Abstract

Pademi covid-19 telah mengganggu proses pembelajaran secara konvensional. Maka diperlukan solusi untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut. Pembelajaran secara daring adalah salah satu alternatif yang dapat mengatasi masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pelaksanaan daring oleh kepala satuan pendidikan, oleh guru, oleh siswa, dan oleh orang tua/ wali siswa, mengidentifikasi kendala pembelajaran daring di SDIT Lombok tengah tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dalam bentuk studi kasus. Prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan : (1) wawancara semi terstruktur (Wawancara Indept), (2) observasi partisipatif, (3) studi dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan bersamaan dengan proses pengumpulan data. Pemeriksanaan validitas data mencakup empat teknik, yaitu kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di SDIT berlansgung secara daring melalui platform grup whatsapp kelas; 2) kendala yang muncul dari pembelajaran daring adalah keterbatasan guru mengontrol minat, dan motifasi belajar siswa, keterbatasan orang tua dalam dalam meluangkan waktu dan menyediakan  sarana dan prasarana belajar, siswa lebih menyukai pembelajaran tatap muka.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pola pengembangan karir guru di Pondok Pesantren Cendekia Darul Lutfiyah Murni NW Aikmel Lombok Timur. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Pengembangan karir guru di Pondok Pesantren Cendekia Darul Lutviyah Murni NW Aikmel dilakukan melalui aspek internal dan eksternal dengan melibatkan peran kepala sekolah/madrasah, pola pengembangan karir guru dilakukan melalui beberapa ranah yaitu penugasan, kenaikan pangkat dan perbaikan tingkat pendidikan. Beberapa faktor pendukung dan penghambat pengembangan karir guru di Pondok Pesantren Cendekia Darul Lutviyah Murni NW Aikmel antara lain masih rendahnya kesadaran sebagian guru terhadap peningkatan karir guru melalui jenjang pendidikan dan pelatihan, rendahnya kompetensi sebagian guru dan rendahnya keinginan guru dalam mengelola. promosi/jabatan karena merasa berada pada posisi yang nyaman.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the extent of students' creativity in history learning, specifically in the subject of History (Specialization), at SMAN 4 Yogyakarta, through the utilization of technology such as Canva. This research adopts a Research and Development (R&D) approach. The analysis of project-based creativity assessment that will be examined includes the validity test, reliability test, and expert judgment, using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 22.0 as supporting tools. The research findings indicate that the project-based creativity assessment was conducted with 72 data from a total of 144 students in grade 10 and 11. The students assessed each other, and then the teachers evaluated the students. The validity level (exceeding the critical value) of the assessment of creativity, as evaluated among students, was deemed valid in terms of planning, implementation, and reporting aspects. However, in the evaluation conducted by the teachers, the planning aspect was considered invalid, while the implementation and reporting aspects were valid. The inter-rater reliability of the data among students was 0.693, and among teachers was 0.584, indicating reliability. The expert judgment test, conducted through a questionnaire answered by experts regarding the statements, indicated that the instrument was deemed suitable for use. The analysis of the project assessment results, in measuring creativity through the utilization of technology with Canva, is highly recommended as it can enhance creativity in history.

Abstract

Research on the area along the Panjang Fault - Lampung, the area from the Teluk Betung to Tanjung Karang Barat area using the 19-T GSM PPM tool with base rover acquisition on 2 tracks 2 kilometers apart obtained 40 acquisition points with a spacing of 0.3 kilometers. This study aims to determine the type of lithology and subsurface rock structure by utilizing the susceptibility value of rocks from magnetic anomalies. In the process of processing magnetic anomaly data, upward continuation is carried out as high as 350 m which is intended to reduce the total anomaly with the upward anomaly results so that a residual anomaly is obtained. Next, make a 2D subsurface model on the incision A - B in the residual anomaly map. Based on the results of qualitative interpretation, the total magnetic anomaly of the research area illustrates positive to negative anomaly values with a tighter contour pattern that indicates the presence of a fault structure. While based on quantitative interpretation, the 2D modeling in incision A - B shows a susceptibility value of 0.100 cgs which can be identified as breccia tuff rock, a susceptibility value of 0.0391 cgs is thought to be rhyolitic tuff rock, pumice tuff rock, and sandstone tuff, and a susceptibility value of 0.150 cgs is a rock from the intrusion of Mount Betung in the form of andesite-basalt lava. In addition, rocks with a susceptibility value of 0.0024 cgs are metamorphic rocks. The correlation between 2D modeling and regional geology is seen in the research area, which is in the Tarahan Formation (Tpot), which is suspected to be a fault structure in the Bumi Waras area with a strike direction of NW - SE which is the course of geothermal manifestations or minerals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelebihan muatan kendaraan yang melintasi Jembatan Timbang Sabilambo dalam konteks jalur Kolaka-Kendari. Fokus utamanya adalah pada pengendalian dan pengawasan kendaraan barang atau truk. Metode penelitian mencakup pengumpulan data tentang muatan aktual kendaraan yang melewati jembatan, membandingkannya dengan batas muatan yang diizinkan, dan menganalisis dampaknya terhadap kondisi perkerasan jalan. Langkah-langkah analisis ini akan membantu dalam mengidentifikasi pola muatan berlebih dan memodelkan penurunan umur rencana perkerasan jalan. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pengelola jalan dalam mengembangkan strategi pengendalian muatan kendaraan dan pemeliharaan perkerasan jalan yang efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar kendaraan yang melintasi Jembatan Timbang Sabilambo memiliki muatan yang melebihi batas berat yang diizinkan (JBI) secara signifikan. Fenomena ini menggambarkan tingkat pelanggaran yang mencolok terhadap ketentuan beban kendaraan yang telah ditetapkan. Dengan meningkatnya jumlah pelanggaran tersebut, faktor ekivalen kelebihan muatan (overloading) juga mengalami peningkatan seiring waktu. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, perkerasan jalan direncanakan dengan masa pakai 10 tahun dan telah diestimasi mampu menahan beban hingga 1.618.064 ESAL dalam kondisi normal pada akhir masa rencana tersebut. Namun, akibat adanya kelebihan muatan yang signifikan, jumlah ESAL pada akhir masa rencana meningkat secara dramatis menjadi 4.507.661 ESAL. Hasilnya, masa pakai perkerasan jalan hanya mencapai 2,5 tahun, menandakan penurunan umur perkerasan sebesar 50% dari estimasi awal yang telah direncanakan sebelumnya.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of guru penggerak (mobilizer teacher) education program in Lombok Utara Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. The research method used was quantitative descriptive with the Kirkpatrick evaluation research model. The criteria for the impact of the mobilizing teacher education program consist of 1) the impact on the development of oneself, others, and the school; 2) the impact on learning in favor of students. The locations of this research were SDN 8 Sokong, SMPN 3 Tanjung, SMAN 1 Tanjung, and SMKN 1 Gangga, with a purposive sampling technique totaling 20 people. Data was collected using questionnaires and interviews and then analyzed using the PEA (Percentage of Each Aspect) formula. This study found that the impact of the mobilizer teacher education program on the development of oneself, others, and schools was good, with a final score of 86.4%. The impact of the mobilizer teacher education program on impactful learning on students was excellent, with a final grade of 93.2%. Thus, the impact of the North Lombok mobilizer teacher education program in North Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara is good, with a final score of 89.9%.

