Abstract

ABSTRACT Purpose of the study: This study examines the construction of the decision of the Basara Hai Customary Peace Assembly No. B./01/T.9.DKA.-KTG/IV/2024 which has implications for the decision of the Palangka Raya District Court Number 55/Pid.B/2024/PN Plk to resolve the plantation conflict that occurred in Seruyan Regency, Central Kalimantan Province, Indonesia which had the potential to provide a lighter sentence for the defendant. Methodology: The study utilized a mixed research method consisting of doctrinal (normative) and non-doctrinal (socio-legal) research methods. Both methods were used to analyze legislative products or court decisions at the macro-analysis level empirical realities. They aimed to study and solve problems that were conceptualized at the micro-analysis level as symbolic realities. This study used the sociological and anthropological juridical approach methods that aimed to observe written laws and the law in practice. Results: The findings of this study showed that the construction of customary judges' decisions upholds the values ​​of belom bahadat (customs of life regarding politeness/ethics/high morals of the Dayak indigenous community). These values ​​must be applied in all philosophical, sociological, and legal aspects. The decision of the customary judge also has implications for the construction of the Palangka Raya Court Decision No. 55/Pid.B/2024/PN that aims to provide legal justice and certainty for the disputing parties. Applications of this study: This study offers findings from the construction of customary judges in upholding customary law based on the values ​​of belom bahadat which have implications for the Palangka Raya Court Decision No. 55/Pid.B/2024/PN in providing justice for defendants who have undergone customary trials and the defendant's obedience to applicable customary laws as an effort to resolve conflicts. Novelty/Originality of this study: The doctrine of customary law in the form of a customary judge's decision from the Huma Betang perspective is used by state judicial institutions as the basis in providing recommendations or legal considerations for law enforcement in providing justice and legal certainty for the disputing parties. Keywords: Decision construction, Customary Judge, Philosophy, Huma Betang.   ABSTRAK  Tujuan penelitian: Penelitian ini mengkaji konstruksi putusan Majelis Perdamaian Adat Basara Hai Nomor B./01/T.9.DKA.-KTG/IV/2024 yang berimplikasi pada putusan Pengadilan Negeri Palangka Raya Nomor 55/Pid.B/2024/PN Plk untuk menyelesaikan konflik perkebunan yang terjadi di Kabupaten Seruyan, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah, Indonesia yang berpotensi memberikan hukuman yang lebih ringan bagi terdakwa. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian campuran yang terdiri dari metode penelitian doktrinal (normatif) dan non-doktrinal (sosio-legal). Kedua metode tersebut digunakan untuk menganalisis produk perundang-undangan atau putusan pengadilan pada level analisis makro realitas empiris. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengkaji dan memecahkan permasalahan yang dikonseptualisasikan pada level analisis mikro sebagai realitas simbolik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis sosiologis dan antropologis yang bertujuan untuk mengamati hukum tertulis dan hukum dalam praktik. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konstruksi putusan hakim adat menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai belom bahadat (adat istiadat kehidupan mengenai kesopanan/etika/moral yang tinggi dari masyarakat adat Dayak). Nilai-nilai tersebut harus diterapkan dalam segala aspek filosofis, sosiologis, dan hukum. Putusan hakim adat tersebut juga berimplikasi pada konstruksi Putusan Pengadilan Palangka Raya Nomor 55/Pid.B/2024/PN yang bertujuan untuk memberikan keadilan dan kepastian hukum bagi para pihak yang bersengketa. Aplikasi penelitian ini: Penelitian ini menawarkan temuan dari konstruksi hakim adat dalam menegakkan hukum adat berdasarkan nilai-nilai belom bahadat yang berimplikasi pada Putusan Pengadilan Palangka Raya Nomor 55/Pid.B/2024/PN dalam memberikan keadilan bagi terdakwa yang telah menjalani persidangan adat dan ketaatan terdakwa terhadap hukum adat yang berlaku sebagai upaya penyelesaian konflik. Kebaruan/Keaslian penelitian ini: Doktrin hukum adat berupa putusan hakim adat dari perspektif Huma Betang digunakan oleh lembaga peradilan negara sebagai dasar dalam memberikan rekomendasi atau pertimbangan hukum bagi penegak hukum dalam memberikan keadilan dan kepastian hukum bagi para pihak yang bersengketa. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkankreativitas siswa dalam Menggambar Ragam Hias melalui metode inkuiri pada siswa kelas VII C UPTD SMP Negeri 2 Mojolaban Sukoharjo semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIIC SMP Negeri 2 Mojolaban yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli sampai bulan September 2019. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif komparatif dan teknik analisis kritis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan metode inkuiri dapat meningkatkan kreativitas siswa dalam menggambar ragam hias siswa kelas VIIC UPTD SMP Negeri 2 Mojolaban Sukoharjo. Pada siklus I saat diterapkan metode inkuiri persentasekreativitas meningkat menjadi 61,5%, dengan  indikator   ketercapaian 59% karya siswa adanya pengembangan bentuk dan 64% karya siswa dengan komposisi baik, kemudian pada siklus II meningkat hingga 88% dengan indikator ketercapaian 86% karya siswa adanya pengembangan bentuk dan 90% karya siswa dengan komposisi baik.

