Abstract

Suspension of detention is the right of suspects or detainees, which isregulated in Article 31 of the Criminal Procedure Code. This suspension ofdetention gives an agency the freedom to provide reasons for granting orrefusing a suspension of detention, meaning that in this case it is the fullauthority of the competent agency. However, in reality the suspension ofdetention here is still not optimal, both in its arrangement and implementation.This can be seen from the discovery of several rejections of suspension ofdetention, especially in several cases where the suspect was a mother with atoddler. This thesis research aims to: first, to describe the regulation andimplementation of suspension of detention for female detainees who are motherswith toddlers in the Indonesian criminal courts. Second, to describe theappropriate rules regarding the suspension of detention for female detaineeswho are mothers of toddlers from a substantive justice perspective.This type of research can be classified as normative legal research,because this research is carried out by examining library materials or secondarydata. In this research, the data sources used are primary data, secondary dataand tertiary data. The data collection technique in this research is the libraryresearch method.From the results of the research carried out, it can be concluded that, inrelation to this, the implementation obtained from several cases involving femaledetainees who have the status of mothers, shows that the existing regulationsstill have weaknesses or there is no certainty about the regulations in this case,so that it can It is said that implementation has not gone well. Therefore, it isnecessary to reform in the form of a special law regarding the rules forsuspending the detention of women detainees who are mothers who havetoddlers in more detail, by not only focusing on procedural matters, but alsoconsidering substantively for the sake of realizing legal justice and legalcertainty. regarding suspension of detention, especially in relation to femaledetainees who are mothers of toddlers.

Abstract

Criminal disparity is the application of unequal punishments to the samecrime or crimes whose nature and danger can be compared. This researchfocuses on the verdict on the crime of spreading false news and money launderingwith the defendants Indra Kenz and Doni Salmanan. Where the problem thatoccurs is disparity in punishment, namely in the application of different principaland additional penalties so that it is seen as not fulfilling a sense of justice.The aim of this research is to analyze the disparity in decisions in thesecases and how the regulations or policies of judges as law enforcers are related todisparities in judges' decisions. This research uses a normative juridical methodwhich is descriptive analysis. This research uses legal sources consisting ofjudges' decisions in cases will be analyzed, related legislation, books andscientific journals. All data collected will be compiled and analyzed using theoryor expert opinion.The results of the research and discussion carried out present the resultsof the analysis of disparities in judge's decisions in cases of criminal acts ofmoney laundering and spreading false news committed by defendants Indra Kenzand Doni Salmanan, as well as explaining regulations and policies to minimizedisparities in decisions. Criminal disparity is a decision by a panel of judgesregarding similar criminal acts. The differences in judge's considerations and theexistence of unproven charges have led to disparities in punishment (main andadditional penalties) in criminal cases of spreading fake news and moneylaundering Decision No.1240/Pid.Sus/2022/PN Tng and Decision No.576/Pid.Sus/2022/PN Blb. The cause of the disparity is the lack of legal reasoning amongjudges who tend to accept whatever is offered by the public prosecutor.Regulations and policies related to disparities are still developing. In an effort tobuild accountable law enforcement, the quality of moral and juridicalaccountability is required from judges.Keywords: Disparity, Judge's Decision, Spread of Fake News, MoneyLaundering.

Abstract

This paper tries to analyze verbal clauses in the short story Al-Hilm Ar- -Ra’i by Najeeb Al-Kailani by paying attention to the types and functions within the text. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using library research and short story analysis methods. The syntactic approach is used in this study.  The focus of this research is the analysis of verbal clauses in the short story Al-Hilm Ar- Ra’i by Najeeb Al-Kailani as primary data. Secondary data were obtained from books and scientific articles using the syntactic analysis theory by Musthafa Al-Ghulayaini. The data collected consists of verbal clauses or jumlah fi’liyyah. The data collection technique used is the library research technique. Data analysis techniques include four parts: identifying the data, determining the data, and examining the data results. The results of the study show two types and positions of clauses. First, clauses that occupy a function in the sentence structure; within the short story, there were 9 verbal clauses (from all 27 data) that occupy a function in the sentences. Second, clauses that do not occupy a function in the sentence structure are indicated by 18 data. However, based on their positions, clauses can be divided into two categories: complete clauses and incomplete clauses. There were 9 complete clauses, and 7 incomplete clauses found. This research provides an in-depth understanding of verbal clauses and their various types and positions, as well as their relevance to theories in syntactic analysis. The implications of these findings can be used to help readers or other researchers expand their knowledge of Arabic language structure and possibly apply it in different contexts.

