Abstract

Bullying di sekolah dasar menjadi ancaman serius bagi perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan mengevaluasi program sosialisasi pencegahan bullying di SDN 4 Danger untuk mewujudkan sekolah aman dan ramah anak. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), penelitian melibatkan siswa, guru, dan orang tua. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara induktif dengan triangulasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap bullying, di mana lebih dari 80% mampu mengenali bentuk dan dampaknya, meski 13% masih sulit membedakan antara candaan dan perundungan. Program ini juga mendorong perubahan perilaku, tercermin dari penurunan kasus ejekan sebesar 70%, keberanian melapor 65%, serta suasana kelas lebih kondusif hingga 75%. Orang tua semakin menyadari pentingnya komunikasi dengan anak, meskipun sebagian belum terlibat penuh. Guru melaporkan meningkatnya kepekaan dalam mengenali bullying halus dan perlunya pengawasan berkelanjutan. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pencegahan paling efektif melalui pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan seluruh warga sekolah, sekaligus memberikan kontribusi akademis pada literatur pencegahan bullying di Indonesia dan model praktis yang dapat direplikasi di sekolah dasar lainnya.Bullying in elementary schools poses a serious threat to children's development. This study aims to describe and evaluate a bullying prevention outreach program at SDN 4 Danger, to create a safe and child-friendly school environment. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the study involved students, teachers, and parents. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed inductively with triangulation. The results showed an increase in students' understanding of bullying, with more than 80% able to recognize its forms and impacts, although 13% still had difficulty distinguishing between teasing and bullying. The program also encouraged behavioral changes, reflected in a 70% decrease in teasing cases, a 65% increase in reporting behavior, and a more conducive classroom atmosphere of up to 75%. Parents are increasingly recognizing the importance of communicating with their children, although some are not yet fully engaged in this process. Teachers reported increased sensitivity in recognizing subtle bullying and the need for ongoing supervision. The study concluded that the most effective prevention strategy is through a participatory approach involving the entire school community, while providing an academic contribution to the literature on bullying prevention in Indonesia and a practical model that can be replicated in other elementary schools.

Abstract

Mahasiswa yang terjun ke dunia bisnis perlu memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang aspek manajerial, termasuk perencanaan bisnis, Business Model Canvas, pemasaran digital, manajemen keuangan, serta perizinan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendampingan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mereka melalui pelatihan. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk memperkuat pemahaman mahasiswa dalam mengelola bisnis secara efektif. Pendekatan yang diterapkan dalam pelatihan meliputi perencanaan kegiatan, pelatihan penyusunan Business Model Canvas dan rencana bisnis, pelatihan pemasaran digital, manajemen keuangan, perizinan, serta evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Setelah mengikuti program ini, mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara mampu menyusun rencana bisnis, laporan keuangan, serta strategi pemasaran digital yang lebih baik. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan kewirausahaan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Pimpinan Ranting Aisyiyah (PRA) Medan Johor merupakan salah satu ranting Aisyiah yang ada di kota Medan yang terdiri dari ibu-ibu sebagai anggota. PRA Medan Johor terdiri dari berbagai latar belakang pekerjaan, pendidikan, dan ekonomi.  Kegiatan rutin yang diadakan adalah pengajian yang diadakan pada setiap hari Jum™at sore, dengan mendatangkan ustadz maupun ustadzah. Pelatihan pembuatan makanan olahan yang biasa dikonsumsi yaitu bakso, serta makanan kekinian yaitu dimsum. Pelatihan dilakukan karena dengan memiliki kemampuan dan ketrampilan dalam membuat makanan olahan, akan sangat bermanfaat mengingat harga makanan yang dijual cukup mahal, sehingga jika mampu membuat sendiri tentunya akan menghemat pengeluaran.  Kemampuan ini juga dapat digunakan untuk memulai usaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah memberikan pelatihan pembuatan makanan olahan dan memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang ide bisnis dan bagaimana menjalankan bisnis.  Pada saat pelatihan, mitra cukup aktif, dengan mencoba mempraktekkan membuat dimsum dan bakso. Keaktifan mitra juga terlihat dengan aktifnya mitra memberikan pertanyaan-pertanyaan kepada narasumber dan tim pelaksana.  Kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat bagi mitra, yaitu keterampilan dalam membuat dimsum dan bakso, yang nantinya dapat dikembangkan menjadi ide bisnis.

