Abstract

Abstrak: Belanda datang ke tanah Minahasa untuk memeras tanah Minahasa yang subur dengan berbagai sumber daya alam, tetapi adanya pola perubahan sosial yang terjadi antara Belanda yang sukses “bersahabat” dengan masyarakat Minahasa. Hal ini perlahan mengubah tatanan struktur masyarakat Minahasa. Sehingga Minahasa sebagai daerah yang terkenal dengan pengaruh Belanda terbesar dan terpanjang dalam sejarah Indonesia. Artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan yang berkaitan dengan metode sejarah kritis. Langkah-langkah dalam penelitian ini dikaitkan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian historis yang meliputi: heuristik, kritik intern dan ekstern, interpretasi dan historiografi. Belanda melihat banyaknya ketidakstabilan dan pemberontakan di beberapa daerah yang terjadi dalam menguasai pemerintah Hindia Belanda dengan berinisiatif untuk melakukan perekrutan anggota militer kembali dengan cara yang lebih intensif dan selektif. Dalam proses perekrutan anggota militer Hindia Belanda yang dilakukan di Minahasa tidak diikuti dengan proses penolakan. Kehadiran Belanda dalam kehidupan masyarakat Minahasa menimbulkan stereotipe bagi masyarakat pada masa kolonialisme. Dengan adanya hal ini tentu menimbulkan paradigma dari pemikiran masyarakat masa kolonialisme. Hasil dari rekonstruksi pemikiran masyarakat Minahasa yang telah bersatu dengan Belanda tentunya menimbulkan perlawanan akan ketidaksepakataan mengenai hubungan persahabatan ini.Abstract: The Dutch came to Minahasa land to exploit the fertile Minahasa land with various natural resources, but there was a pattern of social change that occurred between the Dutch who were successful in "making friends" with the Minahasa people. This slowly changed the structure of Minahasa society. So Minahasa is an area famous for having the largest and longest Dutch influence in Indonesian history. This article uses library research methods related to critical historical methods. The steps in this research are associated with using historical research methods which include: heuristics, internal and external criticism, interpretation and historiography. The Dutch saw a lot of instability and rebellion in several areas that occurred in controlling the Dutch East Indies government and took the initiative to recruit military members again in a more intensive and selective way. The recruitment process for Dutch East Indies military members carried out in Minahasa was not followed by a rejection process. The presence of the Dutch in the lives of the Minahasan people created stereotypes for the people during colonialism. This certainly creates a paradigm for people's thinking during colonialism. The results of the reconstruction of the thoughts of the Minahasa people who had united with the Dutch certainly gave rise to resistance and disagreement regarding this friendly relationship.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pembelajaran sejarah para siswa di Indonesia mampu menanamkan nilai-nilai nasionalisme. Yang biasanya pembelajaran dilaksanakan masih bersifat satu arah, dan pembelajaran yang masih menghafal serta tidak menarik bagi siswa. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan metode reenactment pada siswa untuk mengangkat sejarah lokal masyarakat mengingat banyak yang sekali yang masih belum terungkap. Metode reenactment ini untuk mereka ulang kembali sejarah lewat kegiatan pembelajaran diluar kelas dalam hal ini siswa dituntut untuk memahami, mengetahui, dan mengerti akan sejarah lokal melalui reenactment dengan mereka menampilkan kembali sejarah lokal itu dengan menggali berbagai sumber, lalu dipentaskan dalam sebuah kegiatan impresi histori, teatrikal, dan pembuatan video dokumenter atau video pendek. Serta siswa memahami berbagai atribut dan perlengkapan yang relevan pada zamannya atau sezaman pada masa lalu. Sehingga adanya