Abstract

Sebagian besar, ragam kebudayaan masyarakat Pulau Madura mempunyai ikatan serta kedekatan yang begitu kuat dengan alam lingkungannya. Salah satunya bisa dilihat dari ragam jajanan pasar tradisional yang semuanya menunjukkan eratnya hubungan silaturahmi. Beberapa olahan makanan yang berbahan dasar kentang yang menghasilkan cita rasa baru tanpa menghilangkan bahan dasar utamanya. Salah satu cara pengembangan dalam mengolah kentang yang keberadaanya melimpah saat musim panen dan agar dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan maupun pendapatan masyarakat terutama bagi Ibu PKK. PKK merupakan mitra kerja pemerintah baik di tingkat wilayah, sampai nasional. Program kerjanya beragam dari kegiatan sosial, ekonomi, pendidikan, budaya, olahraga dan pemberdayaan perempuan. PKK Desa Potoan Daja potensial yang bisa dikembangkan untuk mendukung programnya. Dalam mendukung pengoptimalan potensi mereka, Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat Universitas Trunojoyo Madura bekerjasama dengan PKK Desa Potoan Daja, mengadakan pelatihan pembuatan pastel tutup dan jajanan yaitu churos yangberbahan dasar dari kentang dan tepunguntuk diversifikasi dalam menu keluarga, hantaran dan sebagai peluang usaha bagi mereka. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan kepada ibu PKK Desa Potoan Daja untuk membuat pastel tutup. Metode pelatihan diberikan dalam bentuk pemaparan, diskusi serta pendampingan praktek langsung oleh ibu PKK Desa Potoan Daja. Pelatihan di laksanakan secara onsite di Balai Desa Potoan Daja. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini telah menghasilkan produk Kue tutup pastel yang menjadi makanan inovatif dari olahan berbagai macam bahan yang bisa memberikan peluang ekonomi kreatif bagi ibu-ibu, khususnya bagi kaum ibu yang tergabung dalam organisasi PKK.

Abstract

Emotional intelligence (EQ) and digital leadership are critical elements in addressing the challenges of the technological transformation era accelerated by artificial intelligence (AI). This article aims to analyze the role of EQ in enhancing digital leadership effectiveness, identifying challenges faced by leaders, and providing practical recommendations for organizations. The research employs a systematic literature review method from reputable journals such as Scopus and Sinta, focusing on publications from the past five years. The findings reveal that EQ is vital in building interpersonal relationships, managing stress, and fostering an inclusive work culture even in virtual settings. Leaders with high EQ can understand employees' emotional needs, provide appropriate support, and create innovative and collaborative work environments. However, key challenges such as limited face-to-face interactions, reliance on technology, and pressure to achieve high performance require specific strategies to integrate EQ into digital leadership practices. This article concludes that EQ is not merely an additional skill but a fundamental element that can enhance organizational performance and employee well-being in the digital era. By effectively applying EQ principles, leaders can establish a healthy, productive work culture that adapts to technological changes.

Abstract

Leadership is the process of getting other people to understand and agree on what needs to be done and how to do the task effectively. In a company, of course, company leaders apply different leadership styles. Type of leadership style used by PT. Garindo Sejahtera Abadi is democratic leadership. This article discusses the implementation of a democratic leadership style in PT. Garindo Sejahtera Abadi, this article aims to provide comprehensive and detailed insight into the implementation of democratic leadership implemented at PT. Garindo Sejahtera Abadi. The research method used is theoretical studies, previous literature, interviews and field observations. The discussion uses theory according to Gouzali Syadan in (Suradji & Martono, 2014). Abstract

iTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuki mengetahui apa saja tantangan yang dihadapi oleh perguruan tinggi di iIndonesia dalam menghadapi era society 5.0. iSehingga melalui penelitian ini seluruh stakeholders di perguruan tinggi mendapatkan isudut pandang yang baru dan segera bergegas beradaptasi dengan perkembangani yang iada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review (SLR) dalam 6 tahun terakhir ini yaitu 2018-2023. iHasil tinjauan pustaka menunjukkan bahwai tantangan yang idihadapi perguruan tinggi dalam menghadapi era society 5.0 yakni pertama, i bagaimana supaya kurikulum yang idigunakan bisa menjawab kebutuhan di era society 5.0. Kedua, tantangannya yakni ibagaimana caranya agari perguruan tinggi memiliki infrastruktur yang memadai terutama dalam bidangi teknologi informasi dan komunikasii untuk mengakomodir pesatnya kebutuhan dunia digital di iera society 5.0 apalagi dalam proses ipembelajaran. Ketiga, tantangan dalam menyiapkan tenagai pendidik atau dosen agar memilikii kecakapan di bidang dunia digital dan kreatif. Keempat, i tantangan menyesuaikani kompetensi yang harus idimiliki oleh lulusan agar sesuai dengan apa yang dibutuhkan oleh dunia kerja imaupun dalami rangka mencetak entrepreneur muda. iHasil penelitian ini membantu imemberikan dukungan kepada para stakeholders di perguruan tinggi terkhusus para ipembuat kebijakan idalam merumuskan kebijakan yang baru serta beradaptasi terhadap iperubahan baru yang disebabkan olehi era society 5.0, sehingga perguruan tinggi bisa mempersiapkani diri supaya bisai beradaptasi dengani perubahan yang ada di era society 5.0.

Abstract

Informasi digital menjadi media digital marketing bagi semua aspek dan kalangan. Begitupun pada dunia Pendidikan, dalam memperkenalkan dan memperbaiki citra Pendidikan. Melalui digital marketing, calon konsumen akan mengenal dan mulai tertarik untuk lebih mengetahui Lembaga Pendidikan tersebut. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas strategi marketing untuk meningkatkan citra Pendidikan di Lembaga Pendidikan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dan Bibliometrik yang dilakukan untuk menganalisis hasil data berupa penilaian ilmiah mengenai strategi marketing. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik analisis bibliometric menggunakan software VOSviewer. Review ini menganalisis 47 artikel ilmiah dari database Google Schoolar selama periode 2018-2023. Hasil pencarian jurnal sebanyak 200 hingga menghasilkan 47 jurnal yang telah sesuai dengan kriteria yang di pilih oleh peneliti mengenai kata kunci Manajemen Strategi dan analisis menggunakan bibliometric telah mengidentifikasi co-authorship dan co-accurance, yang paling aktif berpengaruh di bidang ini. Studi literatur ini dapat menjadi sumber referensi untuk penelitian lebih lanjut tentang manajemen strategi.

Abstract

Mahasiswa yang memiliki status sebagai pekerja menghadapi tantangan unik dalam menyeimbangkan tuntutan peran ganda di bidang akademik, pekerjaan, dan kehidupan pribadi. Keseimbangan kehidupan-kerja atau work-life balance (WLB) merupakan salah satu faktor krusial yang secara signifikan dapat memengaruhi kesejahteraan dan keberhasilan akademik mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam hubungan mahasiswa pekerja dalam mengelola work-life balance serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja akademik melalui studi literatur. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan sistematis terhadap artikel jurnal, buku, dan hasil penelitian relevan lainnya yang telah dipublikasikan dalam satu dekade terakhir. Analisis difokuskan pada sintesis temuan-temuan kunci dari berbagai sumber tersebut. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat mengidentifikasi tantangan utama yang telah terdokumentasi, seperti konflik peran dan risiko burnout, serta strategi koping yang digunakan, termasuk peran vital dukungan sosial. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mengenai dampak WLB terhadap kinerja akademik dan kesehatan mental mahasiswa, serta menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi mahasiswa dan institusi pendidikan dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih suportif berdasarkan bukti-bukti empiris yang sudah ada. This study aims to examine in depth how working students manage their work-life balance and its impact on academic performance through a literature review. The method used is a systematic review of journal articles, books, and other relevant research published over the past decade. The analysis focuses on synthesizing key findings from these various sources. The results are expected to identify major documented challenges, such as role conflict and the risk of burnout, as well as coping strategies employed, including the vital role of social support. These findings are anticipated to provide insights into the impact of WLB on students’ academic performance and mental health, as well as offer practical implications for students and educational institutions in creating a more supportive environment based on existing empirical evidence.

