Abstract

Manajemen risiko keuangan adalah bagian integral dari strategi perusahaan yang berfokus pada pengelolaan risiko pasar dan kredit. Artikel ini menyelidiki integrasi antara pendekatan manajemen ekonomi dan akuntansi dalam mengelola risiko ini, dengan penekanan khusus pada risiko pasar dan kredit. Kami melihat studi kasus perusahaan yang telah mengadopsi pendekatan ini dan menganalisis dampaknya pada kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Pendekatan manajemen ekonomi melibatkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang tren ekonomi makro dan mikro yang dapat mempengaruhi perusahaan. Ini mencakup pemantauan perubahan dalam suku bunga, nilai tukar mata uang, indeks saham, dan faktor-faktor eksternal lainnya yang dapat berdampak pada risiko pasar. Di sisi lain, pendekatan manajemen akuntansi fokus pada analisis laporan keuangan perusahaan dan penilaian kualitas kredit pihak ketiga. Integrasi kedua pendekatan ini memungkinkan perusahaan untuk lebih efektif mengidentifikasi, mengukur, dan mengelola risiko pasar dan kredit. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan yang mengadopsi integrasi ini mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam mitigasi risiko dan kinerja keuangan yang lebih baik. Artikel ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya kerja sama antara departemen manajemen ekonomi dan akuntansi dalam mengelola risiko keuangan. Kami juga membahas implikasi praktis dari pendekatan ini dalam konteks perusahaan-perusahaan lain yang berencana untuk mengadopsi strategi manajemen risiko yang serupa.

