Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi pedagang, konsumen dan masyarakat di sekitar lokasi rencana pendirian Lion Super Indo yang berada di Jalan RE. Martadinata Kelurahan Cipayung, Kecamatan Ciputat, Kota Tangerang Selatan, Propinsi Banten. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pedagang di sekitar lokasi rencana pembangunan, konsumen yang berbelanja di sekitar lokasi rencana pembangunan dan masyarakat Kelurahan Cipayung, Kecamatan Ciputat, Kota Tangerang Selatan, Propinsi Banten. Untuk mencari besaran sampel dalam penelitian ini digunakan rumus Slovin Azhari (1996), dimana rumus tersebut adalah sebagai berikut : Analisa dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang disampaikan dalam narasi dan dalam bentuk tabel agar mudah dipahami, utuk mengetahui seberapa besar dukungan yang disapaikan para pedagang, konsumen dan masyarakat yang berada di sekitar lokasi rencana pembangunan terhadap rencana pembangunan Super Indo dianalisis dengan uji korelasi. Kata Kunci : Masyarakat, Pedagang dan Konsumen.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi, disiplin, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Jumlah pegawai 62 orang, dengan motode sensus maka semua pegawai menjadi responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Data diuji dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan komunikasi, displin dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Secara parsial komunikasi, disiplin dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Namun, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dan, disiplin berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan agar-agar sebagai bahan pengental pada konsentrasi yang berbeda terhadap daya leleh dan nilai organoleptik es krim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengaruh penambahan agar-agar sebagai bahan pengental dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda terhadap kualitas daya leleh dan nilai organoleptik pada es krim, memberikan pengaruh yang sangat nyata. Rata-rata daya leleh tertinggi keterendah yaitu P3 sebesar (28,53 menit), P2 sebesar (20,05 menit), P1 sebesar (13,58 menit), dan P0 sebesar (10,40 menit). Hasil nilai uji organoleptik yaitu untuk karateristik tekstur yang paling lembut diperoleh P3 dengan rerata skor (4,4), karateristik warna yang sangat merah diperoleh P3 dengan rerata skor (4,69),  karateristik aroma  susu dan agar-agar diperoleh P3 dengan rerata skor (4,21),  karateristik rasa  yang paling manis diperoleh P3 dengan rerata skor (4,77). Dari kesimpulan hasil penelitian maka diketahui bahwa perlakuan terbaik yang dapat direkomendasikan yaitu perlakuan P3 untuk daya leleh dan nilai organoleptik es krim.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this research are: 1) to describe the process of learning to make a peyek rinuak improve skills through demonstration method and 2) Prove demonstration method can improve the skills to make peyek rinuak for mild mental retardation children in State SDLB D.VI class 64 Surabayo Lubuk Basung. This type of research is action, action taken in the form of collaboration with colleagues. Subjects three children mild mental retardation D.VI class and one teacher. The data obtained through observation, testing. Then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that 1) the learning process makes peyek rinuak using the demonstration conducted by two cycles. I cycle with seven meetings and the second cycle of four meetings. Each cycle begins with the planning, implementation (initial activities, core and end), observation, and analysis and reflection. 2) The results of the study by using the method in making a peyek rinuak demonstrations increased. It can be seen from the data before action children's ability to perform 20 steps to make peyek rinuak namely: HD (30%), RK is (40%) and YN 60%. While at the end of the first cycle of HD capability increased to (77.5%) and RK (77.5%) and YN (87.5%). After the second cycle increased to HD capability (95%) and RK (97.5%) and YN be (100%). It can be concluded that both of these third increased ability to make peyek rinuak after being given intensive demonstration method to mild mental retardation children in the class D.VI in State SDLB 64 Surabayo Lubuk basung. Abstract

Covid-19 or SARS-CoV-2 is a virus that emerged at the end of 2019 and has never been identified in the human body before. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), this virus is vulnerable to attack the elderly who have high mortality and morbidity in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. In this case, of course, the elderly really need access to intense health services, especially for the elderly who have a history of chronic or degenerative diseases. One of the efforts that can be done is such as maintaining cleanliness through Clean and Healthy Living Behavior. Serdang Bedagai is one of the regencies that are included in the ten regencies that have the largest elderly population in North Sumatra. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize empowerment in these districts to improve the quality of life of the elderly during the Covid-19 pandemic. The implementation method in this empowerment activity is through lectures and practice, followed by gymnastics. With this activity, the participants understood how to maintain cleanliness and health and began to implement physical activity in an effort to improve health.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to look at work culture and the factors that influence the work culture of employees in the Idi Tunong Subdistrict Office. Descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants of this research are the key informants namely the Idi Tunong Sub-District Head and the Public and Personnel Kasubbag, the main informants are employees of the Idi Tunong Sub-District Office employee and additional informants are the people who get the services of the Idi Tunong Sub-District Office. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the work culture of the Idi Tunong Sub-District Office in terms of information disclosure, mutual respect, cooperation between employees has been carried out well only in employee work discipline is still not optimal and needs to be improved. Meanwhile, for factors that influence the work culture of the Idi Tunong Subdistrict Office such as organizational culture, external culture, learning process and motivation have an influence on the work culture of the Idi Tunong Subdistrict Office, while for leader behavior, employee selection, mission clarity, mission certainty, exemplary leaders still have not influenced the work culture in the Idi Tunong Sub-District Office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Management of Village Fund Management in Jungke Village Permata District Bener Meriah Regency and the factors that influence it to achieve these objectives used qualitative research methods by breaking down the data descriptively. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, document and archive observation using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show: First the management stages of Village Fund Management in Jungke Village include Planning and Implementation of Reporting and Accountability Administration. Management of Village Fund Management is carried out by the Government of Jungke Village, Permata District, Bener Meriah Regency, and has followed the technical guidelines that have been regulated in the legislation. But in the process is still not optimal. This can be seen from the process of reporting and accountability that is experiencing delays. For the Reporting Process of Realizing the Use of Village Funds not in accordance with the predetermined schedule, causing delays in disbursing funds for the next stage. Likewise with the Responsibility for the use of village funds so that the community cannot evaluate the results of the work of the village government and the Accountability to the Regional Government which is not carried out in a timely manner. Second: Factors that influence the management of village funds include supporting and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors are community participation, facilities and infrastructure, while the inhibiting factors are human resources, technical guidelines for managing village funds that change every year and communication.

