Abstract

AbstractThe development of learning modules is based on the low learning outcomes of learners and the limited teaching materials available in schools. The purpose of the development research is to produce the learning module development design, to describe the learning of Indonesian language by using learning module, and to know the result of learning speaking skill through the use of learning module. This research is development research with Borg and Gall stage: research and data collection, planning, product draft development, expert validation, revision of expert commentary, trial, revision of trial commentary result, and final product refinement. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection tools are observation sheet, interview guide, and questionnaire. Data analysis used qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the study were: (1) research and information collecting, (2) planning stage, (3) development stage, (4) expert validation stage, (5) trial stage, (6) ) refinement of the final product. Learning Indonesian uses learning modules starting with preparation, introduction, core activities (exploration, elaboration, and confirmation), assessing the work of learners, evaluation, and closing. Learning outcomes of learners after the use of learning modules showed an increase, it is seen from the result of pretest 47.5 while the result of posttest 85.3. The increase can also be seen from the result of t test 2 paired samples showing t statistics > t table (36> 1.708), meaning there is difference of learning result using learning module.Key words: Learning modules, speaking skills, learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract Islamic boarding schools are a benchmark in character building, therefore, all administrators, religious teachers and scholars to always be consistent and consistent in character building for every santri. The development of santri characters with educating systems and rules so that in the future santris will grow well too. The focus and purpose of this research was to describe Kiai's Leadership in the Development of Santri Characters, Santri activities in fostering the character of santri, and monitoring activities in fostering the character of santri. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive research. Data collection techniques used include: In-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study were Kiai's leadership in the development of santri character of Kiai as a Motivator, namely Kiai often provides motivation so that santri can be more enthusiastic in positive things or good things. Kiai as an innovator, Kiai has made a renewal or breakthrough in an organization. Innovation is a movement that can provide a different atmosphere . Kiai as a facilitator, Kiai has provided facilities in the form of facilities and infrastructure to support activities in the pesantren. Kiai as mobilisator who moved in giving direction to subordinates, namely to ustadz-ustadzah.   Keywords:  Development of Santri Character, Kiai, Leadership.

Abstract

Abstract : The problem in this research is the improvement of student learning activities in the teaching fourth grade social studies at the State 31 East Pontianak using contextual learning model. The method used in this study is kotektual learning model, and the type of research is the study tindakkan class (PTK), in actual berkolaborator with colleagues. Data collection techniques in this study is the technique of direct observation. While the data collection tool using teacher observation sheets and student observation sheets, also uses the records or files on student learning outcomes. The research was conducted by two cycles of action with two meetings. Once the action is performed in cycles I and II, student activity has increased, in the first cycle, learning activities 59.61 Then in cycle II to increase, 74.00% of learning activities. The conclusion of this research pembelajarn contextual model can enhance the activity of the fourth grade students of State 31 East Pontianak on social studies. Abstrak : Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPS di kelas IV SD Negeri 31 Pontianak Tenggara dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kontektual. Metode yang yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran kotektual, dan jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian tindakkan kelas ( PTK ), dalam pelaksanaannya berkolaborator dengan teman sejawat. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi langsung. Sedangkan alat pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi guru dan lembar observasi siswa, juga menggunakan catatan-catatan atau arsip-arsip tentang hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus tindakan dengan dua kali pertemuan. Setelah tindakan dilakukan pada siklus I dan II, aktivitas siswa mengalami peningkatan, pada siklus I, aktivitas belajar 59,61 Kemudian pada siklus ke II mengalami peningkatan, aktivitas belajar 74,00 % . Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini dengan model pembelajarn kontektual dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 31 Pontianak Tenggara pada mata pelajaran IPS. Abstract

AbstractThis study aim to describe the management of Islamic boarding schools conducted by the Nurul Islam Ngabang Islamic Boarding School. The management described is namely: planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising the management of Islamic boarding school education. The approach used in this study was a qualitative approach with case study design. Data collection techniques are: interviews, direct observation, and documentation. For data analysis using descriptive techniques. Planning management of pesantren education, the foundation carries out: Planning about the objectives of the pesantren, Planning the formulation of the pesantren's vision and mission, Planning the curriculum used, Planning the procurement of facilities and infrastructure, Planning on financing. Organizing management by: Socializing tasks and educator functions in carrying out teaching tasks, Selection of pesantren education and teaching staff, Recruitment of students, Management of facilities and infrastructure. The implementation carried out are: building a measurable meeting agenda as a means of communication that is built between administrators, caregivers, students and parents of students, carrying out dormitory programs, implementing formal education and boarding programs. And supervision is carried out: supervision of achievement of goals, supervision of tasks of education and education personnel, supervision of curriculum achievement, supervision of funding, and supervision of facilities and infrastructure. Keywords: Education Management, Islamic Boarding Schools