Abstract

Kinerja Supply Chain Management (SCM) merupakan elemen kritis dalam menjaga daya saing perusahaan di lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis. Artikel jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja SCM, mengidentifikasi determinan utama, dan memberikan wawasan mendalam terhadap dinamika yang berkaitan. Artikel ini dimulai dengan merinci pentingnya kinerja SCM dalam konteks ekonomi global yang terus berubah. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja SCM, seperti manajemen rantai pasokan, teknologi informasi, kolaborasi mitra bisnis, dan keberlanjutan, menjadi fokus utama analisis. Analisis mendalam terhadap manajemen rantai pasokan mencakup aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian proses logistik. Peran teknologi informasi dalam meningkatkan visibilitas dan efisiensi operasional SCM menjadi titik sentral dalam evaluasi. Selanjutnya, keterlibatan dan kolaborasi dengan mitra bisnis dieksplorasi sebagai faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja SCM. Studi kasus dan penelitian empiris digunakan untuk mengilustrasikan dampak nyata dari penerapan praktik terbaik dalam konteks industri yang berbeda. Dalam konteks keberlanjutan, artikel ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana strategi keberlanjutan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan ketahanan rantai pasokan. Evaluasi dampak lingkungan, sosial, dan ekonomi dari praktik SCM yang berkelanjutan menjadi perhatian utama. Temuan dari analisis ini memberikan wawasan yang mendalam tentang faktor-faktor yang krusial dalam meningkatkan kinerja SCM. Rekomendasi termasuk peningkatan investasi dalam teknologi, penguatan kolaborasi mitra bisnis, dan integrasi strategi keberlanjutan dalam manajemen rantai pasokan. Sebagai kesimpulan, artikel ini menyumbangkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang kompleksitas faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja SCM. Dalam menghadapi tantangan pasar global, pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap elemen-elemen kritis ini menjadi landasan untuk pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dalam pengelolaan rantai pasokan yang efektif.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas penerapan teknologi blockchain dalam manajemen rantai pasokan untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan keamanan. Rantai pasokan modern memerlukan solusi inovatif untuk mengatasi tantangan kompleksitas dan risiko yang terkait dengan proses distribusi. Teknologi blockchain menawarkan potensi untuk merevolusi sistem ini dengan memberikan transparansi yang lebih besar dan lapisan keamanan yang lebih tinggi. Penggunaan blockchain dalam manajemen rantai pasokan dapat meningkatkan transparansi dengan menyediakan bukti otentik dari setiap transaksi yang terjadi. Dengan catatan terdesentralisasi yang dapat diakses oleh semua pihak terkait, informasi mengenai asal-usul, status, dan pergerakan produk dapat diperoleh dengan cepat dan akurat. Hal ini tidak hanya memfasilitasi pelacakan real-time tetapi juga memungkinkan identifikasi lebih cepat terhadap anomali atau masalah dalam rantai pasokan. Keamanan juga menjadi fokus utama dalam artikel ini. Blockchain menggunakan kriptografi untuk mengamankan setiap blok transaksi, menciptakan jaringan yang sulit diubah atau dicurangi. Dengan demikian, risiko manipulasi data atau serangan siber dapat dikurangi secara signifikan. Dalam konteks rantai pasokan, hal ini penting untuk melindungi integritas informasi terkait dengan inventaris, pembayaran, dan kontrak. Penerapan teknologi blockchain dalam manajemen rantai pasokan diharapkan dapat membantu mengoptimalkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi biaya, dan meningkatkan kepercayaan antara pihak-pihak yang terlibat. Artikel ini menyajikan analisis mendalam terhadap manfaat dan tantangan implementasi blockchain dalam konteks rantai pasokan, sambil menyoroti potensi dampak positifnya terhadap industri secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Artikel jurnal ini berjudul "Evaluasi Pengaruh Faktor-faktor terhadap Kinerja Supply Chain Management: Suatu Pendekatan Analisis" bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dinamika kompleks yang memengaruhi kinerja manajemen rantai pasok (Supply Chain Management/SCM). Dengan menerapkan kerangka analisis yang komprehensif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai berbagai faktor yang berkontribusi pada efisiensi dan efektivitas praktik SCM. Dengan mengevaluasi faktor-faktor ini secara bersamaan, penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan wawasan berharga untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja rantai pasok dan mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh sistem rantai pasok kontemporer. Analisis ini mencakup berbagai faktor kritis, termasuk kemajuan teknologi, struktur organisasi, hubungan dengan pemasok, dan akurasi ramalan permintaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk mengkaji interaksi elemen-elemen tersebut dan dampak kumulatifnya terhadap metrik kinerja SCM. Dengan mengadopsi perspektif holistik, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang hubungan kompleks dalam jaringan rantai pasok dan menyoroti area-area yang perlu perbaikan.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of transformational leadership, work environment, and work-life balance on employee job satisfaction within the manufacturing industry in the Surabaya region. A quantitative research design employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis was utilized to analyze data collected from 160 employees across various manufacturing sectors. The findings reveal significant positive relationships between transformational leadership, work environment, work-life balance, and employee job satisfaction. Transformational leadership emerged as a key predictor of employee job satisfaction, emphasizing the importance of visionary leadership in fostering a positive work culture. Additionally, a supportive work environment and satisfactory work-life balance were found to significantly impact employee satisfaction. These findings underscore the interconnectedness of organizational factors in shaping employee perceptions and experiences within the manufacturing industry. The study contributes to both theoretical understanding and practical implications for organizational management and human resource practices, providing insights for enhancing employee satisfaction and organizational success in the Surabaya manufacturing context.

Abstract

This bibliometric analysis explores the evolving landscape of conflict management research across various dimensions, including thematic clusters, research trends, emerging opportunities, and author collaborations. Utilizing VOSviewer for visual mapping, the study identifies key themes such as leadership styles, resolution processes, and personal traits like gender and professional roles that dominate the discourse. A longitudinal analysis from 2002 to 2010 highlights a pivotal shift from foundational conflict management concepts towards addressing broader societal impacts and understanding the economic ramifications of conflict. Opportunities for future research were pinpointed in underexplored areas such as ethnic conflicts, the costs associated with conflict, and the roles of power in achieving peace. The author collaboration network, though sparse, reveals central figures that could drive further interdisciplinary studies. This study not only maps the current state of conflict management research but also sets the stage for future explorations that could bridge theoretical gaps and enhance practical applications.

Abstract

Nowadays, global warming is a tremendous phenomena in the world. Every country trying to solve these conditions, including Indonesia that has a campaign to reduce the emission of CO and HC from vehicles. However, the number of vehicles is increasing every year. Based on that condition, the researchers are trying to modify the fuel with the additive. This work modified the gasoline with 10% ethanol additive addition and investigated the viscosity properties using Stokes law linear regression method and compared to pure gasoline. The viscosity properties are chosen by their effect on emission of vehicles. A low viscosity of fuel can reduce CO and HC in gas emission. Then, this work was finding that the viscosity of gasoline is decreased, but 10% of ethanol does not significantly change the characteristics of gasoline. Even so, the linear regression has successfully used as an analyzed method to determined the viscosity. Then, this finding also contributes to development of fuel in Indonesia to reduce the emission of CO and HC with the modified of gasoline using ethanol in the other concentration.