Abstract

This study aims to examine Human Resource Management (HRM) practices in the context of hybrid work in developing countries and their impact on organizational performance and innovation. Using a literature review guided by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) protocol, this study identified, filtered, and analyzed relevant literature related to the implementation of hybrid work. The results indicate that hybrid work offers strategic opportunities for increasing flexibility, productivity, and work-life balance, but also poses challenges in terms of coordination, performance management, and employee well-being. HRM plays a crucial role in designing adaptive policies, creating relevant performance-based evaluation systems, and building an inclusive work culture. These findings confirm that the successful implementation of hybrid work in developing countries is heavily influenced by technological readiness, leadership quality, and HRM policies that are responsive to the dynamics of the modern work environment. This study provides a theoretical contribution by enriching the literature on HRM practices in the hybrid work era, while also offering practical implications for organizations in developing countries in formulating sustainable HR management strategies.

Abstract

Researchers believe that by involving an employee in a conflict within a company, more employees will turn over or leave the company (Sugiyono, 2019). Apart from that, employee self-control is also key so that employees choose to stay or leave/turn over from a company. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of Role Conflict and Locus of Control on Employee Turnover (Jonathan Sarwono, 2016). This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The data used in this research is primary data that researchers distributed online to PT employees. KAI is spread throughout Indonesia, totaling 300 respondents with a minimum criteria of working for one year (Abdurahman, 2016). This data can also be called primary data. The data that was collected was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0. The research results show that the Role Conflict variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Employee Turnover variable. This is indicated by the statistical results in table 3. The Path Coefficient shows that the T-Statistics results have a positive direction and are above the standard deviation of 1,960, namely 3,019. Apart from that, the P-Values value which indicates whether it is significant or not is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.002. This is because the more employees are involved in a conflict in the company, it makes employees uncomfortable and in the end they can choose another company that can make them more comfortable at work.. This means that the more employees involved in conflict in a company, the more employees will leave a company. Apart from that, the Locus of Control variable also has a significant influence but has a negative relationship on Employee Turnover. This is because the T-Statistics value has a negative relationship that is above the standard deviation of 1,960, namely -2,890. The P-Valus value in this study is also below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.009. This means that the more employees can control themselves within (Locus/Company), the more employees can do their work well and feel comfortable even though there are many conflicts and problems within a company. So the better the locus of control, the fewer employees will turnover from the company.

Abstract

Climate change has encouraged corporations to establish carbon emission reduction targets as part of their sustainability strategies. However, achieving these targets depends not only on technological innovation and operational policies but also on an organization's ability to integrate decarbonization agendas into human resource management systems. This study aims to analyze the strategic role of Human Resource Directors in integrating corporate carbon emission reduction targets into employee performance management systems and leadership Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This research employs a qualitative approach using a systematic literature review by examining various relevant scientific publications related to Strategic Human Resource Management, Green Human Resource Management, and performance management within the context of organizational sustainability. The analysis process was conducted through systematic literature selection, mapping of previous research findings, and thematic synthesis of concepts and relationship patterns identified in the literature. The findings indicate that the integration of carbon emission targets into organizational performance management systems can be implemented through sustainability-based leadership KPIs, the application of Green HRM practices, and the alignment of employee evaluation and incentive systems with corporate decarbonization objectives. This study contributes to expanding the understanding of decarbonizing leadership by positioning HR Directors as strategic actors who connect corporate sustainability policies with organizational performance management practices, thereby encouraging organizational behavioral transformation toward more sustainable business practices.

Abstract

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought about significant changes in modern organizational practices, particularly in data-driven decision-making and the enhancement of operational efficiency. Nevertheless, this development has also generated various ethical issues, such as algorithmic bias, limited transparency, and concerns regarding accountability. This study aims to conceptually examine the role of ethical leadership in directing the responsible use of AI within organizations. The study employs an integrative literature review approach through the review of relevant scholarly literature, involving systematic search procedures, selection based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, and analysis using content analysis, thematic analysis, and conceptual synthesis. The findings reveal that ethical leadership functions as an important normative mechanism in ensuring that AI implementation remains aligned with the principles of fairness, transparency, and social responsibility. In addition, the findings indicate that the success of AI governance is not determined solely by technical dimensions, but depends heavily on leadership capacity to manage ethical risks and build stakeholders’ trust. This study offers a conceptual contribution by integrating ethical leadership and AI governance into a coherent analytical framework, while also providing practical implications for organizations in designing AI strategies that are both sustainable and ethically responsible.
