Abstract

This research explores the impact of gamification on student engagement and learning outcomes in hybrid classrooms at SMA Negeri 1 Pinrang. The study aims to identify the role of gamified platforms in enhancing student participation and to analyze the relationship between student engagement and academic achievement. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing purposive and random sampling to select students from hybrid classrooms. Data were collected through gamification-based platforms, student engagement surveys, and academic performance tests. The findings indicate that the use of gamification significantly increases student engagement, motivation, and academic achievement, particularly when integrated into a hybrid learning environment. This study also highlights challenges such as technology access and the need for teacher training to maximize the benefits of gamification. The results provide practical recommendations for educators to implement gamified elements in their teaching strategies and for platform developers to enhance features that support hybrid learning. Future research should investigate the broader impacts of gamification, particularly on diverse learning styles and across different academic subjects.

Abstract

The increasing growth in the industrialized world today, companies are expected to compete and compete healthily is good in terms of quality, price, and service information to customers against the length of time a product is made. UD. Jaya is a Motor home industry engaged in the two-wheeled automotive spare parts, one innovation UD. Jaya Motor which are many devotees are manifold, the product is used for a special channel on go to drain the air from the carburetor into the engine. Problems occurred was delivery delays to the consumer due to the length of time the production is not yet in the know clearly, where the calculations only using estimates against defects. After doing the calculation the Stopwatch Time Study was obtained by that standard time process of making Manifold is 2460 seconds /41 minutes per product.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan usaha harus di barengi dengan Strategi Pemasaran yang baik, pada PT. Bagoes Tjipta Karya” ini dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif, dimana sebagian data kualitatif yang diperoleh selanjutnya dibuat menjadi kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala pengukuran bobot dan rating yang biasa digunakan dalam melakukan analisis SWOT. Pengambilan objek dilakukan dengan cara observasi lokasi, wawancara mendalam terkait strategi yang tepat dalam peningkatan daya saing, dokumentatif dan literatur yang berkaitan menajadi pendukung terhadap permasalahan yang disajikan. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa dalam operasionalnya,Perusahaan telah melakukan berbagai kegiatan pemasaran berupa periklanan, pemasaran, publisitas, penjualan perseorangan, dan penjualan langsung untuk pemasaran produk-produk PT. Bagoes Tjipta Karya agar konsumen dapat mengenal. Strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk menentukan strategi bersaing pada PT. Bagoes Tjipta Karya yaitu stable growth strategy. Artinya, dalam pengembangan ke depan, PT. Bagoes Tjipta Karya dapat menggunakan strategi pertumbuhan peran namun dilakukan secara bertahap sesuai skala prioritas. Perusahaan nhendaknya memperhatikan aspek pemasaran karena kurangnya tenaga pemasaran yang bertugas untuk mendatangi pelanggan. Dalam jangka pendek, pihak perusahaan perlu menambah karyawan bagian pemasaran. Selain itu, pihak perusahaan juga perlu untuk membuat website sebagai sarana promosi untuk memperkenalkan jasa perusahaan kepada pihak luar.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional yang mengajarkan, mengembangkan, dan menyebarkan agama Islam. Pesantren sebagai tempat tinggal santri yang belajar di bawah bimbingan seorang atau lebih guru yang disebut kiai. Di pondok pesantren annuqayah latee I banyak masalah yang terjadi oleh ulah santrinya yang nakal. Salah satunya bullying yang sangat berdampak negatif yang bisa membuat santri tersakiti oleh kata-kata santri yang lain. Bullying merupakan tindakan penindasan atau penganiyaan yang dilakukan secara sengaja dan berulang-ulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis bullying, penyebanya, strategis pengurus dalam mengatasi bullying, dan upaya positif bagi pencegahan bullying di pondok pesantren annuqayah latte I. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini mencakup jenis-jenis bullying dari segi fisik, verba, dan sosial. Penyebab bullying hierarki senioritas, kurangnya pemahaman dampak bullying, latar belakang santri yang berbeda-beda. Serta strategi yang dilakukan pengurus dalam mengatasi bullying salah satunya memberikan bimbingan dan arahan kepada santri yang dibuli, memberikan hukuman kepada santri yang suka membuli, dan mengadakan komunitas anti bullying. Strategi pengurus pesantren berhasil menciptkan lingkungan pesantren yang indah, tentram, dan aman. Sehingga santri harus ada rasa kesadaran bahwa bullying itu tidak boleh dilakukan lagi. Penelitian ini menegaskan penting mengatasi bullying yang ada di pondok pesantren karena berdampak pada akhlak santri.

Abstract

Agama adalah suatu arah atau pegangan untuk menunjang manusia dalam menyelesaikan berbagai macam masalah yang ada dalam menjalani kehidupnya seperti hal nya didalam ilmu agama, sosial, politik, ekonomi dan budaya, yang terbagi atas dua fungsi yaitu agama didalam kehidupan individu dan agama dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Apabila seseorang tidak diberi dengan ilmu pengetahuan agama yang kental, sehingga terdapat berbagai penyimpangan sebagaimana kasus yang sering terjadi diantaranya adalah pelecehan seksual, pembunuhan, perampokan dan lain sebaginya. Oleh sebab itu penting untuk memiliki pengetahuan dan doktrin agama dalam diri seseorang. Tujuan dari peneliian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kebutuhan manusia tehadap doktrin agama. Metode penelitian dalam penulisan artkel ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manusia memerlukan agama sebagai pedoman hidup untuk menyelesaikan berbagai masalah.