kesadaran dalam sejarah lokal lewat metode reenactment yang menjadi pembelajaran yang asik dan menyenangkan serta menarik. Abstract:  Students in Indonesia's history learning is able to instill nationalist values. Usually learning is carried out in one direction, and learning is still rote and not interesting for students. This research tries to examine the use of the methodre-enactmentfor students to highlight the local history of the community considering that there is so much that has not yet been revealed. This re-enactment method is for them to recreate history through learning activities outside the classroom, in this case students are required to understand, know and understand local history through re-enactment by re-enacting local history by exploring various sources, then performing it in a historical impression activity, theatrical, and making documentary or short videos. And students understand various attributes and equipment that were relevant in their time or contemporaries in the past. So that there is awareness of local history through the re-enactment method which makes learning fun, enjoyable and interesting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali pola pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh guru terhadap siswa di kelas inklusi. Kelas inklusi merupakan kelas yang mengakomodasi siswa dengan kebutuhan khusus bersama dengan siswa reguler, sehingga pendekatan pendampingan yang diterapkan oleh guru harus adaptif dan berbasis pada prinsip inklusivitas. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk memahami dinamika pendampingan guru melalui wawancara dengan guru, observasi kelas, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola pendampingan guru di kelas inklusi terdiri dari beberapa aspek penting, antara lain: (1) pendekatan individual yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa, (2) kolaborasi antara guru kelas dengan spesialis pendampingan, dan (3) pembentukan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan mendukung. Guru juga memberikan perhatian lebih terhadap aspek sosial dan emosional siswa dengan kebutuhan khusus, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri dan keberhasilan akademik mereka. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih dalam tentang pentingnya pola pendampingan yang inklusif dan efektif dalam pendidikan untuk siswa dengan beragam latar belakang dan kemampuan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah variabel praktik evaluasi dan supervisi pendidikan merupakan permasalahan yang ada pada jenjang SMA di Kota Mataram. Fokus penelitian dibatasi pada program supervisi pendidikan yang dilakukan pada jenjang SMA di Kota Mataram dan bagaimana cara seorang supervisor pada jenjang SMA di Kota Mataram melakukan proses supervisi pendidikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik penelitian dilakukan dengan studi dokumen, wawancara dan observasi. Wawancara dilakukan dengan metode semi terstruktur. Sedangkan proses observasi dilakukan dengan metode unobstructive. Proses wawancara dilakukan dengan mengambil random sampel dari guru-guru yang mengajar pada jenjang SMA di Kota Mataram. Observasi dilakukan dengan metode unobstructive, dimana proses observasi yang dilakukan tidak boleh mengganggu jalannya proses belajar mengajar pada jenjang SMA di Kota Mataram. Proses pemeriksaan dokumen dilakukan dalam rangka melihat sejauh mana proses administrasi yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan supervisi pada jenjang SMA di Kota Mataram sesuai dengan hasil wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ternyata memang telah terjadi ketidaksesuaian antara bagaimana proses dan evaluasi supervisi yang harus dilakukan dengan realita yang ada sehingga dibutuhkan perbaikan dalam hal program supervisi pada jenjang SMA di Kota Mataram agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru.

