Abstract

Kegiatan PKM (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) ini dilaksanakan secara luring pada tanggal 7 April 2024 dengan tujuan meningkatkan literasi keuangan pengelola UMKM di Kabupaten Bone. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan: asesmen, pelatihan dan workshop, serta evaluasi. Pada tahap asesmen, tim melakukan survei awal untuk memetakan kebutuhan pengelola UMKM. Tahap pelatihan dan workshop fokus pada pemisahan keuangan usaha dan pribadi, penganggaran bulanan, dan pengelolaan hutang. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan survei pasca-workshop untuk menilai efektivitas kegiatan. Workshop diikuti oleh 45 pelaku UMKM dan dinilai berhasil jika terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sebesar 55%. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa 77,8% peserta merasa sangat puas, 72,2% puas dengan kompetensi pembicara, dan 83,3% setuju bahwa materi meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang pengelolaan keuangan usaha. Diharapkan, pelatihan ini meningkatkan kemampuan UMKM dalam mengelola keuangan, membuat keputusan yang lebih cerdas, dan mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan bisnis, sehingga meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan bisnis mereka

Abstract

Kewirausahaan memainkan peran penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia, terutama di tingkat lokal. Namun, banyak dari mereka yang kesulitan dalam menyusun business plan yang efektif, yang merupakan dasar bagi keberhasilan usaha. Desa Arasoe, Kabupaten Bone, memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan kewirausahaan, namun para calon wirausaha di daerah ini masih kurang memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menyusun rencana bisnis yang komprehensif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan penyusunan business plan bagi calon wirausaha di Desa Arasoe. Pelatihan ini mencakup pemahaman dasar tentang pentingnya rencana bisnis, teknik penyusunan rencana bisnis, analisis pasar, perencanaan keuangan, manajemen operasional, dan strategi pemasaran. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan tersebut memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi para peserta. Mereka menjadi lebih terampil dalam merencanakan usaha secara profesional, mampu menyusun rencana bisnis yang baik, dan siap menghadapi tantangan dalam menjalankan usaha.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan rendahnya self-confidence siswa dalam Pendidikan Jasmani di SD Inpres Tamalanrea 1, Kota Makassar. Rendahnya kepercayaan diri ini teridentifikasi berkorelasi dengan pembelajaran yang belum optimal berfokus pada penguasaan keterampilan motorik dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi dan simulasi partisipatif yang melibatkan siswa dan guru. Kegiatan ini memberikan pemahaman teoretis mengenai hubungan kausal antara penguasaan motorik dasar dan self-confidence, serta memberikan praktik langsung melalui permainan motorik yang dirancang secara suportif dan inklusif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan perubahan perilaku yang signifikan pada siswa. Observasi kualitatif menemukan adanya peningkatan partisipasi aktif, keberanian untuk mencoba (willingness to try) tugas motorik baru, dan resiliensi yang lebih baik saat menghadapi kegagalan. Kegiatan ini berhasil memberikan pengalaman keberhasilan (mastery experiences) yang secara langsung membangun kepercayaan diri siswa. Umpan balik dari guru mitra juga sangat positif, menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan komitmen untuk melanjutkan metode pembelajaran yang suportif ini.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out with the aim of improving the competence of Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PESH) teachers in developing interactive learning media based on digital technology. Many PESH  teachers at KKGO Manggala, Makassar City, still use conventional methods and face limitations in the use of digital media, resulting in less than optimal learning in attracting student interest and motivation. This training is designed to provide theoretical knowledge, practical practice, and hands-on experience in designing interactive learning media relevant to PESH material. The implementation method of the activity includes preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. In the preparation stage, modules are prepared and coordination with KKGO administrators is carried out. The implementation stage includes material presentations, practical workshops on creating media using applications such as Canva and interactive PowerPoint, and intensive mentoring in product development. Furthermore, evaluation is carried out through pre-tests, post-tests, observations, and reflections with participants. The results of the activity show a significant increase in teacher knowledge and skills in developing interactive learning media. In addition, this activity also encourages creativity, collaboration, and teacher motivation to innovate in PESH learning. Thus, this training provides a real contribution to improving the quality of PESH learning and is worthy of being developed sustainably and scientifically in other regions.

