Abstract

This study aims to describe the shape and form of representation of power in the speech of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology by using social change analysis from Norman Fairclough. The focus of this research is text analysis, text production, and sociocultural analysis with data in the form of power vocabulary. This research is a discourse analysis study in the form of critical discourse analysis (AWK). The source of the data for this study is the online media site Kemdikbud.go.id which contains the text of the speech including words, clauses and sentences. The research data were obtained by documentation, reading, and note-taking techniques. The results of the study show that there are features in the vocabulary of power that have experiential value in that they contain ideological words that are fought for, lexical processes, and the use of metaphors as a form of representation of power through language in the Minister of Education and Culture's speech. From a review of text production and socio-culture, it also shows that the production of discourse in speech is inseparable from aspects of power and domination. Both domination and power in groups or individuals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap: (1) wujud wacana persuasi dalam imbauan publik di Kota Makassar; (2) fungsi wacana persuasi dalam imbauan publik di Kota Makassar; dan (3) efek wacana persuasi dalam imbauan publik di Kota Makassar. Data penelitian ini berupa data tulisan, yaitu kalimat-kalimat yang digunakan dalam imbauan publik di Kota Makassar. Data tersebut diperoleh dari wacana tulis yang memuat imbauan publik di Kota Makassar selama tahun 2020. Data tersebut dikumpulkan melalui teknik dokumentasi, meliputi teknik baca dan teknik catat. Instrumen penelitian ini yakni kartu data dan kamera. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik analisis data yang dikembangkan oleh Miles dan Huberman yang mencakup empat langkah kegiatan yakni (1) pengumpulan data, (2) reduksi data, (3) penyajian data, dan (4) penyimpulan/verifikasi. Temuan penelitian ini berupa wujud, fungsi, dan efek wacana persuasi dalam imbauan publik di Kota Makassar. Wujud wacana persuasi yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini, yakni kalimat imperatif dan kalimat deklaratif. Kalimat imperatif yang ditemukan berupa (1) kalimat imperatif biasa, (2) kalimat imperatif permintaan, (3) kalimat imperatif ajakan, (4) kalimat imperatif suruhan, dan (5) kalimat imperatif larangan. Kalimat dekelaratif yang ditemukan, yakni (1) kalimat deklaratif aktif, dan (2) kalimat deklaratif pasif. Fungsi wacana persuasi yang ditemukan dalam penelitian, yakni (1) fungsi permintaan, (2) fungsi larangan, (3) fungsi perintah, (4) fungsi peringatan, dan (5) fungsi anjuran. Efek wacana persuasi yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini, yakni efek positif dan efek negatif.

Abstract

Mitra Program Kemitraan Komunitas (PKM) ini adalah SMA Negeri 1 Gowa. Proses pembelajaran bahasa Jerman tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan munculnya berbagai kesulitan-kesulitan yang terjadi terutama pada peserta didik. Kesulitan tersebut dapat di lihat dari masing-masing keterampilan bahasa atau secara keseluruhan. Pada kondisi kelas yang mempunyai kompetensi bahasa yang berbeda, kesulitan yang dihadapi juga beragam hasilnya. Pada penelitian ini, subjek penelitian menunjukkan kesulitan belajar bahasa Jerman pada empat keterampilan dengan urutan yang paling sulit hingga yang paling mudah sebagai berikut Sprechen, Horen, Lesen, Schreiben. Faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar bahasa Jerman sangat dipengaruhi oleh tingkat penguasaan bahasa masing- masing siswa. Pada siswa aktif kecenderungan memilih aspek schreiben. Tetapi, untuk siswa pasif cenderung memilih sprechen sebagai hal yang susah dipraktekkan. Hasil rekaman video menunjukkan bahwa siswa aktif dan kurang aktif dapat melaksanakan tugas akhir dengan baik dalam hal percaya diri dan tata bahasa. Tetapi untuk siswa pasif, hasil menunjukkan bahwa siswa kurang percaya diri dan tidak dapat mendeskripsikan dengan lancar.

