Abstract

In forming an audit opinion, some aspects need to be considered by state auditors. This study aims to investigate the impact of integrity, independence, professional skepticism, and audit situation on audit opinion in the context of auditing state institutions by state auditors. Cluster proportional sampling was used to sample 52 auditors who worked at the Directorate General of Audit I, BPK RI. The analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling and partial least squares with SmartPLS 4 software. The results revealed that integrity and independence positively affected audit opinion. Professional skepticism and audit situations do not affect audit opinion. The results will provide input to the BPK RI in guiding the development of auditor competencies to improve the quality of audit results. This study concludes that auditors believe that when they demonstrate integrity and independence, the accuracy of audit opinion will increase. This is because, with these qualities, an auditor will have courage, honesty, and responsibility and will not be unduly influenced. Although previous studies have extensively examined the impact of these factors in the context of audit firms auditing commercial companies, this is a novel study in the context of audits conducted by state auditors for state institutions.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Spatial understanding is an important component in early cognitive development and plays a major role in mathematical reasoning, problem solving, and everyday navigation. This study aims to examine the contribution of bilingual spatial phrases such as di depan / in front of, di antara / between, di samping / next to, and di belakang / behind in improving the spatial understanding of elementary school students. The method used is a literature review by synthesizing journal articles and scientific books published in the last five to ten years that are relevant to spatial language, bilingual scaffolding, and classroom learning strategies. The synthesis results indicate that explicit exposure to spatial language strengthens children's mental representation of object positional relationships, while the use of bilingual phrases further enhances understanding through the process of mapping concepts from the first language to the target language. Interactive learning activities such as direction games, object arrangement, map tasks, and digital games can improve spatial vocabulary, reasoning skills, and student engagement in learning. In addition, the use of bilingual spatial language creates an inclusive learning environment, increases confidence, and encourages active participation, especially for students with limited English skills. Thus, the integration of bilingual spatial phrases is an effective pedagogical approach that supports the cognitive, linguistic, and academic development of elementary school students. This study recommends the systematic application of multimodal and bilingual learning strategies in early learning to optimize the development of spatial understanding. ABSTRAK Pemahaman spasial merupakan komponen penting dalam perkembangan kognitif awal dan berperan besar dalam kemampuan penalaran matematika, pemecahan masalah, serta navigasi sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kontribusi frasa spasial bilingual seperti di depan / in front of, di antara / between, di samping / next to, dan di belakang / behind dalam meningkatkan pemahaman spasial siswa sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan pustaka dengan mensintesis artikel jurnal dan buku ilmiah terbitan lima hingga sepuluh tahun terakhir yang relevan dengan bahasa spasial, scaffolding bilingual, dan strategi pembelajaran di kelas. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa paparan eksplisit terhadap bahasa spasial memperkuat representasi mental hubungan posisi objek pada anak, sementara penggunaan frasa bilingual semakin meningkatkan pemahaman melalui proses pemetaan konsep dari bahasa pertama ke bahasa sasaran. Aktivitas pembelajaran interaktif seperti permainan arah, penataan objek, tugas peta, dan permainan digital mampu meningkatkan kosakata spasial, kemampuan penalaran, serta keterlibatan belajar siswa. Selain itu, penggunaan bahasa spasial bilingual menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, dan mendorong partisipasi aktif terutama bagi siswa dengan kemampuan bahasa Inggris terbatas. Dengan demikian, integrasi frasa spasial bilingual merupakan pendekatan pedagogis efektif yang mendukung perkembangan kognitif, linguistik, dan akademik siswa sekolah dasar. Studi ini merekomendasikan penerapan strategi pembelajaran multimodal dan bilingual secara sistematis dalam pembelajaran awal untuk mengoptimalkan perkembangan pemahaman spasial.

