Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model can improve the critical thinking skills of fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Kotaraja and to identify the extent of its influence on their critical thinking skills in the Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) subject. IPAS, or Natural and Social Sciences, is a field of study that examines living and non-living things in the universe and explores human life as individuals and social beings interacting with their environment. IPAS learning provides students with opportunities to engage directly with their surroundings. This research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using a one-group pretest-posttest method. The research subjects consisted of 24 students. Data were collected through observation sheets, test instruments in the form of a series of questions, and worksheets designed to assess students’ critical thinking skills before and after the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL). Data analysis was carried out using Descriptive Statistics, Normality Test, and Hypothesis Test (Paired Sample t-test). The results showed an increase in students’ pretest and posttest scores after applying the PjBL model. This was supported by the results of the paired sample t-test, which indicated a posttest score of -26.125 and a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), meaning that there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores.Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model has a significant and positive effect on the critical thinking skills of fifth-grade students. This learning model can be used as an effective teaching strategy to encourage students to be more active in expressing their opinions.

Abstract

: Educational technology is a continuously evolving discipline alongside advances in information and communication technology. In education, it encompasses the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning based on pedagogical principles. This article explores the concept of educational technology through three main aspects: definition, historical development, and instructional design models. The study employs a library research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were obtained from academic sources such as textbooks, indexed journals, and education policy documents. The analysis is based on key theories from experts such as Seels & Richey, Reiser, and instructional design models including ADDIE, Dick & Carey, and Kemp. The findings show that educational technology has evolved from visual teaching aids into a complex and adaptive learning system. Its history reflects a transition from the pre-digital era to the age of networked learning and artificial intelligence. Instructional design serves as a crucial framework to ensure effective and learner-centered use of technology. The integration of learning theories—behaviorism, cognitivism, and constructivism strengthens its application. In conclusion, a comprehensive understanding of educational technology’s definition, history, and design is essential to address modern educational challenges and to create effective and sustainable learning processes in the digital era.

Abstract

The use of Moodle-based elearning requires knowledge and skills to be able to build a good online learning page. Lecturers using Moodle-based elearning need proper guidance to be able to implement and create a good and attractive elearning portal display. This research is an R&D research. This study aims to develop Moodle-based elearning guidebook for lecturers using the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) approach. Data collection in this study was literature and questionnaires. The library method was used to find and collect various relevant sources and the questionnaire method was used to obtain data on the feasibility of the Moodle-based elearning guidebook using the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) approach developed. The results show that the process of developing Moodle-based elearning guidebook for lecturers using a creative problem solving approach includes seven stages; product design, design validation, design revision, small-scale trials, product revisions, large-scale trials, product revisions and product finals. The results of the validity of media experts get a score of 81.94 in the graphic aspect and 76.67 in the language aspect and both with proper and good predicates. The results of the validity of the material expert obtained a score of 78.86 in the content aspect and 82.64 in the presentation aspect and both with proper and good predicates. Moodle-based elearning guide for Religious College lecturers both from the media aspect and from the content aspect is good and feasible to use.

Abstract

Well-being is something that humans always want to achieve because it is considered as an important thing in life. Everyone will strive to achieve their welfare with all the efforts made, one of which is undergoing the profession of being a Gojek driver. Employees can be said to have high subjective well-being if they are satisfied with their work and more often experience positive emotional experiences and rarely experience negative emotions. Drivers choose this profession because of work-life balance, besides the factors that affect subjective well-being, namely selfesteem. This research was conducted to see the effect of work-life balance and self-esteem on the subjective well-being of motorbike taxi drivers in Karawang. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling. The number of participants as many as 220 driver participants in Karawang, data collection using a questionnaire which consists of three scales, namely the work-life balance scale, self-esteem scale, and satisfaction with life scale. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple regression analysis, based on the results of data analysis showing Sig.F 0.005 <0.05 (p <0.05) so that there is an influence between worklife balance and self-esteem variables on subjective well being. The amount of influence is 10.4% (R2 = 0.104) and the remaining 89.6% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Gojek driver, work-life balance, self-esteem, subjective well-being. Kesejahteraan (well-being) merupakan hal yang selalu ingin dicapai oleh manusia, karena dianggap sebagai hal yang penting dalam kehidupan. Setiap orang akan berupaya untuk mencapai kesejahteraannya dengan segala upaya yang dilakukan, salah satunya menjalani profesi menjadi driver Gojek. Karyawan dapat dikatakan memiliki subjective well-being yang tinggi jika mereka puas dengan pekerjaannya dan lebih sering mengalami pengalaman emosi yang positif dan jarang mengalami pengalaman emosi yang negatif. Driver memilih profesi tersebut karena keseimbangan kehidupan kerja atau disebut juga work-life balance, selain itu faktor yang mempegaruhi subjective well-being yaitu self-esteem. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh dari work-life balance dan self-esteem terhadap subjective well-being pada driver gojek yang ada di Karawang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan insidental. Jumlah partisipan sebanyak 220 partisipan driver di Karawang, pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari tiga skala, yaitu skala work life balance, self-esteem scale, dan satisfaction with life scale. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukan Sig.F 0,005<0,05 (p<0,05) sehingga terdapat pengaruh antara variabel work-life balance dan selfesteem terhadap subjective well-being. Besarnya pengaruh sebesar 10,4% (R2=0,104) dan selebihnya 89,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kata Kunci: Driver gojek, work-life balance, self-esteem, subjective well-being.

