Abstract

Digital transformation in the healthcare sector has driven the use of information technology to improve service quality, including through online registration systems at community health centers. However, the implementation of such systems still faces several challenges, such as an unattractive interface, a difficult registration process, and Limited- service options. This study aims to examine the relationship between the quality of the online registration system in the Klinisia application and user satisfaction at the Ciracas District Health Center in 2025. A quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach was used. A total of 376 respondents were selected using accidental sampling. The results showed that respondents’ assessments of system quality dimensions were as follows: Flexibility good 87,2%, poor 12,8%; Reliability good 87,8%, poor 12,2%, System Integration good 88,3%, poor 11,7%; System Accessibility good 90,4%, poor 9,6%; and Response Time good 90,4%, poor 9,6%. Statistical analysis indicated a significant relationship between all system quality dimensions and user satisfaction (P-Value < 0.05). It can be concluded that the quality of the online registration system is significantly associated with patient satisfaction and contributes to faster service processes and improved service effectiveness at the health center.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) To determine the increase in the ability to write creative short stories of class V students of SDN 4 Banyuasin III through the application of the concept learning model with Canva media; (2) To determine the percentage of increase in the ability to write creative stories of class V students of SDN 4 Banyuasin III through the application of the concept learning model with Canva media . This type of research is action research which is carried out in 2 cycles and each cycle consists of two meetings. This research was conducted in class V of SDN 4 Banyuasin III, Banyuasin Regency. Data collection technique conducted through test activities. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Through the application of the Concept Learning learning model with Canva Media, the ability of class V students of SDN 4 Banyuasin III to write creative short stories can be improved; (2) The percentage increase in the ability of class V students of SDN 4 Banyuasin III to write creative short stories from cycle I to cycle II is 12.55%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze students' combinatorial thinking skills after using learning worksheets on enumeration rules. This research aims to provide solutions by applying learning materials to improve students' combinatorial thinking skills in solving math problems. The research method used is qualitative research. The research technique in this case is to use data triangulation. The purpose of triangulation is to increase the validity and reliability of research findings by confirming or complementing findings from various sources or perspectives. The results in this study are the diversity of the fulfillment of indicators in the ability to think combinatorics, including students with the S-1 category can fulfill all indicators of combinatorics thinking ability. Students in the S-2 category only fulfill 1 indicator of combinatorics thinking ability. Students in the S-3 category could not fulfill all the indicators of combinatorics thinking ability.

Abstract

Abstrak   Pelatihan adalah bagian dari pendidikan yang merupakan sarana pembinaan dan pengembangan karir serta salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia sesuai dengan kebutuhan pekerjaan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk terbentuknya kesadaran dan pengetahuan keluarga atau orang tua betapa pentingnya Bahasa inggris bagi anak-anak mereka demi masa depan yang lebih baik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode menggunakan metode action research. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 33 anak-anak Sekolah Dasar. Setelah penelitian, pengetahuan tentang pengetahuan anak-anak terhadap nama-nama binatang di pre-test memiliki pengetahuan yang baik sebanyak 15 orang (45,5%) dan hasil post-test memiliki pengetahuan yang baik sebanyak 25 orang (75,7%). Pengetahuan tentang nama-nama binatang hasil pre-test memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup sebanyak 6 orang (18,1%) dan hasil post-test memiliki pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 8 orang (24,3%) sedangkan Pengetahuan tentang anak-anak tentang binatang dari hasil pre-test memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang sebanyak 12 orang (36,4%) dan hasil post-test dengan indikator kurang tidak ada. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan anak-anak sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan kegiatan pelatihan Bahasa Inggris dengan menggunakan flashcard. Kegiatan pelatihan ini sangat bermanfaat dan menambah wawasan peserta dalam belajar Bahasa Inggris. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan Bahasa Inggris, Flashcard Abstract   Training is part of education which is a means of coaching and career development as well as one of the efforts to improve the quality of human resources according to job requirements. This community service activity aims to form awareness and knowledge of families or parents how important English is for their children for a better future. This type of research is quantitative with the method of using the action research method. This activity was attended by around 33 elementary school children. After the research, the knowledge of children's knowledge of animal names in the pre-test had good knowledge of 15 people (45.5%) and the results of the post-test had good knowledge of 25 people (75.7%). Knowledge of the names of animals from the pre-test had sufficient knowledge of 6 people (18.1%) and the results of the post-test had sufficient knowledge of 8 people (24.3%) while the knowledge of children about animals from the results the pre-test had less knowledge as many as 12 people (36.4%) and the results of the post-test with less indicators did not exist. These results indicate an increase in children's knowledge before and after English training activities using flashcards. This training activity was very useful and broadened the participants' insight into learning English. Keywords : English Training, Flashcard

