Indonesia is a constitutional state where all government activities are orderly in all matters including population administration including death certificates. Death Certificates can also function as a tool or a completeness in the management of various kinds of needs such as the processing of new family cards, distribution of inheritance, pensions for civil servants. This research wants to see how much public awareness of the existence of this administration. This research uses descriptive qualitative which is located in Prikuku Village, Pacitan Regency. The program for making death certificates in its implementation process is influenced by 4 factors namely communication, commitment, resources and bureaucratic structure. Research results showing that each factor influences each other, and the implementation of policy making does not require a long time depending on the volume level used, done by the dukcapil. The level of people's desire to take care of this death certificate is still low, the death rate and the rate for processing death certificates are not balanced and this condition can be overcome by communication in the form of outreach carried out by related to raising the public's awareness about making death certificates.

Pendampingan pengelolaan usaha jamur tiram di masa pandemi pada Panti Asuhan Yayasan Aminah merupakan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh dosen STIE AMM Mataram. Pendampingan ini dalam rangka meningkatkan pemahaman kelompok terhadap permasalahan yang timbul dalam melaksanakan usaha pengelolaan jamur tiram. Permasalahan yang muncul pada saat pendampingan adalah masalah manajemen organisasi, manajemen usaha dan pengelolaan keuangan. Hal ini berdampak pada produksi jamur tiram tidak menentu, kebijakan usaha kedepan tidak jelas dan usaha jamur tiram ini belum memiliki legalitas usaha. Diharapkan melalui pemberdayaan ini ouput yang dihasilkan dapat membantu untuk peningkatan produktivitas dan juga berpengaruh pada kesejahteraan kelompok. Hasil yang didapat dari kegiatan ini adalah kelompok memahami tentang manajemen usaha, kelompok memahami tentang manajemen organisasi dan pengelolaan keuangan sehingga dengan adanya peningkatan pemahaman tersebut usaha jamur tiram ini dapat dikelola dengan baik dan meningkatkan produktifitas usaha pada panti asuhan Yayasan Aminah

Boerka goat is the best meat type goat. Feed quality is one of the biggest factors that affect productivity, so it is necessary to know in advance the need for nutrients. The purpose of this study was to determine the dietray of crude protein (CP) and Total Digestible Nutrients (TDN) in efficient feed for the production of Boerka goats male growing phase. This study was designed in a completely randomized design, consisting of six combination feed treatments with six replications. Namely: 1 (CP 13.00% and TDN 63.10%); 2 (CP 13.03% and TDN 65.07%); 3 (CP 13.00% and TDN 70.00%); 4 (CP 15.00% and TDN 62.69%); 5 (CP 15.12% and TDN 65.00%); 6 (CP 15.00% and TDN 70.00%). The observed variables were feed consumption, feed consumption ratio (FCR), nutrient digestibility (dry matter, organic matter, crude protein) and average daily gain (ADG). Results of this study show that the balanced of CP and TDN has no significant effect on consumption and FCR. However, it was significantly different for digestibility and ADG. Feed treatment (CP 13.03% and TDN 65.07%) obtained the higher digestibility of DM and OM (71.49 and 70.5%), while the highest CP digestibility was treated with CP 15.05% and TDN 62.69% (71.59%). The ADG response of Boerka goats with CP 13.03% and TDN 65.07% was the good results (144.90 g head-1day-1) while the lowest response was on CP 13.08% and TDN 63.10%. It is concluded that the dietray of CP 13.03% and TDN 65.07% is a recommended of Boerka goat male growing phase.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil-hasil penelitian terdahulu yang menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan Self-regulated Learning (SRL) siswa belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan SRL adalah Learning Cycle 5E (LC 5E). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan SRL sebagai akibat dari pembelajaran LC 5E. Penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen yang menerapkan dua model pembelajaran yaitu LC 5E dan pembelajaran konvensional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa di salah satu SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling, dan diperoleh kelas VIII D dan VIII E. Untuk kepentingan analisis masing-masing kelas penelitian dikategorikan menurut kemampuan awal matematis (KAM; tinggi, sedang, rendah). Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan skala SRL. Analisis data ditinjau berdasarkan data keseluruhan dan kategori KAM. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut diperoleh kesimpulan: 1) peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran LC 5E lebih baik daripada siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran konvensional; 2) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran LC 5E dan siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran konvensional berdasarkan kategori KAM (tinggi, sedang, rendah).Abstract. The research was grounded by the results of previous research which showed that mathematical communication ability and Self-regulated Learning (SRL) students are not as expected. One of models learning for enhancing mathematical communication ability is Learning cycle 5E (LC 5E). The purpose of this research is to comprehensively describe the enhancement of students’ mathematical communication ability as a result of LC 5E. This research is a quasi-experiment study that applies two learning models: LC 5E and conventional learning. Population of this research is all student in one of SMP Negeri in Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Sampling used by purposive sampling, VIII D and VIII E represent as sampling. Each class is grouped based on mathematical prior ability (MPA: upper, middle, lower levels). Research instruments are mathematical communication test. The result obtained are: 1) the enhancement of students’ mathematical communication ability who were taught under LC 5E is better than those who were taught under conventional learning; 2) there is different enhancement mathematical communication ability who were taught under LC 5E and who were taught conventional learning based on MPA (upper, middle, lower levels).

