Abstract

This study aims to develop a reflective learning material of news item text for grade twelvestudents using Quizziz. This research was conducted with a focus on how the product was developed.The research methodology used was development research by David Jolly and Rod Bolitho (2011). Thestages used in this research include, Identification, Exploration, Contextual Realization, PedagogicalRealization, and Physical Production. The participants in this study were 20 class XII students at SMAN 9 Pontianak and English teacher. This research used open-ended questionnaire and internalevaluation. Quizziz was used as the main media in creating this product. This product is made as alearning quiz that is in accordance with the TPACK teaching framework. In summary, the product aswell as the materials have been well developed and in accordance with the learner needs.

Abstract

Overview: Back pain during pregnancy is a common problem experienced by approximately 50–70% of pregnant women. Back pain during pregnancy is caused by an imbalance between the muscle activity in the lumbar region. Several maternal factors are known to play a role in the onset of back pain during pregnancy, including maternal age, body mass index (BMI), number of pregnancies (gravida), and physical activity. Research Method: This is a quantitative analytical study with a cross-sectional approach. The sample size was 33 pregnant women in their third trimester. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, and data analysis used the Chi-square test. Research Results: There was a relationship between BMI and back pain (p-value: 0.015), and there was no relationship between maternal age (p-value: 0.715), gravida (p-value: 0.442), and physical activity (p-value: 0.156) and back pain in pregnant women in their third trimester. Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between BMI and back pain in pregnant women in their third trimester, and there was no significant relationship between maternal age, gravida, and physical activity and back pain in pregnant women in their third trimester.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership on teacher performance with organizational culture as an intervening variable at SMP Negeri 12 Sungai Penuh. This research employs a quantitative approach with a causal study design. The population in this study consists of the school principal and all 30 teachers at SMP N 12 Sungai Penuh. The sample uses total sampling, where the author takes 100% of the existing population at SMP Negeri 12 Sungai Penuh, totaling 30 teachers. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques utilized SEM PLS. The results show that teacher performance at SMP Negeri 12 Sungai Penuh is strong (125.33) with excellence in pedagogical and personality competencies. The principal's leadership is also strong (124.87) with communication as the best aspect, along with a strong organizational culture (124.83) in results orientation and stabilization. The research findings indicate that leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a path coefficient of 0.423 (T-Statistics 5.096, P-Values 0.000). Leadership also significantly impacts organizational culture with a coefficient of 0.736 (T-Statistics 12.912, P-Values 0.000). Additionally, organizational culture positively influences teacher performance with a coefficient of 0.565 (T-Statistics 7.244, P-Values 0.000). Leadership also affects teacher performance through organizational culture as an intervening variable with an indirect path coefficient of 0.416 (T-Statistics 6.500, P-Values 0.000). This proves that organizational culture serves as a partial mediator in the relationship between leadership and teacher performance.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of convenience, security, and benefits on the interest in using the DANA e-wallet, with Islamic financial literacy as a moderating variable in Telanaipura, Jambi. This is a quantitative study to investigate the use of the DANA e-wallet in Telanaipura. The sampling technique used a non-probabilistic sample with a sample size of 100 people. Data analysis and processing in this study used descriptive statistical methods through structural equation modeling (SEM) with partial least squares analysis (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that the perceived convenience variable has a significant influence on the interest in using the DANA e-wallet in Telanaipura, Jambi, and the security variable has a significant influence on the interest in using the DANA e-wallet in Telanaipura, Jambi. The perceived benefits variable has a significant influence on the interest in using the DANA e-wallet in Jambi City, Telanaipura, while the "Islamic financial literacy" variable does not have a significant influence on the interest in using the DANA e-wallet in Jambi City, Telanaipura. Islamic financial literacy can reduce the interest in using the DANA e-wallet in Jambi City, Telanaipura. Sharia financial literacy can reduce the certainty of interest in using the DANA electronic wallet in Jambi City, Telanaipura.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, guru SD dituntut menjadi guru kelas dan harus menguasai semua mata pelajaran untuk diajarkan di kelas bagi peserta didik. Guru kelas, dengan perubahan kurikulum 2013, terutama guru kelas 1 dituntut untuk harus aktif dan kreatif. Namun, di SDN Sanggrahan 2 masih banyak siswa yang mendapatkan nilai di bawah standar KKM yang sudah ditetapkan oleh guru terutama pada KD. 3.3 terutama pada pelajaran matematika, dalam KD 3.3 materi yang dipelajari adalah membadingkan dua angka dengan istilah atau artinya kurang dari dan lebih dari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar matematika melalui pendekatan alat peraga konkrit pada Tema 7 Sub Tema 2 pada pelajaran matematika siswa kelas 1 SDN Sanggrahan 2 Kecamatan Prambon. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, yang berlangsung selama 2 siklus yang melibatkan seluruh siswa kelas I SDN Sanggrahan 2 Kecamatan Prambon Kabupaten Nganjuk yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Dengan tahapan pada setiap siklusnya yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pada nilai pengetahuan jumlah keseluruhan pada siklus satu sebesar 1160 hasil tersebut naik sebesar 400 menjadi 1560, sedangkan rata-rata pada siklus 1 mendapatkan 58 naik menjadi 78 pada siklus 2, , yang mencapai KKM pada siklus 1 sebanyak 5 anak atau sebesar 25% naik menjadi 19 anak pada siklus 2 atau sebesar 95%. Pada nilai keterampilan juga mengalami kenaikan, pada kategori sangat baik di siklus 1 tidak ada anak yang mendapatkan, namun pada siklus 2 ada 2 anak yang mendapatkan kategori “sangat baik”, pada kategori “baik” siklus 1 ada 9 anak kemudian naik menjadi 18 anak pada siklus 2, pada kategori “kurang” siklus 1 ada 11 anak namun pada siklus 2 tidak ada anak yang mendapatkan kategori “kurang”. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada peningkatan hasil belajar selama proses pembelajaran matematika pada siswa kelas I SDN Sanggrahan 2 dengan menggunakan alat peraga konkrit.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises are many business activities in demand after an economic crisis that impacts on layoffs big companies. SME sector support provides opportunities employment opportunities for the unemployed in the world of government work as well as medium and large companies. The aim of this study to find out the profile of SMEs in Indonesia, employment opportunities provided on the activities of SMEs, Contribution of SMEs to GDP. In this writing using descriptive method, do the analysis only until descriptive level, ie analyzing and presenting the facts systematically so it can be easier to understand and infer. Abstract

