Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the potential issue of catfish cultivation as an effort to increase people's income, the preferences of the catfish industry considering the possibilities and desires of the community for cultivating catfish from an Islamic economic perspective in an effort to increase income. Using data collected from the research area, this research was carried out in the field. In this case, the type of research is descriptive. Interviews, questionnaires, observations and literature reviews are used as data collection techniques and try to get a complete picture of whatever is being investigated. The owner of a catfish farming business in Ujung Serdang Village provides correct information for analysis. To understand the problem clearly, research findings through questionnaires and interviews using the Guttman scale are being discussed. Based on the cultivation location and the ability to cultivate catfish on the market at a fairly high price, farmers' preferences in choosing a catfish cultivation business have an impact on their ability to develop and meet their daily needs.Keywords:potential and preferences;cultivation;catfish;income Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis isu potensi budidaya ikan lele sebagai upaya peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat, preferensi industri ikan lele mempertimbangkan kemungkinan dan keinginan masyarakat budidaya ikan lele dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam dalam upaya meningkatkan pendapatan. Dengan menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan dari wilayah penelitian, penelitian ini dilakukan di lapangan. Dalam hal ini jenis penelitiannya bersifat deskriptif wawancara, kuesioner, observasi, dan tinjauan literatur digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data dan berusaha mendapatkan gambaran yang utuh apapun yang sedang diselidiki. Pemilik usaha budidaya ikan lele di Desa Ujung Serdang memberikan informasi yang benar untuk analisis. Untuk memahami permasalahan secara jelas, digunakan temuan penelitian melalui kuesioner dan wawancara dengan menggunakan skala Guttman sedang dibahas. Berdasarkan lokasi budidaya dan kemampuan budidaya ikan lele di pasaran dengan harga yang cukup tinggi, preferensi pembudidaya pemilihan usaha budidaya ikan lele berdampak pada kemampuan mereka dalam mengembangkan dan memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari.Kata kunci: potensi dan preferensi; budidaya; ikan lele; pendapatan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of accounting knowledge and length of business on the quality of MSME financial statements from a sharia accounting perspective. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive research method, sampling is done using random sampling technique. The number of respondents reached 97 people. The results of this study indicate that educational background, length of business and business size simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the quality of MSME financial reporting. Business length and business size have a positive but insignificant effect on the quality of financial statements. And educational background has a significant positive effect on the quality of financial statements.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis metode pelaporan keuangan Masjid Al-Husna dalam kaitannya dengan peraturan untuk nirlaba sebagaimana diuraikan dalam ISAK 35. Para peneliti dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi langsung adalah beberapa metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data. Laporan keuangan, termasuk laporan pendapatan dan arus kas, serta catatan tentang posisi akun keuangan dan laporan laba rugi komprehensif, diharuskan untuk disimpan oleh semua organisasi nirlaba menurut ISAK 35. Kontributor dan lainnya tetap waspada karena penanganan dana yang hati-hati. Hasil analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik akuntansi Masjid Al-Husna masih ketinggalan zaman dan tidak memadai, dengan manajemen mengandalkan entri data manual pendapatan dan pengeluaran setiap minggu. Jemaah masih belum sepenuhnya diberi informasi oleh mekanisme akuntabilitas, yang hanya menyampaikan total pendapatan dan pengeluaran tanpa memberikan informasi spesifik apa pun. Namun, kelompok masjid yang terlibat telah berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk merahasiakannya. Hal ini disebabkan karena pimpinan masjid masih belum memahami sistem pencatatan keuangan berbasis ISAK 35.

Abstract

Market Share Ratio can be used to measure the performance of Islamic Banks which are relatively new in Indonesia. The greater the market share of Islamic banks in Indonesia, the greater their role and function for the national economy. Market share is often used as an indicator by companies to see the existence of strength in the market and how important the company is. This research method uses a quantitative approach with an associative method with a population in the form of data on Financial Statements of Islamic Banking in Indonesia during the period 2018 to 2022. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling. The results showed that by using a significance level of 5 percent, the significance value was < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), the CAR, ROA, FDR and NPF variables simultaneously (together) had an effect on the market share of Islamic banks in Indonesia. And each variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Variable Return On Assets (ROA), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF) partially has a significant positive effect on the Market Share of Islamic Banks in Indonesia.

