Abstract

The low level of public awareness regarding household waste management is a major concern in this community service activity. The impact of poor waste management includes a decline in environmental quality, increased risk of disease, and soil and water pollution. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of the community in managing organic and inorganic waste through training and mentoring. The target community is Gampong Meunasah Blang, Ingin Jaya Sub-district, Aceh Besar District. The activity was implemented using a participatory approach, including education, demonstrations on processing organic waste into compost, and the formation of an independent waste management group. The results of the activity showed an increase in community understanding of waste management and the formation of an active waste management group. This activity has had a positive impact, improving the quality of the surrounding environment and fostering collective awareness among the community to maintain village cleanliness.

Abstract

Pectin is an essential polysaccharide that is usually found in the skin of various fruits and vegetables. It acts as a gelling agent and stabilizer in many food and pharmaceutical industries. This study focuses on the potential of grapefruit peel as a source of pectin. Pectin is isolated from hot grapefruit peel powder (albedo). The aim of this study was to extract pectin from grapefruit peel (albedo), and central composite design (CCD) together with the numerical optimization method of response surface methodology (RSM) was used to optimize the processing parameters, including temperature (60, 80 and 100 ° C), pH (1.5, 2.0 and 2.5 ) and time (60, 90 and 120 min) The findings show that the studied parameters have a major impact on the pectin yield. The resulting second-order polynomial model thoroughly explains the relationship between input and output variables and how the data is varied. The highest pectin yield was 28.45% at optimal conditions achieved: temperature: 100° C; pH: 1.5; and extraction time: 120 minutes. Temperature, pH, and extraction time have their own large impact on pectin yield which has a significant effect.

Abstract

The diversification limitation of exploiting tempe as an alternative nugget raw materials, substitution of meat and fish, and also to optimalize the very abundance resource, so it is necessary to do the right processing to the alternative food resource, which meant to give an additional point. Produce a liked product, also the adjustment of technology, and the cost that reached by the society. The aim of this reseach is to know the kind of glue material which can produce nugget tempe with the best chemical and organoleptic propertics. This research consit of 4 treatment; A1 (tempe nugget from bread powder), A2 (tempe nugget from tapioca), A3 (tempe nugget from sagu), A4 (tempe nugget maizena powder). Water convcentration analyse using oven method. Product was tested by organoleptic test (taste, smell, and tecsture). The result on water concentration analyse, that the smallest water concentration shown by A2 about 161,55% between from treatment A1 abaout 191,75%, A3 abaout 180,02% and A4 182, 45%. The result on organoleptic the teste of A1 product is the most like (75 %) between A2, A3 and A4 treatment. The smell of A2, A3 and A4 is the must like (67 %). And the best tecsture is all treatment.The result of this research is expected to give benefit in supporting the effort saking the alternative nugget glue material by using tempe which owning a high nutrition value. This research it is expected to find a kind if nugget tempe with the good glue, good taste and high nutrition value.

Abstract

The important reason is that botanical insecticides didn’t cause environmental damage and not harmful to human health. As we know, tobacco leaf extract is one of many plant extract that use as botanical insecticides. It can kill fruit fly (Drossophyla melanogaster) that suck domestic plant. On the other hand tobacco leaves extract use as wound therapy also. Those effects are caused of the chemical compound such as alkaloid, saponyn, flavonoid and polyfenol.The objective of this study is to know the impact of tobacco leaf extract to development of D. melanogaster. Beside that, we observe the effective volume that causes optimal impact. Therefore we mix four type of tobacco leaf extract on D. melanogaster medium. In this case we apply 10 ml (P1), 20 ml (P2), 30 ml (P3) and 0 (P0). Then we observe the mortality. Further the mortality data is compiling by F analysis and LSD.The result shows that tobacco leaf extract caused negative impact to development of fruit fly on all stage of D. melanogaster (larvae, pupae, adult). The most effective impact seems on P3. Hopefully, the result of this study might useful to farmer that use botanical insecticide especially tobacco leaf user. So, user will have more advantages, because it didn’t harmful to human health and environmental.