Abstract

Pendidikan jasmani memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk manusia seutuhnya—tidak hanya melalui peningkatan kemampuan fisik, tetapi juga melalui penanaman nilai, karakter, dan kesadaran diri. Penelitian ini dilandasi oleh pemikiran Bildung, sebuah konsep pendidikan dari tradisi filsafat Jerman yang menekankan proses pembentukan diri melalui pengalaman reflektif dan interaksi sosial yang bermakna. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah merancang kerangka pedagogis yang dapat menuntun pembelajaran gerak agar lebih bernilai humanistik dan transformatif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi literatur, observasi, dan wawancara mendalam dengan guru serta siswa pendidikan jasmani di beberapa sekolah. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa praktik pendidikan jasmani masih berpusat pada aspek teknis dan performatif, sementara sisi reflektif dan moral belum sepenuhnya terintegrasi. Melalui analisis tematik, ditemukan empat pilar utama pembelajaran berbasis Bildung: refleksi diri sebagai inti proses belajar, penguatan relasi sosial dan empati, penghayatan nilai moral melalui pengalaman gerak, serta pergeseran peran guru dari instruktur menjadi fasilitator pengembangan diri. Rancangan kerangka pedagogis yang dihasilkan diharapkan mampu mengubah pendidikan jasmani menjadi ruang pembelajaran yang tidak hanya menyehatkan tubuh, tetapi juga menumbuhkan kesadaran dan karakter kemanusiaan peserta didik. Physical education serves as a vital medium for holistic human development—not merely through physical competence but also through the cultivation of moral values, character, and self-awareness. This study draws upon the theoretical foundation of Bildung, a philosophical concept from the German educational tradition emphasizing self-formation through reflective experience and meaningful social interaction. The research aims to design a pedagogical framework that guides movement learning toward a more humanistic and transformative practice. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through literature reviews, classroom observations, and in-depth interviews with physical education teachers and students from selected schools. The findings indicate that current physical education practices remain predominantly technical and performance-oriented, with limited engagement in reflective and moral dimensions. Thematic analysis revealed four central pillars of Bildung-based pedagogy: reflective learning as the heart of education, the cultivation of empathy and social relations, moral internalization through embodied experience, and the transformation of teachers’ roles from instructors to facilitators of personal growth. The proposed pedagogical framework aspires to reposition physical education as a reflective and human-centered practice—one that not only strengthens the body but also shapes awareness, empathy, and moral character.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan model pembelajaran olahraga inklusif berbasis pendekatan diferensiasi untuk mengatasi tantangan perbedaan fisik, minat, dan gaya belajar mahasiswa di Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan dan Kesehatan Universitas Negeri Makassar (FIKK UNM). Model ini mengintegrasikan prinsip Differentiated Instruction (DI) dan Universal Design for Learning (UDL) yang menekankan fleksibilitas dan aksesibilitas dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan (action research) dalam dua siklus yang melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi untuk menemukan pola pembelajaran yang efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi aktif mahasiswa dari 58% pada pra-siklus menjadi 86% pada siklus kedua, disertai perubahan positif dalam sikap dan perilaku mahasiswa, seperti lebih percaya diri, saling menghargai, dan mampu bekerja sama dalam suasana inklusif. Dosen juga menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan pedagogis. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan model pembelajaran olahraga berbasis diferensiasi dan UDL di pendidikan tinggi untuk mendukung keberagaman dan partisipasi aktif semua mahasiswa. This study developed an inclusive sports learning model based on a differentiation approach to address the challenges of differences in physical abilities, interests, and learning styles of students at the Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences, Makassar State University (FIKK UNM). This model integrates the principles of Differentiated Instruction (DI) and Universal Design for Learning (UDL), emphasizing flexibility and accessibility in learning. The study used an action research method in two cycles involving lecturers and students. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection to find effective learning patterns. The results showed an increase in active student participation from 58% in the pre-cycle to 86% in the second cycle, accompanied by positive changes in student attitudes and behavior, such as greater self-confidence, mutual respect, and the ability to work together in an inclusive atmosphere. Lecturers also demonstrated improved pedagogical skills. This study recommends the implementation of a differentiation-based sports learning model and UDL in higher education to support diversity and active participation of all students.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengatasi rendahnya aplikasi konsep Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) pada pembelajaran PJOK di SD Inpres Timbuseng, Kabupaten Gowa, yang menyebabkan pembelajaran cenderung monoton. Menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Learning, kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui tahapan sosialisasi konsep, pelatihan permainan, dan implementasi praktik lapangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kompetensi pedagogis guru dalam merancang pembelajaran berbasis permainan yang mengintegrasikan keterampilan lokomotor, manipulatif, dan stabilitas. Temuan lapangan mengonfirmasi bahwa penerapan model ini efektif meningkatkan active learning time dan antusiasme siswa secara drastis, sekaligus meminimalisir kebosanan akibat metode drill konvensional. Disimpulkan bahwa program ini berhasil mentransformasi paradigma pengajaran dari orientasi cabang olahraga (sport-based) menjadi orientasi gerak dasar (movement-based) yang menyenangkan dan inklusif bagi tumbuh kembang siswa

