Abstract

Pendahuluan: Masalah kesehatan gigi dan mulut masih menjadi perhatian, dikarenakan anak usia sekolah 13-15 tahun memiliki tingkat plak yang tinggi mengarah menjadi karies dan penyakit periodontal. Sementara anak-anak pada usia tersebut berperilaku benar ketika menyikat gigi sangat rendah. WHO merekomendasikan pelajar remaja sebagai kelompok usia yang tepat untuk diperkenalkan dan dipromosikan mengenai perilaku pemeliharaan kebersihan gigi mulut. Tujuan penelitian: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan online dengan media video terhadap perilaku pemeliharaan kebersihan gigi dan mulut. Metode: Penelitian eksperimental semu dengan desain one group pretest and posttest, sebanyak 49 pelajar SMP Negeri 7 Muara Badak menjadi subjek penelitian. Data pada riset ini yakni data primer yang didapatkan melalui hasil kuesioner pretest dan lembar checklist posttest yang diisi oleh responden selama 21 hari. Hasil: Sebelum penyuluhan online menggunakan media video 21 responden termasuk kedalam perilaku kategori kurang (42,9%) dan 28 responden termasuk kedalam perilaku kategori baik (57,1%) setelah dilakukan penyuluhan online media video. Hasil pengujian Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai p sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Kesimpulan: Penyuluhan online menggunakan media video memiliki pengaruh terhadap perilaku pemeliharaan kebersihan gigi dan mulut di SMP Negeri 7 Muara Badak.

Abstract

Power distribution systems are critical in delivering electricity reliably, but they are highly susceptible to voltage quality degradation due to uneven load growth. The research problem addressed in this study is how increasing loads affect the voltage profile and power losses in a distribution system, particularly in scenarios of rapid demand growth. The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of load increases on voltage levels and system efficiency in the IEEE 33-bus distribution network. The study employs a quantitative simulation method using the Newton-Raphson power flow technique in PSAT, integrated with MATLAB. Load scenarios were simulated at 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, 125%, and 150% of the base load. Results indicate that as load increases, voltage levels at several buses, especially those farthest from the source, decrease significantly. The minimum system voltage drops from 11.55 kV under initial conditions to 9.39 kV at a 150% load increase, resulting in a voltage drop of up to 25.8%. Furthermore, both active and reactive power losses increase with higher load levels, indicating reduced system efficiency. The study implies that distribution networks like the IEEE 33-bus system require mitigation strategies, such as voltage regulation and loss reduction measures, to maintain voltage quality and energy efficiency under high load conditions.

Abstract

This study aimed to explain the development of the Human Resources model at IAIN Lhokseumawe in particular and Islamic Universities in general. The results showed that Human Resource Development at IAIN Lhokseumawe had focused on factors of trust, emotional ties, power relations, and career cycles. However, it had no discipline, did not have a platform that was designed and integrated, did not utilize the spirit of religion and culture as strong energy for the development of human resources. Therefore, IAIN Lhokseumawe is in a need of a comprehensive and futuristic human resource development model. This model was built based on HRD factors, HRD aspects, HRD methods, and HRD strategies/steps. HRD factors were emphasized on the platform designed, the work balance between employees, discipline, and the utilization of the potential of cultural plurality and Islamic spirit as an intrinsic power of human resource development. The development was carried out in an integrated and parallel way between individual development, career, organization, and performance management through flexible work arrangements, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of innovative technologies in a sustainable and strong leadership system.