Abstract

Should be, the principle of Ultimum Remedium should be applied in the enforcement of law against crimes committed by children; however, in reality, in Decision Number: 9/Pid.Sus-Anak/2023/Pn Plg, this principle was not optimally implemented. This inconsistency raises issues regarding the ideal legal protection for children as offenders, particularly in cases of sexual offenses. A harsher treatment than expected can impact the psychological well-being of the child and undermine the more humane rehabilitation goals within the juvenile justice system. This study aims to analyze the enforcement of law regarding sexual offenses committed by children and to assess the basis for the judge's considerations in rendering a decision based on the principle of Ultimum Remedium. The methodology used is normative legal research with a case approach, where the primary data is derived from the Palembang District Court Decision Number: 9/Pid.Sus-Anak/2023/Pn Plg, supported by secondary and tertiary legal materials that are analyzed qualitatively. The research findings indicate that the law enforcement in this case imposed a prison sentence of 4 years along with a fine of Rp 50,000,000, with an alternative of 3 months of vocational training. In the judge's considerations, the basis cited was Article 81 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 76 D of the Child Protection Law, emphasizing both juridical and non-juridical aspects, although the application of the Ultimum Remedium principle was not enforced due to various aggravating factors.

Abstract

Stunting adalah kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak balita akibat kekurangan gizi kronis terutama pada 1.000 hari pertama kehidupan. Banyak faktor yang menyebabkan tingginya kejadian stunting pada balita. Masyarakat belum menyadari stunting sebagai suatu masalah dibandingkan dengan permasalahan kurang gizi lainnya. Stunting dipengaruhi oleh status kesehatan remaja, ibu hamil, pola makan balita, ekonomi, budaya, pendidikan maupun faktor lingkungan, seperti sanitasi, akses informasi dan layanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor pendidikan dan sumber informasi ibu hamil terhadap pencegahan stunting di PMB Sulistio Rahayu Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan analitik kuantitatif dengan desain Cross Sectional. Jumlah sampel sebesar 50 resonden dengan tehnik total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan analisis data menggunakan univariat dan bivariat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebagian besar responden berpendidikan tinggi sebanyak 47 responden (76%), sebagian besar responden mendapat informasi dari tenaga kesehatan dan media masa sebanyak 28 responden (56%) dan perilaku pencegahan stunting sebagian besar baik sebanyak 34 responden (68%). Tidak ada hubungan pendidikan ibu hamil terhadap pencegahan stunting dengan p-value 0,184. Ada hubungan sumber informasi ibu hamil terhadap pencegahan stunting p-value 0,035. Tidak ada hubungan pendidikan ibu hami terhadap pencegahan stunting dan ada hubungan sumber informasi ibu hamil terhadap pencegahan stunting di PMB Sulistio Rahayu Kabupaten Lampung Tengah.

