Abstract

The increasing dynamics of the business environment driven by globalization, digitalization, and economic uncertainty have intensified the complexity of strategy implementation within organizations. The high rate of implementation failure indicates a significant gap between strategic planning and execution. This study aims to analyze and synthesize the key factors influencing strategy implementation through the integration of organizational structure, strategic leadership, organizational culture, resource allocation, and management control systems. This research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method using data sourced from Google Scholar, SINTA-indexed journals, and other accredited publications within the 2020–2025 period, with a total of 25 selected articles analyzed using thematic synthesis. The findings reveal that successful strategy implementation is not determined by a single variable but by the synergy among organizational elements, where strategic leadership and organizational culture act as primary drivers, while organizational structure and management control systems function as operational enablers. Furthermore, appropriate resource allocation strengthens the overall effectiveness of strategy implementation. These findings indicate that an integrative and system-based approach is essential for enhancing the success of strategy implementation in modern organizations.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of social media platforms on the character formation and behavior of children in Sipayo Village, Sidoan Subdistrict, Parigi Moutong Regency. Amid the rapid advancement of digital technology, social media offers various benefits as well as challenges for the younger generation in rural areas. On one hand, these platforms facilitate children’s access to new knowledge, enhance communication, and foster creativity. On the other hand, uncontrolled usage often leads to decreased motivation and discipline in learning, reduced direct interaction with parents, excessive gadget dependency, susceptibility to uneducational trends, and the emergence of impolite attitudes and language.The research problems are focused on two main aspects: the forms of children’s behavior that emerge as a result of social media exposure, and the types of digital platforms most dominantly used by children in the village. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The research was conducted in Sipayo Village. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews with key informants, and analysis of related documents.Data analysis was carried out in stages, starting from data reduction, data presentation, to conclusion drawing. To ensure the validity of the findings, the researcher applied triangulation techniques covering sources, methods, and time.It is hoped that the results of this study will provide an in-depth description of social media usage patterns among village children, such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp, as well as various positive and negative behaviors that appear in family and community environments. These findings are expected to serve as valuable considerations for parents, teachers, and related stakeholders in developing strategies to improve digital literacy and strengthen character education for children in the current digital era.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of leadership and motivation on the performance of employees at the Trade and Industry Office of Gowa Regency, Indonesia. Effective leadership and employee motivation are crucial factors in enhancing organizational performance and productivity. This quantitative research involved 35 employees as respondents selected through a census sampling technique. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed through validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results reveal that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 (t-count 5.246 > t-table 1.692). Similarly, motivation also has a positive and significant effect on performance with a significance value of 0.000 (t-count 3.897 > t-table 1.692). These findings indicate that strong leadership and high motivation contribute significantly to improving employee performance. The results suggest that leaders should adopt participatory and motivational approaches to strengthen employees’ sense of responsibility and commitment toward achieving organizational goals. This study contributes to the understanding of human resource management practices in public organizations and offers practical implications for enhancing leadership and motivation in government institutions.

