Abstract

Sebagai seorang manajer di lembaga pendidikan, salah satu peran kepala sekolah adalah mengimplementasikan fungsi perencanaan pada lembaga pendidikan yang dipimpinnya. Pada lembaga Pendidikan Katolik, peran perencanaan kepala sekolah dapat diterapkan berdasarkan Nilai-nilai Kristiani yang menjadi ciri khas sekolah. Nilai-nilai Kristiani adalah prinsip-prinsip hidup dimiliki dan dihayati oleh setiap pengikut Tuhan Yesus Kristus karena nilai-nilai tersebut bersumber dari sikap dan cara hidup Yesus sendiri yang dikenal melalui Kitab Suci. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melakukan analisis mendalam tentang peran perencanaan kepala sekolah berbasis nilai-nilai Kristiani di SMP Katolik Santa Maria 2 dan SMP Katolik Frateran Celaket 21 Malang. Peneliti menerapkan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan desain studi multi situs dalam penelitian ini. Data penelitian bersumber dari informasi atau fakta yang didapatkan dari informan utama, yaitu kepala sekolah setempat dan sumber-sumber lain yang berkaitan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data di dalam situs dan analisis data lintas situs. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam menjalankan peran perencanaan, kepala sekolah menerapkan nilai-nilai Kristiani, antara lain kasih, kesabaran, kesetiaan, kemurahan hati, dan kerendahan hati.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how many crabs are caught in the converted ecosystem area for the construction of the Archipelago Fishing port (PPN). In this study, the analysis will be carried out between the number of crabs caught, the ratio of crabs caught, sex Nisbag, TKG, IKG of mangrove crabs (Scylla serrata). The research was conducted in November 2021 - until February 2022 in the Nusantara Fisheries Port Area - to the mouth of the Maro River. This research uses a descriptive survey method at the research location in the Kali Maro River, Karang Indah Village, the oceanic Fisheries Port area, Merauke District, Merauke Regency. The determination of the location point was carried out by purposive sampling method and based on the abundance of crabs (the location of crab fishing and based on fishermen who often catch crabs at certain location points), the characteristics of each observation area (with 3 different location points). The catch of salaam mangrove crabs in the study was 23, namely 9 males and 14 females. The ratio between male and female crabs at station 1 (one) was 1.2 : 1. At station II (two) between males and females 1: 2.5 and at station III between males and females have a ratio of 0.25: 1. the results of the chi-square test analysis at the 95% confidence interval obtained x² count smaller than the T table and declared insignificant.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the growth and condition factors of Snakehead fish (Channa striata Bloch, 1793) caught in the waters of the Wasur swamp, Merauke district. The research was conducted in September-November 2020 in the Wasur swamp waters. The method used is descriptive method with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used was the long-weight relationship data to determine the growth pattern of snakehead fish and condition factors. The results of the research at the two stations in September and October showed the same growth pattern, namely negative issometric and allometric, while in November station I was allometric negative and station II was issometric. The value of the condition factor at the two stations in September, October and November ranged from 1.003 to 1.006, including in the not fat category.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the growth and maturity level of puffer fish (Tetraodon fluviatilus). This research was conducted in October-December 2017. The research site consisted of two places, namely sampling conducted in two locations of the brackish waters of Merauke Regency while the analysis and identification of growth and maturity level of the gonads was carried out in the laboratory of Department of Aquatic Resources Management, Universitas Musamus. Sampling was conducted at Lampu Satu Beach (station I) and Payum beach (station II) using descriptive methods and survey techniques. Sampling was carried out six times at each station for three months. To find out the growth and maturity level of pufferfish gonads, an analysis of growth patterns, condition factors, sex ratio and gonad maturity levels was performed. The results of the study showed that the growth of puffer fish at Station I was negative allometric while at Station two it was positive allometric. The mean value of the puffer fish condition at Station I was 0.0499 while that at Station II was 0.7062. Gonadal maturity level (TKG) at station I and II are at TKG I, at station I is 79.04% while at station II is 69.77%. Based on the results of research conducted it can be concluded that the growth patterns and TKG at Station I are better than Station II.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the content of N (nitrogen), P (phosphorus) and potassium (K) or NPK in dry waste fish and in liquid organic fertilizer (POC) from non-target fish waste caught by fishermen. The research was conducted in September-November 2020, at the Unmus Merauke Water Resources Management Laboratory and the Unhas Chemistry Laboratory. Sample analysis includes testing the levels of Nitrogen (N), Pospat (P) and Potassium (K) found in non-target fish waste caught by fishermen in Samkai village. The results showed that the NPK analysis results in dry waste fish had levels of Nitrogen (N) 0.58%, Phospor (P) 2.86% and Potassium (K) 0.01%. The results of the analysis of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) from fish waste, while the best analysis of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) on Nitrogen (N) nutrients at P3 was 0.27%, Phospor nutrients at P3 were 1.25% and for Potassium (K) nutrients at P1 equal to 0.74%.

