Abstract

The internet changes people's consumption patterns and shopping behavior. Online shopping activities can be done without leaving the house and can be done at any time. Online purchases are increasing during the pandemic due to Covid-19. Organic food business players can use internet marketing activities to attract more consumers, and one way that can be used is a marketing mix. This study analyzes the effect of the marketing mix on consumer trust and satisfaction in purchasing organic food online to increase repurchase intention. The population in this research is organic food consumers. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling method that targets consumers who live in the Jabodetabek area through an online questionnaire survey. Respondents who meet the criteria are 200 consumers. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used in data processing and analysis. The results showed that the product and place had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Trust has a significant impact on satisfaction but had no significant effect on repurchase intention. Satisfaction had a significant effect on the repurchase intention of organic food. The suggestion for further research needs to analyze the types of organic rice, vegetables, and fruits purchased by consumers in more detail.

Abstract

This study was conducted for examining the influence of social media in brand awareness, word of mouth, and intention to donate and decision making to give donation at Rumah Zakat, Indonesia. Social media as an exogenous variable. Endogenous variables consist of brand awareness, word of mouth (WOM), willingness to donate, and decision to give donation. This study uses primary data that was collected from 156 respondents which active on social media. The analysis method applies the estimation model of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) that operated by SmartPLS program version 2.0. The result revealed that social media has significant influence to the word of mouth and brand awareness of Rumah Zakat. Brand awareness of Rumah Zakat significantly gives effect in marketing of word of mouth and willingness to donate. The establishment of word of mouth's marketing significantly effect to willingness to donate. Willingness to donate significantly influences the decision of giving donation. Meanwhile, social media indirectly influence in willingness to donate to Rumah Zakat.

Abstract

This study aims toanalyze the effect of motivation and competency factor on employee performance in Satellite Technology Center-National Institute of Aeronautics and Space. This study uses a quantitative approach using descriptive analytic surveywith cross-sectional study. Respondents in this study of 79 people who are employees of part dissemination, program and facility, administration.The data analysis used in this research were descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS. The results show that motivationhas significant effect either directly or indirectly through the competency on employee performance in Satellite Technology Center-National Institute of Aeronautics and Space.

Abstract

Performance measurement in the Secretariat of the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) were not comprehensive and thorough yet, so it is necessary to design a new performance measurement by performance indicators. The approach used is balanced scorecard (BSC). This research was conducted in July-August 2016 using primary and secondary data sources. A number of 53 high officials of the Secretariat of the Ministry of PANRB of echelons I, II, III, and IV were included as the study sample. Data were analyzed with descriptive analysis, crosstab, Chi-square, Eckenrode, and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that a major priority for the BSC was the customer's perspective (10 sub perspectives), followed by internal business (20 sub-perspectives), finance (10 sub-perspectives), learning and growth (20 sub-perspectives). Four perspectives of BSC showed its position on the quadrant of IPA showed at ‘keep up the good work',˜concentrate here'˜possible overkill, and low priority'. In general, the three priority indicators on each perspective shows good performance with a high level of importance. Nevertheless, there are indicators that still having low performance despite its high level of importance, and vice versa.

Abstract

Today print media face serious problem. Technology advances in communication and information sector has caused online media grow rapidly replacing the function of print media. The growth of online media caused some print media industries change their product into the online version, even some of them stop producing. This study aims to see the influence of online media towards the consumption of print media from the consumers'point of view. This study was conducted in Institut Pertanian Bogor with 92 lecturers as respondents. Proportional random sampling technique was used in this study. Structural Equation Model based on SMART Partial Least Square v2.0 with four latent variables which were reader's motivation, behavior of reading print media, behavior of reading online media, and media consumption decision were used in this study to analyze the data. The result of the analysis showed that (1) reader's motivation directly had significant effect on reader's consumption decision, (2)reader's motivation directly had significant effect on behavior of reading print media, (3 )reader's motivation had significant effect on behavior of reading online media, and (4) behavior of reading print media had insignificant effect on the media consumption decision (5) behavior of reading online media had insignificant effect on the media consumption decision.

Abstract

This research is to identify which factor affecting business success from digital marketing by MSMEs Creative Sector in Indonesia and Malaysia.Data processing and analysis methods in this research are Descriptive Analysis, employing SEM with PLS approach, and quantitative data were mainly investigated. The conclusion of this research are the factor which significantly affects the success of digital marketing uses is knowledge, knowing its benefits can provide more benefits for the future of their businesses.This research is expected to produce knowledge relevant to factors affecting the success of digital marketing benefit towards business success in MSMEs creative sector. The next researcher is expected to examine more respondents and wider research area, and this research is expected to give contribution and references to related institutions.

Abstract

The development of information technology is growing rapidly, one proof of the rapid progress of information technology is the development of social media. Promotion on social media is a popular way for companies, even government agencies. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of the promotion of tourist destinations on social media by developing the Aisas model to see the relationships between the verbs in it. The analytical method used in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is run using LISREL software. The results of the study show that promotion on social media has a significant effect on one’s attention, interest, and desire to find more information about the information being promoted. And one’s attention and interest have a significant influence on tourism decisions. A person’s tourism activities influence the desire to share his travel experience. Further research is expected to be able to examine the trends of social media that are most effectively used for promotion.

Abstract

The marketing literature reveals little agreement on the generalizability of relationship value scales that were developed in earlier works. Relationship value is more investigated methods founded on relationship marketing conception to describe and contribute better managing of the company. In this study, a relationship value scale was developed for a specific context in the principal-retailer relationship. Its involved definition of relationship value, methods for measuring relationship value, impact on sales collaboration, and business performance. These research assessed three alternative models of the dimension structure of relationship value construct then tested for reliability, validity, and confirmatory factor analysis. The result suggested that the four multi-item scales of relationship value developed showed evidence of reliability and validity. This method is recommended to measure relationship value. Further, the findings showed that relationship value has positive effects on both sales collaboration and business performance.

Abstract

Yoghurt is a dairy product that currently being developed. It can be proven by many options of yogurt product competes each other, therefore yoghurt producer has to know consumers'desires and needs. This study aims to identify the characteristics of consumer, identify buying decision process of consumer, analyze preferences and segmentation of consumer based on attribute importance weights. The research methods are using descriptive analysis, conjoint analysis, and cluster analyzes. The examined attributes are flavor,packaging, pricing, and volume/content of yoghurt. The result shows that flavor is the most important on yoghurt. While the most preferred combination by consumer is strawberry flavors, plastic bottle packaging, price Rp 7.000 - Rp 9.000 and volume 200-250 ml. The research resulted in two clusters based on attributes importance weights.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of quality of service and hospital's cost on patient satisfaction and loyalty. This study uses secondary data from hospital's document and primary data which collected through questionnaire's survey from the patients of Bogor Public Hospital, Indonesia. The method of analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. According to the method of Partial Least Square (PLS), service qualityand hospital's cost have significant impact on patient satisfaction. Service quality has significantly  impact to the patient loyalty, but the hospital's cost has no significant impact on patient loyalty. In addition, patient satisfaction significantly affect to the patient loyalty. According to this result, the hospital needs to improve the service quality and set the right cost in order to improve patient satisfaction and at the end, gain patient loyalty.
