Abstract

Tourist attractions are one of the attractions of tourist interest. There are many types of tourist attractions in an area, but this becomes a problem in itself because tourists will find it hard to find or determine a tourist attractions that suit their tastes. Many researches on recommendation systems based on criticism have been carried out with the aim of obtaining user preferences. However, only a few studies have conducted a critique-based recommendation system using the Conversational Recommender System (CRS). With this research, we will discuss a recommendation system based on criticism using natural language or CRS for tourist attractions in Bandung. In this study, we add assistance from the system to help users choose preferences or what can be called System-suggested Critiques (SC), users more easily determine preferences for the system. We use the Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) to determine critiques submitted to users. Based on the results of an evaluation involving 88 respondents who were asked to fill out a questionnaire after trying the system built, it was found that users were quite satisfied with the system we built. And obtained 62.06% system accuracy which proves that the system performance is quite satisfactory.

Abstract

Tourism in the city of Bandung has various potentials in the field of culture, regional specialties, buildings, and other tourist attractions. On the Tripadvisor page there are many reviews from users who have visited tourist attractions in the city of Bandung. In this case, user reviews are an important element for analysis. The analysis process is carried out using rule-based sentiment analysis. In conducting the review analysis, we use vaderSentiment to weight the positive and negative values. Positive values are subtracted from negative values to get a compound value and converted to a rating value. The rating value obtained is then processed using the Cosine Similarity and Singular Value Decomposition methods to obtain recommendations for tourist attractions in the city of Bandung. For this method, we use the Root Mean Square Error method as a measure of the level of accuracy between the predicted values. The results of the measurement of the level of accuracy produce a value of 3,489 in the Cosine Similarity method, while the Singular Value Decomposition method gets a value of 1,231. The value in the Singular Value Decomposition method is smaller than the Cosine Similarity method with a difference of 2,258 values

Abstract

In our daily activities, we make a lot of decisions either individually or in groups. The recommender systems is a solution for making decisions. One of the most common recommender systems is the recommendation for tourist destinations, where a number of tourist attractions are given as tourist attractions that are recommended to be visited by someone. There are still few recommended tourist attractions that provide recommendations for a group, while there are several tourist attractions that are more suitable if visited by several people at the same time. In this study, a recommender system for tourist attractions in Bandung-Raya Regency is proposed which is given to user groups. The recommended method used is Hybrid Collaborative Filtering and Knowledge-Based Filtering. In the process of selecting groups that are candidates to be recommended to users, Borda calculations are carried out with votes so that users can determine whether they like or dislike and match or not match the recommender generated by the system. The results of the evaluation of experiments conducted by taking surveys of users showed an average value. the average of the indicators of user satisfaction with the results of group recommender is 4.4 on the scale (1-5)

Abstract

Culinary places are one of the tourists attractions in a place that makes many new culinary places appear. Various types of new foods and drinks are present along with the addition of culinary places. However, this can be a problem when tourists visit a new destination and look for a culinary place that suits their tastes. In the previous research on the recommendation system for culinary places, users only gave their preferences at the beginning of the recommendation process and ignored the operating hours of the recommended culinary places. Therefore, we developed a recommendation system for culinary places by utilizing the context of time from users. We use the Conversational Recommender System on the chatbot platform with the Personalized PageRank algorithm to generate recommendations. In addition, we also use the explanation facility to get an explanation of the recommended items. We use questionnaires and the accuracy of recommendation results to measure user satisfaction and system performance. The evaluation results with a questionnaire involving 81 respondents concluded that users are pretty satisfied with the system built. However, testing with accuracy yields a value of 40%, proving that the system performance is low

Abstract

This study aims to find out, what are the factors that cause delays in project development in Padang City. The population in this study were several contractors registered as members of GAPENSI Kota Padang. The number of samples is the majority contractor, consisting of 3 intermediate contractors and 5 small contractors. The method used is a cause and effect diagram (fishbone) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results of this study are the main factors that cause delays in the repair of construction projects, namely: (1) delays caused by specifications / design changes with a value of 0.1265, (2) weather and natural disasters with a value of 0.1144, (3 )) error in choosing the construction method with a weight value of 0.0912.Keywords: Construction Project Delay Factors, Cause-Effect Diagram (Fish Bone), Analytical Hierarchy process (AHP).

