Abstract

This research is to find out the Satisfaction of GoFood Services by Gojek to Economic Education Students of FKIP Tanjungpura University using a case study qualitative approach. The data sources obtained in this study consisted of 10 people with 3 groups, namely, 6 students, 2 Gojek drivers and 2 Gojek partners. The methods used in data collection are interviews and documentation. The results of research on Economics Education students show that satisfaction with Gojek services, the type of GoFood service in terms of reliability is that they often buy and use service products that are accurate and according to their needs, in terms of responsiveness there is a form of satisfaction that is in the form of a perceived fast response in the form of replies when gojek has direct contact questions via telephone or chat forums, in terms of empathy (empathy) there is a form of satisfaction in the form of caring, giving more personal attention to customers, in terms of physical evidence (tangible) there is satisfaction in the form of an assessment of physical appearance, equipment used, cleanliness and tidiness of communication media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze Effect of Online Learning Application on Students Motivation and Learning Outcomes in Economics Subject Class XI IPS SMA Negeri 3 Sungai Kakap. The method used quantitative research in the form of ex post facto research. Sources of data in this study obtained by questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study indicate that online learning activities using the quizizz application are quite active with an active percentage of 37.36%. Students learning motivation with online learning is also quite active with a percentage of 36.98%. As for the effect of online learning on learning outcomes, there is an influence of online learning activities on student learning outcomes with the results of the regression calculation Freg > Ftable = 2.01 > 1.5343 so that Ho is… rejected and Ha is accepted. Furthermore, the influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes is categorized quite significant, where from the calculation of the regression Freg > Ftable = 4.74 > 2.20 where Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded… that online learning has an effect on students' motivation and learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of goods delivery services at PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) is a consumer activity in assessing goods delivery services. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative form. The data sources of this research are consumers from JNE Jeruju Jaya Agent Branch and the data are the results of observations and interviews with the head of the agent, the results of interviews with consumers who send goods and the results of interviews with consumers who receive goods. The results showed that the quality of the reliability dimension in this study was quite good. The quality of this responsiveness dimension can be said to be quite good, on the assurance dimension it can be said that the empathy dimension has been implemented very well, and on the tangible dimension it can be said that it has been implemented well

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) at SMA Swasta Kapuas Pontianak, students' interest in entrepreneurship and the impact of P5 on students' interest in entrepreneurship. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving 9 informants consisting of students, principals, vice principals for student affairs and teachers. Data were collected through interview, observation and documentation methods. The results of the study showed that the implementation of P5 activities at SMA Swasta Kapuas Pontianak has been implemented since the first batch in 2022. This P5 activity is carried out every week and has produced various kinds of products. The products produced are still being developed so that they become mandatory entrepreneurial activities for students. Students at SMA Swasta Kapuas Pontianak already have an interest in entrepreneurship. Through P5 activities and existing entrepreneurship, it has a positive impact on students' interest in entrepreneurship. The impact given is that students can have real knowledge and experience of entrepreneurial activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the learning environment and learning discipline on the economics learning outcomes for class X IPS students at SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak. A quantitative methodology approach was used in this investigation. As the sample, 50 students were involved. In this study, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, and they were also collected using questionnaires and a simple random sample technique. (1) The significance value of 0.044<0.05 and the regression coefficient value of 0.313, which was positive, along with the Tcount > Ttable being 2.069 > 2.011, indicated that learning discipline had a significant impact on the learning outcomes. (2) The regression coefficient value of 0.317, the significance value of 0.042, and the Tcount > Ttable of 2.095 > 2.011 all indicate that the learning environment has a substantial impact on the learning outcomes. (3) With an F value of 10.922 and a significance level of 0.000, there is a simultaneous substantial relationship between the learning environment and the learning discipline on the learning outcomes of economic subjects in class X IPS SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak. The learning environment and learning discipline's overall effect on class X students at IPS SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak's economics classes is 31.7%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Financial Management at CV Azuraya Prima Pontianak. This study discusses financial management which includes planning, recording, reporting and control. The method used is a descriptive approach method with a qualitative approach. The collection of data used is by interview and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used a qualitative descriptive analysis. The results in this study indicate that (1) the planning that is done is the planning that is made before doing business by determining all budgets, (2) recording is done digitally using an Android-based application to record all sales and purchase transactions, (3) reports are made includes profit and loss reports that are done once a month, (4) controls used to measure the process of recording and reporting in accordance with the plans made. So it was concluded that CV Azuraya Prima must have a system of planning, recording, reporting and control in managing its finances.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the socio-economic status of parents, the level of confidence in lecture assignments and the relationship between parents' socio-economic status and confidence in lecture assignments for students of the Social Sciences Education study program at Tanjungpura University. The research approach used is quantitative in the form of correlation. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire or questionnaire. The number of respondents was 83 social studies education students. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, correlation test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the average socio-economic status of the parents of social studies education students was in the moderate category (69.90%), the level of confidence in lecture assignments for social studies education students was in the high category (81.36%) and there was no significant relationship between the socio-economic status of parents and confidence in lecture assignments for IPS Education students at Tanjungpura University, namely tcount < ttable (1.097 <1.989) which means H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected.