Abstract

This research was aimed to find out about students’ perception of the use of buzz group technique to teach reading comprehension. The problems were related to students’ reading comprehension. This research used descriptive quantitative to describe students’ perception about using a buzz group in teaching reading comprehension. The population was all of 9th grade of SMP N 1 Tanjuang Baru. To take the sample, the researcher used total technique sampling, because the population less than 100 students. The sample of this research was 48 students. The researcher used a questionnaire to collect data and used Total Score/ Y X 100% to analyze the data. The result of this research showed that the students had good perception of the use buzz group technique in teaching reading.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) remains a global health threat, especially in low and middle income countries, including Indonesia. In Indonesia, there is a surge in TB cases due to the lack of detection and treatment of TB that does not reach the target. To achieve TB elimination by 2030 in accordance with the global target, Indonesia must reach the target of finding cases at least 90% of estimated cases. TB case finding through the screening activities is the first step of TB control to reduce morbidity and mortality. This study aims to analyze the requirements of the TB screening information system. The analysis was conducted based on the PIECES Framework as a method of analysis as a basis for obtaining more specific issues. The results of the analysis resulted in the need for an information system that can be accessed by the Health Office, Health Center, and the community with several requirements including providing a menu of counseling schedules and consultation messages, adding data on educational materials, producing an information dashboard, a system equipped with a database for storage and a password for security, and producing accurate and real time information for the requirements of prevention and intervention efforts

Abstract

Kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah merupakan salah satu aspek penting dari suatu sistem pengajaran. Saat ini SMK Permata Bangsa masih menggunakan sistem absensi yang dilakukan secara manual, dimana guru masih memanggil siswa satu persatu. Sistem absensi seperti ini kurang efektif dan efisien karena masih ada beberapa masalah dalam prosesnya. Sistem absensi yang masih manual juga mengakibatkan siswa dapat melakukan kecurangan seperti tidak hadir ke sekolah padahal berangkat dari rumah. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kedisiplinan kehadiran siswa dalam absensi dan keluar masuk kelas melalui sistem aplikasi fingerprint dan SMS Gatway. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi analisis dengan mengumpulkan data, mengolah dan kemudian menganalisis data yang diperoleh baik dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan kejadian yang ada dilapangan dan didukung pula dengan literasi pustaka yang mendukung kajian. Absensi Dalam hal ini, untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dalam sekolah dibutuhkan kerjasama antara guru dan orang tua siswa. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah Sistem Absensi berbasis Fingerprint dan SMS Gateway. Siswa melakukan absen menggunakan identifikasi Fingerprint, sehingga dapat diketahui bagi yang tidak hadir pasti tidak melakukan absen. Guru juga tidak perlu lagi memanggil siswa satu persatu yang dilakukan pada saat jam pelajaran, dan cukup dengan melihat data siswa yang absen setiap harinya. Dengan SMS Gateway pada sistem ini, maka sistem akan memberikan informasi tentang ketidakhadiran siswa kepada orang tua siswa. Saat komunikasi antara guru dan orang tua telah terjalin maka dapat dengan mudah mengawasi kehadiran dan meminimalisir kecurangan yang akan dilakukan oleh siswa sehingga siswa akan menjadi lebih disiplin serta melatih kejujuran siswa.

Abstract

This study investigates the teaching methods applied by teachers in improving academic achievement of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects of grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 18 Lau Maros. The aim is to reveal learning strategies, obstacles, and supporting factors for student success. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document review. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing methods. The research respondents consisted of PAI teachers and grade VIII students. The results of the study showed that teachers applied a teacher-centered and student-centered learning approach, and utilized various learning techniques such as lectures, group discussions, question and answer sessions, demonstrations, and various learning media. This method is designed to accommodate differences in student learning styles. Barriers to improving learning achievement include limited learning resources, the influence of students' social environment, and differences in academic ability between students. These differences in ability require inclusive and differentiated learning strategies. In contrast, support from parents, principals, and fellow teachers is a driving factor for success. This support creates a positive and conducive learning atmosphere. A fun and collaborative learning environment has been shown to improve student motivation and learning achievement. This study emphasizes the importance of comprehensive learning strategies and supportive learning environments in improving PAI learning achievement. As a suggestion for further research, it is necessary to explore more innovative and effective learning methods to overcome the identified obstacles.
