Abstract

This research examines how to principles of monotheism, trustworthiness, and transparency are applied within the production activities of steamed brownies as an expression of Islamic value- oriented entrepreneurship. The study is grounded in the growing relevance of spiritual values and ethical conduct in business practices, especially in the micro, small, and medium enterprise sector, which continues to encounter issues related to consumer. A qualitative methodology was employed using a case study approach focused on a steamed brownie business unit. Data were obtained through direct observation of production activities, depth in interviews with relevant stakeholders, and the review of business documentation. The finding indicate that the value of tauhid is manifested in business practices that position production activities as an act of worship, reflected in the careful selection of halal raw materials and the commitment to honesty throughout the manufacturing process. The value of amanah is reflected in the consistency of product quality, timely production, and responsibility for consumer orders. Meanwhile, the value of transparency is realized through openness regarding ingredient composition, production processes, and pricing. The implementation of these three values has been proven to contribute directly to increased consumer trust and business sustainability. This study concludes that the integration of the values of tauhid, amanah, and transparency is an important foundation in building ethical entrepreneurship with strong competitiveness.

Abstract

Geography learning outcomes reflect the success of the learning process, particularly in the cognitive domain. However, many students struggle to understand abstract geographical concepts that are ideally taught in natural settings. This study aims to analyze the impact of augmented reality (AR) as a learning medium on geography learning outcomes. Using a quantitative meta-analysis method, 14 ISSN-certified national journal articles were reviewed. The results show that AR significantly enhances geography learning outcomes, with an average effect size of 0.34, indicating a strong positive impact. he results show that AR significantly enhances geography learning outcomes, with an average effect size of 0.34. According to Cohen's criteria, this value is categorized as a large effect, signifying that AR has a substantial and meaningful impact on students’ understanding of abstract geographical concepts. This effect size also surpasses that typically reported for conventional learning media, highlighting the innovative advantage of AR in geography education. Abstract

Java ginseng (Talinum paniculatum Gaertn.) is a medicinal plant, the roots of which are commonly used in traditional medicine. In its natural habitat, the roots grow very slowly, requiring two to three years to produce 100 g of roots per plant. Plant tissue culture could therefore provide an alternative means of accelerating root growth. This research aimed to optimize root induction and determine the effect of phosphate (KH2PO4) concentration and the ratio between ammonium and nitrate (ammonium:nitrate) on the biomass of Java ginseng adventitious roots in in vitro culture. Stem and leaf were used as explants and various combinations and concentrations of IBA and BAP, kinetin, and TDZ were used as growth regulators. Leaf explants were grown in Murashige and Skoog (MS) media supplemented with IBA 2 mg/L and various concentrations of phosphate (170; 212.5; 255; 297.5; 340; 382.5; 425; 467.5; 510 mg/L) and various ammonium:nitrate ratios (21:19 mM as the control, 0:30 mM, 10:20 mM, 15:15 mM, 20:10 mM, 30:0 mM). Cultures were maintained for 6 weeks. The observed parameters were fresh weight, dry weight, the duration of root formation, and the number and length of adventitious roots. The data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance. The results showed that the concentration of phosphate and the ammonium:nitrate ratio significantly influenced the amount, length, fresh weight, and dry weight of Java ginseng adventitious root. The highest fresh weight (37.47 mg) and dry weight (5.53 mg) were achieved in the treatment of double phosphate concentration (KH2PO4 340 mg/L), while an ammonium:nitrate ratio of 10:20 mM was the optimum treatment to produce the highest biomass (fresh weight 73.6 mg and dry weight 8.2 mg).

