Abstract

This research aim to learn by empiric is influence from brand predictability, have an effecton the signifikan to brand loyality. The brand under analysis was Rinso detergent soap. The respondents were the consumers of Rinso deterjent soap brand in Makassar . The whole test of hypothesis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis mathematical model. The results show thant brand predictability (X1), by togheter have an effect on the signifikan to brand loyality (Y). Level of the influence shown by level of coefficient determinasi that equal to R²=58,00%, meaning 58,00% cause of change of loyalitas brand (Y) is change with that happened at brand predictability (X1)). While 42% the rest of because of other; dissimilar variabel is which not covered in model.

Abstract

Activities and learning outcomes of biology students in class XI IPA.1 SMA Negeri 1 Kepenuhan in the 2013/2014 school year was not satisfactory. The method used by the teacher so far has not been able to improve the activities and student learning outcomes in biology. For this reason, efforts are needed to improve the activities and learning outcomes of students in biology by applying cooperative learning models of the NHT type. The purpose of this study was to explain the process of increasing the activities and learning outcomes of biology students on the material of the respiratory system and excretion in class XI IPA.1 SMA Negeri 1 Kepunuhan Rokan Hulu Regency with cooperative learning of the NHT type. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR) on the material of the respiratory system and excretion. The subjects of this study were the students of class XI IPA.1 of SMA Negeri 1 Kepenuhan 2013/2014 Academic Year. This research consists of two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research instrument was in the form of student activity observation sheets, teacher activity observation sheets, learning achievement test sheets. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics to see an increase in student learning activities and outcomes. The results of the study showed that, NHT type cooperative learning can increase student activities which include observing material explanations presented by the teacher, collaborative activities in groups, presentations, submitting activities questions and activities answer questions. Improved student learning outcomes can be seen from the completeness of student learning. The completeness of student learning outcomes in the first cycle was 68.18% in the second cycle increased to 81.82%. The conclusion of this study is the learning of the NHT cooperative model can improve the activities and learning outcomes of students in the biology of the respiratory system and the excretory system in class XI IPA.1 SMA Negeri 1 Kepunuhan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of jigsaw cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of community askeb courses at the D-III Midwifery Mkassar Stikes Midwifery Program in 2018. This type of research is an analytic survey with stady croos sectional approach to determine the effect of independent variables and variables dependent population in this research are all all second level students sampled from this research are some of the second level students in D-III Study Program Midwifery Mega Rezky Makassar with nonprobility sampling technique obtained 88 samples of this research done by distributing questionnaires from respondents. From the results of the study using the Chi-Square test obtained value = 0,000 smaller than the value of α = 0.05 thenρ <α which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Conclusion There is an effect of jigsaw cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of midwifery care courses in the D-III midwifery community.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) mengetahui penerapan Braille berbasis  media card  huruf hijaiyyah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal huruf pada tunanetra, 2) Mengetahui manfaat penerapan Braille dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal huruf pada tunanetra siswa Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri 1 MakassarJenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Penerapan Braille berbasis media card huruf hijaiyyah menggunakan enam titik pola. Siswa meraba pola mulai dari ujung kanan atas sampai pola ujung kiri bawah huruf hijaiyyah yang terdiri 29 huruf. Dalam penerapannya siswa merasa sangat terbantu, selain untuk belajar Bahasa Arab juga untuk membaca Al-Qur’an. 2) Manfaat media card huruf hijaiyyah pada tunanetra siswa Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri 1 Makassar dintaranya yaitu a) Braille dapat membantu penyandang tunanetra dengan tulisan timbul yang mampu mempermudah siswa dengan belajar membaca Al-Qur’an. THE DIFFERENCES IN NUTRITIONAL STATUS OF CHILDREN OF WORKING MOTHERS WITH AREN’T WORKING IN THE KEJOBONG DISTRICT PURBALINGGA REGENCY Sumarni, Warni Fridayanti & Tri Wahyuni Akademi Kebidanan YLPP Purwokerto ABSTRACT The infancy is a vulnerable time for nutritional problems. At this time, children experience rapid growth and development and this require nutritious food. Nutritional adequacy can be influenced by the mother's occupation. Mothers work closely relation to earned income mothers to buy nutritious food, so the nutritional intake can be maintained and toddlers are not malnourished. To knowing the differences in nutritional status of children of working mothers with children under five who are not working in the district Kejobong Purbalingga. This research is a observational with cross sectional approach. The sample was all children under five in sub Kejobong mother Purbalingga as many as 97 people. Analysis using percentage distributions and U Mann Whitney test. Nutritional status of children of mothers who work most toddler in the category of less that 26 people (45.6%). Nutritional status of children of mothers who did not work most toddler much in both categories with 26 people (66.7%). There are differences in nutritional status of children of working mothers with children under five who are not working in the district Kejobong Purbalingga (p = 0.009). There was a differences in nutritional status of children of working mothers with children under five who are not working in the district Kejobong Purbalingga. Both mothers toddlers who work and who do not work should pay more attention to the needs of children by providing nutritious foods. Keywords : Nutritional status, working mother

