Abstract

This study aims to determine Islamic values, wages, career development, and motivation, on employee performance at Bank Sumut Syariah Medan Branch Office. In this study, researchers used quantitative methods by processing primary data through questionnaires given to employees of Bank Sumut, Medan Syariah Branch Office as many as 77 respondents with sampling techniques, namely saturated samples and associative methods to test the relationship between variables. The data obtained were processed using SPSS Version 22 and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The analysis used includes instrument validity and reliability tests, statistical tests which include t-test, f-test, and classical assumption test which includes normality test, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. Based on the output results of SPSS version 22, it shows that the variable x2 (wages) has a positive and significant effect on the Y variable (employee performance) because the t-count value is 13,843 > t table 1.66543 and is significant 0.000

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the company's growth rate, sales level and asset structure on the solvency ratio at PT. Sharia National Pension Savings Bank for the 2018-2022 period. The sample used is monthly report data for the 2018-2022 period. This study uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the company's growth rate (X1) has a significant and negative effect on the solvency ratio at Bank BTPN Syariah. The level of sales (X2) has a significant and positive effect on the solvency ratio at Bank BTPN Syariah. Asset structure (X3) has no significant and negative effect on solvency. Keywords: solvency ratio, asset structure, company growth rate, sales level.

Abstract

The creative economy is an economic movement managed by local communities where the main processed products of the creative economy come from natural resources, for example in the culinary world which provides its own challenges for Padang Lawas Regency, namely how to promote and develop smoked fish culinary amidst the rise of modern culinary, in efforts to create new jobs and achieve community welfare. The aim of this research is to analyze and determine the role of the creative economy in Huristak District, Barumun Tengah District, Aek Nabara Barumun District, especially in the local smoked fish culinary sector, Padang Lawas Regency, North Sumatra. This type of research is qualitative research which is analyzed using descriptive methods. The data collection technique used in the research was collected from data from the 2021 Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Padang Lawas Regency and collected from observation data, in-depth interviews, literature studies and documentation, then a data analysis technique developed by Miles, Huberman and Saldana was carried out using four flow of activities in data analysis, namely, data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results found that the creative economic role of smoked fish in Padang Lawas Regency can improve the economic welfare of the community and efforts to create jobs.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discuss the influence of problematic financing and operational efficiency on Bank Muamalat Indonesia's profitability for the 2014-2023 period. This article is a type of descriptive quantitative research. The research population is the financial report of Bank Muamalat Indonesia, while the research sample is the financial report of Bank Muamalat Indonesia for 2014-2023. The research data used is secondary data obtained from the official website using library study techniques. Next, the data was analyzed through descriptive tests, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The analysis findings state that problematic financing and operational efficiency have a significant influence on the profitability of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia. The research results have implications for banks which must manage their assets wisely, especially in financing to minimize risks, streamline operational funds, and carry out controls in their applications, so that banks can get maximum profits.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of exchange rates and inflation on non-oil and gas exports in Indonesia, both partially and simultaneously. The research approach used is a quantitative approach, using multiple linear regression analysis method. The independent variables in this study include exchange rates (X1), inflation (X2), and GDP (X3), while the dependent variable is non-oil and gas exports. Data was obtained from secondary data sources with a time span of 2019-2022, and data collection techniques involved literature study and documentation. The results showed that partially, the exchange rate had no significant effect on Indonesia's non-oil and gas exports. Partially, inflation has a significant impact on Indonesia's non-oil and gas exports. Partially, GDP has an effect on Indonesia's non-oil and gas exports. The simultaneous test hypothesis shows that the exchange rate, inflation and GDP together significantly affect the dependent variable (non-oil and gas exports).