Abstract

In alignment with the mandate of the Ministerial Regulation of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Permendikbudristek) No. 30 of 2021 on the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence (PPKS) and ITB's Strategic Plan for continuous transformation to achieve national and global recognition, this community service initiative is designed to establish a zero-tolerance policy toward sexual harassment. Sexual harassment is a significant barrier to achieving educational goals; therefore, more rigorous efforts are needed to disseminate anti-sexual violence awareness from the university to external stakeholders surrounding the campus environment, such as vendors, café owners, boarding house managers, online motorcycle taxi drivers, and students. The socialization given by PPKS task force team  for those audiences. These output include publications in mass media, pocketbooks, and stickers. Among the 156 participants who attended, the largest proportion comprised students (46.2%; n=72), followed by campus business operators (45.5%; n=71), café managers (6.4%; n=10), boarding house managers (1.3%; n=2), and online drivers (0.6%; n=1). It is expected the collaborative involvement of all stakeholders will strengthen efforts to prevent sexual violence within the campus environment.

Abstract

Hydropower conversion technology  into electrical energy has been widely found. Technology for small scale with small hydro capacity, especially for power plants in remote villages, is still a challenge. The right technology for villages must be easy to manufacture, maintain, and use components that are easy to obtain. One technology that suits this condition is the Archimedes turbine generator. In this study, an analysis of the performance of the Archimedes turbine prototype as a hydroelectric power plant with 1 blade and 2 blade was carried out. The results of measurements and analysis showed that the 2-blade turbine provided better rotation, work discharge, and turbine efficiency compared to the 1-blade turbine. The 2-blade turbine provided better performance compared to the 1-blade turbine. The measurement results also found that the turbine performance would be better if installed at an angle of 30O.

Abstract

Tekanan darah adalah kekuatan yang diberikan oleh darah pada setiap bagian dinding pembuluh darah dan dapat dikatakan tinggi (hipertensi) apabila tekanan melebihi 139/89 mmHg. Hipertensi umumnya tidak menimbulkan gejala pada tahap awal, sehingga banyak individu tidak menyadari kondisinya. Pengukuran indeks massa tubuh dan rasio lingkar pinggang panggul dapat digunakan sebagai indikator dalam mendeteksi hipertensi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan indeks massa tubuh dan rasio lingkar pinggang panggul dengan Tekanan Darah pada Mahasiswa Program Studi Kedokteran Universitas Mulawarman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel melalui Accidental sampling dan berdasarkan data primer melalui pengukuran berat badan, tinggi badan, lingkar pinggang, lingkar panggul, dan tekanan darah pada 94 subjek penelitian. Pada penelitian ini, didapatkan indeks massa tubuh yang dominan adalah kategori normal (48,9%), sedangkan pada variabel rasio lingkar pinggang panggul didapatkan dominan pada kategori tidak berisiko (79,8%), dan pada variabel tekanan darah dominan pada kategori normal (83%). Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Spearman’s Correlation untuk variabel indeks massa tubuh dan variabel rasio lingkar pinggang panggul. Hubungan indeks massa tubuh dengan tekanan darah menunjukkan p = 0,086. Hubungan rasio lingkar pinggang panggul dengan tekanan darah menunjukkan p < 0,001 dengan kekuatan hubungan r = 0,336. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Manajemen pondok pesantren dalam meningkatkan kualitas hafalan al-Qur’an santri, (2) Untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapan manajemen pondok pesantren dalam meningkatkan kualitas hafalan al-Qur’an santri, (3) Untuk mengetahui dampak manajemen pondok pesantren kepada santri pondok pesantren Tahfizh al-Qur’an al-Hudzaifyyah Kabupaten Kolaka. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan yang dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Tahfizh al-Qur’an al-Hudzaifyyah Kabupaten Kolaka. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang kemudian data dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren Tahfizh al-Qur’an al-Hudzaifyyah telah menerapkan manajemen dalam meningkatkan kualitas hafalan al-Qur’an santri. Dampak penerapan manajemen pondok pesantren yaitu dampak positif kepada santri, pondok pesantren, wali santri, Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Kolaka. Sedangkan dampak negatif terhadap santri pondok pesantren Tahfizh al-Qur’an al-Hudzaifyyah Kabupaten Kolaka yaitu : 1) Sakit, 2) Keluar dari pondok pesantren, dan 3) Perselisihan pendapat wali santri dan pimpinan pondok pesantren