Abstract

Mahasiswa Program Studi Bahasa Jerman bahasa Jerman Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Asing Fakultas Bahasa dan Sastra Universitas Negeri Makassar yang terampil, handal dan berdaya guna berdasarkan disiplin ilmu yang digeluti karena para mahasiswa tersebut sangat antusias dan termotivasi dengan adanya pelatihan pengajaran keterampilan menulis atau Schriftlicer Ausdruck. Melalui kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat menciptakan mahasiswa yang profesional dan mampu menerapkan metode, teknik dan model pembelajaran yang dapat mengaktifkan mereka dalam keterampilan menulis atau Schriftlicher Ausdruck dalam bahasa Jerman. Mahasiswa yang terampil membuat karya tulisan berupa menulis surat dalam bahasa Jerman.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan struktur makro, struktur super dan struktur mikro pada teks wacana berita online kasus pemberitaan ferdy Sambo pada media massa kompas.com. Metode dokumentasi dan analisis isi teks media digunakan untuk menganalisis data penelitian. Adapun hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan pada bagian struktur makro terdapat aktor, peristiwa, dan kelompok. Struktur Mikro menunjukkan pada bagian representasi pemilihan kalimat dan representasi pemilihan kata. Terakhir yaitu struktur super yang terdiri dari bagian awal, bagian tengah, dan bagian akhir.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out the means of language, mathematics, statistics in thinking scientifically. Formulation of the problem: how to use language, mathematics, statistics in thinking scientifically? The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the way to obtain data is in the form of a literature study. The results of this study are that the stages of scientific activity require tools in the form of scientific thinking facilities. The means of scientific thinking function only as tools for humans to think scientifically in order to gain knowledge. Language is a means of communicating systematic ways of thinking in acquiring knowledge. Mathematics is a means of deductive thinking, so people can use statistics to think inductively. Deductive thinking and inductive thinking are needed to support correct scientific activities so that they will produce correct knowledge. Meanwhile, statistics should not be underestimated by people who want to be able to carry out scientific activities well. Mastery of statistics is very necessary for people who will draw valid conclusions. Statistics must be seen as equal to mathematics.

Abstract

To be able to do scientific thinking well requires the means of language, mathematics and statistics. The type of writing in this article is literature revieu or library nature, the data is described descriptively, thus suggesting a scientific study that can be further developed. The object of the study in this article is related to the study of the means of scientific thinking. (bahasa, matematika dan statistik). The collection of data in this paper begins with the collection of appropriate literature in both written and soft copy forms, for example textbooks, scientific articles, ebooks and so on. Both types of literature are the main source in displaying variables in this writing. The author then analyzes the data and reduces the various relevant information to eventually bring about a solution to the problems that are outlined in this article. Language is a means of communicating systematic ways of thinking in acquiring knowledge. Without language skills, one will not be able to carry out scientific activities systematically and correctly. Mathematics is a means of deductive thinking so people can use statistics to think inductive. Statistics must be viewed in parallel with mathematics

Abstract

Logic is a branch of philosophy that discusses about rules, principles, laws and methods or procedures for achieving knowledge rationally and correctly, It is also a way to gain knowledge by using thoughts, words and language systematically. Logic can be systematized into There are several groups of things depending on which perspective we see that in terms of quality, logic can be distinguished into two, namely naturalist logic (natural logic) and logic artificialist (scientific logic). The aim of this research is to describe the ability to think Manifestation of Logic as the basis for human reasoning. Problem formulation: how to describe the ability to think Manifestation of Logic as the basis for human reasoning?. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the way to obtain data is in the form of a literature study. The results of this research are that the stages of scientific activity require tools in the form of means of thinking, scientific manifestation of logic. The logic of scientific thinking only functions as a tool for humans to think scientifically in order to obtain knowledge. Language is a means of communicating a systematic logical way of thinking in acquiring knowledge. The results of the research are deductive logical thinking and inductive logic as well as the five basic laws of logic. It is needed to support correct scientific thinking activities so that it will produce knowledge with correct logic

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the ability of higher order thinking in Indonesian language learning of seventh grade students of Nurul Hasan Integrated Islamic Junior High School (IT) using Lesson Study. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method. The data in this study are in the form of test results of higher-order thinking skills using Lesson Study, observation data and interview data of VII grade teachers of Nurul Hasan Integrated Islamic Junior High School (IT). There are two types of data in the research, namely (1) primary data in the form of observation and interview results and (2) secondary data in the form of test results of higher order thinking skills using Lesson Study. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis technique. Based on the data analysis of the results of this study, on the learning test of higher order thinking skills using Lesson Study students have been able to develop the ability to think critically to solve problems in learning through C3 remembering, C4 analyzing, C5 creating or inventing, and C6 high level thinking. The results showed that students can meet the high-level thinking skills seen from the way students remember, then analyze to find out differences in relevant things, can organize information and can connect information in a concept at the creation stage, students can recreate the preparation of official letters and personal letters well in accordance with the steps of letter writing.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the level of students' understanding of the independent curriculum. This research is quantitative descriptive research using survey methods. The research instrument is a questionnaire with questions given to students to determine their understanding of the independent curriculum. The sample for this research was all students from the 2021 Indonesian Language and Literature Education study program, totaling 68 students. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that the 2021 Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program students' understanding of the independent curriculum is mostly in the strongly agree or agree category. In detail, the percentage of research results based on data obtained in the strongly agree category was 5 students or (7%), the agree category was 59 students or (87%), the disagree category was 3 students or (4%), and the strongly disagree category as many as 1 student or (2%). Based on this, the researcher concluded that based on the results of a survey of students' understanding of the Indonesian language and literature education study program, STKIP Paris Barantai, they already understood the synchronization of independence. This is based on the answers chosen by respondents who chose the most Agree answer items
