students. The quantitative study questionnaire is spread out to 200 students. The result shows that 30% of students think that the Buana Online Course (BOC) plays a good role in engineering studies and 25% of students think that it is very important for learning in engineering classes. Furthermore, 30.70% of students agreed that BOC is effective and 26. 50% of students strongly agreed that applying BOC is effective in engineering research practice. These results indicate that a significant proportion of students found BOC beneficial to their engineering studies.

Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the impact of technology integration, work-life balance, and job stress on employee well-being within the art industry in Jakarta. Through a cross-sectional survey of 150 professionals, data were collected and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The measurement model assessment confirmed the reliability and validity of the measurement instrument, while the structural model estimation revealed significant direct and indirect effects among the variables. The findings indicate that technology integration positively influences employee well-being, while work-life balance and job stress play significant roles in shaping employee welfare. These results underscore the importance of organizational strategies and interventions aimed at promoting a healthier, more supportive work environment within the art industry. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of the factors influencing employee well-being in the context of creative professions and provides valuable insights for organizational leaders, policymakers, and practitioners.

Abstract

This study provides a comprehensive bibliometric and co-authorship analysis of the field of social entrepreneurship and the creative economy. By examining thematic clusters, research trends, emerging opportunities, and author collaborations, the analysis reveals key insights into the evolution and current state of this interdisciplinary domain. Thematic clusters highlight the integration of social entrepreneurship, social innovation, and creative industries, emphasizing their interconnectedness. Research trends indicate a shift from foundational concepts to the inclusion of entrepreneurial ecosystems, sustainability, and the impact of technology and support structures. Identified research opportunities suggest further exploration of synergies between social and creative entrepreneurship, enhancement of support systems, and assessment of long-term impacts. Co-authorship analysis underscores the collaborative nature of this field, while also identifying areas for increased interdisciplinary integration. These findings offer valuable guidance for researchers, educators, policymakers, and practitioners aiming to advance knowledge and practice in social entrepreneurship and the creative economy.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of research on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the technology industry, focusing on thematic clusters, research trends, potential research topics, and author collaborations. The analysis reveals that diversity and inclusion are central themes, with significant attention also given to gender diversity, equality, and innovation. Recent research trends highlight emerging areas such as accessibility, disability, and artificial intelligence. Potential research topics identified include accessibility and inclusive design, intersectionality, and the role of leadership in promoting DEI. The author collaboration network shows strong intra-group collaborations but limited inter-group interactions, suggesting opportunities for broader interdisciplinary research. This analysis provides valuable insights into the current state of DEI research in the tech industry and identifies key areas for future exploration to foster more inclusive and equitable environments.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of the Sharia Partnership Programme, sustainability management, and green technology use on sustainable economic development in Banten. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 170 respondents using a Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results indicate that all three factors have significant positive effects on sustainable economic development, highlighting the importance of integrating ethical financial practices, sustainability management, and technological innovations. The findings suggest that these strategies play a crucial role in promoting sustainable growth, offering valuable insights for policymakers and business leaders seeking to enhance sustainability efforts in Banten and similar regions. This study contributes to the theoretical understanding of sustainable development and provides practical recommendations for fostering economic growth that aligns with social and environmental goals.

Abstract

UMKM Kerupuk Kulit APHE mulai melakukan produksi dan penjualan produknya pada tahun 2008. Penjualan kerupuk yang dilakukan UMKM tersebut dengan memanfaatkan pemasaran dari pelanggan melalui mulut ke mulut. Namun seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi seperti smartphone dan juga internet, produk tersebut mulai lebih banyak dikenali. Kerupuk kulit produksi UMKM APHE memiliki kualitas dan ciri khas sendiri sehingga produk tersebut tetap laris di pasarannya. Meskipun begitu, untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk kerupuk kulit, UKM tetap memerlukan alternatif lain untuk memasarkan produknya, sehingga dapat lebih dikenal dan memperluas pasar dari UMKM Kerupuk Kulit APHE sendiri. Beberapa alternatif yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh UMKM Kerupuk Kulit APHE yaitu penggunaan platform marketplace atau media jual beli online. Hal ini dikarenakan kemudahan akses dan juga pelayanan yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh UMKM dari platform tersebut dengan tujuan untuk mmasarkan produknya sehingga produk Kerupuk Kulit APHE dapat lebih dikenal dan juga memperluas pasarnya. Penggunaan platform marketplace tidak hanya menguntungkan bagi UMKM itu sendiri, namun dengan pelatihan dan pengetahuan yang diberikan, maka karyawan UMKM juga bisa merasakan langsung manfaat penggunaan platform marketplace.

Abstract

Implementasi hasil perancangan alat panggang ergonomis yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kesejahteraan para pedagang ikan bakar di kawasan wisata Tanjungpakis, Karawang. Perancangan alat panggang ini didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip ergonomi, dengan tujuan untuk mengurangi risiko cedera dan meningkatkan produktivitas selama proses pemanggangan. Melalui pendekatan pengembangan teknologi tepat guna, alat panggang ini dirancang agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi kerja para pedagang, dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor seperti postur tubuh dan gaya kerja. Implementasi alat panggang ergonomis ini juga memperhatikan aspek sosial dan ekonomi, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi komunitas pedagang ikan bakar di kawasan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan alat panggang ergonomis telah memberikan dampak positif, termasuk peningkatan efisiensi kerja, penurunan tingkat kelelahan, dan peningkatan kualitas produk akhir. Implementasi teknologi tepat guna seperti alat panggang ergonomis ini memberikan contoh bagaimana inovasi dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi para pelaku usaha kecil di tingkat lokal, dengan potensi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan produktivitas mereka secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengimplementasikan perawatan alat pompa hidram yang digunakan untuk pengairan tanaman padi di Desa Karangligar. Pompa hidram adalah teknologi yang memanfaatkan tenaga air untuk mengangkat air ke tempat yang lebih tinggi tanpa menggunakan sumber energi luar seperti listrik atau bahan bakar. Dalam konteks pertanian, pompa hidram sangat cocok diterapkan di daerah yang memiliki sumber air yang melimpah namun membutuhkan distribusi air yang efisien ke lahan pertanian. Menurut Sudrajat (2011), Pemeliharaan atau yang lebih di kenal dengan kata maintenace dapat didefinisikan sebagai suatu aktivitas yang di perlukan untuk menjaga atau mempertahankan kualitas pemeliharaan suatu fasilitas agar fasilitas tersebut dapat berfungsi dengan baik dalam kondisi.
