Abstract

  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan menulis kreatif puisi menggunakan model cooperative think talk write melalui media gambar pada siswa kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 8 Singkawang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian kualitatif rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Hasil analisis data perencanaan pada siklus I memperoleh hasil 92,2% (baik sekali), siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 3,1% dengan hasil 95,3% (baik sekali) dan siklus III juga mengalami peningkatan sebesar 1,6% dengan hasil 96,9%. Hasil pelaksanaan pada siklus I memperoleh hasil 67,3% (cukup), siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 11,6%, dengan hasil 78,9% (baik), serta siklus III dan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 9,6% dengan hasil 88,5% (baik sekali). Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa pada siklus I mencapai 68,5 (cukup). Siklus II mencapai 72 (cukup), dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus III dengan rata-rata 76 (baik).   Kata Kunci: Menulis Kreatif Puisi, Think Talk Write, Media Gambar Abstract: The purpose of this research wasto know the enhancement skill creative writing poetry using cooperative models think talk write  through the medium of drawing on grade VIII B SMP Negeri 8 Singkawang. The method used in this research is descriptive method, with the form of qualitative research design of classroom action research (PTK). Based on the analysis, planning results can be obtained in the first cycle obtain the results of 92.2% (excellent). Furthermore, on the second cycle increased by 3.1% to obtain the results of 95.3% (excellent) and the third cycle also increased by 1.6% to 96.9% results. Results of the implementation cycle I get the results, 67.3% (enough). Furthermore, the second cycle increased by 11.6%, with the results obtained for 78.9% (good), and the third cycle and an increase of 9.6% with the result of 88.5% (excellent The mean value obtained by the students in the first cycle reached 68.5 (enough). Cycle II reached 72 (enough), and increased in the third cycle with an average of 76 (excellent).  Keywords: Creative Writing Poetry, Think Talk Write, Media Image

Abstract

Abstract This research is focused on the semantic field of terminology in paddy farming of Dayak Salako community. Traditional paddy farming is about tools and processes. A common problem in this study 'How does the terminology of paddy farming in the Dayak Salako community in semantic studies?'. The general problem is confined to four subproblems. Those are form of terms, components of meanings, lexical meanings, and cultural meanings. This study aims to describe the form of term, components of meaning, cultural meaning, and meaning of lexical contained in paddy farming terminology of Dayak Salako community. Based on the analysis, it was found that in terms of farming rice Dayak Salako there are 31 data, those were divided into four stages, namely seven terminology: one pre-planting process, seven planting processes, three pasca-planting, 14 harvesting processes, five post-harvest processes, and there are 21 terminology tools, seven terminology place names, one post-harvesting time period, and six terminology. Abstract

 AbstractThis research was conducted driven by the desire to document and inventory words and phrases in terms of fishing activities in the Sungai Landak stream. Problems discussed in this research, namely the form of lingual units, lexical meanings, cultural meanings and inventory of the term by using computerized linguistics Wesay. This research uses three methods including observation method, skill method, and descriptive method. Result of research of term fishing activity in Sungai Landak on Bidayuh language of Bemak dialect, (1) lingual unit form, divided into single word, derivative and phrase; (2) lexical meaning based on the category of noun appliance, result and activity verb; (3) the cultural meaning of abstinence with 3 data, consisting of abstinence, arrogance, not to mention crocodiles and myths with 4 data consisting of myths of misfortune, mythological ghost of water, mythical bird of bice 'keto' as nature marker; (4) an inventory by computerized linguistic Wesay, which produces a mini-dictionary related to fisheries. Keywords: Terminology, Fishing, Sense, Wesay

Abstract

Abstrak.Latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini karena saat berkomunikasi, terjadilah penyampaian pesan atau penyampaian maksud penutur kepada mitra tuturnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tindak tutur ilokusi dalam buku “Petuah Tanah Leluhur: Kumpulan Cerita Rakyat Kalimantan Barat”. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Bentuk dalam penelitian ini digunakan bentuk penelitian kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data ditemukan bahwa di dalam buku Petuah Tanah Leluhur Kumpulan Cerita Rakyat Kalimantan Barat digunakan tindak tutur ilokusi dalam bentuk arsetif, direktif, ekspresif, komisif, dan deklarasi. Tindak tutur ilokusi yang terdapat dalam buku Petuah Tanah Leluhur Kumpulan Cerita Rakyat Kalimantan Barat ini berjumlah 35 data dengan rincian 4 tindak tutur arsetif, 19 tindak tutur direktif, 5 tindak tutur ekspresif, 2 tindak tutur komisif dan 5 tindak tutur deklaratif. Kata Kunci: Tindak Tutur, Tindak Tutur Ilokusi, Kumpulan Cerita Rakyat Abstract. Background of this research is when do communication, it will happen deliver message or deliver purpose of speaker to his friend. The purpose of this research is to describe ilocution speech in Ancestors Religious Advice: West Borneo folk story book". Method of this research is decriptive method. Data form of this research is qualitative research. Based on data analyze result has found if in this Ancestors Religious Advice of West Borneo Folk Story Book is used as ilocution speech act in form of assertive, directive, expressive, commitive and declarative. Ilocution speech act that be found in this Ancestors Religious Advice of West Borneo folk Story Book amount of 35 data consist of 4 assertive speech acts, 19 directive speech acts, 5 expressive speech acts, 2 commitive speech acts and 5 declarative speechacts. Abstract