Abstract

Current history learning, in general, still uses a conventional approach with students learning in class through lectures, questions and answers, and assignments. Traditional history learning results in students only working procedurally and understanding history without reasoning, which tends towards behavioral and structuralist psychology and places more emphasis on memorization and practice. This approach uses a qualitative approach with descriptive data. In discussing the problem in this article, the author uses a type of library research. Teachers can take advantage of advances in information technology by using learning media. Quizizz is one of the media innovations in history learning assessment activities. Digital media as a learning assessment has experienced significant development. Digital media offers various educational innovations that replace rigid and monotonous conventional learning and assessment, which will be replaced with learning that is considered more practical, flexible, and not limited by space and time using digital media. Quizizz can be a good and fun assessment of history learning while maintaining the essence of ongoing learning. This assessment can involve active student participation from the start. Apart from that, the demands in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 have changed various sectors of life, including the education sector, which needs to be reoriented to determine the direction of education policy to answer the challenges of Industrial Revolution 4.0.

Abstract

This workshop aims to improve teachers' pedagogical competence in strengthening students' character and achievement motivation. Strong pedagogical competence is an important foundation for teachers to be able to teach effectively and build students' character. This workshop involved a series of interactive sessions that included discussions related to the application of innovative learning techniques that focus on building students' character. This workshop was held at SDN 1 Ampenan, Mataram City and was attended by teachers and principals. From the results of the evaluation of this workshop activity, it received a positive response from all participants who attended. Most teachers also stated that this workshop provided new insights related to pedagogical competence which was considered very relevant to increasing student engagement. In addition, this evaluation also showed the need for further mentoring and periodic training so that implementation can run more optimally in the classroom

Abstract

One of the efforts to improve the quality of education is planning according to the needs of the school. The education unit has an education report card in which there is information about quality indicators based on the National Assessment (AN) which is carried out every year where the results of the AN are described in the education report card which contains the report of the education unit as a whole starting from Numeracy Literacy, Instructional Leadership of school principals, educators and education personnel, and learning environment etc. Education units in Nusa Tenggara Province in general and in Mataram City in particular have implemented data-based planning (PBD), but it is not optimal because the program is relatively new. In the education report card, there are recommendations that are referred to as the preparation of the School Activity Plan and Budget (RKAS) in which there is a priority scale of recommended programs/activities such as improving teacher competence, increasing literacy and numeracy, strengthening character education and structuring the school environment. Through Community Service (PKM), in this case to junior high school education units, socialization programs/activities are needed through workshops with the theme of data-based planning.

Abstract

Various problems faced by all Integrated Science teachers at SMP country 5 Bima City are the lack of students' creative thinking skills, so that students' difficulties in learning activities, especially group discussions with the use of learning models that have not fully activated students, so far science teachers are still using learning models conventional group. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of problem-based learning in Integrated Science subjects to creative thinking skills and learning outcomes of class VIII students of SMP country 5 Bima City. The subjects in the study were students of class VIII 3 at SMP country 5 Bima City, as many as 26 students. The instrument used is an evaluation test of student learning outcomes that is given at the end of each cycle, an observation sheet about the implementation of learning that is used to see learning activities. The data obtained were analyzed using data analysis of students' creative thinking abilities to determine learning completeness. The results showed an increase in the percentage of scores in the first cycle which was mostly in the creative category of 17 students, while in the second cycle the highest percentage of scores was in the very creative category of 18 students. 61% of classical learning completeness in cycle I was declared incomplete, but increased in cycle II 80% was declared complete. Based on the results and discussion, it is concluded that the application of problem-based learning can improve the creative thinking skills of class VIII students of SMP country 5 Bima City.