Abstract

Eggs are a rich source of high-quality protein and essential nutrients, but their limited shelf life and processing-induced nutrient loss pose challenges. Addressing these limitations through fermentation could enhance their nutritional and functional properties. This study aimed to address these limitations by exploring fermentation as a strategy to enhance the nutritional and functional properties of egg-based products. Specifically, the research investigated the effects of Saccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation on the nutritional value, protein digestibility, and shelf life of egg flour, to achieve this, liquid eggs were inoculated with S. cerevisiae and subjected to fermentation at 30°C for 48 hours. The fermented product was then dried at 50°C to obtain egg flour. Nutritional improvements were assessed through in vitro protein digestibility tests, while shelf life was evaluated using the Accelerated Shelf Life Testing (ASLT) method, applying the Arrhenius equation under different storage temperatures. Flour Liquid eggs were inoculated with fermipan and fermented at 30°C for 48 hours, followed by drying at 50°C to produce egg flour. In vitro protein digestibility was analyzed, and the Accelerated Shelf Life Testing (ASLT) method with the Arrhenius equation was used to estimate shelf life under varying storage conditions. Fermentation improved protein digestibility significantly, increasing from 42.60% in unfermented samples to 77.48%. Shelf life analysis showed that fermented egg flour had a stability of 30 days at 30°C, 24 days at 40°C, and 19 days at 50°C.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship development has become an important agenda in Indonesia to increase the number of entrepreneurs and strengthen the national economy. One strategic effort is introducing entrepreneurial education at the school level to cultivate entrepreneurial mindset and skills among students. This community service activity aimed to provide entrepreneurship training and business plan preparation for students of Madrasah Far’ussa’adah Arabiyah in Tanjung Jabung Barat. The activity involved approximately 50 third-grade students and was conducted over two days using lecture, tutorial, discussion, and mentoring methods. The program consisted of entrepreneurship education, business idea development, and practical training in preparing business plans. The results showed that the training improved students’ understanding of entrepreneurship concepts and the importance of business planning before starting a business. Students were able to formulate simple business plans including business profiles, market analysis, operational planning, and marketing strategies. However, the financial planning aspect still required further guidance. Overall, this program successfully enhanced students’ entrepreneurial awareness and motivation. Future programs are recommended to include advanced training in financial analysis and business incubation to support sustainable student entrepreneurship development.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) adalah penyakit metabolik kronis yang mengancam semua orang sehat di dunia. Indonesia berada di peringkat sepuluh besar di dunia untuk prevalensi DM. DM tipe 2 adalah yang paling umum pada populasi DM. Dengan program BPJS, sebagai salah satu komitmen fasilitas kesehatan adalah menyediakan layanan PROLANIS untuk pasien hipertensi dan DM tipe 2. Studi ini menguji keefektifan model "Ketrampilan Informasi-Motivasi-Perilaku" dalam mencapai status kesehatan yang optimal di antara diabetes mellitus tipe 2 (T2DM), serta keberhasilan program PROLANIS. Percobaan Kontrol Acak digunakan dengan desain satu kelompok sebelum dan sesudah tes. Pada awal penelitian ada tiga puluh satu (31) T2DM berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Tetapi mereka yang memenuhi persyaratan kehadiran hingga delapan pertemuan "Kelas Diabetes" hanya enam belas (16) orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam tingkat pengetahuan, motivasi, dan kepuasan peserta setelah berpartisipasi dalam program "Kelas Diabetes". Sementara kadar gula darah tidak berubah secara signifikan, meskipun ada penurunan dalam beberapa minggu pengukuran. Sebagai kesimpulan, model "Ketrampilan Informasi-Motivasi-Perilaku" terbukti efektif untuk implementasi program PROLANIS. Selain itu, dapat dipertimbangkan untuk membuat kebijakan untuk Dinas Kesehatan, BPJS, dan Puskesmas.