Customer loyalty is a top priority in this study because the level is getting sharper amongservice companies in Indonesia. the main thing is that the company can survive, compete anddominate the market, promotion and service quality must be improved. Service companies mustpay attention to the things that are considered important by customers. So that customers feelsatisfied and do not switch to other companies that are similar or their substitutes. So this studyaims to determine the effect of promotion, service quality and customer satisfaction and its impacton customer loyalty at PT. Sakura Jaya Solusi.The data used in this study are primary data collected from questionnaires that have beendistributed and filled out by customers. Methods of data processing using the method of pathanalysis (Path Analysis) with the help of analysis tools SPSS Version 20.0.The results showed simultaneously the promotion variable, service quality and customersatisfaction had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Partially shows that there isa positive and significant effect between promotion on customer satisfaction. There is a positiveand significant influence between service quality on customer satisfaction. There is a positive andsignificant influence between promotion on customer loyalty. Abstract

The potential of aloe vera as a functional food material with high economic value remains underutilized at the community level, particularly among women's groups. This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of members of the Aisyiyah Branch Leadership (PCA) in Kuwarasan, Kebumen Regency, in processing aloe vera into value-added and competitive functional beverages to serve as a featured local MSME product. The implementation methods included counseling on aloe vera utilization, technical training on product processing and packaging, production practice mentoring, and evaluation of program outcomes. The results demonstrated an increase in participants' knowledge and skills regarding the aloe vera processing workflow, ranging from raw material preparation and beverage production to final packaging. Furthermore, participants showed improved self-confidence and readiness to develop micro-enterprises based on local resources. This initiative contributes directly to strengthening women's roles in family economic empowerment.

Abstract

This study examines the configuration of financial behavioral attributes Financial Attitude, Financial Knowledge, and Locus of Control that shape the financial management behavior of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) actors. While these factors are often studied in isolation, a significant gap exists in understanding how they combine to form a holistic psychological profile for financial decision-making. The purpose of this research is to deconstruct and quantify the influence of these three attributes, particularly by evaluating the mediating role of Locus of Control. Employing a quantitative approach, survey data were collected from 97 MSME actors. Multiple regression analysis tested the direct effects, and path analysis was used to assess mediation. The results revealed that both Financial Knowledge and Financial Attitude have a significant positive effect on financial management behavior, with knowledge exhibiting a slightly stronger influence. Locus of Control partially mediates both relationships, acting as a key psychological mechanism through which cognitive and affective factors translate into behavior. The direct effect model explained 42.1% of the variance in financial management behavior. A key limitation is the cross-sectional design and reliance on self-reported data from a specific sample, which limits causal inference and generalizability. Future research should employ longitudinal designs and incorporate objective financial performance measures to better capture actual behavioral outcomes.