Abstract

Zakat has a very strong sanctity and humanitarian dimension. In the humanitarian dimension, zakat plays an important role in ensuring wealth distribution to create equitable welfare. The problem is that the implementation, especially in collecting zakat from people who are obliged to pay zakat, has not been realized properly. DT Peduli, one of the National Amil Zakat Institutions, runs an online zakat collection system in line with the increasing advancement of internet technology. This article is a research to determine the effectiveness of DT Peduli's online zakat system in collecting zakat from muzakki. The results of this study show that the online zakat collection exceeded the 2% planned target. The 2017 zakat collection in DT Peduli targeted Rp. 1, 114, 329. 320 and the amount achieved was Rp. 1, 242. 957. 097. Therefore, the implementation of DT Peduli's financial technology-based zakat payment system can be effectively implemented.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the accounting information system for inpatient services in supporting the effectiveness of internal control of revenue of the Medan City Haji General Hospital (RSU). An accounting information system is a set of resources such as people and equipment, designed to convert financial and other data into information. An adequate accounting information system can improve internal control of hospital revenue, by providing accurate and timely information, and ensuring the security and confidentiality of patient data and hospital financial information. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data sources obtained with primary data and secondary data collected by researchers by conducting observation techniques, interviews, and literature reviews related to the accounting information system for inpatient services in supporting the effectiveness of internal control of revenue. The results of this study concluded that after analyzing the accounting information system at the Haji General Hospital (RSU) Medan City has been running well and plays an effective role in improving the internal control of hospital revenue although sometimes it still experiences system disruptions so it needs to be improved again and the internal control run by the Haji General Hospital (RSU) Medan City has been effective.

Abstract

The Ministry of Religion in the program and target of ummat economic development activities adopts the vision of the Ministry of Religion in the Regulation of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18 of 2020 concerning the Ministry of Religion Strategic Plan for the 2020-2024 Period, which is prepared on the basis of the RPJMN 2020-2024 and is guided by the 2005-2025 RPJPN, Efforts to empower the Ummah Economy which aim to mobilize resources to empower the economic potential of the ummah in order to make the ummah prosperous through an increase in the level of productivity, it is hoped that resources which include humans and nature can be further improved in their management and development, so that it is hoped that the economic welfare of the ummah will be achieved which is one of the reinforcements of religious moderation relations to fellow human beings. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of human resources in completing official travel reports effectively and efficiently and what are the obstacles in carrying out official travel procedures. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, and uses primary data sourced from direct observation at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of North Sumatra. The results in this study indicate that in answering the problems of official travel report files it is necessary to improve the work ability of employees or employees is an important element in order to achieve goals in the economic development of the people in the office of the Ministry of Religion of North Sumatra province.

Abstract

In principle, pension funds replace employee benefits. Taspen is a pension and insurance program organizer that serves ASN, judges, and civil servants. The source of funding for this pension program comes from the basic salary (gapok), additional basic salary, as well as the last monthly additional basic salary. So in essence, civil servants who have retired can rely on Taspen to manage their pension funds, which will be given in the form of monthly payments in accordance with applicable regulations. So here researchers carry out an analysis to find out what the customers in question are using the pension funds for. Are these funds managed and utilized well? This research uses a qualitative approach. data was collected using the interview method. After all the data has been collected, data analysis is carried out. The data analysis used is non-statistical data analysis. In this research, what is analyzed is the data collected in interview transcripts. Based on the research results, it is known that customers can use pension funds for various purposes, such as living costs. when retiring, investing, purchasing property, or supporting the education of children or grandchildren. Apart from that, customers also manage pension funds by carrying out financial planning, selecting investment portfolios, carrying out evaluations and monitoring, making wise expenditures, carrying out and considering insurance and protection, then consulting with financial experts.

Abstract

Utilization of ZIS (Zakat, Infaq, Alms) Funds in the Education Care Program at Dt Peduli North Sumatra. The aim of this research is to find out: how ZIS funds are used for one of the flagship Education Care programs at DT Peduli North Sumatra. What are the inhibiting factors in this utilization, as well as how to overcome obstacles related to the use of ZIS funds in education care programs. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with an inductive approach. Data was collected using triangulation techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by presenting data, reducing data and drawing conclusions. The research results showed that there were two educational financing programs carried out by this institution, namely the AIS Scholarship program and the Excellence Student Scholarship. These two programs are financed from the utilization of ZIS funds that have been collected. The use of ZIS funds for one of the flagship Education Care programs at DT Peduli North Sumatra has gone well and provided positive benefits
