Abstract

Dampak pertumbuhan penduduk, perekonomian, urbanisasi, dan perubahan iklim dapat berpeluang terhadap ancaman kecukupan air bersih di masa yang akan datang. Kota Depok merupakan daerah urban di dekat metropolitan Jakarta. Untuk itu perlu adanya studi tentang analisis kecukupan air di kota Depok. Analisis kecukupan air dapat diperhitungkan berdasar SNI 6728.1:2015 (Penyusunan Neraca Sumberdaya Air) dan SNI 6738.1:2015 (Perhitungan Debit Andalan Sungai), dengan asumsi seluruh masyarakat kota Depok hanya menggunakan air permukaan dari sungai Ciliwung sebagai pemenuhan kebutuhan air domestiknya. Menurut metode SNI 6728.1:2015, potensi ketersediaan air Kota Depok dapat diprediksi dari Debit Andalan 90 % pintu air Katulampa Bogor dan Panus Depok, serta debit PDAM kota Depok tahun 2020. Prediksi kebutuhan air domestik diperhitungkan dari prediksi jumlah penduduk dan SNI 6728.1:2015. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan data jumlah penduduk tahun 2010 -2020, laju pertumbuhan penduduk kota Depok sebesar 1,75 %. Potensial ketersediaan air dari Debit Andalan 90% di pintu air Katulampa sebesar 4,96 m3/detik, tidak cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kota Depok sejak tahun 2020. Potensi ketersediaan air dari Debit Andalan 90% di pintu air Panus sebesar 16,61 m3/detik, masih surplus hingga tahun 2050. Namun PDAM kota Depok hingga tahun 2020 hanya mampu berproduksi 0,63 m3/detik; sehingga mulai tahun 2025 sudah terjadi defisit. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air domestik Kota Depok di waktu yang akan datang, peningkatan debit PDAM maupun pemanfaatan air tanah harus dilakukan.