Abstract

Permasalahan kendaraan Over Dimension dan Over Load (ODOL) masih menjadi salah satu faktor utama penyebab kerusakan infrastruktur jalan serta meningkatnya angka kecelakaan lalu lintas di Indonesia. Jembatan timbang konvensional yang tersedia dinilai kurang efektif karena biaya pembangunan tinggi, lokasi yang terbatas, serta tidak efisien terhadap arus lalu lintas. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pengembangan jembatan timbang portabel berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dengan sistem pemantauan real-time sebagai alternatif solusi. Model dirancang menggunakan load cell 5 kg, modul HX711, dan mikrokontroler ESP32 yang terhubung dengan aplikasi Blynk untuk memvisualisasikan data pengukuran secara nirkabel. Pengujian dilakukan pada kondisi beban dinamis dengan rentang 1–3 kg. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memberikan akurasi tinggi dengan selisih rata-rata kurang dari 1,72%, kestabilan pengiriman data real-time dengan waktu 0,5-1 detik pada jaringan stabil, serta tetap dapat berfungsi pada jaringan lemah. Sistem ini terbukti efisien, mudah dipindahkan, dan mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pengawasan kendaraan ODOL. Dengan demikian, pengembangan jembatan timbang portabel berbasis IoT berpotensi mendukung penegakan regulasi transportasi dan pemeliharaan infrastruktur jalan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Kendaraan Over Dimension and Over Load (ODOL) menjadi salah satu penyebab utama kerusakan infrastruktur jalan dan kecelakaan lalu lintas di Indonesia. Sistem jembatan timbang konvensional yang ada masih memiliki keterbatasan, seperti tidak portabel, membutuhkan infrastruktur permanen, serta belum mampu memantau data secara real-time. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan jembatan timbang truk portabel berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang mampu mengukur beban kendaraan secara akurat dan menampilkan data secara nirkabel. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan identifikasi masalah, perancangan, pembuatan model, validasi desain, hingga pengujian akurasi sistem. Alat dirancang menggunakan sensor load cell tipe dual shear beam yang terintegrasi dengan mikrokontroler untuk akuisisi data dan pengiriman hasil pengukuran melalui aplikasi berbasis web. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem jembatan timbang portabel yang dikembangkan mampu mencapai tingkat akurasi rata-rata 98% dibandingkan dengan timbangan konvensional, mampu menahan beban hingga 20 ton sesuai standar perencanaan, serta menampilkan data secara real-time untuk mendukung pengawasan kendaraan ODOL. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sistem jembatan timbang berbasis IoT ini dapat menjadi solusi alternatif dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pengawasan beban kendaraan, mengurangi dampak negatif ODOL terhadap infrastruktur jalan, serta meningkatkan keselamatan lalu lintas.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the partial effect of Customer Relationship Management on customer loyalty at Chat Barber Banjarmasin. This research employs a quantitative approach. The sample consists of 71 Chat Barber customers who met the predetermined criteria, selected using a non-probability sampling technique, namely incidental sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, and data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has a significant partial effect on customer loyalty

Abstract

Penggunaan Generative Artificial Intelegence (GenAI) dalam pembelajaran dapat mempermudah sekaligus menghadirkan tantangan terhadap perubahan budaya belajar di Perguruan Tinggi. GenAI dapat menggeser pola lama terutama dalam proses penyelesaian tugas perkuliahan, disisi lain terdapat ketegangan yang meningkat terkait batasan penggunaan GenAI yang belum sepenuhnya menjadi perhatian bagi mahasiswa baru. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dinamika Cultural Lag penggunaan GenAI dalam pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa baru Prodi Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam UINSU Tahun Ajaran 2025/2026. Pendekatan yang digunakan ialah kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, serta teknik analisis yakni analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Seluruh mahasiswa pernah menggunakan GenAI sebagai alat bantu dalam mengerjakan tugas, (2) Kecenderungan pilihan tools GenAI yang digunakan mahasiswa secara berurut yakni ChatGPT, MetaAI, dan BlackboxAI, (3) Sebagian besar mahasiswa setuju untuk diperbolehkan mengerjakan tugas dengan bantuan GenAI, dan (4) Seluruh mahasiswa tidak mengetahui bahwa terdapat etika akademik penggunaan tools GenAI, terutama deklarasi tertulis cakupan penggunaan GenAI. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian maka rekomendasi yang dapat dikemukakan yakni perlunya panduan terkait pemanfaatan GenAI yang sesuai dengan situasi akademik, terutama pada level Prodi dengan harapan agar mahasiswa baru lebih melek terkait batasan penggunaan dan mencantumkan deklarasi penggunaan GenAI pada setiap halaman akhir dokumen tugas mereka.