Abstract

Skripsi ini membahas tentang kajian pendekatan saintifik dalam mewujudkan pembelajaran 4K (Kompeten, Kreatif, Komunikatif dan Kooperatif). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik oleh guru kelas IV dalam mewujudkan pembelajaran 4K dan mengetahui tantangan dan solusi guru menggunakan pendekatan saintifik dalam mewujudkan pembelajaran 4K (Kompeten, Kreatif, Komunikatif dan Kooperatif) di kelas IV SDN 632 Sironda, Kabupaten Luwu Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas dan siswa kelas IV SDN 632 Sironda, Kabupaten Luwu. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi guru, wawancara guru dan siswa. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penilitian menujukkan bahwa 1) Guru di kelas IV SDN 632 Saronda, Kabupaten Luwu telah menerapkan pendekatan saintifik dalam proses pembelajaran melalui tahapan 5M yaitu mengamati, menanya, mencoba, menalar, dan mengkomunikasikan. Pendekatan saintifik yang diterapkan tidak hanya membantu siswa memahami materi secara mendalam tetapi juga membentuk karakter siswa yang kompeten terhadap ilmu pengetahuan, lebih kreatif dalam menyelesaikan soal, berani mengemukakan pendapat, dan mampu bekerja sama dengan siswa lainnya sehingga tujuan pembelajaran 4K dalam terwujud secara nyata dan berkelanjutan; 2) Terdapat beberapa tantangan yang dialami oleh guru dalam pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan saintifik yaitu keterbatasan waktu, kesiapan siswa, dan kurangnya sarana serta media pembelajaran. Adapun solusi yang dilakukan oleh guru yaitu memanfaatkan media sederhana atau benda-benda di sekitar kelas, menyederhanakan kegiatan tahapan pendekatan saintifik, dan memberikan motivasi kepada siswa agar lebih aktif dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the management of the boarding school program in shaping religious character and discipline at SMA IT Ash-Shiddiiqi. Utilizing a phenomenological approach and qualitative methods, the research collected data from primary and secondary sources through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with data validity tested using credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The findings indicate that the planning process for the boarding school program involves a forum of discussions among the foundation, educators, madrasah committee, guardians of students, and dormitory managers. Program organization includes structural task assignments. The habituation of religious culture and discipline takes place in both the dormitory and school environments. Program control is carried out through regular evaluations of each activity and monthly assessments with the program managers. Supporting factors for program management include dormitory and classroom facilities, the presence of musyrif/ah accompanying the students, collaboration between parents and teachers, and a strong desire for knowledge. However, there are hindering factors, such as a decline in individual commitment, which is reflected in mischief, boredom, and laziness among students due to the heavy workload. Thus, the management of the boarding school at SMA IT Ash-Shiddiiqi proves effective in fostering students' religious character and discipline, although attention is needed for the existing hindering factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis kebutuhan pengembangan metode story mapping dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis narasi siswa kelas V di SDN 18 Maroangin Kota Palopo; (2) mendesain pengembangan metode story mapping yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru dan siswa; serta (3) mengetahui validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas metode tersebut dalam pembelajaran menulis narasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi lima tahap, yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan 20 siswa kelas V, sedangkan objek penelitian adalah strategi pembelajaran menulis narasi dengan metode story mapping. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, angket, dan tes. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran menulis narasi dengan metode story mapping dinilai sangat valid dan praktis. Hasil validasi ahli perangkat pembelajaran memperoleh skor 85%, dan ahli evaluasi pembelajaran sebesar 87,5%. Uji kepraktisan menunjukkan skor 88,12% dari siswa (sangat praktis) dan 87,5% dari guru (praktis). Dengan demikian, metode story mapping dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis narasi siswa kelas V SDN 18 Maroangin Kota Palopo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the guided note taking (GNT) method in improving the Indonesian language learning outcomes of fourt-grade students at SDN 228 Lagaroang. This is a Classroom action research (CAR) conducted in two cycles using a qualitative approach. The research subjects we're 28 students, consisting of 14 boys and 14 girls. The GNT method was implemented by providing handouts containing key points with blanks that students we're required to fill during the lesson. The results showed a significant improvement in student learning outcomes Adn Classroom activity. Int he first cycle, the average student score was 64,28% (categorized as good), and in the second cycle, it increased to 92,50% (categorized as very good) . Both teacher and student Activities also improved from good. The implementation of the GNT method proved effective in enchaning student concentration, engagemeng, and understanding of Indonesian language material. Therefore GNT can be considered an innovative and enjoy able teaching strategy to improve student achievement in primary schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan, merancang, serta menguji validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas metode drill berbasis literasi visual dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SDN 18 Maroangin Kota Palopo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas guru kelas III dan 27 siswa kelas III, sedangkan objek penelitian adalah metode drill berbasis literasi visual. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, angket, dan tes, kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode drill berbasis literasi visual yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru dan siswa. Hasil uji validitas oleh ahli pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia memperoleh kriteria sangat valid dengan skor masing-masing 87,5% dan 90,62%. Uji kepraktisan menunjukkan kategori sangat praktis, dengan skor 94,04% dari siswa dan 100% dari guru. Uji efektivitas berdasarkan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,70 menunjukkan bahwa metode drill berbasis literasi visual efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, metode ini dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas III SDN 18 Maroangin Kota Palopo.

Abstract

The success of children with special educational needs in learning is influenced by the ability and suitability of the learning program designed for them. Schools that accept children with special needs are expected to have identification and assessment results to inform their learning preparation. PAUD Mustika is one such early childhood school. However, the school still experiences obstacles in preparing the program because the identification and assessment results are incomplete and do not support the learning process. The community service activity aims to assess the learning readiness of children with special needs at PAUD Mustika. The implementation method consists of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The identification and assessment process was carried out for 10 children with special educational needs, involving parents and school teachers. The results of the community service activity were 10 learning readiness identification and assessment reports containing identification of children's special needs, assessments of developmental aspects, and learning recommendations based on the findings of the identification and assessment. These reports were submitted to the school to inform the design of a learning program that aligns with the students' characteristics and learning needs. Four teachers completed the questionnaire, achieving an average score of 83.125. This activity has a positive impact in the form of providing learning readiness assessments for students with special needs, which can be used as a reference in the classroom learning process and provide insight into the assessment process for teachers and parents.
