Abstract

Lamundre Village is one of the villages located in Watubangga District, Kolaka Regency which has promising marine natural resource potential, both in the form of aquaculture and capture fisheries. Various types of fish catch produced by the Lamundre Village Community include skipjack fish 30 tons/year and lure fish 70 tons/year. The catch is only dried and sold raw to the market. However, this potential can still be increased to increase the income of the Lamundre Village Community and increase the diversity of fishery products from the village. The Lamundre Village Independent Fishermen's Women's Group is a partner that operates in the fish processing sector. The main problem with partners is the low level of knowledge and skills of group members in processing fishery products. Therefore, it is very necessary to provide training and assistance to partners in processing fishery products. The fish processing products carried out are making fish balls and fish floss. Fish balls and fish floss are one of the fish processing activities that can increase the added value and shelf life of fish. The aim of this community service activity is to improve the skills and knowledge of the Independent Women Fishermen Group partners in processing fish independently into a product, namely fish balls and fish floss. This community service activity will be carried out in September 2024 in Lamundre Village, Watubangga District, Kolaka Regency. The activity method is carried out at several stages including the observation stage, preparation stage, training and mentoring stage, and evaluation stage. The result of this community service activity is an increase in partners' skills and knowledge in making fish balls and fish floss. Based on the results of the interview, the partner's skill level became 85% and the knowledge level increased 100% after the training. Partners are able to make fish balls and fish floss according to the materials provided. The fish balls and fish floss produced in this training activity do not smell or fishy, ​​this is because the process of making fish balls and fish floss complies with the quality standards for making fish balls and fish floss (SNI 7690.2013). This community service activity is able to improve the skills and knowledge of partners in making fish balls and fish floss.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the judge’s considerations in marriage legalization (isbat nikah) cases in the Bulukumba Religious Court from the perspective of progressive legal theory. It employs field research using statutory, sociological, and legal anthropological approaches to understand the dynamics of legal reasoning within the context of social reality and substantive justice. The findings indicate that in deciding marriage legalization cases, judges refer to Law Number 1 of 1974 on Marriage and the Compilation of Islamic Law (Presidential Instruction Number 1 of 1991), by assessing the validity of the marriage pillars and conditions, as well as their conformity with both Islamic and positive law provisions. Analysis of Decision No. 315/Pdt.P/2023/PA.Blk and No. 297/Pdt.P/2023/PA.Blk reveals that judges have taken into account the values of justice in the spirit of progressive law, which views law as a means of social transformation for the benefit of society. Progressive law is understood as a dynamic legal concept that prioritizes substantive justice and responds to the legal needs of society to achieve legal certainty while protecting citizens’ rights.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of sompa (dowry or mahr) and doi menre (customary expenditure) and its dynamics in the Bugis Bone community and the problems of its cases in religious courts reviewed from the perspective of Islamic legal maslahah. The study uses empirical legal methods analyzed with the theory of maslahat. Data collection through interviews with several informants in Bone district and document review. The informants interviewed were religious figures, academics and the Bone community, the documents reviewed were the decisions of the Watampone Religious Court related to sompa and doi menre, articles and books and various studies related to the focus of the discussion. The results of the study found that until now the Bugis Bone community still adheres to the dual obligations of sompa (dowry) and doi menre (spending money) in every marriage. However, doi menre as a customary obligation seems to be more prioritized than sompa which is a religious obligation. However, on the other hand, there have also been many shifts that indicate negotiation, investment and transformation so that the implementation of sompa and doi menre seems very dynamic in the social development of Bugis Bone today. Likewise, in the resolution of sompa and doi menre cases in the Religious Court which sometimes accompany divorce cases, it has its own problems that require the creativity of judges in resolving them. From the perspective of maslahah, the dynamics in sompa and doi menre including its resolution in religious courts must be directed towards realizing maslahah and preventing harm so that its existence can remain in line with the positive values ​​that are the goal of Islamic law.

Abstract

Kelurahan Anaiwoi yang terletak di Kecamatan Tanggetada, Kabupaten Kolaka, merupakan salah satu daerah yang memiliki potensi perikanan yang cukup besar, khususnya ikan malaja (Siganus spp) yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis ikan malaja yang terdapat di perairan Tanggetada, khususnya di Tempat Pendaratan Ikan (TPI) Anaiwoi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli hingga September, dengan pengambilan sampel dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan sembilan spesies yang termasuk dalam famili Siganidae: Siganus doliatus, Siganus canaliculatus, Siganus punctatus, Siganus fuscencens, Siganus corallinus, Siganus argenteus, Siganus puellus, Siganus spinus dan Siganus vulpinus. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa dua spesies yang paling sering ditangkap oleh nelayan lokal adalah S. canaliculatus dan S. doliatus. Hasil penelitian ini menggarisbawahi keanekaragaman spesies ikan malaja di perairan Tanggetada dan potensinya yang secara signifikan dapat mendukung sektor perikanan lokal

