Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using the PBL learning model assisted by audio canva media on the results of the division of grade IV students of SD Negeri Percontohan Kabanjahe. This study uses a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Percontohan Kabanjahe, Kabanjahe District, Karo Regency, North Sumatra Province. The population in this study were all grade IV students of SD Negeri Percontohan Kabanjahe in the 2023/2024 academic year. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, tests, and documentation. And the analysis technique of this study used normality, homogeneity and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of the study, the t-statistic value = 8.99 was obtained with a p-value (two-tail) = 6.84E-13. Because the p-value <0.05, the null hypothesis (Hâ‚€) is rejected, which means there is a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class. Overall, the results of this study indicate that the PBL model assisted by Canva media has a significant influence on learning outcomes in Traffic material in grade IV of SD Negeri Pecontohan Kabanjahe in the 2024/2025 academic year.

Abstract

Law No. 44/1999 on the Implementation of Aceh's Specialty and Law No. 11/2006 on the Government of Aceh authorize Aceh to formulate its own criminal law products based on Islamic Sharia. This research discusses the contradiction in the regulation of punishment against perpetrators of sexual abuse against children in Aceh which is regulated in Qanun Jinayat and national laws and regulations such as the Criminal Code, Law No. 12 of 2022 concerning Criminal Acts of Sexual Violence, and Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection. This paper uses a juridical-normative approach by focusing on juridical analysis and a legal philosophy approach by examining the concept of legal certainty in a normative- positivistic perspective and legal certainty in an Islamic perspective. The results of this study indicate that synchronization between national law and sharia law in Aceh is needed to eliminate norm inconsistencies that can weaken the effectiveness of law enforcement. The Attorney General's Office in Aceh as a Law Enforcement Official also needs to change the prosecution paradigm that prioritizes the interests of the perpetrator to be more in favor of the victim. Because, in Islamic law, the purpose of punishment is not only limited to retribution, but also includes prevention (deterrence), repair (reformation), and education for the community (al-tahzib). Therefore, ideally, the regulation of criminal law in Aceh is not only oriented towards formal legal certainty, but must also pay attention to aspects of benefit so that the law can provide more effective protection for victims.

Abstract

This article reviews the role of the Color Sports Tradition in shaping the character of Fair Play at the As Saqofah Pombing Islamic Boarding School, Thailand. The main focus of the article is to explain how to use Color Sports as a tool to form the principles of sportsmanship, integrity and respect for others in sports competitions. The research method applied is a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with coaches, students, and boarding school management staff. The results of the study show that the Color Sports Tradition has succeeded in becoming an efficient means of developing the character of students at the As Saqofah Pombing Islamic Boarding School. This tradition provides learning that the purpose of competition is not only limited to winning, but also emphasizes the importance of ethical and moral principles in competing. The principles of Fair Play apply to every aspect of the Sports of Color Tradition, resulting in a fair and mutually supportive competitive environment. Overall, the Color Sports Tradition at the As Saqofah Pombing Islamic Boarding School has proven to be a successful character building medium in teaching the principles of Fair Play to students. This approach has the potential to be adopted in other educational contexts, as well as to contribute to shaping young people who are not only good at sports, but also have sportsmanship, integrity, and respect for social values in various life situations.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Lectora Inspire-based learning media on student learning outcomes in Mathematics for 2nd grade students at SD Negeri 101788 Marindal I during the 2024/2025 academic year. This research adopts an experimental study with the True Experimental Design using a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population consists of all 2nd grade students at SD Negeri 101788 Marindal I, while the sample consisted of Class II A as the experimental group and Class II B as the control group. The research instruments were tested through validity testing, reliability testing, item discrimination analysis, and item difficulty analysis. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the hypothesis test on the pretest and posttest of the experimental class showed that tcount > ttable is 41,223 > 1,713. While the results of the hypothesis test on the pretest and posttest in the control class showed that tcount > ttable is 12,901 > 1,724. These results indicate that Ha is accepted, meaning there is a significant effect of Lectora Inspire-based learning media on student learning outcomes Mathematics for 2nd grade at SD Negeri 101788 Marindal I during the 2024/2025 academic year.

Abstract

Masa sekolah dasar adalah waktu emas bagi anak untuk mulai mengenal dunia sekaligus membentuk jati diri. Di fase ini, anak tidak hanya butuh diajarkan membaca dan berhitung, tapi juga perlu dibekali cara berpikir yang logis dan nilai-nilai positif dalam hidup. Di sinilah pembelajaran sains bisa memainkan peran besar. Sains bukan cuma soal rumus dan hafalan, tapi tentang bagaimana anak belajar mengamati, bertanya, mencoba, lalu menarik kesimpulan dari pengalaman nyata.Melalui sains, anak bisa belajar jujur saat mencatat hasil eksperimen, bertanggung jawab saat bekerja dalam kelompok, dan berani bertanya saat penasaran. Semua itu menumbuhkan karakter baik secara alami. Di sisi lain, aktivitas seperti mengamati tanaman tumbuh atau melihat air menguap saat dipanaskan, membantu anak memahami proses logis secara konkret dan menyenangkan.Sayangnya, pembelajaran sains di banyak sekolah masih sering terpaku pada buku dan hafalan. Padahal, dengan pendekatan yang tepat, sains bisa menjadi alat yang ampuh untuk membentuk anak yang cerdas secara berpikir dan kuat dalam sikap. Belajar sains seharusnya membuat anak aktif, penasaran, dan semangat menemukan hal baru  bukan malah stres mengejar nilai.
