Abstract

OVID-19 menimpa berbagai kalangan termasuk juga dosen, tenaga kependidikan serta mahasiswa di Universitas ‘Aisyiyah (Unisa) Bandung. Berdasarkan data dari tim Satgas COVID-19 Unisa Bandung jumlah yang terkena COVID-19 dari bulan Maret 2020 sampai dengan bulan Maret 2021 sejumlah 9 orang, terdiri dari 2 orang dosen, 1 orang tenaga kependidikan serta 6 orang Mahasiswa. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis gambaran pengalaman mantan pasien selama menjalani pengobatan penyakit COVID-19. Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi lebih dalam tentang riwayat mantan pasien terkena penyakit COVID-19, pengalaman berobat mantan pasien COVID- 19, pengalaman isolasi mandiri, serta dukungan keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mantan pasien COVID-19 yang telah dinyatakan sembuh di Unisa Bandung dari unsur dosen, tenaga kependidikan dan Mahasiswa. Kegiatan penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2021. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 5 tema yaitu riwayat mengidap penyakit, gejala penyakit, pengalaman isolasi mandiri, pengalaman terkena penyakit, faktor pendukung kesembuhan. Saran bagi pihak Pemerintah sebaiknya membuat kebijakan yang terintegrasi untuk penanganan penyakit COVID-19 mulai tingkat pemerintah pusat, Provinsi, Kabupaten/Kota, Kecamatan, Desa, Rukun Warga dan Rukun Tetangga

Abstract

The focus of this study is, "How is the Internalization of the NU Middle School Student Mental Revolution Ma'arif Pangandaran?". This type of research includes descriptive qualitative research, namely research activities carried out on certain objects clearly and systematically. While the method used is a qualitative approach. This study aims to describe the Internalization of the NU Plus Middle School Mental Revolution Ma'arif Pangandaran. Research results: 1). Internalization is defined as appreciation, deepening, exile, combining or uniting attitudes, standard behavior, opinions and so on in the personality. 2). Mental Revolution is a transformation of ethos, which is a fundamental change in mentality, ways of thinking, ways of feeling and ways of trust, all of which are manifested in everyday behavior and actions. This ethos concerns all aspects of life, ranging from economics, politics, science to technology, art, religion, etc., 3). The internalization of the Mental Revolution is an in-depth process of the values of the Mental Revolution that runs in NU Plus Middle School Ma'arif Pangandaran. The process of internalization is very important in the Mental Revolution. Because the Mental Revolution is part of the education of values. Abstract

Parent's attention to children is still lacking, caused by several things including busyness, low educational background, lack of parent's direction of everything that has been achieved by the child, causing the child to become indifferent to learning. The problems that arise are how the influence of parenting parents on student learning discipline at MTs Al Hidayah Ciomas Panjalu.This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of parenting on student learning discipline in MTs Al Hidayah Ciomas Panjalu.The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The study population at MTs Al Hidayah was 162 students with a sample of 35 people. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The data collection tool taken was observation and questionnaire as many as 35 respondents, after the data was collected with complete stages. The next step was data analysis using spermant rank coefficient (rs). Parental parenting values in Al Hidayah MTs were obtained at 39.4 at intervals of 38.2 - 40.3 with a fairly good classification. While the learning discipline value of students in Al Hidayah MTs was obtained at 37.97 at intervals of 35.22 - 38.44 with poor classification. Based on the testing of hypotheses that have been done, the results have a pretty good effect between parenting parents with student learning discipline in MTs Al Hidayah. This is obtained from rs = 0.59 with the Guilford scale at an interval of 0.41 - 0.60 with a fairly good classification. The pattern of Oreangtua Parenting affects the Discipline of Student Learning is 35% so 65% is influenced by other factors. The influence of these two variables, namely Parenting Parents Against Student Learning Discipline is a significant correlation. This is evidenced by t_count = 4.20> t_table = 1.69236 so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus Parenting Parents have a pretty good effect on Student Learning Discipline.

Abstract

Jagung merupakan salah satu komoditas pangan strategis di Indonesia dengan potensi besar untuk diolah menjadi produk bernilai tambah, salah satunya tepung maizena. Namun, sebagian besar petani masih menjual jagung dalam bentuk biji kering tanpa pengolahan lebih lanjut, sehingga nilai ekonomi yang diperoleh relatif rendah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Jatiroke, Kecamatan Jatinangor, Kabupaten Sumedang dan diikuti oleh 25 peserta anggota Kelompok Taruna Tani. Tujuan kegiatan adalah meningkatkan kapasitas petani melalui pelatihan diversifikasi produk jagung menjadi tepung maizena. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif komparatif melalui perbandingan nilai pre-test dan post-test peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan sebesar 43,3% dan keterampilan sebesar 50%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pelatihan dan pendampingan partisipatif efektif dalam mentransfer teknologi tepat guna, mendorong diversifikasi produk, serta meningkatkan nilai tambah dan kemandirian ekonomi kelompok tani. Keberlanjutan usaha direkomendasikan melalui pendirian unit usaha kelompok dan dukungan peralatan dari pemerintah daerah.