Abstract

Metode pembelajaran merupakan suatu proses yang sistematis dan teratur yang dilakukan oleh pendidik dalam penyampaian materi kepada peserta didik. Dengan adanya metode ini, diharapkan proses belajar mengajar bisa berjalan dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, pendidik harus bisa mempelajari metode pembelajaran. Salah satu metode pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam pengajaran Akidah Akhlak adalah metode resitasi. Metode ini diberikan karena dirasakan bahan pelajaran terlalu banyak, sementara waktu untuk belajar sangat sedikit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan metode resitasi dalam peningkatan motivasi belajar Akidah Akhlak pada siswa di MAN 2 Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menganalisis data melalui proses observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu dengan 1 guru Akidah Akhlak dan 5 siswa dari kelas XI IPA1. Penerapan metode resitasi diberikan dengan harapan siswa dapat belajar secara optimal dan siswa memilki hasil belajar yang lebih bagus. Metode resitasi akan membentuk siswa menjadi seorang yang memiliki tanggungjawab yang tinggi dengan melaksanakan tugas-tugas yang diberikan guru secara maksimal dan penuh kedisiplinan. Penerapan resitasi yang diberikan sesuai dengan kemampuan siswa dan juga durasi waktu yang sesuai dengan tugas yang diberikan. Selain itu, ada beberapa faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapan metode resitasi dalam peningkatan motivasi belajar Akidah Akhlak pada siswa di MAN 2 Aceh Besar. Faktor pendukungnya mencakup adanya fasilitas internet/sosial media yang memudahkan siswa dan siswa memiliki sarana belajar HP (Handphone) sehingga memudahkan mencari bahan di google dan sebagainya. Di sisi lain, faktor penghambatnya meliputi kurangnya/tidak lengkapnya buku bacaan dan fasilitas di sekolah serta kurangnya motivasi dari siswa.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei. Dalam penelitian ini, penelitian survei yang digunakan adalah untuk mengetahui minat siswa terhadap Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Futsal Di SMA Negeri 3 Maros. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 3 Maros. Pada penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas X dan XI SMA 3 Maros dengan teknik pengumpulan sampel yaitu Random Sampling 20% dari 350 sebanyak 70 responden. Dalam teknik ini semua anggota dalam populasi mempunyai kesempatan yang sama untuk dipilih menjadi sampel dengan menggunakan teknik acak. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan instrumen berupa angket dimana terdapat seperangkat pertanyaan atau pernyataan yang nantinya akan di bagikan kepada responden untuk di jawabnya. Untuk memperoleh data yang relevan dan akurat, maka diperlukan alat pengukur data yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan, yaitu alat ukur atau instrumen penelitian yang valid dan reliabel, karena instrumen yang baik harus memenuhi dua persyaratan penting yaitu valid dan reliabel. Teknik analisis data univariat digunakan untuk menjelaskan/mendeskripsikan karakteristik masing-masing variabel yang diteliti. Pada umumnya dalam analisis ini hanya menghasilkan distribusi frekuensi dan presentase dari tiap variabel. Tingkat Minat siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMA Negeri 3 Maros yang dilakukan di sekolah berada pada kategori sedang dan tinggi dengan rata-rata persentase 42,9%-72,9% yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa indikator-indikator minat seperti kemauan, kesenangan dan perhatian.

