Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the Effect of the Quality of Service of the Nagari Wali on Community Satisfaction in Improving the Economy of Nagari Ujung Gading. In this study, the incidental sampling technique was used as a sampling technique. the purpose of the incidental sampling technique is that the sample is selected by chance, in other words, everyone the researcher meets by chance can be used as a sample if those encountered are considered appropriate as a source of information or data. The sample in this study was the Ujung Gading community. In this study, the data were analyzed using a simple linear regression test, then the hypothesis was tested by testing the coefficient of determination (R²) and partial test (t). Furthermore, the data was processed using SPSS software. The results obtained in the study show that the quality of service at Wali Nagari Ujung Gading, West Pasaman Regency, partially has a positive and significant impact on community satisfaction in improving the economy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze in depth the Contribution and Integration of Unemployment Rate, Inflation, Investment and Economic Growth. This research is a quantitative study and used Eviews 10 software. The Vector Auto Regression (VAR) analysis technique is used to see the relationship between the variables that are the choices in determining the unemployment rate in Indonesia. In this study using VAR in First Difference because the data is not Stationary at the level. Cointegration test, it indicates that these variables are cointegrated at the level < 5% so that there is a long-term relationship. Granger causality test results, there is a one-way causality relationship between INV to UNEMP, GDP to GROWTH, INF to GDP, and INF to GROWTH and two-way causality between INV and GROWTH. Based on long-term VECM estimates, GROWTH has a negative and significant effect, GDP and INV have a significant positive effect. In the short term, INF and INV have a negative and significant effect on the value of Adj. R-Square of 20.3%. Impulse Response Function analysis, GROWTH is a variable that experiences stability more quickly when shocks occur. Variance Decomposition, it turns out that UNEMP has the largest response and composition for other variables

Abstract

Every information related to accounting is handled by the Accounting Information System. (AIS). The purpose of this study was to assess whether the accounting information system at the UPTD Hiliweto Gido Health Center has been implemented successfully and efficiently, and to examine the function of the system in inpatient services. The research methodology of this study uses an exploratory qualitative approach, specifically by using the Google Scholar internet database to obtain secondary data from national papers and conducting focused interviews. The results of this study are that the installation of the accounting information system at the Hiliweto Gido Health Center has been successful based on research findings. This study examines how a more integrated and real-time accounting information system can improve the efficiency of inpatient services at the Health Center, especially in resource management and financing.

Abstract

The function of Sharia Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Lending as an alternative funding source to expand capital access for MSMEs in Indonesia is the main topic of this study. The main issue of this study is the need to provide effective, easily accessible, and sharia-compliant funding options to help expand MSMEs, especially those considered unworthy of banking services. The purpose of this study is to investigate how Sharia P2P Lending helps MSMEs obtain funding and offers sharia-compliant investment opportunities. This study uses a literature review method and a review of related laws, such as those issued by the National Sharia Council (DSN-MUI) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The findings of this study indicate that Sharia P2P Lending can offer effective, affordable, and easily accessible funding, helping MSMEs develop their businesses and enter new markets. Furthermore, this website provides sharia-based investment alternatives for investors. Taking all of these things into consideration, while still adhering to the principles of Islamic finance, Sharia P2P Lending has the potential to close the funding gap for MSMEs, support the real sector, and advance the country's economy. This study emphasizes how important this financial innovation is in driving the inclusiveness of the Indonesian economy.

Abstract

This research aims to see how sharia capital market instruments contribute to green infrastructure funding in Indonesia. This research is library research which analyzes the contribution of the sharia capital market, especially through instruments such as green sukuk, to the acceleration of green infrastructure development in Indonesia. From the research results, it is known that the contribution of the sharia capital market to accelerating green infrastructure development lies in its ability to provide sharia-based financing for environmentally friendly projects. Through instruments such as green sukuk, the Islamic capital market supports renewable energy projects, sustainable transportation and natural resource management. By meeting long-term financing needs, the Islamic capital market helps accelerate the realization of green infrastructure that supports sustainability goals, including Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and reduces the impact of climate change.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has significantly impacted various economic sectors, including the Islamic financial sector. This article aims to analyze how technology contributes to the growth of Islamic finance in Indonesia. It discusses the role of Islamic fintech in financial inclusion, challenges in implementing technology in Islamic financial systems, and strategic opportunities to strengthen the position of Islamic finance in the digital era. The novelty of this study lies in the integrative analysis of current technologies such as blockchain and AI with regulations and their implementation in the context of Islamic finance in Indonesia, which has not been widely explored in previous literature.