Abstract

Penyakit DBD di Indonesia masih merupakan masalah kesehatan karena masih banyak daerah yang endemik, penyakit DBD disebabkan oleh virus dengue. Wabah demam berdarah pada tahun 2016 terjadi diberbagai wilayah, diantaranta Amerika melaporkan lebih dari 2,38 juta kasus Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberadaan larva aedes aegypti  sebelum dan sesudah intervensi PSN DBD di Kelurahan Pandang Kecamatan Panakukang Kota Makassar. Desain  penelitianini adalaheksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperiment) dengan intervensi penyuluhanPopulasi penelitian ini adalah rumah dan masyarakat yang berada di RW 02 Kelurahan Pandang Kecamatan Panakukang Kota Makassar. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan metode proporsional random sampling yaitu membagi populasi kedalam sub-sub populasi dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden.Hasil Ada perbedaan antara tingkat pengetahuan, sikap dan keberadaan larva sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan karena berdasarkan uji statistik menggunakan McNemar diperleh nilai bertutur-turu (p = 0,000, p = 0,000, p = 0,0001   nilai ini lebih kecil dari α 0,05 (p=0,05), ABJ sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan menunjukkan bahwa ABJ maish kurang dari 95%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu masih terdapatnya larva Aedes aegypti di RW 02 Kelurahan Pandang meskipun telah dilakukan penyuluhan PSN DBD.Oleh karena itu, disarankan kepada masyarakat agar lebih memperhatikan pelaksanaan PSN sehingga perkembangbiakan larva Aedes aegypti dan transmisi DBD dapat dicegah.Kata kunci : PSN, keberadaan larva, penyuluhan

Abstract

Teaching English in Asia typically dominated by teachers and textbooks based. Even worse, teaching English for young learners is generally a matter of vocabularies memorization. The teaching focuses on short-term purposes, those are testing purposes. In fact, in teaching English, the assessment should focus on the function of the language itself. Those teaching styles might be caused by short-term purpose of teaching English: focuses on knowledge and memorization for testing purposes rather than communicative competence. Therefore all the teaching efforts focused on answering the tests while the primary function of learning English is being ignored. Memorizing vocabularies is general activities in teaching of English in primary level.  Thus to avoid such short-term purpose learning, a well and careful designed assessment should put into consideration in teaching English for young learners. Consequently the teaching-learning process will focus on authentic use of language. For those reason, authenticity in the assessment is a major consideration. Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pendapatan petani bawang merah serta untuk mengetahui dapatkah pendapatan bawang merah menjadi sumber nafkah bagi petani bawang merah di Desa Nangawera Kecamatan Wera Kabupaten Bima. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 215 orang petani bawang merah, jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 15%, yaitu 32 orang petani bawang merah dengan menggunakan metode acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa jumlah rata-rata biaya dari uasahatani bawang merah di Desa Nangawera Kecamatan Wera Kabupaten Bima sebesar Rp 36.797.508,00/panen/ha dan jumlah rata-rata pendapatan usahatani bawang merah Rp 77.301.755,00/panen/ha. Kontribusi usaha tani bawang merah terhadap rata-rata pendapatan rumah tangga sebesar 72,26, hal ini menunjukan bahwa usahatani bawang merah dapat menjadi sumber nafkah utama bagi petani bawang merah di daerah tersebut.

Abstract

Early childhood learning in KINDERGARTEN or PAUD, there is no doubt that the name plays and sings. The song became one of the media that is often used as a learning media by teachers. There are so many types of song genres in Indonesia, and one of the genre of songs commonly used as a media study in KINDERGARTEN or PAUD is a song with religious genres, with the purpose of planting religious character for children, as a medium for the development of moral religious value for children and others. Ann's research conducted by researchers was classified as a librarary research study by collecting primary and secondary data related to early childhood Islamic songs. This study used a qualitative approach, to interpret and explain the research object, which is the analysis of religious values in early childhood Islamic songs. In this study, researchers took some early childhood Islamic songs as samples, which would later be analyzed what religious values were in the song. The results of this study showed that

Abstract

INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan gaya kepemimpinan  terhadap produktivitas karyawan di Bagian Tablet  Departemen Produksi PT. X yang dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian  metode asosiatif dengan jenis penelitian survey yang akan mengungkapkan hubungan dua variabel, yaitu  Gaya Kepemimpinan sebagai variabel bebas dan produktivitas Bagian Tablet  Departemen Produksi PT X sebagai variabel terikat.  Data primer berasal dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan Bagian Tablet  Departemen Produksi PT X, dan hasil diskusi dengan karyawan bagian tersebut. Data sekunder berasal dari data produktivitas Bagian Tablet  yang dilihat dari penilaian karyawan 6 bulan Januari hingga bulan Juni 2012. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode korelasi dan regresi linear. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai r untuk variabel gaya kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas adalah 0,027 dan nilai t adalah 0,179. Ada hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas, namun tidak saling mempengaruhi. Nilai r untuk variabel gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi adalah 0,393 dan nilai t adalah 2,869. Ada hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi. Nilai r untuk variabel motivasi terhadap produktivitas adalah 0,443 dan nilai t adalah 3,315. Ada hubungan antara motivasi terhadap produktivitas dan berpengaruh positif.     Kata kunci :  Gaya kepemimpinan, Motivasi kerja, Produktivitas karyawan, Departemen produksi. ABSTRACT This study aims to identify the relationship of leadership style on employee productivity in Tablet Section of Production Department PT. X mediated by work motivation. This study using the associative method  study design with the survey research type that would reveal the relationship between two variables, are leadership style as independent variables and employee productivity in  Tablet Section of Production Department PT X as the dependent variable. Primary data taken from questionnaires distributed to employees in Tablet Section of Production Department PT X, and the results of discussions with the employees of that section. Secondary data taken from productivity assesment from January to June 2012. The acquired data were analyzed using correlation and  linear regression. From this study showed that the value of r for the leadership style to the productivity was 0.027 and the value of t is 0.179. There is a relationship between leadership style on productivity, but do not affect each other. The value of r for the leadership style to motivation is 0.393 and the value of t is 2,869. There is a relationship between leadership style to motivation, and leadership style give positive effect on motivation. The value of r for motivation to productivity is 0.443 and the value of t is 3.315. There is a relationship between motivation to productivity and motivation give positive effect on productivity.
