Abstract

Background: Penularan HIV, sifilis, dan hepatitis B dari ibu ke anak masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia. Untuk mengatasinya, Kementerian Kesehatan meluncurkan Program Triple Eliminasi melalui peningkatan skrining antenatal, pengobatan dini, dan edukasi kesehatan. Namun, implementasi di tingkat kabupaten, seperti di Grobogan dan Brebes, masih menghadapi tantangan berupa lemahnya koordinasi lintas sektor, keterbatasan sumber daya, serta keterlibatan organisasi profesi yang belum optimal. Metode: Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui diskusi kelompok terarah, evaluasi program, dan analisis situasi untuk memperkuat peran Koalisi Organisasi Profesi (KOPI). Hasil: Dari 15 organisasi profesi dalam KOPI Triple Eliminasi, hanya sekitar 60% yang berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan bersama. Kedua kabupaten belum memiliki legitimasi formal berupa Surat Keputusan Dinas Kesehatan, dan sebagian besar dari 55 tenaga kesehatan peserta FGD belum mendapatkan pelatihan komprehensif, sehingga kapasitas implementasi program masih terbatas. Kesimpulan: Optimalisasi kolaborasi KOPI berpotensi besar mempercepat pencapaian target Triple Eliminasi, namun membutuhkan mekanisme kerja terpadu, peningkatan kapasitas tenaga kesehatan, serta legalisasi formal melalui SK. Temuan ini bersifat kualitatif dan memerlukan penelitian kuantitatif lanjutan untuk mengukur efektivitas kolaborasi secara lebih sistematis.

Abstract

Background: Scabies is a contagious skin disease caused by Sarcoptes scabiei. Scabies is still a neglected health problem in the world. In Indonesia, scabies ranks 3rd out of 12 of the most common skin diseases. Islamic boarding school students are generally prone to scabies because they live and sleep in the same place. Scabies can be caused by gender, level of education lack of knowledge and the extent of inadequate ventilation. Objectives: This study aims to analyze the relationship between gender, knowledge and extent of ventilation with the incidence of scabies at the Nurus Sunnah Islamic Boarding School Semarang. Research Metodes: This study is a quantitative study with an observational analytic approach and a cross-sectional study design. The sample in this study were 107 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection using google form and analyzed using chi square. Results: The results of this study indicate that there are 19.6% of respondents suffering from scabies. There was a sex relationship with the incidence of scabies (p-value = 0.001), there was no relationship between the level of education and the incidence of scabies (p-value = 0.557), there was a relationship between the level of knowledge and the incidence of scabies (p-value = 0.036), there was a relationship between the extent of ventilation. with the incidence of scabies (p-value = 0.023). Conclusion: There is a relationship between gender, knowledge and extent of ventilation with the incidence of scabies in students of the Nurus Sunnah Islamic Boarding School in Semarang in 2020.