Abstract

SUTT is a high voltage overhead line with a power of 70 kV - 150 kV to distribute electric power from the generating center to the substation or from substation to substation. The purpose of this study was to obtain modeling of lightning strike density on the 150 kV transmission line between Parit Baru substation and Senggiring substation using geostatistical approaches, namely IDW methods (Inverse Distance Weighted). In identifying the level of vulnerability to lightning strikes, Cloud to Ground lightning event data (2018"“2020) is used. The aim of this research is to obtain the density pattern of lightning strikes on the 150 kV transmission line between the Parit Baru substation and the Senggiring substation. The process in ArcGIS 10.8 software aims to obtain lightning strike density and display the results of the lightning strike density map. Based on the results of data processing for 3 years, the highest density of lightning strikes occurred in 2019 in Segedong District at 54.52 strikes/km ². Meanwhile, the lowest density of lightning strikes occurred in 2018 in East Mempawah District, amounting to 2.86 strikes/km ². Based on the lightning strike density map per grid on the 150 kV transmission line between Parit Baru substation and Senggiring substation for 3 years, the results obtained for the highest lightning strike were 36 strikes/km ² while for the lowest strike it was 1 strike/km ². From this research, it was found that there were 15 transmission towers that passed a high density of lightning strikes with a strike range of 25"“36 strikes/km ² and the highest lightning strike occurred at tower number 31, number 30, and number 29, amounted to 36 strikes/km ².

Abstract

Public street lighting (PJU) is a public lighting installation that is commonly installed on a street medium, bridges or in certain places such as parks and other public places. The aim of this research is to make the layout of public street lighting lights to be more optimal, efficient and in accordance with the standardization of BSN SNI 7391:2008. The planning of the installation of the PJU lamps is carried out prior to the field observation of the existing conditions followed by the installation process. On the highway of Bengkayang has a total length of road 22,550 metres and only about 17,850 meters that has already installed PJU of 447 points of light and that lives only 318 points with the use of light type SON-T 150 watt, SON- T 250 watt and LED 60 watt. The interpolar distance is an average of 40 meters as well as the width of the road 6 meters and 4 meters, the resulting lighting has met and slightly exceeded the standard. Based on the results of the planning, optimization of the existing road length 17,850 meters and the addition of light points of 4,700 meters in the road and corridors that have not yet had street lighting, so that the total length of the road 22,550 metres and 568 light points are divided into 2 classes of road i.e. primary and local collectors. The total energy consumption of 568 lamps is 584.4 kWh per day and is 6.54 per cent more efficient than the current 625,32 kWh of 318 lamps per day, despite an increase in the number of lamps of 250 points.

Abstract

Public Street Lighting (PJU) is a means used to improve the function of the road so that it can illuminate the road at night, improve safety, security, traffic comfort and make road users more comfortable in the campus environment. PJU lights in the Tanjungpura University environment already exist on Jalan Prof. Dr. H. Hadari Nawawi, especially around Tanjungpura University Currently, these lights use 250 watt SON lamps with a pole height of ± 9m and produce an average light intensity of 2188.38 cd with a light intensity of 16.69 lux. The average energy consumption per day is ± 170 kW, but the lighting intensity is not in accordance with SNI standards. The recommended improvement effort is to replace them with 120 watt LED lamps, which can meet SNI standards for secondary collector road classes with an illumination intensity of 3-7 lux. Evaluation and recommendations are needed to improve lighting conditions in the neighborhood. After being replaced with 120 watt LED lights, the average pole height is ± 9m, the light intensity is 954.52 cd, and the illumination intensity is 7,28 lux, the results meet the SNI standards for secondary collector road classes. Although the monthly electrical energy consumption reaches Rp.4,721,640, LED lights produce a clearer contrast of light on objects, although the intensity is lower than SON lamps which have a greater intensity, but the color and contrast on objects become clearer