Program studi Kebidanan STIKES Muhammadiyah Gombong merupakan pendidikan yang berorientasi pada perkembangan IPTEK dan telah melakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Dalam masa pandemic Covid-19 ini mahasiswa harus melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh untuk mengurangi risiko penyebaran virus, sehingga dalam pelaksanaannya memerlukan evaluasi tentang kepuasan mahasiswa terkait pembelajaran e-learning. Pembelajaran e-learning adalah bagian dari pembelajaran jarak jauh, sedangkan pembelajaran online adalah bagian dari e-learning. E-learning mengacu pada penggunaan informasi berbasis jaringan dan teknologi komunikasi dalam pelaksanaan pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan di program studi Kebidanan STIKES Muhammadiyah Gombong dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah 59 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis non statistik atau disebut sebagai analisis statistik sederhana. Uji hipotesis tentang hubungan antar dua variabel digunakan Chi Square menunjukkan variabel persepsi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa dengan nilai p 0,000. Terdapat pengaruh persepsi e-learning terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa Kebidanan dalam masa pandemik di STIKES Muhammadiyah Gombong. Kata Kunci: e-learning, Kepuasan, Persepsi

Giving breast milk to babies is very important to support the baby's growth and development, and breast milk contains the best nutrition for newborn babies and is the only healthy food that babies need in the first month of life. However, not all mothers can provide exclusive breast milk for their babies, this is due to the mother's inability to overcome breastfeeding problems in the early period due to several factors that influence breast milk production including socio-cultural changes, psychological factors, physical factors of the mother, increasing promotion of formula milk, staff factors. health, mother's diet, baby's birth weight, use of contraception. One method of care that can be given to mothers to support smooth breastfeeding is an Oxytocin massage during home care services. The research aims to determine the effect of oxytocin massage on breast milk production in postpartum mothers, Bulukumba Regency. The design used in this research was Case Control and the sample in this research was 10 respondents. And the measuring instrument in this research uses a measuring cup. The results showed that breast milk production before the oxytocin massage treatment was 0% smooth and after the oxytocin massage treatment the average increase in breast milk production was 0.4 with the amount of smooth breast milk being 100%. Meanwhile, in the control group there was no increase in breast milk production. The results of the statistical test using the dependent t-test showed that the value was p=0.003, meaning there was a significant difference before the oxytocin massage and after the oxytocin massage. Conclusion There is an effect of Oxytocin Massage on breast milk production in postpartum mothers in Bulukumba Regency.

This research aims to investigate the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at the Civil Registration and Population Office of Jambi City. The analysis method used is quantitative. The population and sample in this study are all employees at the Civil Registration and Population Office of Jambi City, totaling 89 respondents, using a saturated sampling technique. The statistical analysis used is structural equation modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 4.0.0 program. The results show a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at the Civil Registration and Population Office of Jambi City. The recommendations from this study include fostering open communication between superiors and subordinates for employee performance, enhancing problem-solving methods within the organization for transformational leadership, and granting autonomy to employees in their work for work motivation.or formula.

This research aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable at PT. Jambi Express Television. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The population and research sample consisted of employees of PT. Jambi Ekspres Television with a total sample of 30 people. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The statistical analysis used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with Partial Least Square (PLS) as an analysis tool, using the SmartPLS program. The research results show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, job satisfaction also has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment, and organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Apart from that, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance which is mediated by organizational commitment. Thus, it can be concluded that organizational commitment functions as a link between job satisfaction and employee performance. Employees who feel satisfied tend to be more enthusiastic and work harder, so that their performance increases and has a positive impact. This also increases their commitment to the company, helping to achieve company goals.

This research aims to describe the effect of workload on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Jambi. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 70 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses descriptive analysis techniques using SmartPLS software. The results of this research indicate that workload has a significant positive influence on the performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Jambi employees. Workload has a significant positive effect on motivation. Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. workload has a significant positive effect on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable. Suggestions for this research; (1) In the employee performance variable, it is recommended that employees carry out work according to the targets that have been set, because when determining the targets it has been done carefully so that the work must be in accordance with the targets. (2) Regarding the workload variable, it is recommended that PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Jambi further improve employee workplace facilities in order to improve the quality of their work. (3) In the work motivation variable, it is recommended that employees be more careful in carrying out work by double-checking work that has been completed so that there are no more mistakes.

Mother's milk is the best source of nutrition that can improve the health of mothers and children. Breastfeeding for babies is very important, especially in the early period of life, therefore it is enough for babies to be exclusively breastfed for the first 6 months without adding or replacing it with other foods or drinks . Working mothers are one of the reasons for not giving exclusive breastfeeding. After the maternity leave is over, many working mothers provide their babies with formula milk. One of the solutions that can be given is express breastfeeding to working mothers so that they can continue to provide exclusive breastfeeding. Expressing breast milk is one of the success factors of exclusive breastfeeding. Working mothers who have skills in expressing and storing breast milk will be more successful . This Community Service activity was carried out at the Indofood Factory in the Makassar City Region with a sample of Breastfeeding Mothers. Paired Samples Test was performed The results obtained were that there was an increase in knowledge from the average value of the pre-test questionnaire, the correct answer value was 6.8 after counseling was changed to 8.0 with a value of ρ = 0.000 which means there was an increase in understanding knowledge, benefits and how to do milking techniques, how to store and serve breast milk Milking the baby as well as knowledge about how to care for the breast.
