Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between Productive Creative Entrepreneurship learning outcomes, emotional intelligence, and the implementation of the Teaching Factory on students’ entrepreneurial interest. The background of this research is based on the need to strengthen entrepreneurial spirit among vocational students to prepare them as job creators in an increasingly competitive labor market. Entrepreneurial interest is seen as a critical factor that determines students’ motivation and readiness to start a business after graduation. This research used a quantitative correlational approach involving 105 students of class twelve at SMKN 2 Gunung Talang. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, then analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The sampling technique used was proportional stratified total sampling 75 Students. The results showed a significant positive relationship between learning outcomes in Productive Creative Entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial interest (t = 2.418, p < 0.05), emotional intelligence and entrepreneurial interest (t = 6.309, p < 0.05), and Teaching Factory implementation and entrepreneurial interest (t = 4.420, p < 0.05). Furthermore, the joint analysis revealed that all three variables simultaneously had a significant influence on entrepreneurial interest (F = 21.897, p < 0.05). In conclusion, the study indicates that improving learning outcomes, emotional intelligence, and practical experience through Teaching Factory are crucial factors in fostering students’ interest in entrepreneurship. These findings suggest that a comprehensive educational approach integrating cognitive, emotional, and practical aspects is essential to prepare students to become successful young entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a learning module on Manufacturing Engineering Drawings that are interesting and appropriate for use in learning, to learn the practicality of module in the learning process, and to find out the learning module in improving student learning outcomes. The design of research and development used as a 4D (Define, Design, Develop, and Dissemination) development model. The results obtained from the study of this development as follows: (1) to generate a Computer-Aided Design (CAD)-based learning module, (2) the validity of the module was declared valid by media experts (0.89), subject matter experts (0.88), and linguists (0.85), (3) based on the response of teachers, the module was very practical (90.64 %) and based on student’s responses, the module was declared as very practical (84.65 %), (4) the module was declared effective and can improve learning outcomes of students. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that the developed learning module is valid, practical, and effective to be used as a learning module in Manufacturing Engineering Drawing.

Abstract

Student work readiness in facing the world of digital entrepreneurship is still an obstacle that requires a more effective learning approach. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of project-based learning model on students' work readiness in digital era entrepreneurship. By using pre-test and post-test design, 40 students were prepared to be tested at the beginning and at the end who were taught using a project-based learning model. Students participated in the learning process for one semester with real-world projects relevant to the digital fashion industry. The t-test results indicate a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores (t-calculated = 38.561 > t-table = 1.990; sig. < 0.05), indicating a significant improvement in digital work readiness. This improvement includes technical skills, creativity, digital literacy, collaboration, and business management skills based on technology. Additionally, project-based learning was proven to enhance students' motivation and engagement in the learning process. These findings reinforce the effectiveness of PjBL as an approach responsive to the demands of Industry 4.0. This study concludes that the project-based learning model is effective in preparing competent graduates in digital entrepreneurship and can be adopted as an adaptive and applicable vocational learning strategy in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi program kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa di Departemen Teknik Sipil Universitas Negeri Padang. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh rendahnya minat mahasiswa dalam mengikuti program kewirausahaan meskipun telah tersedia berbagai program seperti Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha (PMW), Program Pembinaan Mahasiswa Wirausaha (P2MW), dan Wirausaha Merdeka (WMK). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan angkatan 2022–2024 yang telah mengikuti mata kuliah Pengantar Kewirausahaan. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha, dengan nilai thitung sebesar 6,927 > ttabel 1,980 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik implementasi program kewirausahaan, maka semakin tinggi pula minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan penguatan program, sosialisasi, serta pendampingan secara berkelanjutan guna mendorong mahasiswa untuk menjadi wirausahawan muda yang mandiri dan inovatif.

Abstract

The evolution of digital technology has prompted a significant transformation in higher education, particularly within the Informatics Engineering curriculum. In this landscape, blended learning has surfaced as a vital strategic method, combining traditional face-to-face teaching with online learning to boost flexibility, effectiveness, and student engagement. This research utilizes a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and bibliometric analysis to map the trends and research focus of blended learning. Data was gathered from Google Scholar for publications from 2021 onward, using specific keywords. An initial pool of 1,850 articles was refined through a PRISMA-based screening process, resulting in 33 highly relevant articles for detailed analysis. The findings show that publication activity was highest in 2021, with major contributions from the United Kingdom, Indonesia, and the United States. Key themes identified in the literature include the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS), the flipped classroom model, and project-based learning. The evidence consistently suggests that blended learning improves educational outcomes, increases student motivation, and fosters essential 21st-century skills. However, challenges such as insufficient infrastructure and the need for enhanced educator competency remain. This paper recommends strengthening institutional policies and providing faculty training to support the successful and sustainable implementation of blended learning, especially in technology and vocational education.