Abstract

The purpose of the Community Service Programme (PPM) is to find the concept of strengthening and regulating the function of Local Regulation Formation in the DPRD. The method used was in the form of lectures or presentations, demonstrations, and questions and answers. This method is used to deliver material in the form of legislation theory, apply the material, and provide opportunities for participants who still do not understand the material. The urgency of this PPM is by looking at the fact that legal products in the regions are not achieved according to the legislative target. Several new laws and regulations passed in several regions after the enactment of the Job Creation Law have been submitted for judicial review at the Constitutional Court. These are some of the problems with the Local Regulation Formation function. The weakness of the DPRD in carrying out the function of forming local regulations stems from the low level of initiative of DPRD members in the making of local regulations (legislative initation) and in the discussion of proposals for the formation of local regulations on the proposal of the DPRD (law making process). Optimal implementation of the legislative function of the DPRD must be supported by functional DPRD organs and a reliable supporting system as well as a blue print for strengthening the legislative function. The expected results are as follows: 1) repositioning the Council as a law centre. 2) strengthening the supporting system of the DPRD, 3) making a blue print for the legislative function of the DPRD.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pernikahan dini berdasarkan undang-undang nomor 16 tahun 20119 adalah pernikahan yang dilakukan sebelum usia 19 tahun. Regulasi ini untuk mencegah terjadinya resiko yang diakibatkan dari pernikahan dini. Diantaranya yaitu kasus perceraian, kekurangan gizi, kehidupan di bawah kemiskinan, depresi dan lain-lain. Semua itu diakibatkan karena oleh factor emosi yang belum matang dan belum siap untuk membina rumah tangga, sehingga tidak mampu mengendalikan emosi dan terjadi cek-cok dan juga tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan hidup dikarenakan hasil kerja yang didapatkan sangat minim. Meskipun pernikahan dini memiliki dampak yang kurang baik bagi kehidupan pasangan namun di lapangan masih banyak kita temukan. Kenyataan di lapangan saat ini menunjukkan banyaknya pernikahan yang dilakukan oleh calon pasangan suami dan istri yang berusia dibawah umur 19 tahun. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari banyaknya perkara permohonan dispensasi nikah yang masuk di pengadilan agama. Realita ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat kita masih cenderung melakukan pernikahan dini. Ada banyak factor yang menjadi penyebab pernikahan dini yang terjadi di masyarakat kita. Hal yang perlu kita ketahui bersama ialah bahwa pernikahan dini dapat merugikan anak dalam beberapa aspek, seperti ekonomi, kesehatan baik mental maupun fisik, pendidikan, serta kebebasan mereka. Menikah di bawah umur juga rentan terhadap kesehatan reproduksi dan tingkat kemiskinan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut di atas maka kami tertarik untuk melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di SMA Negeri 10 Banjarmasin yang notabene usia remaja dan sangat butuh mendapat pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang pernikahan dini. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini agar siswa-siswi SMA Negeri 10 Banjarmasin mampu mengetahui dampak pernikahan dini agar masa depannya lebih baik. Metode pendekatan pada pengabdian ini dengan metode kelompok,metode ceramah, metode Tanya jawab dan dokumentasi dengan hasil kegiatan adalah siswa SMAN 10 Banjarmasin memiliki wawasan tentang pernikahan dini, mengetahui berbagai efek pernikahan dini, mampu mempersiapkan diri untuk masa depan tanpa pernikahan dini, mampu menganalisis dan mengatisipasi apabila ada eksploitasi anak dinikahkan pada usia dini. Kata kunci: Sosialisasi, Efek, pernikahan dini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Pernyataan Standar Akuntasi Pemerintahan Nomor 07 tentang Aset Tetap berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerinta Republik Indonesia Nomor71 Tahun 2010 pada Kantor Desa Ujung Batu Kec. Pelaihari Kab. Tanah Laut telah dilaksanakan atau belumnya peraturan tersebut pada poin Pengakuan Aset Tetap, Penyusutan Aset Tetap dan Penyajian Aset Tetap. Metode analisis yangdigunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu deskriptip kualitatif. Data yang digunakan pada peneltian ini yaitu Buku Inventari Desa, Laporan Kekayaan Milik Desa dan Daftar Aset Tetap untuk tahun 2019,2020,2021 dan 2022. Teknik Pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini yaitu, studi pustakan, dokumentasi dan wawanara. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal PSAP No.07 pada perhitungan penyusutan aset tetap dan pada penyajian aset tetap pada laporan kekayaan milik desa, tetapi pada poin pengakuan aset tetap telah sesuai dengan PSAP No.07 Tahun 2010. Abstract

The rapid advancement of educational technology, particularly in vocational education, has opened new opportunities to address learning challenges in complex technical subjects. This study aims to analyze the needs and design Augmented Reality (AR)-based learning media for the Digital Electronics subject using the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model. The AR media is designed to assist students in understanding abstract and complex concepts in Digital Electronics, such as logic circuits and digital systems, in an interactive and visual manner. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) following the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Needs analysis results indicate that students face difficulties in understanding digital electronics concepts without additional visualization. Furthermore, both teachers and students expressed high interest in using AR technology to support a more effective and engaging learning process. PjBL-based AR media is expected to enhance students’ conceptual understanding and practical skills in Digital Electronics, as well as provide a deeper learning experience through applicative projects. By demonstrating this synergy between AR and PjBL, the study establishes a foundation for integrating immersive technologies into science and technology education, thereby enriching conceptual understanding while cultivating critical thinking, creativity, and other essential 21st-century competencies.

Abstract

The background of this study is based on the suboptimal biology learning process due to the limitations of teaching materials used in schools, which are generally still in the form of conventional textbooks and unguided online information searches. This study aims to develop digital teaching materials in the form of a flipped book based on a scientific approach on the subject of classification of living things for 10th grade high school students. This study employs the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model and was pilot-tested at SMA Kartika XX-1 Makassar, involving 33 students and 3 biology teachers. Data analysis included expert validation, student and teacher response questionnaires for practicality, and pretest-posttest scores to assess effectiveness. The expert validation showed a very high level of validity with a Content Validity (CV) of 1, falling into category D of relevance. The practicality test yielded an average student response of 80.9% and teacher response of 94.9%. The effectiveness test showed N-gain results with 90.91% of students in the high and moderate categories. Thus, the scientific approach-based flipped book is declared valid, practical, and effective for use as teaching material for biology in high schools.