Abstract

Differentiated learning can be used to deal with diversity in learning and the importance of developing creativity in order to think critically so that it can have an impact on independence in learning. The aim of the research is to determine: (a) The direct influence of differentiated learning on economic learning independence (b) The direct influence of creativity on economic learning independence (c) The direct influence of differentiated learning on creativity. The method used in this research is quantitative in the form of ex-post facto research. The sample using proportional random sampling was 94 class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Banyuke Hulu. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation, data analysis techniques use Path Coefficients. The research results show: 1) Differentiated learning has a direct effect on economic learning independence with a p-percentage value of 3.6% and p-value < 0.05, namely 0.002 < 0.05. 2) Differentiated learning has a direct effect on economic learning independence with a percentage value of 36.9% and p-value < 0.05, namely 0.000 < 0.05. 3) Differentiated learning has a direct effect on economic learning independence with a percentage value of 34.1% and p-value < 0.05, namely 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (a) distribution of KUR (b) increase in income (c) Business Development of MSMEs Recipients of KUR Assisted by the Micro Business Unit of Bank Kalbar. The method used in this research is qualitative with case studies. The informants in this research consisted of 9 MSMEs and 1 person from a West Kalimantan bank. Data collection techniques interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is carried out in 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show 1) the distribution of KUR to MSMEs is carried out in accordance with the rules for distributing KUR to the public, such as the amount of collateral in accordance with the amount lent, there is no bad credit, although there are delays in payment, but not to the limit determined by the bank.2) there is an increase in income after receiving KUR, the net income obtained after receiving KUR is average >3,500,000/month in the very high income category.3)MSME development occurs after receiving KUR from Bank Kalbar, the level of development is based on the type of MSME the higher the type of MSME being run, the higher the level of development.

Abstract

This study is titled "Analysis of Production Costs in Increasing Sales Revenue at RR Rumah Roti Bakery Business Brand." The general problem addressed in this research is: How does the calculation of production costs contribute to increasing sales revenue, with the following sub-problems: (1) How is the Calculation of Production Costs at RR Rumah Roti Bakery Business implemented to increase sales revenue? (2) How is the Application of Full Costing Method in Increasing Sales Revenue at RR Rumah Roti Bakery Business? The aim of this study is to understand how the Calculation and application of the Full Costing Production Cost method contribute to increasing sales revenue at RR Rumah Roti Bakery Business. The research approach used is qualitative with a descriptive research method. Data collection techniques involve interviews and documentary studies. Data collection tools include interview guides, field notes, and a camera. The results of this research indicate that: (1) Regarding the calculation of production costs at RR Rumah Roti Bakery Business, it is evident that the selection of the Variable Costing method is more suitable for the business's circumstances. This method allows a focus on costs directly related to bread production at RR Rumah Roti Bakery, providing a better understanding of each product's contribution to fixed costs and profits. However, the choice of cost method will impact financial reporting and overall company performance analysis. (2) The implementation of the Full Costing method at RR Rumah Roti Bakery Business assists in enhancing the accuracy of production cost calculations. By incorporating all cost components, including fixed and variable factory overhead costs at RR Rumah Roti Bakery, the company can calculate total production costs more accurately

Abstract

This researsh was conducted at The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Tanjungpura University. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence from the family environment, influence from the social environment, and the influence from family and social environment on the students"™ enterpeneurial interest at Tanjungpura University. The model used in this research is quantitative research. The population of this research is the whole undergraduate students of the Economic Education Study Program class of 2018-2021. The sample used in this study is 138 people. The data collection technique in this research is indirect communication technique using questionnaire media. The result of this research show that the family environment has an influence of 71,44%, while the social environment has an influence of 68,6%. The family and social environment also have a simultaneuos influence with an F Test result value of 131.546. The conclusion of this research is family environment and social environment have an influence individually and simultaneously. The researcher suggests the students to create a positive environment and provide suppor so that the interest in enterpreneurship can be further increased in every individuals and can have a positive impact on society, and for students to be more active in developing themselves to be better.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see how the implementation of mutual cooperation character education is carried out through school culture at SMP Negeri 22 Pontianak. The method used is descriptive research with a qualitative form. Sources of data in the research conducted were school principals, curriculum representatives, Civics teachers and students. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Researchers used various stages to analyze the data, namely in the form of data collection, data reduction, as well as drawing conclusions and presenting data. The results of the field research obtained prove that the implementation of mutual cooperation character education through culture at SMP Negeri 22 Pontianak is carried out in routine, spontaneous, conditioning and exemplary activities. As for routine activities in the form of flag ceremonies, clean Friday, outdoor learning, class clean pickets, projects to strengthen Pancasila student profiles, August 17 competition activities and commemoration of the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad Saw and Isra' Mi'raj. Spontaneous activity, namely through fond of give infak and operation ants. Conditioning activities are obeying school rules, cleaning school hallways, tidying up chairs and desks in class and cleaning and tidying up the school library. Exemplary activities, namely through a commitment to dress at school and cleaning activities.