Abstract: The Research About the Increase Reading Inception Skill With Structural Analitic Sintetic Method (SAS) Student in Grade of Elementary School. This Research to Describe Whether can Increase Reading Inception Skill Student in Grade of Elementary School. This Research Used a Description Method. The Research is Classroom Action Research Type. Mean Output Plan Learning Used (SAS) in First Cycle in First Meeting is 3.41 and Mean Output in Second Meeting is 3.65%. Mean Output of this Research is Plan Learning Used (SAS) in Second Cycle in First Meeting is 3.71 and Mean Output in Second Cycle is 3.78. Mean Output Implementation of Lerning Used (SAS) in Second Cycle in First Meeting is 3.23 and in Second Meeting is 3.58. Mean Output Implementation of Lerning Used (SAS) in Second Cycle in First Meeting is 3.63 and in Second Cycle in First Meeting is 3.89.Mean Output Reading Inception Skill With Method (SAS) in First Cycle in First Meeting is 53.61 and in Second Meeting is 59.62. Mean Output Reading Inception Skill With Method (SAS) in Second Cycle in First Meeting is 65.43 and in second meeting is 70.42. Abstrak: Penelitian peningkatan keterampilan membaca permulaan siswa menggunakan metode Struktural Analisis Sintesis (SAS) dengan media kartu kata di SD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan apakah dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membaca permulaan siswa di SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi. Bentuk penelitian ini yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas. Rata-rata hasil perencanaan pembelajaran menggunakan metode SAS pada siklus I pertemuan ke-1 yaitu 3.41 dan pada pertemuan ke-2 yaitu 3.65. Rata-rata perencanaan pembelajaran menggunakan metode SAS pada siklus II pertemuan ke-1 yaitu 3.71 dan pada pertemuan ke-2 yaitu 3.78. Rata-rata penerapan metode SAS pada siklus I pertemuan ke-1 yaitu 3.23 dan pada siklus II yaitu 3.58. Rata-rata penerapan metode SAS pada siklus II pertemuan ke-1 yaitu 3.63 dan pada pertemuan ke-2 yaitu 3.89. Rata-rata hasil keterampilan siswa membaca permulaan pada siklus I pertemuan ke-1 yaitu 53.61 dan 59.,62. Rata-rata hasil keterampilan membaca permulaan siswa pada siklus II pertemuan ke-1 yaitu 65.43 dan pertemuan ke-2 yaitu 70,42. Kata kunci: Membaca permulaan, Metode SAS, Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan metode games (permainan) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK LKIA III Pontianak Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah deskriptif, berbentuk kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan anak usia 4-5 tahun di Kelompok A. Hasil analisis data untuk mengetahui penerapan metode games (permainan) yang meliputi media yang digunakan guru, tahapan-tahapan dalam penerapan metode games (permainan), respon anak pada saat penerapan, faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat dalam penerapan metode games (permainan), serta tingkat keberhasilan guru dalam penerapan metode games (permainan) yang dapat dilihat dari kemajuan berbahasa anak dalam berkomunikasi, menyimak, mengenal huruf, dan mengenal benda beserta sifat atau fungsinya. Kata kunci : Metode Games (permainan), Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berbahasa Abstract: This study aims to analyze the application of the method games in improving language skills in children aged 4-5 years in TK LKIA III Pontianak West Borneo Province. The method used to analyze the data is descriptive, qualitative form. The subjects were teachers and children aged 4-5 years in Group A. Results of data analysis to determine the application of the method games which includes media used by teachers, the stages in the application of methods of games, the response at the time of application of the child, factors that support and hinder the application of the method games, as well as the level of teacher success in the application of the method games which can be seen from a child's language progress in communicating, listening, recognize letters, and recognize objects and their properties or functions. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan hubungan pemberian motivasi kerja kepala sekolah, kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru SMA Swasta di Kecamatan Sungai Kakap. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan menggunakan instrument. Sampel penelitian adalah guru SMA Swasta sebanyak 50 responden. Instrument terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu pemberian motivasi kerja kepala sekolah, kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru. Hasil analisis didapat beberapa temuan. Pertama, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pemberian motivasi kerja kepala sekolah (X1) dengan kinerja guru (Y) SMA Swastan dengan t hitung (2,089) > t table (2,000) dan signifikansi atau probabilitas (0,04) < (0,05) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kedua, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah (X2) dengan kinerja guru (Y) SMA Swasta Karena t hitung (2,247) > t table (2,000) dan signifikansi atau probabilitas (0,04) < (0,05) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Ketiga, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pemberian motivasi kerja (X1) dan kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah (X2) secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru (Y) dengan nilai F hitung (1,979) > F tabel (1,684) dan nilai signifikan (0,005) < (0,05),  maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Kepemimpinan Situasional, Kinerja Guru Abstract: This study aims to reveal a relation of principal’s work motivationand situational leadership principals with the private high school teachers in Sungai Kakap,This research is using descriptive method and data collections by using questionnaire instrument. The samples are private high school teachers with 50 respondents. The instrument consists of three variables they are principal's work motivation, situational leadership principals and teachers’ performance. The analysis results obtained some findings. First , there is a significant correlation between the principal's job motivation (X1) with the performance of private high school teachers (Y) in with t (2.089) > t table (2.000) and significance or probability (0.04) < (0.05) , then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted . Secondly , there is a significant relationship between situational leadership principals (X2) with teacher performance (Y) Private School Due t (2.247) > t table (2.000) and significance or probability ( 0.04 ) < ( 0.05 ) , then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Third, there is a significant correlation between job motivation (X1) and situational leadership principals (X2) together with the performance of teachers (Y) with F count (1,979) > F table (1.684) and significant values ​​(0.005) < (0.05) , then Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Abstract