Abstract

Rainfall is the water main source on the world. Rainwater that can be used for life is water that reaches the soil surface (effective rain), and then be stored in the soil or as surface runoff that causes flooding. The total of rainwater that reaches the soil surface on vegetated lands is highly dependent on the total of interception (water retained and absorbed by vegetation to then evaporate to atmosphere). The remaining rainwater that is not retained by vegetation will flow through the stem (stem flow) and through fall from the plant canopy to the soil surface. The total of rain water intercepted depends on the nature of the rain and the vegetation. Therefore, this study wanted to examine the total of through fall related to the type of vegetation and the rain characteristics. The research was conducted at Dusun Besar, Kayong Utara Regency, West Kalimantan during the 2021 rainy season, on a slope transect from flat land to hills. The transect was divided into several slope classes, then on each slope class were observed of the vegetation type, rainfall, through fall, and intercept. Observations showed that the through fall in each land use was, teak on slope I (J;I) was 74.81%; Coconut on slope I (K;I) was 74.41%; Durian on slope II (D,II) was 50.64%; Durian on slope IV (D;IV) was 59.58% and forest on slope IV (H;IV) was 54.58%. The greater through fall is in line with the greater and more rain frequent, and the smaller of plant area canopy.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDebit puncak aliran sungai Ciliwung bagian hulu dalam periode ulang tertentu merupakan informasi yang sangat penting dalam perencanaan pengendalian banjir maupun pemanfaatan sumberdaya air. Debit puncak aliran sungai utama tersebut dipengaruhi oleh debit aliran sungai dari setiap subDAS yang masuk ke sungai utama. Namun, Stasiun Pengamat Arus Sungai (SPAS) sebagai  sarana pengukur debit tidak tersedia di setiap Sub DAS. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji akurasi Model Rasional dalam memprediksi debit puncak dan melakukan pendugaan debit puncak pada tiap Sub DAS Ciliwung Hulu. Pendugaan debit puncak dilakukan dengan metode Rasional menggunakan distribusi peluang.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prediksi debit puncak menggunakan metode Rasional dengan periode ulang T1 hingga T10 tahun memiliki  akurasi yang baik dengan R2 = 0,98 dan Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency (NSE) = 0,14 pada distribusi Gumbel, sementara pada distribusi Log Pearson tipe III dengan R2 = 0,99 dan NSE = 0,86. Dengan demikian, model Rational dengan distribusi Log Pearson tipe III lebih layak digunakan sebagai prediksi debit puncak pada periode ulang T1 hingga T10, T25, T50 dan T100 tahun. Selanjutnya model Rational dengan distribusi Log Pearson tipe III  dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi debit puncak aliran sungai di tiap sub DAS Ciliwung Hulu, yaitu Sub DAS Cibalok, Ciesek, Ciliwung Hulu, Cisarua, Ciseuseupan, Cisukabiru, dan Cisuren. Berdasarkan pendugaan dengan metode Rational, nilai debit puncak prediksi terendah pada periode ulang 1 tahun terjadi di Sub DAS Cibalok sebesar 8,67 m³/detik dan tertinggi di Sub DAS Ciliwung Hulu sebesar 42,16 m³/detik.   Data prediksi debit puncak dari tiap subDAS Ciliwung hulu ini dapat menjadi informasi yang sangat penting dalam pengendalian sumberdaya air di DAS Ciliwung Hulu.Kata kunci: Debit puncak, distribusi Gumbel, distribusi Log Pearson Tipe III, metode Rasional, periode ulangABSTRACTThe peak discharge of the Upstream Ciliwung in certain period is very important information in flood control planning and utilization of water resources. The peak discharge of the main river is influenced by the discharge of the river flow from each sub watershed that enters the main river. However, the Stream Flow Observer Station (SPAS) as a means of measuring discharge  in every sub-watershed is not available. The purpose of this study was to examine the accuracy of the Rational Model in predicting peak discharge in each of the Upper Ciliwung Sub-Watershed.  The Peak discharge estimation was carried out using the Rational method with a probability distribution.  The result showed that the prediction of peak discharge using the Rational method with a return period of T1 to T10 years had a good accuracy with R2 = 0,98 and Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency (NSE) = 0,14 in the Gumbel distribution, while in the Log Pearson type III distribution with R2 = 0,99 and NSE = 0,86.  Thus, the Rational model with Log Pearson Type III distribution is more suitable to be used as a prediction of peak discharge in the return period T1 to T10, T25, T50, and T100 years.  Furthermore, the Rational model with the Log Pearson distribution Type III can be used to predict the peak discharge of the stream flow in each of the Upper Ciliwung  Sub-Watershed, namely the Cibalok, Ciesek, Ciliwung Hulu, Cisarua, Cisesuseupan, Cisukabiru, and Cisuren.  Based on the estimation using the Rational method, the lowest predicted peak discharge value in the 1-year return period occurs in the Cibalok Watershed at 8.67m3/second and the hihgest in the Ciliwung Hulu Watershed at 42.16 m3/second.  The predicted peak discharge data from each upstream Ciliwung sub-Watershed can be very important information  for  controlling water resources in the Upper Ciliwung Watershed.Keyword: Gumbel distribution, Log Pearson Type III distribution, Peak discharge, Rational method, return Period.

Abstract

Agroforestry systems produced a variety of products with different harvested periods, where at least one type of product takes more than one year to grow. PT SAA owns land planted with an Agroforestry cropping pattern. The plants planted are Sengon and Pineapple.  Agroforestry systems have economic advantages. To see the extent to which an agroforestry business provides economic benefits, the most suitable analysis to be used is a project analysis based on finance.  For that it was necessary to conduct a financial feasibility analysis. The purpose of this study was to analyze the financial feasibility of agroforestry with sengon and pineapple cropping patterns at PT. Sumatra Alam Anugerah. The data processing method is using the quantitative method. The analysis uses the NPV, BCR, BEP, PBP calculation method. The results showed that financially the agroforestry business was feasible to run because it produced an NPV of Rp. 3,516,185,198. For sengon plants and Rp. 722,733,233. The NPV produced by pineapple plants with the BCR value of sengon plants was 4.86 and 37.06, the BCR value produced by pineapples. The breakeven point value or BEP and payback periode  for sengon plants occurs in year 5 and for pineapple plants in year 1 (one).

