Abstract

This study aims to identify the perceptions, challenges, and opportunities of Information Technology students in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the learning process. Using a quantitative approach with the K-Means Clustering method, this study groups students based on their level of knowledge and utilization of AI. The results indicate two main profiles: students with high AI literacy but moderate utilization, and students with low understanding but intensive utilization. The second group faces similar challenges but views AI opportunities differently. These findings highlight the importance of user profile-based learning strategies to create an adaptive and sustainable AI ecosystem. This research contributes to the development of higher education policy.

Abstract

Islamic higher education institution is suspected of being places of activity that encourage the birth of radical movements and intolerance in the name of religion. At the same time, it was also found that several students were involved in various radical and intolerant actions outside campus, even though Islam is a religion that is in accordance with nature and sunnatullah. This article aims to describe the values of religious moderation (RM) that lecturers internalize to students through Semester Learning Plan (SLP) for Courses in the MPI and PBA Study programs at FITK UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. This study uses a qualitative approach. The findings are; (1) the insertion of RM values internalized in the SLP Courses includes, among others; muwathonah, Qudwah, I'tidal, Shura, Islah, La'unf, I'tibar la 'urf. (2) SLP Courses which includes RM values, including; Tafsir and Hadith, Islamic education management, curriculum and learning management, education management, educational planning, education human resource management, basics of Islamic education management, Islamic education leadership, Islamic education innovation. This article suggests studying it more deeply by also examining the teaching materials used regarding RM values so that the results obtained are more complete.Abstrak Lembaga pendidikan tinggi islam diduga sebagai tempat kegiatan yang mendorong lahirnya Gerakan radikalisme, dan intoleransi dengan atas nama agama. Pada saat yang sama, ditemukan pula beberapa mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam berbagai aksi radikal dan intoleran di luar kampus, padahal Agama Islam merupakan agama yang sesuai dengan fitrah dan Sunnatullah. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama (MB) yang diinternalisasikan para dosen kepada mahasiswa melalui Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) Mata Kuliah (MK) pada program Studi MPI dan PBA di FITK UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil temuannya yaitu; (1) insersi nilai-nilai MB yang diinternalisasikan dalam RPS MK meliputi antara lain; muwathonah, Qudwah, I’tidal, Syura, Islah, La‘unf, I’tibar la ‘urf. (2) RPS MK yang diberi insersi nilai-nilai MB yaitu antara lain; MK Tafsir dan Hadits, manajemen pendidikan islam, manajemen kurikulkum dan pembelajaran, pengelolaan Pendidikan, perencanaan pendidikan, Manajemen sumber daya manusia Pendidikan, dasar-dasar manajemen pendidikan islam, kepemimpinan pendidikan islam, inovasi pendidikan islam. Tulisan ini menyarankan untuk mengkaji lebih dalam dengan menelaah pula bahan ajar yang digunakan terkait nilai-nilai MB agar hasil yang diperoleh lebih lengkap lagi.

Abstract

In any situation, education remains a priority in the sustainability of human civilization as history has proven that with education all solutions to life are better obtained. Teachers in the implementation of education are one of the main factors in the implementation of quality education, so that the proficiency of a teacher must be in accordance with the competency standards that have been set. The Covid-19 that occurred in the world, including in Indonesia, provides a lesson so that everyone makes adjustments in the learning process without face-to-face or online learning (online). This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with several focuses of this research (1) Teacher Proficiency: Analyzing the skills possessed and those that need to be improved in the implementation of the curriculum, (2) Teacher Response: Identifying how PAI and Ethics teachers respond to the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum (3) Government Support: Examining support from local governments to improve teacher proficiency and (4) Necessary Changes: Identify changes that need to be adopted to improve teacher proficiency. The results showed that substantially, there was no gap in teacher education qualifications in both schools. The government, both central and regional, has supported through various funds and development programs, such as workshops and training. In 2023, funds have been allocated to improve the skills of 103 PAI and BP teachers through collaboration with UIN Malang. The teacher's response to the Implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum was very positive. They feel a fun and innovative impact, give them the freedom to design learning, and create contextual learning. It contributes to the enthusiasm of students and the development of their intellect, spirituality, and morality.