  Abstak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan produk yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran yang menjelaskan tetang norma-norma dalam masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini melibatkan seorang ahli konten, seorang ahli media, rekan guru,  kelompok kecil untuk uji coba dan kelompok besar. Subjek uji coba adalah pebelajar kelas VII MTs Sirajul Ulum Pontianak. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan menggunakan model interaktif yaitu pengumpulan data, penyajian data, analisa data dan penarikan kesimpulan verifikasi. Hasil pengembangan media divalidasi oleh para ahli untuk memastikan kualitas media yang dihasilkan. Uji coba dilakukan pada uji coba  kelompok kecil dan uji coba lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media yang digunakan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Rata-rata tingkat kelayakan berdasarkan ahli konten sebesar 4,7 % atau kategori sangat baik; validasi ahli media sebesar 4.9 % atau sangat baik,uji coba kelompok kecil sebesar 8,96% atau kategori  sangat baik; dan uji coba lapangan sebesar 8,93 %  atau  sangat baik.   Kata kunci:  Pengembangan Media Video , Perolehan Belajar, Norma-Norma Abstraction: This study is a product development research which aims to produce media that explains neighbor norms in society. In this study involved a content expert, a media expert, fellow teachers, small group and large group trials. Subject trial is pebelajar class VII MTs Sirajul Ulum Pontianak. Data was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis of the data using an interactive model of data collection, data presentation, data analysis and conclusion verification. Media development results validated by experts to ensure the quality of media produced. Tests performed on a small group trial and field trials. The results showed that the media used fit for use as a medium of learning. The average level of eligibility based on the expert content of 4.7% or excellent category; media expert validation 4.9% or very good, small group trial of 8.96% or excellent category; and field trials by 8.93% or excellent.   Keywords: Video Media Development, Acquisition Learning, Norms

Abstract

This study entitled "Analysis of the Use Alphabet Cards on Introduction Alphabet Learning in Kindergarten Pertiwi II Pontianak. This study aims to determine the use of media of learning introduction alphabet cards children aged 4-5 years in kindergarten Pertiwi II Pontianak. The method used descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that the alphabet card is not fully qualified teachers in the selection of instructional media. Implementation of literacy learning look active children learn to recognize alphabet, alphabet cards makes it easy for children to recognize shapes and sounds of alphabet. The success rate of learning the alphabet recognition the media card on B1 group children in kindergarten Pertiwi II Pontianak when presented is 72.7% of children recognize of the alphabet and 27.7% of children do not know of the alphabet. Abstrak : Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Penggunaan Media Kartu Huruf Dalam Pembelajaran Pengenalan Huruf Abjad TK Pertiwi II Pontianak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan media kartu huruf dalam pembelajaran pengenalan huruf abjad anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Pertiwi II Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media kartu huruf yang digunakan guru belum sepenuhnya memenuhi syarat dalam pemilihan media pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran pengenalan huruf anak terlihat aktif belajar mengenal huruf, media kartu huruf memberikan kemudahan bagi anak untuk mengenal bentuk dan bunyi huruf. Tingkat keberhasilan pembelajaran pengenalan huruf abjad dengan media kartu huruf pada anak kelompok B1 di TK Pertiwi II Pontianak bila dipresentasikan adalah 72.7% anak mengenal huruf abjad dan 27,7% anak belum mengenal huruf abjad. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to develop a Digital Comic with the Cartoon Story Maker Application on thematic learning in elementary schools and to describe the acquisition of learning outcomes using the digital comic with the Cartoon Story Maker Application on thematic learning in elementary schools. This study uses the research model of Borg, WR, Gall, MD, & Gall, JP then adopted by Sugiyono into 7 steps of the development stage namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, product revision, product trials, and product revisions . Before carrying out product trials, the comic media expert validation and thematic learning expert validation are carried out. The study subjects contains 3 students for individual trials, 9 students for small group trials and 15 people for large group trials. The results of the study describe that (1) the design of a digital comic product with seven steps obtains very good criteria for thematic learning in primary schools, with details of motivational aspects with an average of 4.52 or 90.67%, aspects of program outcomes with an average of 4 , 55 or 90.93% and aspects of student effectiveness get an average of 5.56 or 91.11%, so it can be said that the design of digital comics aided by the application of Cartoon Story Maker is feasible to be used in learning in elementary schools. (2) Acquisition of student learning outcomes by using digital comics aided by the application of Cartoon Story Maker on thematic learning to get a significant result that is 2.142 with an effect size of 0.77 with a moderate category so that the use of digital comics developed based on 7 steps of research development can improve learning outcomes for learners in elementary schools.