Abstract

Psychotic Like Experiences (hereinafter abbreviated as PLEs) are understood as changes in the way a person perceives and thinks about reality, which presents certain peculiarities and thoughts, which are characterized by unconventional logic (Pedero, 2011). One of the factors that cause PLEs are victims of bullying or victims of bullying which can affect mental health (Campbella & Morrisona, 2007). However, most of the studies mentioned do not take into account possible protective factors such as resilience (Georgiades, Farquharson, & Ellett, 2015), and may have the potential to reduce the risk of developing psychotic symptoms. This study aims to test the suitability of the theoretical model of bullying against PLEs with Resilience as a moderator. The measuring instrument used is the CAPE Psychotic-Like Experiences Scale, the CD-RISC Scale, and the Bullying Scale. The sample of this study was 422 teenagers in Karawang, which were obtained through the Nonprobability technique with the snowball sampling technique. The results of the analysis using JASP version 15.0, with the results of the direct effect of the bullying variable on PLEs with a p value of 0.001 <0.05, which means that the bullying variable directly has a significant influence on the psychotic like experience. While the results of the indirect effect calculation between the bullying variable and the psychotic like experience variable and the resilience variable as a mediator, obtained a p value of 0.219> 0.05, which means that the resilience variable cannot be a mediator between the bullying and psychotic like experience variables. Psychotic Like Experiences (yang selanjutnya disingkat PLEs) dipahami sebagai perubahan dalam cara seseorang memandang dan berpikir tentang realitas, yang menghadirkan keanehan dan pemikiran tertentu, yang ditandai oleh logika non-konvensional (Pedero, 2011). Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan PLEs adalah korban penindasan atau korban bullying yang dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan mental (Campbella & Morrisona, 2007). Namun sebagian besar penelitian yang disebutkan tidak memperhitungkan kemungkinan faktor pelindung seperti resiliensi (Georgiades, Farquharson, & Ellett, 2015), dan mungkin memiliki potensi untuk mengurangi resiko terjadinya gejala psikotik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh bullying terhadap PLEs dengan Resiliensi sebagai moderator. Alat Ukur yang digunakan adalah Skala CAPE Psychotic-Like Experiences, Skala CDRISC, dan Skala Bullying. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 422 remaja di Kabupaten Karawang, yang diperoleh melalui teknik Nonprobability dengan teknik snowball sampling. Hasil analisis menggunakan JASP versi 15.0, dengan hasil direct effect variabel bullying terhadap PLEs dengan nilai p 0.001<0,05 yang berarti secara langsung variabel bullying memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap psychotic like experience. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan secara indirect effect antara variabel bullying dengan variabel psychotic like experience dan variabel resiliensi sebagai mediator, diperoleh nilai dari p sebesar 0,219>0,05 yang berarti variabel resiliensi tidak bisa menjadi mediator antara variabel bullying dan psychotic like experience. Abstract

Sebagai daerah yang berubah fungsi menjadi daerah industri, Kabupaten Karawang memiliki slogan baru, yaitu Karawang sebagai kota industri. Tantangan bagi penduduk Karawang adalah kesiapan memasuki dunia industri, keterampilan sebagai petani bagi penduduk Karawang sudah tidak diragukan lagi, akan tetapi memasuki dunia industri, maka pengetahuan, keterampilan serta sikap yang dimiliki perlu dilatih dan dikembangkan agar siap menghadapi era industri. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran terkait sumber daya manusia di desa Sirnabaya. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner profil desa berkelanjutan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan interviu dengan pihak perwakilan desa yang ditunjuk oleh kepala desa Sirnabaya. Sumber data diklasifikasikan menjadi dua yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui laporan dari Badan Pusat Statistik Nasional. Data hasil kuesioner tersebut dijadikan sebagai dasar pembuatan rancangan program untuk pengembangan SDM unggul di Desa Sirnabaya. Kata kunci: Sumber daya manusia, pelatihan dan pengembangan As an area that has changed its function to an industrial area, Karawang Regency has a new slogan, namely Karawang as an industrial city. The challenge for Karawang residents is a readiness to enter the industrial world, skills as farmers for Karawang residents are no longer in doubt, but entering the world industry, their knowledge, skills, and attitudes are necessary and developed to be ready to face the industry. This service aims to get an overview of human resources in Sirnabaya village. The instrument used in this service was to use a sustainable village profile questionnaire. The data technique was conducted by conducting interviews with village representatives appointed by the village head of Sirnabaya. There are two sources of classification data, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires, while data were obtained through reports from the National Statistics Agency. The data from the questionnaire was used as the basis for making a program design for the development of superior human resources in Sirnabaya Village. Abstract