Abstract

This study critically evaluates the effectiveness and relevance of synchronous and asynchronous learning media using a meta-analysis approach, aiming to provide a deeper understanding of their role in the rapidly evolving post-pandemic educational landscape. The unprecedented acceleration of online learning due to COVID-19 has highlighted the need for rigorous evaluation of digital media to ensure that educational delivery remains effective, equitable, and sustainable. Synchronous learning, characterized by real-time interaction, and asynchronous learning, which allows flexible and self-paced engagement, have become indispensable components of modern education. To conduct this analysis, 26 peer-reviewed articles were systematically selected and analyzed using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) protocol, with studies categorized by research type, education level, and methodology to ensure quality and relevance. The findings indicate that both synchronous and asynchronous media significantly improve learning effectiveness, particularly by enhancing student engagement, accessibility, and adaptability to diverse learning needs. For educators, these results highlight the necessity of designing blended learning strategies that balance real-time interaction with flexible content access. For students, the combined use of these media fosters personalized learning experiences, supporting both collaboration and autonomy. At the institutional level, the findings emphasize the importance of investing in robust digital infrastructures and pedagogical innovations to remain responsive to future disruptions. Funnel plot analysis confirms minimal publication, reinforcing the reliability of the findings. This study provides actionable recommendations for educators and policymakers to strategically integrate synchronous and asynchronous learning methods, shaping more inclusive and resilient educational framework for the digital era.

Abstract

Program Gerobak Wirausaha Cilik (GERWACIL) dilaksanakan di SDN 20 Sinapa Piliang sebagai upaya menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan sejak dini melalui Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat berwirausaha, keterampilan numerasi, serta kreativitas siswa melalui kegiatan sosialisasi, pelatihan produk kayu, simulasi transaksi, dan pendampingan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan campuran dengan data kuantitatif dari angket dan data kualitatif melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada lima indikator minat berwirausaha, yakni ketertarikan (96,89%), motivasi (94,67%), pengetahuan dan pemahaman (92,33%), kreativitas (90,22%), serta percaya diri dan kemandirian (98,44%). Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa GERWACIL efektif membangun karakter mandiri, percaya diri, sekaligus melatih keterampilan praktis siswa dalam berwirausaha. Namun aspek kreativitas masih memerlukan pengembangan lebih lanjut agar siswa terdorong menghasilkan inovasi produk yang beragam. Program ini juga memperkuat implementasi Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) melalui kolaborasi antara sekolah, dosen, pelajar, dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Indonesia sedang mempersiapkan sekolah untuk mengantisipasi perubahan tersebut Sekolah menengah kejuruan didasarkan pada 3 tujuan utama, yaitu persiapan Lulusan bisa bekerja, maju dan disebut entrepreneur. Entrepreneur menawarkan sekolah menengah kejuruan harus menerima: 1) Menyiapkan siswa yang memiliki kualifikasiMenawarkan pekerjaan untuk masuk ke kehidupan profesional, 2) Mempersiapkan siswa Melanjutkan pendidikan untuk universitas, 3) persiapan siswa bekerja secara mandiri dalam berwirausaha. Terjadinya kemerosotan nilai dalam masyarakat sebagai akumulasi dari proses pengajaran yang lebih menekankan pada perubahan pengetahuan daripada perubahan nilai dalam sistem pendidikan memaksa para pelaku pendidikan di Indonesia untuk menata kembali pilar-pilar filosofi pendidikan yang dimulai pendidikan. Pendidikan kejuruan adalah pendidikan pra-profesi, dibentuk dengan menggabungkan pengajaran teoretis dan pengalaman praktis untuk tugas-tugas khusus di bidang pertanian, bisnis atau industri, yang ditawarkan oleh banyak sekolah menengah kejuruan dan perguruan tinggi khusus, seperti perguruan tinggi pertanian, sekolah teknik atau lembaga pendidikan teknik. Abstract

This systematic literature review examines the integration of policy and technology in vocational educational leadership, focusing on studies published between 2022 and 2024. The review addresses four key research questions: (1) technological tools and advancements supporting leadership in vocational education, (2) the influence of policies and frameworks on leadership strategies, (3) challenges associated with integrating policy and technology, and (4) the socio-economic and educational impacts of this integration. The findings reveal that technological tools such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital collaboration platforms, and advanced technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Virtual Reality (VR) are instrumental in enhancing leadership and educational outcomes. Policies promoting digital transformation, industry alignment, and inclusivity significantly shape leadership strategies. However, challenges like infrastructure limitations and policy-implementation gaps persist. Effective integration of policy and technology in vocational education leads to improved learning environments, better skill acquisition, and enhanced socio-economic outcomes, though ensuring equitable access remains a critical concern. Abstract

The Project Based Learning (PjBL) model is a learning strategy where students work on projects that help solve community/environmental problems. The ability to think at a higher level is a life skill that students must develop to face the challenges of life in the 21st century. One of the abilities at a high level is the ability to think creatively. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of project-based learning on creative thinking skills. This research method is meta-analysis using a sample of 16 articles from various article sources. The research was conducted using quantitative methods using the OpenMEE application as a measure of effect size. The results of the meta-analysis show that the application of the PjBL model significantly influences students' creative thinking abilities as seen from various subjects and levels of education, from elementary school to college. The average effect size results are in the very high category, which means that the application of the PjBL model in learning influences creative thinking abilities