Abstract

This study aims to identify and provide priority proposals for improving the quality of airline services in Indonesia, case studies of X Airline and Y Airline using the AIRQUAL method and the Competitive Zone of Tolerance Based Importance-Performance Analysis (CZIPA). This research is classified as descriptive research. The population in this study are all X Air and Y passengers residing in West Sumatra. The sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with the criteria of respondents who have been on X or Y Airline at least 3 times and boarded the aircraft in the last 3 years. The total sample is 530 samples. The data used are primary data obtained from online questionnaires. Data analysis method used is the Competitive Zone of Tolerance Based Importance-Performance Analysis. The results of this study concluded that the AIRQUAL indicator that became the priority order of improvement for the X airline is the cleanliness of the well-maintained aircraft toilets (Airline Tangible dimension), airline officials were willing to provide their assistance to everyone on the plane (personal service dimension), airline officers dressed well (empathy dimension) and ticket prices that are the same value as the service received (image dimension). Whereas Y Airline gets a positive CZSQ and d value. This indicates that Y Airline still outperforms X Airline in the attributes included in quadrant A in the CZIPA matrix. The AIRQUAL indicators that enter into the A quadrant are the availability of seats and the provision of promotions that are very attractive to passengers (image dimension) and clean and comfortable seats (Airline Tangible dimension). Keywords: Service Quality, airqual, importance-performance analysys (IPA) competitive zone of tolerance based on importance-performance analysys (CZIPA)

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to determine the suitability of the level of perception and expectations ofthe patients with the services provided Padang Panjang Hospital and to determine whichservices should be prioritized to be improved. In addition, the aim was also to determinethe priority level competitive when compared with its peers. The calculation result of Servicequality analyze that all of attributes have gap score average -0.38. Results of priorityattributes with analysis Importance of Performance Analysis include: 6 attributes with the highest gap score: 1) Health workers respond to services immediately when needed(-1.21), 2) Completeness of supporting facilities in hospitalization (bed, chair, air conditioner, etc.)(1.06), 3) Hospitals have clear health service information (0.83), 4) Cleaning Service is always available(-0.63), 5) Waiting time for transaction services at the cashier fast and accurate(-0.59), and 6) Conformity of the results of services obtained with those that should be provided at the inpatient installation(0.47).This priority will be input to the hospital as a consideration to improve service quality. Keywords: Service Quality, SERVQUAL, IPA

Abstract

Paguyuban Pengusaha Warga Kuningan (PPWK) merupakan suatu wadah bagi warga Kuningan yang berjualan atau berdagang sepert warung kopi, warung kelontong, burjo, dan warung nasi diberbagai daerah di Indonesia.Tujuan utama paguyuban ini untuk menyatukan warga Kuningan dalam memiliki profesi yang sama, yaitu berdagang, selain itu juga sebagai tanggung jawab sosial sesama warga Kuningan yang dalam menjaga tradisi secara turun menurun, menjelaskan bagaimana bentuk komunikasi kelompok yang dilakukan anggota PPWK dalam menjaga keberlangsungan usaha sesama masyarakat Kuningan. Dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa solidaritas sosial yang dilakukan sebagai proses dan kegiatan komunikasi kelompok serta manfaatnya bagi keanggotaan PPWK dalam berkelompok dan menjalankan suatu usaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan etnografi komunikasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan observasi tanpa partisipan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber informasi penelitian ini berasal dari empat informan, informan utama ialah anggota PPWK yang berada di sekitar kampus, khusunya Desa Puserjaya, Kabupaten Karawang. Pesan utama pada penelitian ini untuk menjaga kesatuan kelompok, dan rasa solidaritas sosial dengan saling mengeratkan satu sama lain di daerah perantauan.

Abstract

Study on the fermentation process of durian (Durio zibethinus) husk waste has been conducted. The fermentation process is done by varying the yeast mass used in the synthesis process and the preparation of the paste. There were also several tests on the duration of the fermentation process to observe the difference of the resulting voltage. In addition, observations were made to measure changes in pH. The pH or degree of acidity is used to express the degree of acidity or base possessed by a substance, solution, or an object. The principle of this study involves only the transport of electrons between two electrodes separated by a conductive medium (electrolyte) that provides electrostatic motion in the form of electrical and current potentials. In the electrolyte electrode, the electrons flowing are carried by the ions and then electrolyzed. The results show that the longer storage time tends to increase the electrical conductivity. This can happen because the acidity of the solution is increasing. In a solution, if the concentration of H+ ions increases, the OH– ion decreases, meaning that the H+ ion moves easily in the solution, so the solution becomes acidic and the electrical conductivity increases. The results showed that the conductivity tends to increase with the length of storage. This happens because the acidity of the solution is increasing. The electrical conductivity shows the ability of the liquid to conduct electricity that is related to the movement of ions in the solution, ions that can move easily have large electrical conductivity.Keywords : Degree of acidity, fermentation, fermentation time, voltage, and yeast mass.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence of internal control on fraud prevention and Good Corporate Governance, and to analyze whether there is an effect of Good Corporate Governance on fraud prevention, and to analyze internal control against fraud prevention with Good Corporate Governance as intervening variable (Study at the Regional Government of Jambi City). This research method uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to all SKPDs of the Jambi government with 49 respondents using purposive sampling and returning 47 questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using SEM-PLS analysis (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square). The results of the study show that internal control does not affect fraud prevention, internal control does not affect Good Corporate Governance and Good Corporate Governance does not affect fraud prevention.