Abstract

This literature review explores the role of physical education in enhancing students’ physical and mental health, with a focus on its impact on physical fitness, psychological well-being, resilience, and social competence. By synthesizing findings from ten peer-reviewed international articles published between 2021 and 2025, the review highlights various contributions of school-based physical activity, including structured physical education lessons, the sport education model, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and physical literacy programs. The analysis reveals that physical education offers significant benefits, such as reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, while improving self-esteem, social interaction, and overall well-being. Furthermore, effective program designs such as 15- to 45-minute sessions held at least three times per week consistently yield positive outcomes. Innovations in curriculum and the integration of physical literacy also enhance students' resilience and support the development of long-term healthy lifestyle habits. Nevertheless, challenges such as variation in intervention design, limited school resources, and unequal implementation remain obstacles. This review affirms that physical education plays a strategic role as both a preventive and promotive intervention in modern education and has the potential to serve as a foundational pillar for students’ lifelong physical and mental health

Abstract

Futsal is a game that requires rapid transitions between offensive and defensive methods. The objective of this research is to build a futsal defensive strategy. This study employs a method of development using a model of development created by Brog and Goll. The development phase begins with problem analysis, followed by product design, validation of the designed model, product revision and testing, revision of product test findings, and the obtained model. The expected development is a model for developing futsal defensive strategies known as "BEYB" defensive strategies. The investigation was done at the State University of GOR Futsal FIK Makassar. Participants in this study were futsal players from the city of Makassar. The data collection method leveraged the development phase and administered a different test to up to 120 students. Based on the processed data, the results of this study conclude that there are 30 models of defensive tactics in Futsal, and after testing, that the tactical model produced is viable and effective for usage in Futsal

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of sports education in shaping athletes’ character through a literature review. It explores how physical education, sports training, and pedagogical approaches foster values such as sportsmanship, discipline, responsibility, teamwork, and integrity. The review examined fifteen peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2025. Findings show that sports education, both in formal school settings and non-formal training environments, significantly contributes to athletes’ moral and mental development. Effective strategies include integrating religious and national values, applying sport psychology, and strengthening interpersonal communication between coaches and athletes. However, challenges such as competitive pressure, lack of synergy among educators, and limited policy support hinder comprehensive character-building efforts. Thus, stakeholder collaboration and capacity-building for sports educators are essential to establish a holistic sports education system that nurtures physically skilled, mentally resilient, and ethically grounded athletes.
