Abstract

Background. Online learning is a learning system that is not conducted face-to-face between teachers and students. Preference is a tendency made for one thing compared to another. Therefore, one's view on online learning will also vary. The quality and quantity of learning materials that are in accordance with the curriculum, standards, competencies, and student needs will differentiate students' preferences for online learning. Purpose This research aims to find out the reasons why students prefer online learning or not, and also to find out the factors that significantly influence the effectiveness of online learning. On the other hand, to analyse the appropriate strategy used in the use of media so that it is suitable for learning and can also be accessed by all individuals. Method. The method used in this research is quantitative. A method in which data is collected in the form of testable numbers. The data obtained is the number of responses. The data is obtained from the distribution of questionnaires containing questions regarding the analysis of factors affecting students' preferences for online learning. The statement presented in the questionnaire is a form of google form. The data will be processed through the oneway anova test on the SPSS application which was previously imported into excel. Results. The result of this study states that online learning can be done in schools. Online learning is also a way of learning without face-to-face in sharing information or communicating. Online learning has advantages and disadvantages depending on various factors that influence students' preferences for online learning. In addition, it also provides a strategic overview for teachers and students of the situation and what things will be prepared later. Conclusion This research can be concluded that the preference or choice of each student is different depending on how he/she views the subject. Online learning can be run effectively with good cooperation. Online learning will be implemented if there is support from all parties, be it students, teachers, parents, and even schools. Adjustment in learning is also easier for female students than male students.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how the Kurikulum Merdeka is implemented within the framework of a more inclusive education access, considering the support from UNICEF and the policies of the Indonesian government. This research is a literature review, designed to collect, analyze, and synthesize various relevant sources of information to provide a comprehensive overview of the subject. Literature review research focuses on gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing information from diverse sources related to a specific topic or issue. The findings of this study indicate that UNICEF focuses on protecting children's rights and improving access to quality education through curriculum development, teacher training, and infrastructure enhancement. The Kurikulum Merdeka in Indonesia, with its flexible and competency-based approach, aligns with international education models that emphasize relevance and holistic assessment. Despite challenges such as infrastructure limitations and a shortage of qualified educators, the Kurikulum Merdeka reflects similar efforts to those of UNICEF and global practices in enhancing education quality and access.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki efektivitas pelatihan teknis dalam pembuatan kuesioner penelitian melalui aplikasi Google Form untuk meningkatkan kualitas hasil penelitian bagi dosen pemula di era digital. Metode pelatihan fokus pada pengembangan keterampilan teknis dalam merancang kuesioner yang valid dan reliabel menggunakan platform digital. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan eksperimental kepada sekelompok dosen pemula. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan teknis secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dosen dalam merancang kuesioner, yang berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas penelitian mereka. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pelatihan teknis dalam mendukung dosen pemula dalam menghasilkan penelitian yang lebih berkualitas di era digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dalam pengembangan pendidikan anak Sekolah Dasar (SD) di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada fleksibilitas pembelajaran, efektivitas pembelajaran berbasis proyek, pendidikan karakter, dan tantangan implementasi. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam terhadap guru, siswa, dan orang tua di beberapa sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fleksibilitas yang diberikan oleh Kurikulum Merdeka memungkinkan guru untuk menjadi lebih inovatif dalam pengajaran, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih menarik dan relevan bagi siswa. Pembelajaran berbasis proyek terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan motivasi siswa dengan menghubungkan materi pelajaran dengan situasi kehidupan nyata. Pendidikan karakter yang diintegrasikan dalam kurikulum juga memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk siswa yang beretika dan bermoral baik. Namun, beberapa tantangan dalam implementasi kurikulum ini diidentifikasi, termasuk kesiapan guru, keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, serta partisipasi orang tua yang bervariasi. Untuk mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini, diperlukan dukungan yang lebih besar dalam bentuk pelatihan guru yang komprehensif, peningkatan fasilitas sekolah, dan sosialisasi yang lebih baik kepada orang tua mengenai tujuan dan manfaat Kurikulum Merdeka. Dengan mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini, Kurikulum Merdeka memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi fondasi yang kuat bagi pendidikan masa depan yang lebih baik di Indonesia. Kurikulum ini dapat membantu menciptakan generasi siswa yang lebih cerdas, kreatif, dan siap menghadapi tantangan masa depan.