Abstract

This study examines the strategic role of Sharia Financial Institutions (LKS) in supporting economic growth and community empowerment in Medan City. Using a qualitative approach, this study highlights the contribution of LKS in empowering micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), increasing Islamic financial literacy, and financial inclusion. Results show that LKS have an important role in strengthening the community's economy despite facing challenges such as lack of literacy, limited digital services, and minimal government support. Development strategies include improving accessibility, socialization, product innovation, and government policy support. The findings confirm the importance of strengthening the role of LKS to encourage sustainable sharia-based economic growth in Medan City.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konteks pengelolaan zakat pada Lazismu Kota Medan, dimana lembaga zakat membutuhkan manajemen risiko dalam pengelolaan karena akan mempengaruhi kualitas pengelolaan dana zakat. Jangan sampai kecurigaan masyarakat disebabkan oleh kesalahan dan pelanggaran administrasi zakat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sesuatu yang dapat digunakan untuk memitigasi risiko yang timbul. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu dalam bentuk bahasa tertulis atau lisan oleh orang yang dapat diamati. Adapun hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa Lazismu memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan dana zakat dan dana disalurkan pada 4 sektornya yaitu ekonomi, pendidikan, sosial, keagamaan dan kemanusiaan.

Abstract

DPRD is an institution that has a supervisory function, a budget function and a legislative function. Therefore, this study intends to determine the performance of DPRD in supervising the people in the city of Medan. There are many problems related to the Covid-19 outbreak in the world, including Indonesia. It is not only the DPRD that has the responsibility in dealing with Covid-19 but also all components of the nation. The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach. The source of this research data is secondary data. Secondary data in this study was obtained by understanding the literature, the results of reviews from previous researchers, books, journals and from other sources related to the subject matter. The results of this study are performance, its performance is only seen as an appeal so that people do not leave the house and just stay at home. From the loss of a job to the loss of income, the people of Medan City feel. Furthermore, the anomalies that occur indicate acts of corruption. The government promised such assistance to the community but it did not arrive. There was also data on people affected by Covid-19 who received assistance not included in the data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran anggaran biaya produksi dalam menunjang efektivitas pengendalian biaya produksi dan terjdinya selisih anggaran dan realisasi biaya produksi pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah pegawai bagian keuangan dan anggaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa anggaran biaya produksi memiliki peran sangat penting dalam efektivitas pengendalian. Anggaran biaya digunakan sebagai alat pengendalian dan perencanaan keuangan dalam operasional perusahaan. Selisih biaya produksi dari tahun 2018-2022 selama 5 tahun berturut-turut anggaran dan realisasi biaya produksi ada yang tidak efektif pada tahun 2022, selisih yang efektif yaitu dimana setiap tahunnya anggaran dan realisasi biaya produksinya terus meningkat, ketika perusahaan menurun sehingga perusahaan kurang mengalami keuntungan. Yang dilakukan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa jika terjadi keuntungan yaitu meningkatkan produksi dan efisiensi operasional, peningkatakan kualitas produk, dan pengembangan SDM. Sebaliknya jika PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa mengalami kerugian yang dilakukan yaitu bisa dengan meningkatkan efisiensi produk, dan terus mempertahankan kinerja dengan baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam penyusunan anggaran di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II sudah menjalankan sistem bottom up, yang dimana perusahaan mengikut sertakan semua bagian-bagian mulai dari bagian terendah sampai ke bagian yang tertinggi.