AbstractThe research on the pronouns' deiksis, place, and time on the novel Genduk Karya Sundari Mardjuki focuses on the description of the use of pronouns dexterity, place and time. This is in accordance with the formulation of the problem, namely: (1) How is the use of pronouns deiksis at Sundel Mardjuki's Sundel Genduk? (2) How is the use of place deixis at Sundari Mardjuki's Sundel Genduk? (3) How is the use of time deixis in Sundel Mardjuki's Sundel Genduk? This study aims to Describe the use of pronouns deiksis, place, and time on Sundel Mardjuki's Sundel Genduk and conclude it. This research uses descriptive and qualitative method. Sources of data and research data are novel Genduk Sundari Mardjuki and quotations or sentences that show the use of pronouns deiksis, place, and time. Data collection techniques used are documentation and data collection tool is a researcher as a key instrument by recording data that are quotations or sentences containing pronouns deixis, place, and time. Abstract

AbstractDayak Ntuka is one of the Dayak sub-tribes who live in the Nanga District of Sekadau District. Local wisdom contained in the unit of measurement in the Dayak Ntuka is a distinctive characteristic of other Dayak sub-tribes. Unit is a tool used to express measurement results, standard or basic size. Therefore, in Indonesian the unit of measurement used is gram, kg, ounce, ton, meter, and cm, i n Dayak Ntuka there are also various kinds of words which state unit length, number, unit of content, unit and weight. The unit of measure serves to measure the quantity of an object, the unit of measure also has the meaning and value that we can find in the Dayak Ntuka Language. The traditional unit of measure has a meaning that has aspects of culture and culture of the people who own the culture so that the traditional unit of measure is maintained. The study was conducted in Pantok Village which is a native speaker of the Dayak Ntuka language. This study includes terminology, meaning, meaning, and Indonesian language learning texts in the 2013 curriculum education unit. Abstract

AbstractThis study was latinned by the desire to find, form, meaning of leksikal, and semantic function, deiksis person, deiksis place, and the time in the form shrot story of Emha Ainun Nadjib. This study is designed to describe the form, the meaning of leksikal, and the semantic function of the deiksis person, deiksis place, and the deiksis of the time found in the form a collection of shrot story BH by Emha Ainun Nadjib. Researchers are using qualitative forms of descriptive method in doing this research. The data in this study is the deiksis persona, the deiksis of the place, and the deiksis of the time that is found in the short story. The source of the data in this study is 23 short stories in the by of Emha Ainun Nadjib. Data collection techniques in this study using a documentary technique. The instrument of this study is done by taking notes of data which are the sentences that contain deiksis person, the deiksis place, and the deiksis of time.Key word: Pragmatic, Use of Deiksis

Abstract

 AbstractThis research aims to describe the language acquisition of children on the cognition aspects of the ability to read the beginning of primary school children based on the level of semantic memory (SM) or the process of understanding the sentence. This study used qualitative descriptive method and used psycholinguistic approach to analyze the language acquisition of child based on the reading ability of elementary school students based on semantic memory (SM) level. This research was conducted at State Elementary School 31 South of Pontianak. The data source of this research is children aged 6-8 years. Based on the research that has been done about the language acquisition of child on the cognition aspect of early childhood reading ability based on the level of semantic memory (SM) or the process of understanding the sentence, only 1 children can understand the reading content of the given indicator. The rest there are 16 children who only understand some of the reading so as to answer incomplete indicators and 8 children who do not understand the contents of the reading so that they can not answer the question of the indicator incorrectly. The importance of the experience gained in the child's surrounding environment is one of the factors that helps language acquisition in particular against the knowledge of reading. Abstract

AbstractThe researcher chose assertive and expressive speech acts in the Bumi novel written by Tere Liye. The research aimed to describe the form and function of assertive and expressive speech acts and describe the implementation plan of speech act for learning in the schools. The research problem was the form and function of assertive and expressive speech acts in the Bumi novel by Tere Liye. The research purpose was to describe the form and function of assertive and expressive speech acts in the Bumi novel by Tere Liye and describe the implementation plan of assertive and expressive speech acts learning in schools. The method used in this research was descriptive. The research used a qualitative research form. The data source in this study was the Bumi novel by Tere Liye. Research result in form of assertive and expressive speech acts, there 92 speech acts. Pragmatics also examines the meaning of speech and the meaning of context and analytical approaches in linguistics, including context considerations in language studies. Future researchers can either choose other types of speech acts as a focus of research or choose other research objects when choosing assertive and expressive speech acts.Key words: Assertive speech act, expressive speech act, novel

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conductud because the writer found many violations of linguistic politeness principle based on the theory of politeness Geoffrey Leech in the Sweet 20 movie. This study aimed to describe violation of linguistic politeness principle in the Sweet 20 movie and to describe the implicatures that appear in the Sweet 20 movie. This research uses two qualitative method. Firstly, collecting the data based on the documentary method. Secondly, analyzing the data based on descriptive and analysis context method. The result of this research the violations of linguistic politeness principle in the Sweet 20 movie amounted to 123 speeches. The most frequent violations committed by the characters in the Sweet 20 movie were violations of the approbation maxim totaling 58 speeches, followed by maximal breaches of the agreement maxim to 31 speeches, tact maxim violations totaling 12 speeches, modesty maxim violations totaling 12 speeches, generosity maxim violations totaling 7 speeches, and sympathy maxim violations totaling 3 speeches. Keywords:  Politeness Violation, Implicature, Sweet 20 Movie