Abstract

Minyak atsiri daun cengkeh mengandung 79,72% eugenol yang merupakan antimikroba, antibiotik dan antioksidan. Penambahan eugenol dalam pakan broiler diharapkan dapat memperbaiki efisiensi penggunaan pakan. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi penggunaan eugenol daun cengkeh dalam pakan yang terdiri atas 5 perlakuan dengan 4 ulangan. Setiap unit percobaan tersebut digunakan 10 ekor ayam pedaging umur 1 minggu dengan berat badan awal 142,25 ± 7,75 g/ekor selama 5 minggu (umur ayam 42 hari), sehingga total ayam yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 ekor. Eugenol yang digunakan berbentuk cair yang diisolasi dari minyak atsiri daun cengkeh. Perlakuan yang digunakan adalah E0 (Pakan Basal tanpa penambahan eugenol daun cengkeh), E1 (Pakan basal + eugenol daun cengkeh 0,5%), E2 (Pakan basal + eugenol daun cengkeh 1,0%) dan E3 (Pakan basal + eugenol daun cengkeh 1,5%). Parameter yang diukur adalah konsumsi protein, konsumsi energi metabolis, efisiensi penggunaan pakan dan rasio efisiensi protein. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan eugenol daun cengkeh 0,5 – 1,5% dalam pakan dapat meningkatkan secara sangat nyata (P<0.01) konsumsi protein dan energi metabolis pakan, efisiensi penggunaan pakan dan rasio efisiensi protein pada ayam pedaging. Efisiensi pakan dan rasio efisiensi protein pakan terbaik pada penggunaan eugenol daun cengkeh 1% dalam pakan ayam pedaging masing-masing 0,62±0,02 dan 3,00±0,12 sehingga disarankan penggunaan eugenol daun cengkeh pada ayam pedaging 1% dalam pakan.

Abstract

Pinjam meminjamkan barang merupakan suatu aktivitas yang merujuk pada meminjamkan barang tanpa imbalan, memiliki peran penting dalam interaksi sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat. Dalam hukum Islam, hal ini menjadi topik yang menarik untuk dianalisis karena relevansinya dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah seperti keadilan, keikhlasan, dan kemaslahatan bersama. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji mengenai kegiatan pinjam meminjamkan barang dari perspektif hukum Islam, terutama dalam penerapannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan pandangan fatwa ulama terkait. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam analisis ini adalah studi literatur dengan mengacu pada sumber hukum Islam, termasuk Al-Qur’an, Hadis, dan pendapat para ulama. Kajian ini juga mempertimbangkan fatwa-fatwa dari lembaga keagamaan yang relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pinjam meminjamkan barang dianggap sah menurut hukum Islam jika memenuhi syarat-syarat tertentu, seperti kejelasan barang yang dipinjamkan, kesepakatan kedua belah pihak, dan komitmen untuk mengembalikan barang dalam kondisi yang sama. Dalam perspektif hukum Islam, pihak yang meminjamkan barang (mu’ir) tetap memiliki kepemilikan penuh atas barang tersebut. Dan kegiatan ini juga dilihat sebagai bentuk amal yang dianjurkan dalam Islam, dengan catatan tidak ada eksploitasi atau keuntungan yang diambil dari peminjaman tersebut. Fatwa ulama menyoroti pentingnya menjaga niat ikhlas. Dengan pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam, kegiatan ini dapat menjadi sarana yang efektif untuk membangun solidaritas sosial dan mendukung kebutuhan masyarakat tanpa melanggar prinsip syariah. Selain itu, fatwa ulama memainkan peran penting dalam memastikan implementasi ini sesuai dengan nilai-nilai keadilan dan ke berkahan.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of inclusion of curcuma and red ginger flour in the diets on slaughter weight, carcass (carcass and non-carcass components), meat quality (protein and fat) and immune organs of male laying hens. The research was carried out at the Teaching Farm, Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, Tadulako University, South Sibalaya Village, Tanambulava District, Sigi Regency. This study was conducted for 7 weeks, March 4 - April 26, 2020. The study used DOC 168 male laying hens which were reared until the age of 54 days, than weighed to obtain slaughter weights for observation the carcass, meat quality, and immunity. The treatments were designed using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 7 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments were: Po = 100% basal diets, P1 = 0.5% curcuma flour + 99.5% basal diets, P2 = 1% curcuma flour + 99% basal diets, P3 = 1.5% curcuma flour + 98.5 % basal diets, P4 = 0.5% red ginger flour + 99.5% basal diets, P5 = 1% red ginger flour + 99% basal diets, P6 = 1.5% red ginger flour + 98.5% basal diets. Data were analyzed using ANOVA according to the research design applied. The results were shown high significant effect (P<0.01) on slaughter weight, carcass percentage, breast carcass components, immune organs (liver) and meat quality (protein and fat), and had a significant effect (P<0, 05) on carcass components ( thighs) and non carcass components (legs). The highest slaughter weight and carcass percentage were obtained from treatment P6 (red ginger flour with a level of 1.5% in the diets). The conclusion of this research that the inclusion of curcuma and red ginger flour can be applied in the diets up to 1.5% in male laying hens feed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the growth performance and nutritional digestibility of laying hens using curcuma and red ginger as feed additives. The research was conducted at the Teaching Farm, Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, South Sibalaya Village, Tanambulava District. Sigi Regency, March 23 - May 03, 2020. The research design used a completely randomized design. The variables observed were growth and digestibility performance. Growth performance consisted of ration consumption, body weight gain, and ration consumption. Digestibility consists of digestibility of crude protein and crude fat. The results showed that the addition of curcuma flour at a level of 0.5% -1.5% can have a significant effect on body weight gain and crude protein digestibility (P>0.01) while the addition of red ginger at a level of 0.5% - 1.5% can have a significant effect on body weight gain, ration conversion, crude protein digestibility and crude fat digestibility (P>0.01). The conclusion from the results of the study that the performance of red ginger added at the level of 0.5%-1.5% was more effective in influencing growth and digestibility performance than that of curcuma.