Abstract

The use of press machines in stamping is an important aspect of the manufacturing industry, especially in producing efficient and quality components. This article aims to analyze the cost of the stamping process using mild steel SPCC-SD material measuring 200 mm x 25 mm x 0.8 mm, using two types of press machines, namely 80 tons and 40 tons. Through the cost analysis method, the total cost of the stamping process for the 80-ton press machine is Rp 16,417.4 per 10 pcs, while for the 40-ton press machine, it is Rp 15,028.5, indicating the cost efficiency of the 40-ton press machine is around 8.5%. The tonnage calculation shows that the 40-ton press machine is adequate for the blanking process, with a tonnage requirement of 4 tons, far below the available capacity. These results provide recommendations for the use of 40-ton press machines in the production of steel components on a small to medium scale, considering cost efficiency and optimal performance. This work is expected to increase productivity and cost efficiency in the manufacturing industry, especially at PT GA.

Abstract

Nowadays, researchers focus on developing catalytic converters based on activated carbon (AC) from organic waste to address environmental concerns. This study presents a preliminary investigation into the application of catalytic converters through the synthesis of AC from coconut shells, with optimization achieved through the implementation of fuzzy logic to ascertain the optimal properties of the AC, specifically the activation temperature. The fuzzy logic approach has determined that the optimal activation temperature is 950 °C. The effectiveness of this approach is substantiated by the successful synthesis of AC, as evidenced by XRD, FTIR, and SEM-EDX analysis. The findings indicate that fuzzy logic provides the most accurate activation temperature information, significantly impacting the AC structure. The resulting yield and bulk density values were 26.29% and 0.519 g/ml, respectively. Proximate analysis indicates that the ash content (4.332%), moisture (7.211%), and volatile matter (16.321%) achieve an FCC of 72.136%. The iodine number is a crucial parameter in evaluating the potential application of AC for the catalytic converter. The results demonstrated that the adsorption performance is achieved in 613 mg/g. In conclusion, the AC produced shows considerable potential for use as a catalytic converter. This assertion is substantiated by the successful evaluation of its efficacy in reducing CO and HC, respectively, by approximately 86.04% and 56.79%. To confirm the suitability of the catalytic converter for the vehicle. A series of dynamometer tests were conducted to verify the catalytic converter's performance. The ensuing test results exhibited a decline in torque and power values, yet these measurements remained within acceptable parameters for typical daily utilization.

Abstract

This article presents a study on optimizing Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding on mild steel (SPCC-SD/JIS G3141) with varying thicknesses of 0.6 mm and 0.8 mm. Automobile bodies commonly utilize mild steel with a material thickness ranging from 0.6 to 0.98 mm. The objective of this study was to ascertain the upper limit of tensile-shear strength that can be achieved by utilizing the specific parameters utilized in TIG welding. This study utilizes a three-level experiment and incorporates three input variables in the Taguchi experimental optimization method. The advantage of this approach lies in its ability to yield comprehensive outcomes while minimizing expenses, as it can be adapted to the resources available. An additional benefit is that this approach can be implemented in a multitude of industrial situations.The study's input variables are welding current, argon gas flow rate, and electrode diameter. Utilizing a continuous flow of argon gas of 12 LPM (liter per minute), a welding current of 55 A, and an electrode diameter of 1.6 mm, the maximum mean T-S strength of 3457.13 N was achieved. The ANOVA revealed that the flow rate, welding current, and electrode diameter had a per cent contribution of 50.07%, 26.89%, and 23.04%. The flow rate was the parameter with the most significant impact on the influential variable. The welding current and the electrode diameter do not significantly affect the response. The findings indicate that by adjusting the parameters to the optimal level determined by the Taguchi method, the S-N ratio for T-S strength increases by 9.30%, and T-S strength increases by 12.42%. The findings of this study offer a thorough comprehension of enhancing the TIG welding approach and can be further refined by incorporating additional variables.