Abstract

Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) dirancang tidak hanya sebagai intervensi gizi, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen untuk memperkuat perekonomian lokal melalui penerapan prinsip home-grown school feeding yang melibatkan petani, nelayan, dan pelaku usaha kecil di daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis keterkaitan antara pelaksanaan MBG dan indikator perekonomian lokal di Provinsi Bengkulu, khususnya Nilai Tukar Petani (NTP), Nilai Tukar Nelayan (NTN), serta posisi relatif belanja MBG terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB). Data yang digunakan mencakup data bulanan jumlah Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG), nilai kontrak dan belanja MBG, NTP, dan NTN untuk periode Mei–September 2025, serta data PDRB atas dasar harga berlaku (ADHB) Provinsi Bengkulu untuk Triwulan II dan III tahun 2025. Metode analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif, regresi linier sederhana menggunakan metode Ordinary Least Squares (OLS), serta perbandingan data bulanan dan antartriwulan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan nilai kontrak MBG berkorelasi positif dengan NTP dan NTN, dengan besaran koefisien yang masuk akal secara ekonomi meskipun secara statistik masih bersifat eksploratif karena jumlah observasi yang terbatas. Selain itu, pangsa kontrak MBG terhadap PDRB meningkat tajam antara Triwulan II dan III tahun 2025, searah dengan kenaikan rata-rata NTP. Temuan ini memberikan indikasi awal bahwa penguatan belanja MBG di Provinsi Bengkulu berpotensi selaras dengan perbaikan daya beli petani, stabilitas kondisi nelayan, serta penguatan peran program dalam perekonomian daerah, sekaligus membuka ruang bagi penelitian lanjutan dengan cakupan waktu dan wilayah yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Case of digression children in Indonesian more and more concern from mild case to severe case. Digression can impact a child to experience  a criminal law case is called children in conflict with law. The purpose of this research is to knowing adaptation children conflict with law and the cause of good child adaptation in Panti Sosial Rehabilitasi Cileungsi Bogor. Methodology of this research is a qualitative approach. Subject of this research is children the ages of 12 to 18 years old with 4 sample respondent. The results of the research concluded that (1). Adaptation children conflict with law, is (a). Social adaptation that is  by social interactions type which then the result attitude of solidarity. (b). Spiritual adaptation is good to follow spiritual activities but not all children can resolved life problem with utilize spiritual activity. (c). Culture adaptation that is the formation of behavior by agreement and limitations so that result principles and rules that must be implemented. (2) The cause of child good adaptation, that is (a). Internal factors, including a motivation as a cause that dominates the child adaptation. Howover factor children's education does not affect the adaptation process. (b). External factors that support children's adaptation, includ a the role of the family as a motivator, the role of a friend as an advisor, and then institution environment as a education provider and  the facilitator in compliance the needs. The implication of this research is the process of good adaptation will potentially to children act positively with the support of internal and external factors.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Rumah sakit adalah institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang menyediakan pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan, dan gawat darurat . Rumah sakit menyediakan pelayanan TBC Resistan obat . Kejadian Loss to follow up pada pasien TBC tinggi pada semester pertama pengobatan,dibanding bulan berikutnya. Pasien TBC Resistan obat yang ditangani di RS Roemani sejak bulan Maret 2021 sampai bulan April 2022 sebanyak 14 pasien, jumlah pasien lost to follow up sebanyak satu, pasien sudah selesai pengobatan sebanyak dua, dan sepuluh pasien masih menjalani pengobatan di RS Roemani. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan evaluasi pada kualitas layanan TBC resistans obat di rumah sakit Roemani Muhammadiyah. Metode: Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Evaluasi menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input,Prosses, Product). Penelitian ini dilakuakan di RS Roemani Muhammadiyah Semarang pada bulan November-Desember 2022 Hasil: Hasil Evaluasi konteks dan proses dalam pelayanan TBC RO tercapai seluruhnya. Evaluasi input tercapai Sebagian. Evaluasi produk dalam pelayanan TBC RO yang berupa penemuan kasus, hasil sementara pengobatan dan kepuasan pasien tercapai seluruhnya. Kesimpulan: Evaluasi pelayanan TBC dala aspek input tercapai sebagaian. Manajemen RS Roemani hendaknya dapat menambahkan fasilitas pelayanan laboratorium Thyroid stimulating hormone, mengawasi penggunaan masker N.95, dan melakukan skrining rontgen paru rutin untuk petugas TBC RO.