Abstract

Collaborative learning merupakan model pembelajran yang menekankan siswa untuk aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran ini dapat membantu siswa dalam mengembangkan keterampilan intelektual yang tidak hanya terfokus pada pengetahuan tetapi juga pada sikap untuk membentuk karakter siswa. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa model pembelajaran Collaborative learning dalam meningkatkan kualitas karakter Islami pada siswa di SD Negeri 2 Bendosari dan SD Negeri 1 Pandesari. Dalam penelitian ini dihasilkan beberapa temuan dalam model pembelajaran collaborative learning dalam meningkatkan kualitas karakter Islami pada siswa SD Negeri 2 Bendosari dan SD Negeri 1 Pandesari yaitu: (1) Model pembelajaran collaborative learning dalam meningkatkan kualitas karakter Islami siswa di SD Negeri 2 Bendosari diterapkan dengan menitikberatkan pada interaksi peer-to-peer dan diskusi kelompok yang memperdalam pemahaman nilai-nilai Islami. Sedangkan di SD Negeri 1 Pandesari, model Collaborative Learning difokuskan pada kolaborasi lintas mata pelajaran dan integrasi nilai-nilai Islami dalam kegiatan rutin seperti Program Sekolah Plus Ngaji (SPN). Model ini menekankan pentingnya keterampilan komunikasi dan kerja sama, dengan siswa yang lebih antusias dan terlibat aktif dalam suasana belajar yang dinamis dan interaktif. 2) Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Collaborative Learning dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Karakter Islami pada Siswa di SD Negeri 2 Bendosari melibatkan perancangan tugas kelompok yang relevan dengan kehidupan siswa, disertai bimbingan intensif dari guru. Setiap aktivitas didesain untuk menciptakan interaksi yang positif, memastikan siswa saling mendukung dan mengaplikasikan nilai-nilai Islami dalam setiap tugas. Sedangkan di SD Negeri 1 Pandesari, pembelajaran Collaborative Learning dilaksanakan dengan menyiapkan tujuan yang jelas, memberikan stimulasi positif, dan menciptakan lingkungan yang ramah anak. Guru PAI bekerja sama dengan guru lainnya untuk menanamkan nilai Islami secara menyeluruh. 3) Dampak pelaksanaan model pembelajaran kolaboratif di SD Negeri 2 Bendosari dan SD Negeri 1 Pandesari secara keseluruhan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam membentuk karakter Islami siswa, seperti: saling menghormati, tanggung jawab, solidaritas; dan toleransi. karakter tersebut tercermin dalam hubungan sosial yang lebih baik, sikap positif dalam berbagai situasi, serta penerapan nilai-nilai moral baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun di rumah

Abstract

Bahasa Arab menjadi mata pelajaran wajib di madrasah baik tingkat Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Madrasah Tsanawiyah dan Madrasah Aliyah. Maka untuk mencapai pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang maksimal maka diperlukan kurikulum pembelajaran bahasa arab yang tepat. Dan salah satu aspek yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan kurikulum adalah pemberdayaan bidang manajemen atau pengelolaan kurikulum di lembaga pendidikan yang bersangkutan, pengelolaan kurikulum pada tingkat satuan pendidikan atau sekolah perlu dikoordinasi oleh pihak pimpinan lembaga yang dikembangkan secara integral yaitu memadukan spiritual, sikap dan pengetahuan dalam Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) serta disesuaikan dengan visi dan misi pendidikan yang bersangkutan. Penerapan Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) akan menjadi nilai lebih bagi kepala sekolah atau madrasah, komite sekolah,  pengawas, dinas terkait dan para guru untuk bisa berdiskusi untuk merumuskan kurikulum bahasa Arab yang sesuai kebutuhan lembaga, lingkungan dan dapat menciptakan suasana belajar dalam proses pembelajaran yang menyenangkan bagi peserta didik yang pada akhirnya peserta didik dapat mengembangkan diri secara maksimal sesuai bakat dan minatnya. Adapun kelemahan dari penerapan Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) adalah sebagai besar tenaga pendidik atau guru belum terbiasa untuk mengembangkan model-model kurikulum pembelajaran khususnya dalam bahasa Arab. Mengingatnya sebelumnya mereka hanya mempunyai pengalaman menerapkan kurikulum secara instan. Serta juga, kemampuan guru yang berbeda menjadikan penerapan Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) menjadi kurang maksimal.

