Abstract

This study aims to determine the Construction of the Meaning of Radicalism and Efforts to Prevent the Spread of Radicalism in Al-Azhar Senior High School Medan. This type of research is qualitative research. The result shows that the teacher understands the concept of radicalism and understands that the concept of radicalism will have a negative impact on the personality of people affected by radicalism, the implementation of Pancasila values is carried out to students in the school environment as an effort to respond to radicalism. The Al-Azhar College School is not yet fully aware of the spread of radical understanding among students, so no special efforts are made to prevent the spread of radicalism, but the Al-Azhar College School already has a system that indirectly becomes an effort to prevent the spread of radicalism in Al-Azhar schools.

Abstract

National development is the government's effort in realizing the welfare of the people and the state, starting from increasing the standard of living of the community to improving the system for implementing state activities. National development is expected to be evenly distributed throughout the country, both centralized development and development in regions whose power is controlled by the regional government. Phenomenon In the Medan City area, motor vehicle tax is one type of regional tax collected by the Regional Revenue Service of the Province of North Sumatra through the Samsat Joint Office as one of the potential sources of tax revenue, where the Samsat Joint Office has an advantage in the number of vehicle taxpayers who continues to increase every year. From this phenomenon, should there be an increase in the ownership of motorized vehicles with a BK number (tax object) in the area of Medan City, it will have a positive impact on any increase in the amount of motor vehicle tax revenue at the Samsat Joint Office. But in fact, overall motor vehicle tax revenue at the Samsat Joint Office has not been fully realized easily, from the description above, researchers are interested in formulating the problem How to implement the 2018 motor vehicle tax bleaching program in the Regional Revenue Management Technical Implementation Unit (UPT PPD) Medan South and What are the obstacles to motor vehicle tax collection in 2018 in the Regional Revenue Management Technical Implementation Unit (UPT PPD) in South Medan. This type of research used in this study is a qualitative researcher.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to: 1) Analyze the effect of the internal control system on the physical development of villages in Galang District, Deli Serdang Regency; 2) Analyzing the influence of village apparatus competence on village physical development in Galang District, Deli Serdang Regency and 3) Analyzing the effect of organizational commitment on village physical development in Galang District, Deli Serdang Regency. The research was conducted in Galang District concerning the Effect of Internal Control Systems, Village Apparatus Competence and Organizational Commitment on Village Physical Development in Galang District, Deli Serdang Regency. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the internal control system has a positive and significant effect on the physical development of the village in Galang District, Deli Serdang Regency. The competence of village officials has a positive and significant effect on the physical development of the village in Galang District, Deli Serdang Regency. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the physical development of villages in Galang District, Deli Serdang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of E-Procurement in the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services of North Sumatra Province, analyze the impacts experienced and the obstacles caused by the implementation of E-Procurement at the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services of North Sumatra Province, and analyze the role of E-Procurement in the Procurement Bureau. North Sumatra Province Goods and Services in minimizing fraud in the process of procurement of goods and services. This research is located at the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services, North Sumatra Province, namely the Goods and Services Procurement Unit and LPSE using descriptive qualitative research methods with in-depth interview techniques and observations with informants who are the E-Procurement implementation team and service providers who have received tenders and make observations, especially on the website and E-Catalogue. This research shows that the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services has implemented E-Procurement in accordance with the direction of the government, and the most perceived obstacle from this program is the knowledge of the implementers about the E-Procurement system and servers that are often down. The impact that is felt the most is the effectiveness of the process as well as the transparency and convenience that is felt by all parties.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the Policy Discretion for Post-Disaster Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of Gunung Sinabung Eruption in Karo Regency in the Settlement Relocation Program. This study used qualtitative research. Disaster emergency factors (Emergency Response Status) and Humanitarian factors because the refugees have been living in temporary shelters (shelters) for ± 1.8 years in inadequate and inhumane living conditions are the driving forces for discretionary Rehabilitation and Reconstruction policies in the Settlement Relocation Program for disaster victims the eruption of Mount Sinabung, Karo Regency; Discretion of Post-Disaster Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of Mount Sinabung's Eruption in Relocation of Refugee Settlements is caused by a legal vacuum, because post-disaster development cannot be carried out in the Emergency Response phase where since September 2013 until now the Disaster Status of the Mount Sinabung Eruption is still in the Emergency Response phase.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to analysis the impact of existence of Tano Tubu Office on the Emergence of a New Community Business Sector. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The result shows that there is a difference between the average income of business people around the Tano Tubu Office in the period before the Tano Tubu office and after the Tano Tubu office. The average income in the period before the establishment of the Tano Tubu Office was Rp. 2,163,382.93, - , while the average value of income in the period after the establishment of Tano Tubu Office was Rp. 4,183,333.33 ,. The existence of Tano Tubu Offices has a positive impact on increasing the income of the business community around it. This is indicated by the higher average income in the period after the establishment of Tano Tubu Office compared to the average income in the period before the establishment of Tano Tubu Office.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of effectiveness of sustenance social assistance and accompaniment on the prosperity of pre prosperous society in Tanjung Pura Subdistrict, langkat regency, analyze the effect of effectiveness of sustenance social assistance and accompaniment on the prosperity of pre prosperous society in Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency and analyze the effect of effectiveness of sustenance social assistance and accompaniment in common on the prosperity of pre prosperous society in Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency. This research was conducted in Langkat Regency about the effect of effectiveness of sustenance social assistance and accompaniment on the prosperity of pre prosperous society in Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency. The analysis method of this research is multiple regression analysis with the total respondent of 100 beneficiary families. The result of this research showed that there is positive and significant effect of the effectiveness of sustenance social assistance on the prosperity of pre prosperous society in Tanjung Pura District. At the same time of the effectiveness of sustenance social assistance and accompaniment has positive and significant effect.

