Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah melakukan sistematis literature review, terhadap 6 (enam) artikel model kepempimpinan dari jurnal international bereputasi, bertujuan mendeskripsikan, menyarankan bagaimana artikel tersebut dievaluasi dan mengidentifikasi kesalahan umum dalam artikel tersebut.Metode yang digunakan adalan Sistematic Literature review terhadap 6 artikel yang terbit di jurnal international bereputasi yang membahas model kepemimpinan di lembaga pendidikan menengah dan tinggi. Hasil review menunjukkan bahwa model kepemimpinan dari 6 artikel tersebut menunjukkan kesamaan yaitu kepemimpinan transaksional, transformasional, karismatik, birokrasi dan demokrasi menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja lembaga pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh insentif kerja dan asuransi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber untuk menjelaskan hubungan kompleks antara insentif, asuransi kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa insentif yang menarik dan asuransi kerja yang komprehensif memiliki dampak positif pada motivasi, kepuasan, dan kinerja karyawan. Insentif yang tepat dapat memotivasi karyawan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan, sementara asuransi kerja memberikan perlindungan finansial dan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri karyawan. Kombinasi yang efektif antara insentif dan asuransi kerja dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat, stabil, dan produktif. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya perusahaan dalam merancang strategi insentif dan asuransi kerja yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan mencapai kesuksesan bersama.

Abstract

Most definitions of leadership reflect the assumption that leadership is concerned with the intentional process of a person exerting a strong influence over others. The purpose of this research is to know the importance of the trait approach in an organization. In this study, we define leadership according to individual perspective and the aspect of the symptom that attracts the most attention. The research method uses the method (Library research) the purpose of this study is to find out the importance of leadership theory.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the concept of servant leadership and describe how this approach can build a sustainable and positive impact organization. The research method used is literature study by reviewing academic articles, journals, books, and other relevant sources. The results of the analysis show that servant leadership emphasizes the importance of creating a wider positive impact on society and the environment. Servant leaders consider the social, economic, and environmental implications of their decisions and actions. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya perubahan akibat berkembangnya teknologi, hal tersebut berpengaruh kepada perkembangan ilmu kepemimpinan. Maka untuk mengatasi perubahan yang tidak pasti diperlukan gaya kepemimpinan yang cocok, dikemukanlah gaya kepemimpinan adaptif. Hal ini karena kemampuan pemimpin dan pengikut dilatih berinovasi, sehingga penerapannya membuat semua anggota organisasi lebih siap dalam mengatasi perubahan yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana kepemimpinan adaptif bisa mempengaruhi pengikut, mengatasi berbagai masalah yang dihadapi, serta membuat organisasi bertahan dalam perkembangan zaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur dengan data sekunder, baik cetak maupun digital yang relevan dengan penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan ialah deksriptif argumentatif, hal ini melibatkan argumen penulis namun berdasarkan temuan-temuan sebelumnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan adaptif mengarahkan orang lain untuk mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi tanpa ada paksaan dari manajer tingkat atas, gaya kepemimpinan yang fleksibel membuat para karyawan mudah beradaptasi dengan cepatnya perubahan yang terjadi di era digital sekarang.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research. Data collection was carried out using the literature study method. This study aims to find out the characters who play a role in the theory of psychodynamic development, to find out the phases of development according to the theory put forward by Sigmund Freud, and to find out what personality theories exist in psychodynamic theory. The psychodynamic theory was discovered by Sigmund Freud (1856-1939). Many experts then took part in using the psychoanalytic paradigm to develop their personality theory, such as: Carl Gustav Jung, Alfred Adler, as well as other figures such as Anna Freud, Karen Horney, Eric Fromm, and Harry Stack Sullivan. The phases of development according to Freud are: Oral phase (oral stage): 0 to about 18 months, Anal phase (anal stage): about 18 months to 3 years of age, Phallic phase (phallic stage): approx. 3 to 6 years of age, latency stage: approx. 6 to puberty, and genital stage: occurs from the time an individual enters puberty and beyond. Personality theory according to Freud consists of three namely: id (biological aspect), ego (psychological aspect) and superego (sociological aspect). Psychodynamic theory or clinical tradition departs from two basic assumptions. First, humans are part of the animal world. Second, humans are part of the energy system.

Abstract

Adaptive leadership style is very instrumental regarding the problems and challenges that occur, these problems are both from external and internal factors.This study aims to determine the leadership style of Adaptive Leadership of a leader. This research methodology uses qualitative research, and the research method used is the literature study method. The data sources used in this research are books, scientific journals, articles and related documents relevant to the topic of Adaptive Leadership style of a leader. Data Selection Data selection is carried out using certain criteria to determine which sources are relevant and can be used as the basis for analysis in this literature study research. The results showed that the leadership style of Adaptive Leadership has a significant effect on good emotional intelligence, organizational justice, character and plays an important role in career development so as to create a conducive organizational atmosphere.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Psychodynamic Approach in the context of leadership. The type of research used is a literature study. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from literature reviews and websites related to the research topic. Conclusions are drawn by combining the results of previous studies with existing data and several literature references. The results of the research show that the psychodynamic approach in the study and development of leadership focuses on the dynamics of human behavior. Furthermore, the psychodynamic approach maintains the idea that psychological, social, and emotional processes between leaders and followers have a major influence. Abstract

This study has a purpose to explain a leader's transformational leadership style and work motivation. The research is qualitative. Data collection techniques include listening attentively and recording important information to do data analysis through data reduction, data display, and deduction through previous literature and study discoveries.

Abstract

Researchers believe that by involving an employee in a conflict within a company, more employees will turn over or leave the company (Sugiyono, 2019). Apart from that, employee self-control is also key so that employees choose to stay or leave/turn over from a company. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of Role Conflict and Locus of Control on Employee Turnover (Jonathan Sarwono, 2016). This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The data used in this research is primary data that researchers distributed online to PT employees. KAI is spread throughout Indonesia, totaling 300 respondents with a minimum criteria of working for one year (Abdurahman, 2016). This data can also be called primary data. The data that was collected was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0. The research results show that the Role Conflict variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Employee Turnover variable. This is indicated by the statistical results in table 3. The Path Coefficient shows that the T-Statistics results have a positive direction and are above the standard deviation of 1,960, namely 3,019. Apart from that, the P-Values value which indicates whether it is significant or not is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.002. This is because the more employees are involved in a conflict in the company, it makes employees uncomfortable and in the end they can choose another company that can make them more comfortable at work.. This means that the more employees involved in conflict in a company, the more employees will leave a company. Apart from that, the Locus of Control variable also has a significant influence but has a negative relationship on Employee Turnover. This is because the T-Statistics value has a negative relationship that is above the standard deviation of 1,960, namely -2,890. The P-Valus value in this study is also below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.009. This means that the more employees can control themselves within (Locus/Company), the more employees can do their work well and feel comfortable even though there are many conflicts and problems within a company. So the better the locus of control, the fewer employees will turnover from the company.