Abstract

Food gardening is an alternative to meet the food and nutritional needs of the family. Empowerment the community in the nickel mining area of Pesouha Village, Kolaka Regency is carried out using the DFT hydroponic system with the aim of ensuring adequate family food through PKK groups in degraded environments. Community empowerment is carried out in 4 stages, namely (1) socialization stage (2) training stage (3) product packaging stage and (4) monitoring and evaluation stage. The results obtained from this community empowerment activity are that the PKK group partners of Pesouha Village have understood, have the ability and infrastructure for hydroponic planting in their yards

Abstract

This workshop aims to improve teachers' pedagogical competence in strengthening students' character and achievement motivation. Strong pedagogical competence is an important foundation for teachers to be able to teach effectively and build students' character. This workshop involved a series of interactive sessions that included discussions related to the application of innovative learning techniques that focus on building students' character. This workshop was held at SDN 1 Ampenan, Mataram City and was attended by teachers and principals. From the results of the evaluation of this workshop activity, it received a positive response from all participants who attended. Most teachers also stated that this workshop provided new insights related to pedagogical competence which was considered very relevant to increasing student engagement. In addition, this evaluation also showed the need for further mentoring and periodic training so that implementation can run more optimally in the classroom

Abstract

One of the efforts to improve the quality of education is planning according to the needs of the school. The education unit has an education report card in which there is information about quality indicators based on the National Assessment (AN) which is carried out every year where the results of the AN are described in the education report card which contains the report of the education unit as a whole starting from Numeracy Literacy, Instructional Leadership of school principals, educators and education personnel, and learning environment etc. Education units in Nusa Tenggara Province in general and in Mataram City in particular have implemented data-based planning (PBD), but it is not optimal because the program is relatively new. In the education report card, there are recommendations that are referred to as the preparation of the School Activity Plan and Budget (RKAS) in which there is a priority scale of recommended programs/activities such as improving teacher competence, increasing literacy and numeracy, strengthening character education and structuring the school environment. Through Community Service (PKM), in this case to junior high school education units, socialization programs/activities are needed through workshops with the theme of data-based planning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesantunan berbahasa dalam kegiatan diskusi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 3 Konawe Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas VIII A. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, Teknik perekaman video, Teknik catat. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa kesantunan berbahasa dalam kegiatan diskusi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 3 Konawe Selatan terdapat bentuk kesantunan yang mengacu pada teori prinsip kesantunan Leech (prinsip maksim kebijaksanaan, maksim kedermawanan, maksim penerimaan, maksim kerendahan hati, maksim kesetujuan dan maksim simpati).

Abstract

This study aims to: find out the principal's leadership strategy in developing student achievement character through student council. This research uses a qualitative approach. The types of data can be divided into two, that are primary data and secondary data. Primary data sources consist of the principal, vice principal for student affairs, school committee, student council coach, and student council members. While secondary data are documents owned by the school where the research was conducted. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis procedure uses three stages, which are data condensation, data presentation, and conclusions. In order for the data obtained to be valid, researchers checked the validity of the data with five stages, including observation persistence, data triangulation, peer discussion, member checking, and refrential adequacy. The results showed that the principal's leadership strategy was in line with the theories of educational strategy and principal leadership strategy. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan karakter berprestasi siswa melalui OSIS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis data dibedakan menjadi dua, yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Sumber data primer terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, komite sekolah, pembina OSIS, dan anggota OSIS. Sedangkan data sekunder yaitu dokumen yang dimiliki oleh sokolah tempat melakukan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data menggunakan tiga tahapan yaitu kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Agar data yang didapatkan benar-benar valid, peneliti memeriksa keabsahan data dengan lima tahapan, yaitu ketekunan pengamatan, triangulasi data, diskusi teman sejawat, pengecekan anggota, dan kecukupan refrensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah telah sejalan berdasarkan teori-teori strategi pendidikan dan strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah.

Abstract

Learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic requires lecturers to be able to adapt by using online learning platforms. As a result, there are different perceptions of students regarding the effectiveness of each of these platforms. The study aimed to analyze differences in students' perceptions about the effectiveness of using WhatsApp, Google Classroom, and Zoom platforms. This research method uses quantitative methods to measure the level of perception and is combined with qualitative methods to analyze student perception. The data collection method is done by distributing questionnaires through Google forms to students. The analysis used is a quantitative analysis using statistical calculation and qualitative analysis to analyze student perception. The results showed that the difference in perception in WhatsApp and Google Classroom usage was significant with an average difference of 16.933 which means WhatsApp’s perception levels are higher than Google Classroom. The difference in perception in WhatsApp and Zoom usage is significant with an average difference of 15.2 which means WhatsApp's perception level is higher than zoom. The difference in perception in Zoom and Google Classroom usage is insignificant with an average difference of 1.733 which means Zoom’s perception rate is slightly higher than Google Classroom. The study concluded that student perceptions were higher on the WhatsApp Group platform, then zoom, and finally Google Classroom. Online learning should first use the WhatsApp platform, then zoom, and finally Google Classroom.