Abstract

Perekonomian desa seringkali terhambat oleh keterbatasan sumber daya dan rendahnya kapasitas manajerial dalam mengelola Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). Oleh karena itu, pendampingan intensif diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi lokal dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat peran balai desa sebagai pusat penggerak ekonomi lokal melalui pengembangan BUMDes yang berbasis pada aset lokal di desa Leuwimunding Kabupaten Majalengka. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), yang berfokus pada identifikasi dan pemanfaatan aset-aset yang dimiliki oleh desa, serta peningkatan kapasitas manajerial pengelola BUMDes. Hasil pengabdian pendampingan ini menunjukkan bahwa balai desa berhasil bertransformasi menjadi pusat kegiatan ekonomi yang aktif, dengan peningkatan kapasitas pengelola BUMDes dalam aspek perencanaan bisnis, pengelolaan keuangan, dan strategi pemasaran. Selain itu, identifikasi aset lokal berhasil memicu inisiatif baru dari masyarakat, yang berkontribusi terhadap diversifikasi usaha dan peningkatan pendapatan BUMDes. Kerja sama dengan pihak eksternal juga terbukti efektif dalam memperluas akses ke pasar dan sumber daya tambahan. Kesimpulannya, pendampingan ini memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap perekonomian desa, dengan balai desa dan BUMDes sebagai motor penggerak utama dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun, perlu adanya pendampingan berkelanjutan dan sinergi yang lebih kuat dengan sektor swasta untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih optimal. Village economy is often hampered by limited resources and low managerial capacity in managing Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). Therefore, intensive assistance is needed to optimize local potential and improve community welfare. This service aims to strengthen the role of the village hall as a center for driving the local economy through the development of BUMDes based on local assets in Leuwimunding Village, Majalengka Regency. The method used in this service is Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), which focuses on identifying and utilizing assets owned by the village, as well as increasing the managerial capacity of BUMDes managers. The results of this assistance service show that the village hall has succeeded in transforming into an active center of economic activity, with increased capacity of BUMDes managers in aspects of business planning, financial management, and marketing strategies. In addition, the identification of local assets has succeeded in triggering new initiatives from the community, which contribute to business diversification and increased BUMDes income. Collaboration with external parties has also proven effective in expanding access to markets and additional resources. In conclusion, this assistance has had a significant positive impact on the village economy, with the village hall and BUMDes as the main driving force in improving community welfare. However, there needs to be ongoing assistance and stronger synergy with the private sector to achieve more optimal results.

Abstract

The paper aims to determine the learning objectives of Islamic religious education in schools. The research design used is the literature review method. Literature study (literature review) is research carried out by researchers by collecting a number of books and magazines related to the problem and research objectives. This technique is carried out with the aim of uncovering various theories that are relevant to the problems being faced/researched as reference material in discussing research results. The results of this study are that religious education teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, modeling, assessing and distributing students." The role of the religious education teacher Islamic religious education is a conscious effort to prepare students to understand (know), be skilled at performing (doing) and practicing (becoming) the Islamic religion through educational activities. Of these three aspects, "the aspect of being (religious or living life based on Islamic teachings and values) is the main aim of Islamic religious education in schools. In other words, the most important thing about the process of Islamic religious education in schools is not the aim of making people who have mastered Islamic religious knowledge, religious experts, or are clever and skilled in implementing it, but the aim is to realize the values ​​of Islamic religious teachings in real life for students. , which is integrated into his everyday personality.

Abstract

This study examines the potential use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in improving the digital competence of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers through a library research approach. Using systematic documentation techniques and content analysis, this study analyzes various literature, documents, and research results related to the implementation of AI in teacher professional development, especially in the context of Islamic education. Data were collected from reputable journals, reference books, and education policy documents in the period 2019-2024. The results of the analysis indicate that AI tools have significant potential in improving four aspects of PAI teachers' digital competence: digital literacy, learning content development, digital classroom management, and technology-based learning evaluation. The research findings also reveal challenges in implementing AI, such as the digital divide, resistance to change, and ethical considerations in the context of Islamic education. This study provides theoretical contributions to the development of an AI integration framework in improving the competence of PAI teachers, as well as providing practical implications for education policy makers and PAI practitioners in optimizing the use of AI technology for teacher professional development.

Abstract

The paper aims to look at the role of technology in increasing awareness of learning in schools. Abstract

This research is based on the development of high school students. The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the description of the developmental tasks of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Waled and (2) to develop a guidance and counseling program based on the description of the developmental tasks of high school students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. While the research sample uses population sampling. Data processing uses Developmental Task Analysis (ATP) software. The results of the study indicate that the developmental tasks of students have not been achieved optimally.

Abstract

This community service initiative aimed to improve agricultural practices in rural smallholder farming through the adoption of Internet of Things (IoT) technology for smart farming. The challenge in Desa Sukamaju, a region reliant on traditional farming methods, was the inefficient use of water and suboptimal crop yields, which were exacerbated by unpredictable weather patterns. The goal of this intervention was to empower local farmers by providing them with real-time data on soil moisture, temperature, and humidity to optimize irrigation and improve crop productivity. The approach adopted was Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), ensuring active farmer involvement in every phase of the program. The project utilized hands-on training to install and use IoT sensors, followed by continuous monitoring and support. Results showed a 23% reduction in water usage and an 18% increase in crop yields, particularly in vegetable crops. Additionally, qualitative feedback indicated a significant increase in farmer confidence, with 85% reporting greater technological competence. This indicates that IoT can significantly enhance resource management and crop productivity, even for farmers with limited digital experience. However, challenges such as the sustainability of technology maintenance and scalability were identified. The findings highlight the potential of IoT to modernize smallholder farming and underscore the need for continuous support and cost-effective solutions for long-term impact. The contribution of this work lies in demonstrating the practical, scalable application of IoT technology in rural farming settings, with recommendations for future projects to ensure sustainability and broader adoption.