Abstract

Kejadian banjir di musim hujan merupakan hal biasa bagi sebagian masyarakat Indonesia terutama bagi mereka yang tinggal di perkotaan. Kejadian banjir akhir-akhir ini semakin meningkat baik intensitas maupun frekuensinya, menyebabkan kerugian material yang sangat besar dan tidak jarang menelan korban jiwa. Hal tersebut berkaitan erat dengan semakin masifnya kerusakan Daerah Aliran Sungai yang disertai perubahan iklim global. Pengendalian banjir yang dilakukan pemerintah (pusat dan daerah) bersifat sektoral dan berfokus pada pendekatan sipil teknis nampaknya belum efektif mengendalikan banjir saat ini. Lahan pertanian dan kehutanan memberikan kontribusi signifikan penyebab banjir di Indonesia, sehingga pengendalian banjir dengan pendekatan vegetatif-agronomis menjadi sangatlah penting.

Abstract

Fluktuasi debit aliran sungai merupakan salah satu indikator fungsi pengaturan Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) dalam penyimpanan dan pelelapasn air hujan yang jatuh pada suatu wilayah DAS. Salah satu indikator yang biasa digunakan adalah Koefisien Regim Aliran Sungai (KRA). Nilai KRA yang dihitung dalam jangka waktu yang pendek (pertahun) sangat bervariasi sehingga terjadi perubahan status DAS tahun satu ke tahun berikutnya padahal kondisi biofisik DAS di lapang tidak banyak mengalami perubahan. Selain itu nilai KRA juga sangat dipengaruhi jumlah curah hujan yang jatuh pada DAS tersebut dari waktu ke waktu. Indek baseflow merupakan cerminan kestabilan kontribusi baseflow terhadap total aliran sungai yang juga dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu indikator kinerja DAS. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengkaji koefisien regim aliran sungai dan indek baseflow sebagai indikator kinerja DAS pada beberapa DAS prioritas di Jawa Barat. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) nilai koefisien regim aliran sungai (KRA) sangat fluktuatif jika dihitung dalam jangka waktu yang pendek (pertahun) dan cukup stabil jika dihitung dalam selang waktu cukup panjang disesuaikan dengan perubahan kondisi biofisik DAS di lapang; 2) Rataan nilai KRA DAS Citarum Hulu adalah 57.9 yang tergolong kedalam katagori sedang, Ciliwung Hulu 34.1 (rendah), Cisadane Hulu 17.5 (sangat rendah), dan Cipunagara Hulu 52.1 (sedang); 3) rataan indek baseflow DAS Citarum Hulu, Ciliwung Hulu, Cisadane Hulu dan Cipunagara Hulu masing-masing sebesar 0.69, 0.77, 0.72, dan 0.75, dengan koefisien keragaman 5.43%-18.2%; 4) semakin tinggi nilai IBF semakin rendah nilai KRA; dan 5) indek baseflow dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu indikator kinerja DAS yang relatif lebih baik dibandingkan dengan koefisien regim aliran sungai (KRA).

Abstract

Currently, water resources management is still focused on on-site water resources infrastructure to achieve optimal water utilization, with almost never considered land management in which water resources are produced naturally. The research aim is to study the water balance in the Upper Cisadane Sub-Watershed, and to simulate a land use plan and development of water resource infrastructure to fulfill the need for water in the Upper Cisadane Sub-Watershed using the SWAT (Soil and Water Assessment Tool) model. Existing water availability was calculated using stream discharge data from River Flow Measurement Station Empang, whereas water demand has been analyzed for domestic, industries, agriculture, fisheries, and animal husbandry. Totally, water availability in the Upper Cisadane Sub-Watershed was ± 222.9 MCM (Million Cubic Meters) year-1, which was higher than the demand for water of as much as ± 209.8 MCM year-1 and resulted in a water surplus of ± 13.1 MCM year-1. However, water availability was not evenly distributed throughout the year, and there was always a water deficit in the dry season. To overcome drought during the dry season, five simulations of land use management and construction of water retention infrastructure were carried out using the SWAT model. The water deficit in the Upper Cisadane SubWatershed will be overcome by the consistent application of the spatial plan of West Java Province, reforestation of converted forest areas, applied agroforestry in agricultural land, and development of a reservoir with a storage capacity of 30 MCM.