Abstract

Ketersediaan pakan berkualitas menjadi tantangan utama dalam usaha peternakan kambing di Desa Jatiroke, terutama pada saat musim kemarau. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan solusi berbasis teknologi tepat guna melalui pelatihan pembuatan silase probiotik sebagai pakan alternatif yang murah dan berkualitas. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari empat tahapan, yaitu survei awal, pelatihan intensif (teori dan praktik langsung), pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan dan keterampilan peternak (rata-rata peningkatan skor pasca-tes adalah 43%), dengan 85% peserta mampu memproduksi silase secara mandiri menggunakan limbah pertanian dan hijauan lokal. Silase yang dihasilkan memiliki kualitas fisik yang baik (aroma wangi asam, tidak berjamur) dan disukai oleh ternak. Pelatihan ini berhasil mentransfer teknologi pakan yang berkelanjutan, menciptakan kemandirian pakan, dan meningkatkan efisiensi usaha peternakan kambing di Desa Jatiroke. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini efektif sebagai program pengabdian masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan peternak kambing.

Abstract

Marriages among religious figures, particularly within the circle of kiai (Islamic scholars), represent a significant phenomenon in Indonesian society. This practice aims to preserve the pesantren lineage or family heritage, while also being regarded as an effort to ensure compatibility or equality (kafa’ah) in social and religious contexts. This study explores the underlying social and religious dynamics of the phenomenon and its impact on social structures. Lineage (nasab) becomes a primary consideration in spouse selection among kyai. The objectives of this research are to examine the phenomenon of marriage among the children of kiai in Indonesia and to analyze it from the perspective of Islamic law, specifically through the lens of the four major schools of fikh. This study employs a qualitative method with a library research approach. Data were collected through documentation derived from books and journal articles. The findings of this study are twofold. First, marriages among the children of kiai in Indonesia are indeed a long-standing tradition within the pesantren elite, passed down from generation to generation and often arranged by parents. The purpose of such marriages is to strengthen religious commitment, social networks, and political ties between pesantren or ulama families. Society views marriage among kiai descendants as a form of propriety or kafa’ah. Although many marriages are arranged from an early age, there is no coercion in the process, as consent and willingness remain essential prerequisites for marriage. Second, from the perspective of Islamic law according to the four schools of fikh, scholars differ in their opinions regarding the legal status of kafa’ah. The Hanafi school considers kafa’ah non-obligatory but important; the Maliki school regards it as recommended (sunnah); the Shafi’i school stipulates kafa’ah as a requirement set by the guardian (wali); and the Hanbali school also deems it a requirement. Therefore, marriage among the children of kiai, according to scholars of the four schools, is permissible as it fulfills the concept of kafa’ah and aligns with Islamic principles.

Abstract

The practice of using a wadi’ah (safekeeping) contract for parking motor vehicles is common in various places, including at Indomaret Fresh Bandorasa Wetan. However, it remains unclear whether the implementation of this wadi’ah contract complies with its pillars (rukun) and conditions as stipulated in Islamic law. This study aims to examine the implementation of the wadi’ah contract in the parking area of Indomaret Fresh Bandorasa Wetan and to assess its conformity with Islamic legal principles. This study used a field research strategy with an emphasis on qualitative data. Observation, interviews, and written records were the means of data collection. The findings reveal that the practice of wadi’ah at the Indomaret Fresh Bandorasa Wetan parking area involves customers entrusting their vehicles to a parking attendant. Initially, there were no attendants, but due to an increase in the number of customers, a parking attendant was later assigned. From an Islamic legal perspective, the wadi’ah contract practice in this setting does not yet fulfill the necessary pillars and conditions. One notable issue is that service users (mudi’) do not receive a parking ticket from the attendant, which is a requirement for clarity and accountability. Additionally, if the item entrusted is one that can be properly safeguarded, any loss of the item obligates compensation.

Abstract

This research examines how Islamic education shapes the religious character of students from fishing families at SMAN 1 Parigi Pangandaran through intracurricular and extracurricular learning, along with the supporting and inhibiting factors involved. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involved reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with validity ensured through triangulation. The study found that Islamic education is implemented in two key ways: 1) Intracurricular learning, which enhances religious understanding, emotional stability, and student engagement, fostering greater trust and interactive learning; 2) Extracurricular learning, which strengthens religious character, discipline, responsibility, and integrity, while promoting harmony within the school environment. Supporting factors include student motivation, the availability of BPI books, and complete facilities. Inhibiting factors include external negative influences, student fatigue, and low awareness of the importance of religious values. The implementation of Islamic education at SMAN 1 Parigi Pangandaran has significant implications for shaping students' religious character academically and socially. This research contributes to the broader development of Islamic education in Indonesia.

Abstract

The integration of local wisdom into elementary IPAS (science and social studies) learning remains limited, resulting in less contextual instruction and weaker support for character development. This study examined the effectiveness of Local Wisdom–Based IPAS teaching materials in improving fourth-grade students’ conceptual understanding and character. A pre-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design was conducted with 30 students. Data were collected through conceptual understanding tests and character assessment instruments. Results showed a significant improvement in learning outcomes, with mean scores increasing from 74.33 to 81.30 (p < 0.05) and a large effect size (Cohen’s d = 1.29). Shapiro–Wilk tests confirmed normal data distribution (pretest p = 0.150; posttest p = 0.081). The findings indicate that activating prior knowledge rooted in local wisdom, supported by culturally responsive and multimodal learning approaches, promotes meaningful learning. This study provides empirical evidence that local wisdom–based materials enhance both academic achievement and character development in elementary education.