Abstract

Human resources are important in achieving the company's goals, especially with labor-intensive characteristics such as industrial manufacturing. PT.  DSI is one of Indonesia's automotive component manufacturing companies that has problems related to human resource productivity and rejected product ratios. This study examined the influence of job satisfaction and work discipline on the performance of factory employees at PT. DSI. This study uses a quantitative approach.  The population in this study were all PT DSI factory employees, totaling 185 people. Based on the Slovin formula with a sampling error of 5%, the sample size was 127 respondents. The sampling method is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used Smart PLS 3.2.9 as a tool. The results show that job satisfaction has a positive significant effect on the performance of factory employees either directly or mediated by work discipline, work discipline has a positive significant effect on the performance of factory employees, and job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on work discipline. The strategic implication of this research is the need for management to increase supervision of employee work discipline both in fulfilling attendance and standard operating procedures, as well as the need to pay attention to employee satisfaction.

Abstract

Higher education has been accused as an environment which has less moral and religious values. The negative stereotype became more evident when some higher education institutions involved in some disputes such as brawl among students, and riots in Ramadhan and at the time of sahur. There is also State Islamic Higher Education Institution (PTKIN) among the campuses. However, some SIHEIs have constructed religious culture through Integrative Religious Practices (IRP). The paper aims at evaluating the IRP as a strategy in building campus religious culture. Interview, participant observation, and data analysis lead to the finding that IRP development was formally done in class and was informally and ceremonially applied outside the class through ma’had, students’ organizations, cooperation with religious institutions, and relation across region and professions can build campus religious culture. Moreover, it also improves students’ ethical behavior, empathy, and tolerant. The study suggests that religious subject in higher education and schools is developed using IRP and involves relevant units and religious organizations outside campus to improve the understanding on the socio-religious value to establish ethical, tolerant, empathy, and cooperative behavior. Perguruan Tinggi telah dituduh sebagai lingkungan yang kurang mencerminkan nilai-nilai moral dan religius. Stereotip buruk ini makin diperkuat dengan keterlibatan PT dalam beberapa kericuhan seperti tawuran mahasiswa serta tawuran di bulan Ramadhan dan di waktu sahur. Di antara perguruan tinggi tersebut terdapat Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Negeri (PTKIN). Namun ada juga PTKIN yang telah membangun budaya religius melalui Praktik Keagamaan Integratif (PKI). Tulisan ini mengevaluasi PKI sebagai strategi dalam membangun budaya religius di kampus. Wawancara, observasi partisipan, dan analisis data yang dilakukan menghasilkan temuan bahwa pengembangan PKI yang dilakukan secara formal di kelas dan diaplikasikan nonformal dan seremonial di luar kelas melalui ma’had, organisasi kemahasiswaan, kerjasama dengan lembaga keagamaan, dan pergaulan lintas daerah dan profesi dapat membangun budaya religius di kampus. Selain itu, hal itu juga dapat menumbuhkan sikap etis, empati, dan toleran di kalangan mahasiswa. Tulisan ini menyarankan agar materi keagamaan di PT dan sekolah dikembangkan dengan praktik keagamaan integratif dan melibatkan berbagai unit terkait dan organisasi keagamaan di luar kampus untuk meningkatkan pemahaman nilai-nilai sosial-keagamaan sehingga menumbuhkan perilaku agamis, toleran, empati, dan sikap saling menghargai.