Abstract

This study examines the dynamics of gender equality within campus politics by focusing on leadership, representation, and the experiences of women in student organizations. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research explores how social constructions, patriarchal culture, and representational practices shape power relations within student organizational spaces. The study employs Mary Wollstonecraft’s classical feminist theory, Judith Butler’s contemporary gender theory, and Stuart Hall’s representation framework to identify forms of subordination, negotiation, and resistance experienced by women. The analysis draws on previous studies, journal articles, and empirical findings regarding women’s political participation in higher education. The results indicate that women continue to face structural barriers such as masculine leadership stereotypes, gender-based division of labor, and limited institutional support. However, various studies show that women are able to establish more inclusive and participatory collaborative leadership patterns, playing an important role in strengthening democratic culture on campus. Furthermore, contemporary Islamic theological perspectives suggest that the principle of gender equality has strong normative foundations that support women’s participation in public spaces. This study affirms the importance of organizational cultural transformation, the strengthening of gender-based political education, and the mainstreaming of feminist perspectives in order to create a campus political environment that is more equal, inclusive, and just for all students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada tujuan dan sasaran pelatihan, penyusunan materi dan kurikulum, pemilihan metode dan strategi pembelajaran, penggunaan media dan sumber daya, serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut program. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya desain pelatihan yang sistematis dan berbasis kebutuhan untuk mengatasi kesenjangan kompetensi serta meningkatkan kinerja individu dan organisasi di era globalisasi dan digitalisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka (literature review). Data diperoleh dari jurnal ilmiah, buku akademik, dan publikasi relevan yang berkaitan dengan manajemen pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis isi melalui proses reduksi, kategorisasi, interpretasi, dan sintesis teori untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain program pelatihan yang efektif harus diawali dengan analisis kebutuhan pelatihan yang akurat agar tujuan program selaras dengan kebutuhan organisasi dan karakteristik peserta. Materi dan kurikulum pelatihan perlu disusun secara terstruktur, berbasis kompetensi, dan relevan dengan tuntutan pekerjaan. Pemilihan metode pembelajaran yang partisipatif dan berpusat pada peserta, seperti diskusi, studi kasus, dan simulasi, mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan dan perubahan perilaku peserta. Selain itu, keberhasilan pelatihan juga dipengaruhi oleh dukungan media pembelajaran, kompetensi instruktur, fasilitas, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan sebagai dasar perbaikan program

Abstract

Education plays a strategic role in developing high-quality human resources while fostering awareness of environmental sustainability through the integration of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) values in learning. This study aims to analyze the implementation of ESD values in the environmental aspect at SMA Negeri 1 Belitang, which was recognized as a National Adiwiyata School in 2023. This research employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The study evaluates 100 ESD indicators in the environmental aspect, revealing that 97 indicators (95%) have been successfully implemented. These include aspects of natural resources, climate change, as well as disaster prevention and mitigation. These activities have been integrated into the Merdeka Curriculum, both through classroom learning and school culture that promotes environmental awareness. However, there are still challenges, particularly the suboptimal implementation of disaster prevention and mitigation efforts. Therefore, the implementation of ESD at SMA Negeri 1 Belitang needs to be further improved to ensure it becomes more comprehensive, effective, and sustainable in the future.

Abstract

Sektor pertanian dan perdagangan Indonesia sangat dibantu oleh klasifikasi jenis mangga. Studi ini menerapkan Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) untuk mengklasifikasikan sembilan jenis mangga menggunakan gambar digital. Dataset dikumpulkan secara langsung melalui kamera smartphone, yang menghasilkan gambar awal untuk setiap kelas mangga. Sebelum proses pra-pengolahan, resize dan normalisasi dilakukan, dan model CNN dilatih untuk mengekstraksi fitur dan klasifikasi dengan menggunakan lapisan konvolusi dan dense. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa model memiliki akurasi sekitar 90% dalam mengidentifikasi jenis mangga. Di masa depan, sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu perkembangan pertanian cerdas dan membantu klasifikasi buah secara otomatis.