Abstract

This study aims to apply flashcard media and determine the results of its application in improving the reading ability of Lontara script of students of MIS As'adiyah 66 Timoreng, Wajo Regency. This research uses the classroom action research (CAR) method in two cycles with each cycle having two meetings consisting of the planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of the study were 26 third-grade students with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The results of the study showed an increase in the value of learning outcomes that met the KKM value from the pre-cycle with a percentage of 4.17% (average value of 39.17) to 41.67% (average value of 62.91) in cycle I, then in cycle II to 87.5% (average value of 83.33). Thus, it can be concluded that the application of flashcard media can improve the reading ability of Lontara script of class III students of MIS As'adiyah 66 Timoreng, Wajo Regency in the Bugis Regional Language subject.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the level of teacher discipline, the leadership strategies of the madrasah principal, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving teacher discipline at MTs Madinah Al-Munawwarah Tomoni, East Luwu Regency. This research employed a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects consisted of the madrasah principal and teachers of MTs Madinah Al-Munawwarah, totaling eight informants. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, while data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through source, technique, and time triangulation. The results of the study indicate that teacher discipline at MTs Madinah Al-Munawwarah is generally in a fairly good category, as reflected in attendance, punctuality, teaching preparedness, and compliance with madrasah regulations, although a small number of teachers are still inconsistent. The leadership strategies implemented by the madrasah principal to improve teacher discipline include routine coaching, habituation of punctuality, exemplary leadership, persuasive communication, strengthening regulations and monitoring, and providing appreciation for disciplined teachers. Supporting factors in improving teacher discipline include teachers’ awareness of professional responsibility, the exemplary attitude of the madrasah principal, and the provision of honoraria or incentives. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include teachers having other jobs outside the madrasah, a lack of discipline awareness among some teachers, the absence of firm written regulations, and the non-optimal implementation of reward and punishment systems.

Abstract

The phenomenon of adolescent suicide is a significant and increasing mental health problem in various countries, including Indonesia, influenced by complex social, psychological, and economic pressures. This study aims to analyze the relevance of Pancasila Education in efforts to prevent adolescent suicide cases. The method used is a literature review by analyzing and synthesizing national and international scientific articles published from 2021 to 2025. This study is not yet applied; it only aims to build a theoretical construct regarding the contribution of Pancasila values ​​to adolescent mental health. The results of the study indicate that Pancasila values, namely the values ​​of divinity, humanity, unity, deliberation, and social justice, can build spirituality, empathy, social bonds, communication skills, and a sense of justice in adolescents. The implementation of these values ​​in the character learning process can foster mental resilience, social awareness, and life expectancy, thus Pancasila Education has relevance as a preventive strategy in supporting the prevention of suicide cases in adolescents.

Abstract

The development of information technology has made mobile phones a vital necessity for the community, including in Topoyo City, Central Mamuju Regency. The high price of mobile phones has encouraged businesses to offer credit payment schemes as an alternative for consumers who cannot afford cash purchases. However, the practice of buying and selling mobile phones on credit has the potential to cause legal issues if not implemented in accordance with the principles of Sharia Economic Law. This study aims to determine the system of buying and selling mobile phones with a credit scheme implemented in Topoyo City and analyze its compliance with Sharia provisions. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through direct interviews with counter owners and consumers, supported by documentation and literature studies. The analysis was conducted descriptively by examining credit buying and selling practices based on the pillars, conditions, and principles of Islamic jurisprudence, particularly regarding the concepts of bai' al-taqsith and murabahah. The results show that credit transactions are carried out through direct agreements without a financing institution. The difference between the cash and credit prices is agreed upon at the beginning of the contract. However, weaknesses remain, such as the lack of a written contract and the potential imposition of late fees. According to sharia, this practice is permitted as long as it meets the principles of justice, transparency, and is free from usury, gharar, and dzulm.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of school culture in shaping the character of fifth-grade students at SD Inpres Moncongloe, Gowa Regency, and to identify the obstacles in its implementation. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, students, and parents. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that school culture plays an important role in character building through the habituation of positive values, teacher role modeling, and the consistent implementation of school norms and traditions. The character values developed include religiosity, discipline, responsibility, nationalism, and social awareness. However, several obstacles were identified, such as inconsistent implementation of school culture, differences in teachers’ understanding, limited time management, diverse student backgrounds, and limited parental involvement. Overall, school culture is an effective strategy for supporting character development when implemented consistently and supported by all members of the school community and families.