Abstract

Blorep Swamp is a swamp in the urban area of ​​Merauke Regency, located close to residential areas, and is known as a catchment area. This research aims to determine the growth patterns, condition factors, and eating habits of Trichogaster sp. This research lasted three months using a purposive sampling method from April to June 2023. This research found that 123 samples of Trichogaster sp. were obtained, with 113 pieces of fish stomachs containing food and ten empty. Furthermore, every month, the growth pattern of Trichogaster sp. shows a different way. In April, the growth pattern is Positive Allometric (3,13216); meanwhile, in May and June, the growth pattern is Negative Allometric value approximately 2,73986 – 2,33476). The average condition factor value during the research in April ranged from 0.5790 – 0.8767; in May, the average value was 0.5380 – 1.4482, and in June, the average value was 0.6932 – 1.4896. The Stomach content of the fish found that there are seven species of phytoplankton from four classes: the first class, Bacillariophyceae with species Chlorella sp., Climacosphenia monolinear, Navicula sp., the second class of Diatoms with species Diploneis fusca, third class Xanthophyceae with species Surirella sp., and a fourth class with species Chlorophyceae, Tribonema sp. nd Ulothrix sp. The highest species obtained is Chlorella sp., with a total of 4.871, and the lowest species is Surirella sp., with 199 received from samples obtained during research in the Blorep swamp.

Abstract

The focus of the discussion in this paper is the concept of classroom management supervision and quality assurance. Supervision is an action carried out by leaders in schools that emphasize coaching and development activities for the person being supervised. The quality of education in general starts from the quality of educators and the implementation of education in the classroom. Implementation of education in practice occurs in the classroom where the class is the smallest element in the implementation of education and learning in educational institutions. Teachers are the spearhead of implementing the educational process in the classroom, also play a role as professional educators and have very complex tasks, not limited to learning activities, including administrators, evaluators, counselors, and so on. Teachers in carrying out their daily tasks have a very large role. Their commitment and professionalism are highly expected in efforts to guarantee the quality of education. Class management activities are also activities that cannot be underestimated among the many tasks of teachers, teacher skills in managing classes are an added value that must be owned by professional teachers because as a vital element in the implementation of education, it is appropriate for classes to be managed and managed so that they are of high quality with the help of the school principal. as a supervisor at school. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar Bahasa Inggris melalui metode pembelajaran Everyone Is A Teacher Here pada peserta didik kelas VIII E SMP Negeri 4 Sukoharjo Semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai Desember 2016 di SMP Negeri 4 Sukoharjo. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII E sebanyak 30. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan   teknik   dokumentasi, observasi, dan tes tertulis.  Alat pengumpulan data berupa lembar pengamatan, butir soal tes, dan dokumen daftar nilai. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif komparatif yang dilanjutkan refleksi. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat langkah, yaitu: (1) Perencanaan, (2) Pelaksanaan Tindakan, (3) pengamatan, dan (4) Refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan prestasi belajar Bahasa Inggris peserta didik. Nilai rata-rata prestasi belajar Bahasa Inggris peserta didik mengalami peningkatan yaitu sebelum tindakan sebesar 57,67, pada siklus I sebesar 65,17 dan pada siklus II sebesar 72,67. Selain itu, persentase ketuntasan belajar peserta didik juga meningkat, yaitu sebelum tindakan sebesar 33,33%, siklus I sebesar 43,33% dan siklus II sebesar 76,67%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa “Metode pembelajaran Everyone Ia a Teacher Here dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar Bahasa Inggris peserta didik kelas VIII E Semester 1 SMP Negeri 4 Sukoharjo tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Kata kunci : Prestasi Belajar Bahasa Inggris, Metode Pembelajaran Everyone Is A Teacher Here