Abstract

Introduction: The kinship system in the Dayak Indramayu community plays an important role in determining the pattern of inheritance distribution. Unlike the patrilineal or matrilineal systems, which emphasize a single line of descent, the Dayak Indramayu community adheres to a bilateral kinship system that allows inheritance rights to be obtained from both the father and mother.Purposes of the Research: This study aims to analyze how the bilateral kinship system influences the pattern of inheritance distribution in the Dayak Indramayu community, emphasizing aspects of gender equality, recognition of adopted children, and its implications for social justice within the framework of customary law and national law.Methods of the Research: This study uses a qualitative-descriptive method with a socio-cultural legal approach. Data was collected through field observations, semi-structured interviews with traditional leaders and community members, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted using Miles and Huberman's interactive model, supplemented with normative-legal interpretations to understand the relationship between traditional norms, social values, and positive law.Results of the Research: The study found that the bilateral kinship system of the Dayak Indramayu produces a relatively egalitarian inheritance pattern by granting equal rights to both sons and daughters. However, there are still weaknesses in guaranteeing the rights of adopted children and the potential for conflict due to differences in interpretation between subgroups. The originality of this research lies in its recommendation to reformulate customary law to be more adaptive to contemporary principles of social justice and in line with the national legal framework.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of Islamic traditions, customs, and arts in the archipelago, with a focus on the Javanese, Sundanese, and Malay regions. Using qualitative research with a library research approach, this study examines the interaction between local culture and Islamic teachings, and how the acculturation between the two creates a unique wealth of traditions in each region. This study highlights the role of art, traditional ceremonies, and architecture in the spread of Islam, as well as the contribution of scholars and sunans in using local culture as a medium for moderate and harmonious da'wah. The results of this study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the dynamics of Islamic culture in the archipelago and its role in forming a sustainable cultural identity.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has given rise to new types of non-physical wealth, such as cryptocurrency, e-wallets, social media accounts, and digital intellectual property. However, Indonesia's civil inheritance law system, which is based on the Burgerlijk Wetboek (Civil Code), does not explicitly regulate the status and mechanism of inheritance of such digital assets. The absence of specific regulations creates legal issues for heirs, ranging from difficulties in identification to obstacles in accessing the digital assets of the deceased. This study employs a normative and comparative legal approach by analyzing national legislation, inheritance practices in several countries such as the United States (RUFADAA), and theories of legal harmonization. The results of the study indicate that, conceptually, digital assets meet the criteria as legal objects that can be inherited because they have economic value and transferable ownership. However, the absence of explicit regulations in national law makes digital assets vulnerable to loss or improper distribution. Therefore, legal harmonization is an inevitability. Legal harmonization of inheritance regarding digital assets can be achieved through three main schemes. First, integrating digital assets into the list of inherited assets by explicitly including them in a will (testamentaire beschikking) or statement of assets. Second, establishing a mechanism for identifying and distributing digital assets involving notaries as legal actors and developing a national digital data system. Third, the formulation of technical regulations that grant legal access to heirs to the deceased's digital accounts and cryptocurrency wallets, accompanied by cross-border enforcement cooperation with global digital service providers. These three schemes are based on the principles of volledigheid van de nalatenschap, gerechtigheid (justice), and rechtszekerheid in Dutch law, and are in line with Nonet and Selznick's theory of responsive law, which encourages the adaptation of law to social and technological dynamics. The comprehensive reformulation of inheritance law provisions in the Civil Code is a strategic step in ensuring legal protection for heirs and addressing the challenges of digital inheritance in the information society era.