Abstract

Keberadaan hutan lindung yang tersisa di kawasan Malang Selatan sangat rentan akan kerusakan habitat satwa liar akibat tingginya aktivitas manusia. Keberadaan kukang Jawa (Nycticebus javanicus) saat ini mampu bertahan hidup pada kawasan yang dikeliling oleh aktivitas manusia yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, pengaruh aktivitas manusia terhadap keberadaan kukang Jawa yang ada di hutan lindung RPH Sumbermanjing Kulon, Jawa Timur perlu diketahui. Pengambilan data titik keberadaan individu kukang Jawa dilakukan secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Wawancara dengan masyarakat dan pencatatan bentuk aktivitas manusia di sekitar hutan lindung RPH Sumbermanjing Kulon, Jawa Timur juga dilakukan untuk mengambil data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengukur jarak antara keberadaan kukang Jawa dengan keberadaan aktivitas masyarakat menggunakan program ArcGis 10.3. Berdasarkan perjumpaan langsung dan informasi dari masyarakat ditemukan enam individu kukang Jawa. Kukang Jawa cenderung ditemukanjauh dari pemukiman dan jalan setapak, namun ditemukan dekat dengan jalan utama dan wisata pantai yang berada di sekitar hutan lindung. Oleh karena itu, keutuhan kawasan hutan lindung perlu tetap dijaga dari segala bentuk aktivitas manusia yang tinggi.

Abstract

 ABSTRACT The Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) products have different qualities and controversy effects of lipids metabolism. This research has been used one of VCO product that was produced by fermentation method using Lactobacillus sp. It has high amount of lauric acid (C12) up to 51 %, caprilic acid (C8) 8.9 %, capric acid (C10) 7 % include Omega-3, 6 and 9, vitamins A, D, E, K and three kinds of phytohormone. The ratio of Omega-3 and 6 was very proportional, therefore it is important to investigate the Pre Clinic Test of animal experiment. Pre Clinic Test of dietary VCO as food supplement has been determined by using 40 mice’s, which divided into 4 groups. Feeding on egg yolk to Group I (negative control), Group II (positive control) increased cholesterol level. The others were Group III (egg yolk and VCO 2 %) and group IV (egg yolk and VCO 4 %). It was determined the total of cholesterol, HDL at 10th, 20th and 30th day treated by using the enzymatic methods. The dietary of VCO 2-4 % resulted in significant increases in HDL levels from 32 % to 69 %. The dietary of VCO 4 % for four weeks did not toxic to mice metabolism. Triglycerides level decreased 50 % from 177 to 85 and similar resulted to cholesterol ratio. Feeding on VCO for 4 weeks, the SCFA and MCFA not detected in serum of mice. The LCFA (C16) palmitate in significant decreased from 0.96 to 0.1%. The significant level of Omega-3 increased more than three times in serum of mice dietary VCO 2-4 %.  Keywords: Coconut Oil, Lactobacillus

Abstract

 ABSTRACTLactic acid bacteria (LAB) were isolated from cocoa beans fermentation Forestero variety from West Sumatera, that were eleven isolates. The isolates were tested to antimicrobial activity against pathogenic bacteria E.coli NBRC 14237, Staphylococcus aureus NBRC 13276, Bacillus subtilis BTCCB 612, listeria m. dan S. Typhii.Results the research showed that, isolates had inhibition zone to pathogenic bacteria, that were 7 mm till 12 mm at 48 hours observation. R2.4 isolate was most potential to inhibition zones growth pathogenic bacteria, That was 11mm till 12 mm to five pathogens. R2.4 isolates was the highest to against pathogenic bacteria (Bacillus subtilis BTCCB, Listeria monocytogenesis and Staphylococcus aureus NBRC) had inhibition zones, that was 12. mm till 48 hours. Listeria monocytogenesis had been known as pest bacterium of food born, so that R2.4 isolate can be used as food biopreservative. Crude of R2.4 isolate molecular weight was 10 kDa by SDS-PAGE.  Key words: Lactic acid bacteria, antimicrobial activity, SDS-PAGE, cocoa fermentation  and food biopreservative