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the management of the independent double track program in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of students at SMA Tamansiswa Mojokerto. This type of research is a case study using a qualitative approach. Collecting research data using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are that the double track program at Tamansiswa Mojokerto High School is a superior school program that provides skills training for students as well as a form of school branding. The forms of entrepreneurship education in the double track program include culinary, make-up, fashion, and computers. The double track program management process includes planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating stages. The double track program has had an impact on the entrepreneurial spirit of students as shown by the attitudes of students and entrepreneurial activities that have been carried out by students.Keywords: management, double track, entrepreneurial spiritAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan terkait dengan manajemen program double track mandiri dalam menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan peserta didik di SMA Tamansiswa Mojokerto. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu program double track di SMA Tamansiswa Mojokerto merupakan program unggulan sekolah yang memberikan pembekalan keterampilan terhadap peserta didik serta sebagai bentuk branding sekolah. Bentuk pendidikan kewirausahaan yang ada dalam program double track yaitu diantaranya tata boga, tata rias, tata busana, dan komputer. Proses manajemen program double track meliputi tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi. Program double track telah memberikan dampak terhadap jiwa kewirausahaan peserta didik yang ditunjukkan oleh sikap peserta didik serta kegiatan kewirausahaan yang telah dilakukan oleh peserta didik.Kata kunci: manajemen, double track, jiwa kewirausahaan

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of parents' background on entrepreneurial motivation among students of Grade XI in state vocational schools in Malang City; (2) the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial motivation among students of Grade XI in state vocational schools in Malang City; and (3) the influence of parents' background and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial motivation among students of Grade XI in state vocational schools in Malang City. This research adopts a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis and regression analysis to examine the relationships between variables. The results of this research indicate that: (1) there is a simultaneous influence of parents' background and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial motivation among students of Grade XI in state vocational schools in Malang City; (2) there is no significant influence of parents' background on entrepreneurial motivation among students of Grade XI in state vocational schools in Malang City; and (3) there is a significant influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial motivation among students of Grade XI in state vocational schools in Malang City.Keywords: Parents' Background, Entrepreneurship Education, Entrepreneurial Motivation. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) adanya pengaruh latar belakang orang tua terhadap motivasi berwirausaha peserta didik kelas XI SMK Negeri di Kota Malang; (2) adanya pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha peserta didik kelas XI SMK Negeri di Kota Malang; dan (3) adanya pengaruh latar belakang orang tua dan pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha peserta didik kelas XI SMK Negeri di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) adanya pengaruh simultan antara latar belakang orang tua dan pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha peserta didik kelas XI SMK Negeri di Kota Malang; (2) tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan variabel latar belakang orang tua terhadap motivasi berwirausaha peserta didik kelas XI SMK Negeri di Kota Malang; dan (3) adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha peserta didik kelas XI SMK Negeri di Kota Malang.Kata kunci: Latar Belakang Orang Tua, Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan, Motivasi Berwirausaha