Abstract

The results showed that the interaction between the level of use of noni leaf extract and the treatment time was not significant (p>0.05) on the specific gravity and water content variables, but had a very large influence. significant effect (p<0.01) on the variables fat content, amount of feroxide and antioxidants). The specific gravity of the use of BHT preservative gives a value that is no different from the use of noni leaf extract vegetable preservative, the same thing also happens with the long storage treatment. The higher use of noni leaf extract in rice bran can significantly reduce the water content, crude fat and ferroxide levels, but can increase the antioxidant content. The conclusion from the results of this research is that the physical and chemical quality of rice bran can be maintained by using 0.03% noni leaf extract with a storage time of up to 42 days.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether the Perception of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Regarding the Preparation of Financial Statements for MSMEs Based on SAK-EMKM Has an Influence on the Use of Tax Accounting Information. The research approach used by the researcher is associative quantitative research. The population in this study consists of 100 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise operators in the Ramunia Plantation Village. Meanwhile, the sample used in this study is 99 micro, small, and medium enterprise operators. The sampling technique used in the research is random sampling. The results of the research based on the regression equation above can analyze the influence of each independent variable on the use of accounting information, namely: the constant figure of 13.320 states that if the independent variable, namely the Perception of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, is in a constant or unchanged state, then the Use of Accounting Information (Y) is 13.320. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the hypothesis testing partially for each independent variable against the dependent variable is as follows: The significance value for the Perception of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises is 0.872. This value is smaller than the significance level = 0.05. Based on the criteria above, the value of 0.872 > 0.05, so H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that the Perception of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises does not affect the use of tax accounting information. This lack of influence is caused by the inability to recognize and interpret understanding of tax accounting information properly, the uncertainty of laws and taxes that often change, and the non-compliance of tax information.

Abstract

Abstract: Workplace Spirituality and Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB): Employee Engagement Mediation. Objective:  The study aimed to analyze the role of employee engagement as a mediating variable in the relationship that occurs between workplace spirituality and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Methods: This research is explanatory, using structural equation modeling as a data analysis technique. Data were collected from teachers of state elementary schools in Langkat District, Deli Serdang District, and Medan City, where the total population was 19,096. By using the Slovin method, a sample was determined to be 391 people, from which the researchers selected teachers with the status of civil servant and government employees with employment agreements. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to research respondents, where the number of questionnaires declared valid was 247. Findings: The results showed that workplace spirituality and employee engagement have a positive effect on OCB; workplace spirituality has a positive effect on employee engagement; and employee engagement acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between workplace spirituality and OCB. Conclusion: Teachers, as an important element in the world of education, are required to always be engaged and show OCB, both towards students, colleagues and the school where they work.