Abstract

Creative economy empowerment for the community is needed to solve problems, especially in the aspect of abundant harvests. Creative economy is local-based economic development carried out by increasing the selling value of local products so as to increase community income. Therefore, we motivate the community to be able to utilize the harvest into creativity that aims to provide opportunities, development, and development of life welfare, create jobs and independence in building a decent and sufficient life and utilize the potential of the village from abundant harvests to improve the economy. The method used is community-oriented with an approach in development that can realize the order of social life where the actors and determinants of development are the community itself. Based on the research found, we and the community have a decision to make better use of the harvest to improve the quality of life. Creative economy community empowerment aims to provide opportunities for development and development of life welfare, the creation of employment and independence in building a decent and sufficient life and utilizing the potential of abundant harvests to improve the economy of rural communities.

Abstract

Data from the Diarrhea Program of the Tinondo Health Center in East Kolaka Regency, patients with diarrheal disease aged 0-11 months (infants) were 43 cases. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with formula feeding with the incidence of diarrhea in infants in the working area of ​​the Tinondo Health Center, East Kolaka Regency in 2015. This type of research is analytical using a cross sectional study design, a sample of 61 people using the proportional sampling technique. method of analysis using Chis - Square test . The results of the statistical test show that there is a relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable with the value of each variable, Milk Bottle Hygiene (Xcount: 5.32 and Phi value: 0.295), Feeding Time (XCount: 5.07 and Phi value: 0.288), Type of Milk (XCount: 8.89 and Phi value: 0.382) with the incidence of diarrhea. It is hoped that the government will provide more information to the public on how to prepare the correct milk bottle, and the correct type of time to give formula milk.

Abstract

Introduction: The increasing prevalence of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) necessitates innovative approaches to enhance patient care and management. Mobile health (mHealth) technologies have emerged as promising tools for improving health outcomes through remote monitoring, patient engagement, and data-driven decision-making. This scoping review aims to explore the utilization of mHealth technologies in the management of CKD. Methods: A comprehensive literature search was conducted across multiple databases including PubMed/Medline, ProQuest, and DOAJ focusing on studies published in the last decade. The inclusion criteria encompassed articles that evaluated mHealth interventions specifically designed for CKD management. Key outcomes were categorized into patient adherence, clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness. Results: The review identified diverse mHealth applications, including mobile apps, wearable devices, and telehealth platforms, demonstrating potential benefits in improving medication adherence, monitoring disease progression, and enhancing patient-provider communication. Despite promising results, challenges such as data privacy, technological literacy, and integration with existing healthcare systems were noted. Conclusion: This review underscores the need for further research to optimize mHealth interventions and address barriers to widespread implementation in CKD management.

Abstract

The evolving demands of 21st-century education increasingly emphasize collaborative competencies as core components of global learning goals, including at the senior high school level. In response, this study aims to investigate the implementation of the Discovery Learning model in enhancing the collaborative skills of Grade X.8 students at SMAN 11 Pekanbaru. Employing a descriptive research method, data were collected through structured observations and documentation. The analysis was conducted using descriptive statistical techniques. Findings reveal that the application of Discovery Learning positively influences students’ collaborative abilities, particularly in group discussions, laboratory practicums, and material presentations. The structured stages of Discovery Learning provide opportunities for students to actively engage, communicate, and co-construct knowledge, thereby strengthening their interpersonal and team-working skills. The study concludes that the Discovery Learning model is effective in fostering collaboration among students. It further recommends optimizing the educator’s role as a facilitator and integrating complementary strategies to enhance the efficacy of the model’s implementation in classroom settings.Keywords: collaboration skills, discovery learning, learning models

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran hubungan industrial dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan di perusahaan manufaktur. Hubungan yang harmonis antara manajemen dan pekerja sangat penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif. Kesejahteraan karyawan, yang mencakup aspek fisik, psikologis, dan ekonomi, berkontribusi pada produktivitas dan loyalitas karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk memahami interaksi antara pengusaha dan pekerja. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pemeliharaan hubungan industrial yang baik, melalui negosiasi konstruktif mengenai gaji dan kondisi kerja, dapat mengurangi tingkat turnover dan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Dengan demikian, hubungan industrial yang efektif menjadi faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan organisasi di era modern. Implikasi teoretis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan industrial tidak hanya berdampak pada aspek hukum ketenagakerjaan, tetapi juga berperan strategis dalam mendukung kesejahteraan karyawan dan keberlanjutan bisnis.