Abstract

The tourism sector as one of the pillars of national development has an impact on foreign exchange earnings, regional income and also the absorption of investment and labor in various regions in Indonesia. The development of the Lake Toba Tourism Area is one of the government's priority areas in developing tourism. With the issuance of Presidential Regulation Number 46 of 2016 concerning the Lake Toba Authority Management Agency, it is an initial capital that the government is currently conceptualizing tourism development in the Lake Toba area. The concept of developing a tourist village in the Lake Toba area is very interesting, where the customs and culture of the people are combined with the natural beauty of Lake Toba to become a tourist attraction. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze what was applied in the development of a tourist village in Meat village. The research method is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the development of tourist villages in Meat is still not optimal, where access, attractions, and amenities are not adequate. Forobstacles in the development of tourist villages in Meat village, budget constraints and lack of human resources in the field of tourism.

Abstract

Trans Mebidang is a Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system in North Sumatra Province which operates in Medan City, Binjai City, and Deli Serdang Regency. According to the Research and Development Center for Land and Railways at the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia in 2014 the traffic density level in Medan City reached a V / C ratio of 0.769, this has an impact on inconvenience and increases travel time for road users. This study aims to determine the extent of the implementation of the governor's regulations and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Trans Mebidang Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) policy in breaking down congestion in Medan City. In this study, researchers used descriptive methods with observation data collection techniques, interviews and literature studies. The data analysis technique used in this research is analysis using transcripts of the results of interviews, data reduction, analysis, data interpretation and triangulation.The results of the study, researchers found a phenomenon in the field that the implementation of policies in the Regulation of the Governor of North Sumatra Number 31 of 2014 concerning Road-Based Mass Public Transportation Services in the Urban Areas of Medan, Binjai and Deli Serdang. Based on the research focus set in accordance with Edward III's theory, the researcher can conclude that the supporting and inhibiting factors are influenced by aspects of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure, this can be seen in the summary of the research results that have been presented by the researcher in writing this thesis.

Abstract

Social Responsibility or what we are better known as CSR today is an inseparable aspect of the company. Providing CSR assistance in the field of education with the "Wika Teaching" program by PT Wika Beton Tbk, can increase wider knowledge and also learn about the world of work which can help improve welfare. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of CSR PT. Wika Beton, Tbk-PPB North Sumatra in the field of education through the "Wika Mengajar" program at Smk Negeri 2 Binjai. Analyzing and the constraints faced in the implementation of CSR PT. Wika Beton, Tbk-PPB North Sumatra in the field of education through the "Wika Mengajar" program at Smk Negeri 2 Binjai. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The method used to collect data in this study is observation, interviews and documentation, in this research the data is analyzed by means of data reduction, data display, and Drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the research on the Implementation of the Wika Teaching Program at SMK Negeri 2 Binjai from several indicators taken according to the implementation theory of the Merilee S Grindle Model from the aspect of policy content, namely the influencing interests, the benefits generated, the degree of desired change, the location of decision making, program implementation and resources. which is used while in the aspect of the policy environment, namely the power, interests and strategies of the actors involved, as well as the characteristics of the institutions and regimes in power and the level of compliance and the response from the implementers.The target of the Wika Mengajar program is to fulfill corporate responsibility through the implementation of CSR by creating the Wika Mengajar program and to provide assistance to its steak owners through the program company PT. Wika Concrete.
