Abstract

It's not only the citizen (constituent) who determines the image of mayor election (Pilkada) but also anybody who influences the citizen in order to gain the support from people has big influence through the image of democracy. One of political bad habits and law deviations which blot the image of mayor election (Pilkada) is money politics. It's the time for each people to not mortgage the democracy through money politics, since money politics can only make the future of country becomes even worse as a non-ethics country. In the Islamic doctrine, money politics can be categorized as bribing practice or a forbidden activity

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises, Tempe Pacarkeling is one of the centers for Small and Medium Enterprises in Pasuruan. This Small and Medium Enterprise Center is located in Pacarkeling-Kejayan-Pasuruan Village. One of the UKM that was used as the research object was the Tempe UKM owned by Mr. Muizzi. In the production process, there is still less attention to environmental cleanliness. So it requires an assessment of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) as an assessment of the environment and working conditions. In addition, this study aims to evaluate the level of application of GMP. Based on the research conducted, the results of the evaluation of the application of GMP as a whole, the total value of GMP application of all respondents obtained 8,145 points or an average of 247 points, while the percentage of the deviation value is 46% and the conformity value is 54% in the aspects of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) so that it has not meet the GMP criteria. Evaluation obtained from processing GMP data, the level of seriousness in implementing Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in this UKM is 247 points, which means that it is at the classification level ((nx2) +1) to (nx3), which is very good.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the politicization and religious issues used in the 2019 General Election as a form of political participation in relation to religious moderation. This research uses qualitative research methods, namely by collecting accurate data about elections that have been passed by the community. In this discussion it is explained how religion becomes a full force in nominating pairs of candidates in elections from religious groups. The theory used in this study uses the theory of political participation of Michael Rush and Philip Althoff. Identity politics is also very pronounced in elections because couples who run in 2019 have interests that carry the interests of religious groups in Indonesia. Similarly, various religious groups and organizations that adorn political life have led to the assumption that the 2019 election can generate good participation politically and look at the 2024 elections which will later have many candidates competing in the Presidential and Vice President exchanges. However, its relationship with religion is so close that it will cause visible effects felt by the community. Kata Kunci : Agama, Pemilu, Moderasi Beragama

Abstract

This paper is about photographing the interaction of cultural values ​​in the da'wah process. Culture and humans cannot be separated because humans naturally have the potential to give birth to culture. In that context, it is impossible for the da'wah process to be separated from the culture that develops in the community. The interaction of culture and da'wah is in positioning humans as the subject and object of da'wah. Abstract

This paper contains about the reorientation of the direction of da'wah in the frame of diversity or pluralism. Da'wah as a social engineering cannot escape from the various realities and dynamics of society, including currently there is a pandemic problem that is engulfing the world which until now has been counted for approximately two world years. The result is really very powerful where all the order of human life can change drastically, both in terms of health but also economic, social, educational and religious issues. Besides the problem of the pandemic, there is the issue of diversity or pluralism which is an important part and must be faced by the da'i in the implementation of da'wah. For this reason, the reorientation of the current and future direction of da'wah must be considered immediately so that the teachings of Islam that are transformed into the ummah are truly accommodating, especially in addressing the issue of the Covid-19 pandemic and diversity.

Abstract

Introduction: Forests have an important role in meeting the needs of human life. In addition to having benefits for life, forests also have many benefits, one of which is benefits in the economic sector. Development in the forestry sector is directed at optimal and sustainable utilization of forest resources and strives to improve the welfare of people's lives. Utilization of forest resources, especially timber forest products to be used as sawn timber. sawn timber is semi-finished goods because it will be further processed into other products, for example, sawn products are processed into molding products, flooring furniture, and others that are specific. This study aims to determine the financial aspects of sawn timber processing at Buana Alam Trading Business. This research was conducted for two months from March 2023 to April 2023, which took place at the Buana Alam Trade Business in Palu City, Central Sulawesi. Method: This research uses a purposive sampling method at the location and 1 respondent, namely the leader or business owner as a research sample. This research calculates business finances for 13 years of operation. Results and Discussion: The results of this study indicate that the financial analysis of the sawn timber business obtained an NPV value of Rp. 389,806,900, BCR 2.09 and IRR 22.9% of the Buana Alam Trading Business shows a positive value, so that the Buana Alam Trading Business is feasible to continue and based on the results of business financial analysis using NPV calculations, the Buana Alam Business is feasible to continue. Conclusion: The results of the financial analysis of the sawn timber business for 13 years of operation obtained an NPV value of Rp. 389,806,900, BCR 2.09, and IRR 22.9%. Based on the results of research using financial analysis, the Buana Alam trade business in Palu City is feasible to continue.