Abstract

Changes in Consumer Behavior in Water Use Result in an Increase in Monthly Water Account Arrears Since the Covid-19 Pandemic, at PDAM Tirtanadi, Cemara Branch, North Sumatera Province. This research is a quantitative descriptive that aims to determine the level of service in the company's management of customers in paying for clean water use, and aims to see the causes and obstacles that occur to the increase in arrears in water accounts which have increased due to changes in water use since the covid-19 pandemic. The unit of observation in this study is the report on water account arrears for the months November 2020 – November 2022. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The method of analysis in this study is from supporting document sources, and uses descriptive statistics on the report of the arrears balance, providing an overview or description by displaying a diagram of the monthly increase in water account arrears since the covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study indicate that the service and management of the company are good and well maintained, but there has been a change in consumer behavior in usage since the covid-19 pandemic which has increased which has resulted in an increase in monthly water payment account arrears.

Abstract

Development is a planned process aimed at improving people's welfare. One of the most important processes is development planning, which requires an annual budget to realize the planned program. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of economic ratios and growth ratios on the realization of the Bappeda budget in developing Medan City during the Covid-19 period. This research was conducted at the Medan City Regional Development Planning Agency. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The data collection method used is observation and documentation by taking secondary data. The analytical technique used is using the Economy Ratio and Growth Ratio measurement methods. The results of this study say that Covid is indicated in Indonesia in 2020, so in 2019 there is no such indication, in the 2019-2021 Bappeda Budget Realization Report there are differences in the budget and realization each year. In 2019 the budget was 10,943,903,735 and the realization was 6,068,358,002. In 2020 the budget is 10,419,108,595 and the realization is 5,531,644,863. In 2021 the budget is 24,292,278,919 and the realization is 16,315,636,163. In 2021 Budget and Realization will increase by 2.21% and 2.68% from 2019. 595 and Realization of 5,531,644,863. Abstract

This study aims to find out how to determine inpatient service rates using traditional costing systems and activity-based costing at Mitra MedikaAmplas Public Hospital, how to compare the results of calculating inpatient service rates using traditional costing systems and activity-based costing. The object of this research is RSU Mitra Medika Amplas. This study uses qualitative methods with comparative studies, data collection techniques by means of observation and interviews. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data which are cost data for 2020. The results of this study indicate that the application of the traditional costing system in determining inpatient service rates produces distorted cost information. Calculation errors can be minimized by implementing an activity-based costing system. There are differences in the results of calculations using the traditional costing system and the activity-based costing method, where the results of calculations using activity-based costing are cheaper than the results of calculations using the traditional costing system.

Abstract

Agriculture has an important role in life because it has the function of providing food, animal feed, and bionergy. The role of Agriculture is so strategic to support the national economy, especially in terms of creating food security, employment, increasing competitiveness, and menaggulangi poverty. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of pricing, land area and production costs on the income of rice farmers in Pastap Village, Kec. Mining District. Mandailing Natal. After conducting field research, data on the study were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 67 samples of respondents. The sampling technique uses slovin formula from 200 populations into 67 samples. The research method uses quantitative methods through data analysis techniques using instrument tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests. The results of data processing using SPSS 23 show that the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. In the classical assumption that the data is normally distributed, there is no heterokedasticity and multicollinearity. While the hypothesis test states that price determination does not have a significant effect on the income of rice farmers, but Price Determination is not at all unimportant, it's just that the effect is less in this study. Partially, the price fixing effect is only 1.25%. While the hypothesis test of land area and production costs to income partially positive and significant effect, partially effect of 5.12% and 53.14%. And simultaneously variable pricing, land area and production costs affect 59.5% in this study.