Abstract

The problem addressed in this study stems from the low level of participation by the community, parents, alumni, and local leaders in the haflah imtihan activities at Madrasah Aliyah Al Ghazali Pragaan, even though these events have strategic value for the legitimacy of education and the strengthening of social and religious networks. The objectives of this study are to describe the public relations strategies implemented, analyze their impact on participation levels, identify effective local cultural practices, and formulate evidence-based public relations policy recommendations. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, analyzed interactively following the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model to obtain credible and contextual findings. The results of the study show that public relations strategies combine conventional approaches (visiting community leaders, physical invitations, and announcements through mosques) and digital approaches (WhatsApp, Instagram, and YouTube), which synergistically increase community participation by around 30% compared to the previous year. The integration of local cultural practices such as blessings, hadrah, and the involvement of religious leaders proved to strengthen the legitimacy and emotional attachment of residents to the madrasah. This communication model, which combines digital innovation and local traditions, is effective in building the madrasah's image as an adaptive institution rooted in community values, making it a relevant reference for Islamic educational institutions based on pesantren.

Abstract

Discipline is a fundamental characteristic that supports student learning success. However, at the UPT SMPN 2 Galesong Selatan, high rates of lateness and irregular student behavior are still found, so an in-depth study of the school's role in fostering such discipline is needed. This study aims to understand school dynamics, identify supporting and inhibiting factors, and formulate effective strategies for improving disciplined behavior. Using qualitative methods and an interpretive phenomenological approach, data were obtained through interviews, 14 days of observation, and documentation review. Then, they were analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model. The research findings indicate that coordination between the principal, vice principal for student affairs, guidance counselor, and student council president has a significant contribution to fostering student discipline. The micro-skills-based counseling program and the “Discipline Challenge” activity initiated by the student council have proven effective in increasing student compliance. The main obstacles that still arise include low parental involvement and increased teacher fatigue during the final lesson period. Based on these results, the study concluded that the implementation of teacher rotation on duty, the use of digital behavioral contracts, and strengthening the role of the Student Council (OSIS) are relevant and sustainable strategies in efforts to improve student discipline.

Abstract

This article explores the implementation of a Community Service Program (KKN) carried out by students from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at Unismuh Makassar with the objective of improving reading and writing skills among students at SMP Negeri 2 Galesong. The KKN activities were specifically designed to strengthen literacy development through various programs, including the cultivation of daily reading habits, the establishment of literacy corners in classrooms, and creative writing training aimed at encouraging students to express ideas in written form. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through direct observation, interviews with teachers and students, and documentation of literacy activities. The results indicate a significant increase in students’ interest and motivation in reading activities, as well as more active participation during literacy sessions. In addition, students demonstrated improvement in the quality of simple written texts, particularly in terms of idea organization and expression. Overall, the implementation of the KKN program proved effective in supporting the development of a positive literacy culture and enhancing students’ basic literacy skills within the school environment.

Abstract

The educational transformation driven by Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0 requires teachers’ digital pedagogical competence. Preliminary observations at SMP Negeri 2 Galesong Selatan, Takalar Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia, revealed a skills gap: conventional practices dominate while digital platforms remain underutilized. This community engagement program sought to bridge the gap through intensive training on Canva for visual learning media and Quizizz for gamified assessment. Conducted in August 2025 with 10 teachers across subjects, the program employed a participatory, four-stage procedure: preparation; socialization and pretest; training and coaching; and evaluation and posttest. Data were collected via observation, questionnaires, and knowledge tests, and analyzed descriptively and comparatively. Results indicate a marked improvement in teachers’ digital competence: the average score increased from 45 (pretest) to 85 (posttest), an 88.9% gain. By indicator, improvements reached 112.5% for understanding Canva features, 95.5% for digital learning media creation, and 64% for using Quizizz. Qualitatively, teachers produced engaging posters/infographics and slide presentations and designed interactive quizzes with instant feedback, fostering more varied and participatory classroom dynamics. The training effectively enhanced teachers’ digital literacy and confidence and supported a role shift from content deliverers to creative facilitators within student-centered learning. Replication and sustained coaching are recommended to consolidate a school-wide digital learning ecosystem.

Abstract

Social transformation and the increasing economic value of land in Indonesia have intensified the demand for legal certainty in land rights. Although Law Number 5 of 1960 introduced land registration to provide legal protection through certification, the prevailing negative publication system with positive elements remains problematic. It fails to ensure state responsibility for certificate accuracy, even when acquired in good faith, thus posing risks of legal uncertainty and agrarian conflict. This study analyzes the rationale for transitioning to a pure positive publication system using Max Weber’s rational-legal bureaucracy theory, emphasizing formal procedures, predictability, and administrative accountability. Employing normative legal research with conceptual, statutory, comparative, and historical approaches, this study draws from secondary legal materials analyzed through legal interpretation and the Weberian framework. The findings reveal that a positive publication system better aligns with Weberian principles and supports legal certainty. This reform is essential for enhancing land administration legitimacy and promoting inclusive, accountable agrarian governance in Indonesia.