Abstract

 Providing knowledge of Manasik is the task of the government and travel agencies organizing the Hajj and Umrah. The objective of holding rituals is To practice independence, as well as so that the congregation can carry out worship according to the guidance of the Prophet. However, there are still many in the holy land of the congregation who only rely on a guide while on the ground because they do not understand and do not know corners of the city of Mecca because they only manasic 3-4 times. There needs to be excellent service to attract their interest following the manasic class. This research aims to know the excellent implementation management service in HMC (Hijrah Muslim Center) Payakumbuh. The method used in the study This is method descriptive- a qualitative. Results show Organizer rituals in institution rituals HMC The Great Wall Already apply good service by service standards and principles of excellent service. Marked by the satisfaction felt by the congregation undergoing manasik at HMC. In addition to manasik for free, HMC also provides services to the congregation in the form of facilitating the congregation to complete the administrative requirements in the form of passport administration, meningitis vaccination, photos, provision of small gifts, exchange Money real, and savings Hajj And Umrah.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang begitu cepat menuntut penguatan literasi digital di kalangan pelajar. Namun, peningkatan literasi digital sering kali tidak diiringi dengan penguatan identitas budaya lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi integrasi mata pelajaran Informatika dengan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal sebagai upaya membangun literasi digital yang kontekstual dan berakar budaya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus di salah satu SMP di Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi konten budaya lokal ke dalam proyek digital Informatika mampu meningkatkan kreativitas siswa, keterlibatan dalam pembelajaran, serta kesadaran akan nilai budaya. Pembelajaran menjadi lebih relevan dan bermakna karena siswa dapat mengaitkan teknologi dengan realitas sosial dan budaya mereka. Artikel ini merekomendasikan penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek bertema budaya, pelatihan guru lintas bidang, serta pengembangan media ajar digital berbasis lokal.

Abstract

Generasi Milenial dan Generasi Z lahir di era digital, namun mengalami perkembangan teknologi yang berbeda. Generasi Milenial tumbuh di masa awal digital dengan teknologi dasar yang masih terbatas, sedangkan Generasi Z lahir di tengah pesatnya kemanjuan digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi perbedaan anatara kedua generasi dalam hal humor, hubungan sosial, gaya komunikasi, dan pengunaan teknologi, mengunakan metode studi literatur untuk menganalisis perbedaan antara generasi Milenial dan Generasi Z di Lingkungan kamus. Pola komunikasi kedua generasi dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan teknologi, yang menjadi faktor utama perbedaan ini. Generasi Z cenderung gaya komunikasi yang ditandai dengan penggunaan bahasa singkatan dan informal. Sementara Generasi Milenial memiliki perbedaan gaya komunikasi yang terlihat dalam humor mereka, yang kerap dianggap kuno. Meskipun teknologi membawa dampak negatif, dampak positifnya bersinar terang melalui kefasihan mahasiswa Generasi Z dalam menggunakan teknologi, melampaui kemampuan dosen dari Generasi Milenial, dan menandai pergeseran signifikan dalam lanskap pendidikan dan komunikasi modern.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore the implications of the practice of mobile court at the Majene Religious Court on the sense of justice of the parties, with a focus on studying Maslahah Murlah. The research method used is qualitative with a normative syar'i theological approach and a juridical-empirical approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, data editing, data analysis, and testing data validity by combining data. The research results show that the mobile court conducted by the Majene Religious Court is in accordance with the Maslahah Murlah concept by helping remote communities, spreading justice evenly, and maximizing services. The stages of the circuit court process include submitting a budget, determining the implementation time, determining the panel of judges, trial, and mediation. The implication of this research is the need for the Majene Religious Court to continue to provide the best service to the community, for the Supreme Court to pay attention to judicial institutions throughout Indonesia, and to find solutions to overcome the negative impacts of mobile courts.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low creativity of children aged 4-5 years at Dharma Wanita Kadidi Kindergarten, Sidrap Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the effectiveness of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in increasing creativity in children aged 4-5 years at Dharma Wanita Kadidi Kindergarten, Sidrap Regency. This study used a pre-experimental design method with a one group pretest-posttest type. The population used was children aged 4-5 years at Dharma Wanita Kadidi Kindergarten, Sidrap Regency, consisting of 7 boys and 7 girls. Data collection techniques were in the form of tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used was using the SPSS version 22 program. The results of this study concluded that from the level of children's creativity abilities before being given treatment (pretest) with the final mean result of 5.64 out of 14 children while the final mean result after being given treatment (posttest) was 12. 43 out of 14 children. The results of the hypothesis test (t-test) obtained a significance value (sig.) of 0.000, it can be said that 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that there is an influence of the effectiveness of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in increasing the creativity of children aged 4-5 years at Dharma Wanita Kadidi Kindergarten, Sidrap Regency.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesadaran hukum masyarakat dalam praktek wakaf produktif di Kecamatan Tompobulu Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan dua pendekatan yakni; pendekatan hukum dan pendekatan sosiologis. Sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu data Perwakafan di Kecamatan Tompobulu Kabupaten Gowa dan wawancara kepada Tokoh masyarakat dan Pemerintah dalam hal ini yaitu KUA kecamatan Tompobulu. Selanjutnya pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan Dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik pengelolahan dan analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menjukan bahwa kesadaran hukum masyarakat terkait prengelolaan wakaf produktif masih tergolong rendah. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari data perwakafan terdapat 95 lokasi wakaf, tetapi belum ada yang di kelola secara produktif. hal ini Karena masyarakat masih memiliki pradigma wakaf yang bersifat konsumtif. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan strategi khusus untuk membangun kesadaran hukum masyarakat dalam pengelolaan wakaf produktif seperti sosialisasi hukum wakaf, atau pemerintah melakukan strategi inovatif seperti melakukan lelang wakaf. Sehingga praktek pengelolaan wakaf produktif itu dapat berjalan di Kecamatan Tompobulu, Kabupaten Gowa. Kata Kunci: Kesadaran Hukum, Wakaf Produktif, Paradigma Masyarakat.