Abstract

الملخص في تحقيق طلب توثيق عقد الزواج بعد إجراء العقد أهمية لا تخفى، له دور هام في الحفاظ على الحقوق تجاه الزوجين، ومع ذلك تحقيق هذا الطلب بدون الضوابط الصحيحة يفتح للناس مجالات لإجراء عقد الزواج سراً دون مراعاة لما توعدهم من إضاعة الحقوق ووراء العقد السري طامات ظاهرة، فانطلاقاً من هذا الواقع رأى بعض الباحثين ضرورة وضع شروط لتحقيق طلب التوثيق، فالقاضي في المحكمة الدينية لمدينة بما مثلاً قرر برفض طلب التوثيق محتجّاً بأن الطلب مخالف للدستور الدولي، بين أن القاضي في المحكمة الدينية العالية لمدينة ماتارام قضى بتحقيق الطلب معتمداً على رأي أثبت عدم مخالفة الطلب لأي دستور من الدساتير الدولية، ونظر القاضي إلى أهمية توثيق عقد الزواج. المفتاح: توثيق عقد الزواج، القضاء، الدستور، القانون.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini secara umum untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Terhadap Motivasi dan Hasil Sains Multiple Inteligences siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Agama Islam di SMP Nurul Hikmah Kokop. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Quasi Eksperimental Design. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VII yang terdiri dari 3 rombel (A,B,C) di SMP Nurul Hikmah Kokop, dengan sampel penelitian kelas VII-A dan VII-B masing-masing diambil hanya 22 siswa dengan total semua sebayak 75 siswa. Dalam membuktikan dan mengalisis hal tersebut menggunakan instrumen tes dan posttesh. Sedangkan uji analisisnya menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, homogenitas dan independent sample t-test. Hasilnya mengacu uji hipotesis memakai SPSS, hipotesis pertama menghasilkan besaran sig. 0,000 < 0,05 berarti model PBL memiliki pengaruh Motifasi pada mata pelajaran PAI. Hipotesis kedua memperoleh nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 berarti model PBL berpengaruh terhadap Hasil Sains Multipel Inteligences siwa pada Mapel PAI di SMP Nurul Hikmah Kokop. Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out the ability to analyze the implied meaning of the text structure of the saga "The Miskin" Muhammadiyah Makassar SMA students. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. This research was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Unismuh Makassar. This research took the number of subjects as many as 27 students from class X IPA. Selected by using purposive sampling. The results of the analysis are based on the Ability to Analyze Implied Meanings in the Text Structure of the Hikayat "The Miskin" Class X SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Unismuh Makassar. The research results showed that only 11 students achieved the KKM standard with a percentage of 40.74% and students who scored below the KKM still had 16 students with a percentage of 50.26% which was still very low. it is known that the average score in the abstraction analysis is 16.81, the orientation analysis is 15.51, the complication analysis is 14.92, the evaluation analysis is 9.88, the resolution analysis is 9.74, the coda analysis is 8, and the overall average in the assessment and final score 74,66. So the ability to analyze the implied meaning of the text structure is still very low.

Abstract

Autoethnography is a method of qualitative inquiry that reveals the personal experiences of an individual in relation to social phenomena as a source of knowledge. Despite criticism of its subjectivities, many disciplines have widely used this approach but it is still rarely employed in Islamic Family Law (IFL). As a guide that regulates the relations of family members in the most important social institution, family law is very close to the lives of both sexes, male and female. Unfortunately, IFL is seen as suffering from gender inequality due to imbalanced gender authorities or male-centered characteristics. This article explores the works of three Indonesian female ulama – Musdah Mulia, Badriyah Fayumi, and Nina Nurmila – which are relevant to issues surrounding IFL to provide answers to the following questions: How are IFL issues – particularly in public and private spheres, ideal husband-wife relations, and women’s domestication – represented in female ulama’s works? Why should the autoethnography approach be incorporated into their works? After reviewing the female ulama's publications, this article maps different approaches and methods they have used in discussing the above IFL issues. It argues that an autoethnographic approach must still be present or visible from their extensive works. This approach allows for a better understanding of the deeper aspects of family life, which is private and intimate. This article, therefore, proposes that autoethnography should be a significant part of female ulama’s future works and that utilizing this approach to reformulate IFL based on the ulama’s personal, reflexive, and analytical accounts of family issues will contribute to more transformative and emancipatory Islamic Family Laws.