Salah satu cara mahasiswa dapat membantu mengatasi masalah yang ada di masyarakat adalah dengan mengabdikan diri kepada masyarakat melalui Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN). Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ditawarkan untuk meningkatkan muatan dan kualitas pendidikan mahasiswa dan mencapai nilai tambahan dari pendidikan tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari peran pendidikan non-formal (KKN) dalam meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan, memberikan edukasi kepada anak-anak di Desa Tugusari Kecamatan Bangsalsari serta memaksimalkan pengembangan produksi potensi kopi. Penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Mahasiswa KKN kolaboratif kelompok 149 melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan yang ditujukan guna pengembangan pengelolaaan hasil potensi yang dapat berkembang di desa. Banyak dusun yang memiliki potensi yang luar biasa tetapi kurangnya ketertarikan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan hasil alamnya. Dengan bantuan praktisi dan civitas akademika melalui mahasiswa KKN, ditujukan guna membangun semangat masyarakat untuk dapat melaksanakan pengembangan dan perubahan kearah yang lebih baik. Adapun mahasiwa berpartisipasi dalam berbagai kegiatan yang mendorong kesadaran masyarakat tentang kebersihan lingkungan melalui program kerja LIHAT (lingkungan sehat), kesadaran urgensi Pendidikan SEPINDES (sekolah pintar desa), dan program pengembangan kulit kopi menjadi teh Cascara

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar nilai ragam genetik, heritabilitas dan korelasi pada sifat-sifat kuantitatif beberapa genotipe padi gogo. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Kawo Kecamatan Pujut Kabupaten Lombok Tengah pada bulan Maret sampai Juni 2022, disusun berdasarkan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari 11 genotipe, masing-masing genotipe diulang sebanyak 3 kali, sehingga terdapat 33 petak tanam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan kriteria keragaman genetik padi gogo yaitu kategori luas pada karakter tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan produktif, jumlah anakan total, panjang daun bendera dan bobot biji bernas per rumpun. Terdapat perbedaan kriteria heritabilitas pada karakter kuantitatif padi gogo dengan kriteria yang tergolong heritabilitass tinggi yaitu pada karkater tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan produktif, panjang daun bendera, umur berbunga, umur panen dan bobot 1000 biji. Terdapat karakter yang berkorelasi positif nyata dengan umur panen yaitu karakter umur berbunga dengan kriteria yang tergolong sangat kuat, terdapat juga karakter yang berkorelasi negatif nyata dengan umur panen yaitu pada karakter tinggi tanaman dengan kriteria cukup kuat, karakter panjang malai dan bobot biji bernas per rumpun dengan kriteria sangat lemah dan cukup kuat. Sedangkan dengan hasil terdapat karakter yang berkorelasi positif nyata yaitu bobot 1000 biji dan bobot biji bernas per rumpun dengan kriteria sangat kuat, terdapat juga karakter yang berkorelasi negatif nyata yaitu pada karakter tinggi tanaman, panjang malai dan panjang daun bendera dengan kriteria kuat.

Abstract

Fertility is the ability to produce offspring in a man or the ability of the reproductive organs to work optimally in fertilization. Fertility rates have declined drastically in the last fifty years. Machine Learning is a field devoted to understanding and building learning methods. This study will use machine learning algorithms to classify male fertility levels, namely the Classification and Regression Tree (CART) algorithm and the K-Fold Cross Validation validation method. The fertility dataset used in this study was obtained from the UCI Machine Learning website, with a total of 100 data and the variables used are Age, Childish diseases, Accident or serious trauma, Surgical intervention, High fevers in the last year, Frequency of alcohol consumption, Smoking habit, Number of hours spent sitting per day and Diagnosis. K-Fold Cross Validation can be used together with CART to measure the performance of the CART model on different data, so as to avoid overfitting or underfitting the CART model. Based on the calculation of the CART algorithm and the K-Fold Cross Validation validation method (K = 1 to K = 9), the average accuracy value for training data is 98.70% and the average accuracy value for testing data is 81.16%. The results of this study have proven that the CART algorithm can be used to classify the level of fertility in men well. In addition, the classification model formed can be implemented into a mobile application (android) so that it is easy to use and understand.
A Determination of KIP Kuliah Scholarship Recipients Using the AHP and TOPSIS Method (Case Study: UMKT Student Division) ARIF RAHMAN HAKIM

Abstract

Student Division Universitas Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur manage various scholarship for student,one of them is Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah scholarship, the process include is where UMKT Student Division need to estimate eligible student receiving scholarship based on 4 criteria, the problem may occur is to many scholarship applicant but scholarship quota is limited it’s hard to choose eligible scholarship recipient among student applicant. By using AHP and TOPSIS to determine KIP Kuliah Scholarship Recipients, AHP used to given weight to all criteria, DTKS (0.539), Family Condition (0.086), Family economy (0.093), House Condition (0.282) and topsis used to process all student applicant year 2022 or alternatives, by using ahp and topsis to determine scholarship recipients the model gain 77% accuracy rates.