Abstract

In the current era of business digitalization, Shopee Live has become one of the e-commerce platforms utilizing live streaming features as a marketing strategy to enhance interaction between sellers and consumers. This research aims to analyze the influence of direct marketing, product quality, and customer satisfaction on repurchase intention on Shopee Live. Repurchase intention is the primary focus as it is a crucial indicator in maintaining customer loyalty and long-term business. This study employs the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to analyze data collected from 100 respondents, who are students of Universitas Teknologi Muhammadiyah Jakarta and have used Shopee Live for shopping. Validity and reliability tests are used to ensure that the research instruments are reliable and accurate in measuring the variables studied. Additionally, the R-square test is utilized to measure the extent to which the independent variables explain the variation in the dependent variable. Hypothesis testing is conducted to determine the significance of the relationships between variables. The results indicate that direct marketing has a positive but not significant effect on repurchase intention. In contrast, product quality and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on repurchase intention. The implications of these findings suggest that while direct marketing is important in attracting consumer attention, product quality and customer satisfaction play a more significant role in driving repurchase decisions. Therefore, sellers on Shopee Live are advised to focus more on improving product quality and providing services that enhance customer satisfaction to increase consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Matematika sering kali dianggap sebagai mata pelajaran yang sulit oleh sebagian siswa. Halini disebabkan sifat matematika yang abstrak. Oleh karena itu, siswa di usia dini masih dalam tahap perkembangan pada kemampuan kognitifnya. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan alat peraga dalam pembelajaran dapat membantu peserta didik dalam memahami konsep matematika yang abstrak, terlebih jika dikemas dengan menarik. Salah satu alat peraga yang diimplementasikan dalam materi perkalian yaitu Tabel Perkalian. Tabel Perkalian merupakan alat peraga yang bisa membantu peserta didik memahami dan menghafal operasi perkalian. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah antusiasme siswa pada pembelajaran matematika materi perkalian mengalami peningkatan dengan bantuan alat peraga. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah antusisme siswa pada pembelajaran matematika ketika menerapkan alat peraga mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

Background: Water is a basic need of living things. Water is a liquid, when it freezes it turns into ice cubes. People often use ice cubes as a drink additive to give a fresh taste. The process of freezing ice cubes cannot destroy bacteria, many bacteria can live for a long time at low temperatures. This study aims to determine the contamination of Coliform and Escherichia coli bacteria in ice cubes sold by street vendors around Ciracas Market, East Jakarta. Methods: The MPN method is used to determine the range of Coliform bacteria in ice cube samples. E.coli contamination was detected using Eosine Methylene Blue Agar media. This study uses primary data by collecting samples and testing them in the microbiology laboratory. The sampling technique by purposive sampling. The samples used were ice cubes from street vendors around Ciracas Market is 8 samples. Results: 8 positive samples of Coliform bacteria and 5 positive samples of E.coli bacteria. In Sample 5 it has the highest value of 2900 MPN/100 mL. Sample 6 has the lowest value, namely 140 MPN/100 mL. Conclusion: The eight samples exceeded the contamination threshold allowed by Permenkes 416/Men.Kes/Per/IX/1990, that is 0/100 mL. In the EMBA media there were 5 positive samples of E.coli bacteria.
