Abstract

The spread of covid19 in our country has a very serious impact on the economic life of the people, especially traders who are classified as UMKM. During the pandemic, UMKM traders issued capital to sell but buyers were reduced. As a result they lack capital to resell. Many of them had to stop trading due to reduced buyers. This leads to a decrease in their income, even though they have a lot of needs. This is a problem for them. In order to help UMKM traders who have experienced a lack of capital during pandemic period, it is necessary to increase the capital of UMKM traders in the covid 19 pandemic through the empowerment of cash waqf.   The research is normative juridical research. The data sources in this research is secondary data. The technique to collecting data is documentation study. Based on the research discovered that waqf has social functions that act as a means and capital for the improvement of the means of people. The increase in UMKM capital in the pandemic era can be done by providing assistance in the form of capital for UMKM traders, especially those who reduce their income as a result of the covid19 outbreak. With the help of capital through cash waqf it is hoped that UMKM traders can resell or can increase their capital. With waqf cash, then, UMKM traders will be helped and able to sell for the fulfillment of their family's life needs. Keywords: Capital, MSMEs, Cash

Abstract

Non-formal education through life skills education has shown a positive contribution to poverty reduction in rural areas, although it still requires efforts to develop various life skills education models through research and development. This is based on the idea that improving the quality of the poor requires a development effort that is carried out in a planned, structured, and based on scientific and objective thinking. This study aims to produce a life skills education model that can play a role in poverty reduction in rural areas. The results showed that: first, the assessment of life skills education needs in the two target groups was carried out using 4-H life skills thinking (head / brain, hands / hands, heart / heart, and health / health). Life skills needs in the target groups in the two programs referred to show conditions that are not much different, where the two groups still need to be developed aspects of the brain, hands, and heart. In addition, a validated 4-H life skills education model was formulated. Second, based on the conditions found, a series of life skills education development activities carried out include vocational training, the provision of learning experiences through field observations, discussions and reflections on vocational training results and observations, implementation of 4-H model non-vocational life skills training, and evaluation of educational outcomes carried out . The development model that was tested was then validated. Evaluation results indicate an increase in educational output held in the two target groups of the program. Therefore, in the context of poverty reduction, the 4-H PKH model needs to be developed in a more structured and integrative way and guarantee all life skills that are the focus of developing life skills to overcome poverty.

Abstract

System is the dimension which it limited by rule and have certaincharacteristic. Execution of system do not always success, it is caused by somecomponent that causing fault at the system. Minimizing fault can be done bysearching the cause of the fault and then its construct to fault tree. Fault tree is a logic diagram that displays the connection between the fault event and the reason. The connection between the fault event and the reason can be described by ANDgate and OR gate. AND gate is used if all of the input occurs and OR gate is usedif at least one of the inputs occurs. To analyze fault tree, for the first it is changedto Boolean equation where AND gate and OR gate equivalent with product andsum operation in algebra. The methodology of this research is study of literature with search and collectall of the materials that are related with fault tree analysis and Boolean algebraand construct minimal cut set and minimal path set by using the construction offault tree which it is had and search the problem which it is solved by fault treeanalysis.Minimal cut set from a fault tree can be obtained by using Boolean algebra. But, not of all the rules of Boolean algebra are used. It is caused the fault at thedifferent of top event, so that different construction of fault tree for each differentfault. Minimal path set is obtained after getting the complement of minimal cut setwhich it get before and using some rules of Boolean algebra. From minimal cutset can be seen any kind of cause that can make the fault is happened and fromminimal path set can be seen any kind of cause that can make the fault is nothappened. Sum of minimal cut set and minimal path set are not always same foreach fault tree.

Abstract

Mathematical models are commonly used to describe physical and nonphysicalphenomena which appeared in the real world. Generally speaking, theapplication of mathematical models is usually formed into a differential equationsystem. For example, Predator-Prey Leslie system is one mathematical model ofnon-linier differential equation system which has been introduced by Leslie(1948). This system describes an interaction model between two populationswhich contain two equations as follows :ax bx cyxdtdx  dy 2 where a, b, c, e and f are positive constants. In the Predator-Prey Leslie system, the relationship between each variablein the interaction process between prey and preadtor is dependend and influencedby changing value of system. Therefore, this will effect to the stability system. The method of this research is a study of literature from relevant booksand journals. To obtain a stability system, the stability poits of a system have to befound firest, then continue with linierization. From this, it will obtainedcharacteristic roots or eigen values. These values will show a stable state atsystem equilibrium points. As a result, it is found that Predator-Prey Leslie system, in this case, reaches a stability at equilibrium point K2, but not the case at K1.

Abstract

This paper will examine the application of Control Theory to the problem Inventory, will be developed the first model in which dynamic demand and inventory available all the time. The discussion focused on inventory system analysis nonlinear-shaped production and production costs are treated as a function each inventory level and production level. Then expanded the model first to the next model where the decline in goods is taken into account. Level damage is calculated as a function of time with the amount already available. For both models, optimal control theory will be used to obtain policy optimal control, to obtain optimal results.

Abstract

Linear programming is a Mathematical model that uses programming language technique tomodel and solve optimization problems with linear objective functions and constraints.A Mathematical model for optimization problems such as, linear programming with one objectivefunction can be written as:Objective Function: Minimum or Maximum f X1,X2 ,...,Xn Constraints:     m n mk n knf X ,X ,...,X bf X ,X ,...,X bf X ,X ,...,X b1 21 21 1 2 1X1,X2 ,...,Xn  0However, in fact there are sometimes more than one objective functions that should be reached, either be maximized, minimized or both. This research aims to determine procedures in obtainingthe optimal solution of linear programming with n objective functions using Solver simplexmethod in a sample case. The method of this research is a literature study by collecting and studying references that arerelevant about linear programming models with n objective functions, Solver Parameters, andsimplex method. Then, determining procedures to obtain the optimal solution to the model ina sample case. The result shows that the procedures of obtaining optimal solution in a linear programmingmodel with n objective functions using Solver simplex method are: identifying and understandingthe problem; determining decision variables Xi, objective functions fi Xi, and constraintsgi Xi; formulating components in linear programming model into a spreadsheet MS Excel;solving the optimal value for each objective function with Solver Parameters; determining theoptimal value for i th objective function as the i th goal value; determining deviation function foreach objective function; giving weights wi for the deviation function of each objective function;determining the maximum value of feasible deviation function from its objective functions(variable Q); minimizing variable Q to obtain the optimal solution; and making decision.