Abstract

The matter of isbat divorce or better known as isbat marriage cumulation divorce lawsuit whose application was not accepted, is a very important issue to be discussed. Because in Islamic law marriage registration is not a condition for the validity of the marriage, whereas in positive law it is included in the conditions for the validity of the marriage. Failure to accept the divorce law will have an impact on the status of the wife, especially the children resulting from the marriage. The bad consequence of not accepting the divorce law is that both the wife and children will find it difficult to obtain the rights they should receive, such as maintenance rights, hadhanah rights and other rights. The aim of this research is to find out the judge's considerations in the case of the application for a divorce order not being accepted in the ruling of the Kuningan Religious Court No.1461/Pdt.G/2022/PA.Kng. Then analyze how the status of the wife and children as a result of the divorce application being rejected is reviewed according to Islamic law and positive law. This research uses qualitative methods and the type of research used by the author is a combined type of research, because the author combines library data with field data. The data collection technique carried out by the author uses documentation data collection techniques. The data analysis technique used by the author is descriptive analysis technique. The results of this research include: first, the judge's considerations in case number 1461/Pdt.G/2022/PA.Kng were not accepted, based on the judge's considerations in general, Law No. 5 of 2009, article 9 of Law No. 1 of 1974, Article 42 KHI, and Law No. 3 of 2006 which was strengthened by the failure to register the marriage of the defendant and plaintiff at the KUA. Second, based on a review of the positive law that applies in Indonesia, namely article 9 of Law No. 1 of 1989, article 9 of Law No. 1 of 1974, Article 2 paragraph 1 of the Marriage Law, the status of women who marry in an unregistered marriage is not considered a legal wife, nor are children who born from this marriage has the status of an illegitimate child as well. Third, based on a review of Islamic law, in cases where the marriage isbat is not granted, it does not affect the validity of the marriage that has been carried out, and the divorce process by means of khuluk or contested divorce can still be pursued and has sharia legal consequences related to it. Divorce creates a new status, for the wife changes to a woman who is no longer married or a widow, while the status of the child remains a legitimate child, because he was born from a valid marriage according to Islamic law.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang berkembang dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an sekarang pada lembaga formal khususnya tingkat SD (Sekolah Dasar) belum adanya pembelajaran al-Quran yang mudah dan menyenangkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi keefektifan dan ketercapaian pelaksanaan dan hasil praktik membaca Al-Qqur’an. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian campuran (mixed method) dengan concurred embedded sebagai teknik analisis datanya. Data yang dilibatkan ialah data-data kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang kemudian disimpulkan berbasis data kualitatif. SD Ibnu Sina Bandung mengalami ketercapaian kefefktifan yang baik, hal ini ditunjukan dengan hasil hasil ketercapaian sebanyak 85,45%. Sementara itu, SD Salman Al-Farisi Bandung mencapai kategori sangat baik, hal ini dikarenakan hasil capaian keefektifan dalam proses pembelajaran Al-Quran menghasilkan capaian 92,72%. Sedangkan dalam ketercapaian hasil pembelajaran, SD Ibnu Sina Bandung mencapai 83,2% berbeda dengan SD Salman Al-Farisi yang mencapai 83,6%. Terlihat dari kedus sekolah tersebut cukup signifikan perbedaannya. Implikasinya, terwujudnya kefektifan pembelajaran Al-Qur’an di Sekolah Dasar yang sifatnya menyenangkan bagi peserta didik.

This research began with the implementation of the rice gathering, which is an arisan activity that is carried out in Jayi Village. This gathering is carried out 3 times a year and is carried out after the harvest takes place. In this arisan in terms of payment, the fee is determined which will get rice where the rice received will vary due to the uncertain price of rice. To answer this community phenomenon, the researchers formulated the problems that will be studied in this study, namely: 1) How is the implementation of the rice social gathering in Jayi Village, Sukahaji District, Majalengka Regency; 2) how is Islamic law reviewing the implementation of the rice social gathering in Jayi Village, Sukahaji District, District Majalengka. The research method used by the author is qualitative research, which merely describes the situation/events in the field (field research) in the form of observations, interviews and also documentation. The data that the writer obtained was then reduced, presented and concluded using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study concluded that the rice arisan in Jayi Village, Sukahaji District, Majalengka Regency, was in accordance with Islamic law and some were not in accordance with Islamic law. The terms of the debt and receivables (qarḍ) are in accordance with the provisions. Then in the payment of this rice arisan, the muamalah principles have been applied, because the arisan participants are at risk with each other with the determination of the arisan payment. However, in obtaining the arisan rice obtained by the arisan participants are different, so that the practice of this rice arisan contains elements of gharar and lack of justice.
