Abstract

In the teaching profession there is a code of ethics to uphold the dignity of the profession, to protect and maintain the welfare of its members, to increase the dedication of members of the profession, to improve the quality of the profession and to improve the quality of professional organizations. With a code of ethics, teachers are expected to be able to function optimally and professionally, especially in developing the character and ethics of students and upholding the authority of the educational institution and profession. This study aims to describe the application of the school's code of ethics in educational institutions and how the school's code of ethics can improve professionalism in learning. In this study, the authors used a qualitative descriptive research approach and type, with data sources from school principals at the Pamekasan Education Institute, teachers and relevant secondary sources. The results of this study are that the school code of ethics in educational institutions is a way of increasing teacher professionalism so that they comply with the regulations that have been set and agreed upon by the management of educational institutions. The teacher code of ethics which was developed into a school code of ethics is considered an effective method in the process of increasing the professionalism of teachers in this school.

Abstract

Ethics is an important requirement for all existing professions so as not to take actions that deviate from the law. Ethics are life values and norms and laws that govern human behavior. The rationale underlying the preparation of professional ethics is the need for the profession regarding public trust in the quality of services provided by the profession, regardless of the members of the profession who provide the service. The application of professional ethics which is part of professional ethics relates to how they must carry out their profession in a professional manner so that accepted by society. With the application of professional ethics it is expected that professionals can work as well as possible, and can be accountable for the tasks carried out in terms of job demands. The school principal as a leader is directly a real example in the activities of his subordinates. If you want good subordinates/employees, then the principal the school first sets a good example too. A good school principal should always comply with the code of ethics of the profession. As an educated human being, of course the principal is expected to always uphold the dignity of the principal's good name.

Abstract

In line with these provisions, important principles in the employment profession as teachers at Islamic boarding schools must be upheld. In an effort to realize religious principles in life in the Islamic boarding school world, the role and function of enforcing the Code of Ethics as a profession that complies with regulations at Islamic boarding schools, is independent and responsible is important, in addition to Islamic educational institutions and the Al Islamic Boarding School Foundation. -Sincere. Through the educational services provided, the interests of Santriwan/Santriwati, including efforts to provide education in realizing their rights and obligations as teachers, can be realized. In the study of Islamic Religion, it is argued that apart from religious norms, there are also other norms that contribute to maintaining order in the world of Islamic boarding schools, which are called ethical norms. The ethical norms of various professional groups are formulated in the form of a professional code of ethics. Code of ethics are moral principles attached to a profession and arranged systematically. The professional code of ethics is a norm established and accepted by professional groups, which directs or gives instructions to its members how to act and at the same time guarantees the moral quality of the profession in the eyes of the public, students and other teaching staff. The general principles formulated in a profession will vary from one another. The code of ethics functions: As a means of social control, preventing interference from other parties, preventing misunderstandings and conflicts, as a control whether members of professional groups have fulfilled their obligations. The objectives are: Upholding the dignity of the profession, protecting and maintaining the welfare of the teachers, increasing the dedication of the teachers, improving the quality of the profession and organization, improving services, strengthening the organization, avoiding unfair competition, establishing close relationships with teachers, and setting standards. Teachers at Islamic boarding schools must comply with important norms in upholding the teachings of Islam, namely: humanity, fairness in teaching, propriety, honesty and carrying out the code of ethics as appropriate. But in practice sometimes it doesn't go well and even creates problems. In its application sometimes it experiences obstacles or obstacles. The discussion in this study is: Theoretical Framework: Grand theory: Ethical theory, Middle range theory: Balance theory, Applied theory: Justice theory; Ethics, morals, norms, laws and relationships; Professional code of ethics for teaching staff at Islamic boarding schools: Code of ethics and guidelines for caretakers of Islamic boarding schools, code of conduct for ustadz/ustadzah, professional code of ethics for other teaching staff at Islamic boarding schools, code of ethics for treasurer of Islamic boarding schools; Implementation of a good teaching profession and Obstacles or obstacles in implementing the professional code of ethics for Education staff at Islamic Boarding Schools. The method used is survey research. If a problem occurs regarding the implementation of the code of ethics, it should be resolved by taking into account the principles contained in the code of ethics.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dampak penerapan etika profesi terhadap profesionalisme Akuntan dengan kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual sebagai variabel moderasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teknik sampling evaluasi, dimana jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 35 sampel. Metode Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, yaitu. H. distribusi Kuesioner Auditor Kantor Pemeriksa Keuangan Kota Malang. teknik analitis Pada penelitian ini data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi bertahap. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan etika profesi berpengaruh positif dengan keahlian akuntan publik. Padahal kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan emosional tidak namun demikian, memitigasi pengaruh penerapan etika profesi terhadap profesionalisme auditor Kecerdasan mental memoderasi pengaruh penerapan etika profesi terhadap profesionalisme akuntan. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the teacher's code of ethics in improving the quality of education through strategies and principles of professionalism in Islamic educational institutions. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the teacher's code of ethics in Islamic education institutions has been carried out well, but there are still some obstacles in its implementation. These obstacles include the lack of socialization regarding the teacher's code of ethics to teachers, the teacher's lack of understanding of the teacher's code of ethics, and the lack of sanctions given to teachers who violate the code of ethics. To improve the quality of education, Islamic educational institutions implement strategies and principles of professionalism, namely increasing teacher competence through training and seminars, applying innovative learning methods, and developing a quality evaluation system. From the results of this study, it is suggested to Islamic education institutions to further increase socialization regarding the teacher's code of ethics, increase teachers' understanding of the code of ethics, and provide strict sanctions to teachers who violate the code of ethics. In addition, Islamic educational institutions must also continue to improve strategies and principles of professionalism to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembinaan karakter religius melalui pembiasaan sholat dhuha pada peserta didik di SDN Pasirkamuniung I . Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwasanya dalam pembinaan karakter religius, peserta didik di bimbing untuk melaksanakan sholat dhuha sesuai dengan syariat Islam. Dengan demikian peserta didik tidak salah dalam melaksanakan sholat dhuha dan dapat melaksanakan sholat dhuha dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan tuntunan dalam Islam. Adapun karakter yang diharapkan dari pembinaan melalui sholat dhuha adalah Karakter Religius (mengerjakan ibadah sunnah disamping ibadah wajib). Dengan dibiasakan melaksanakan sholat dhuha sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditentukan, peserta didik dapat terbiasa melaksanakan sholat dhuha sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditentukan oleh sekolah/sesuai dengan ajaran Islam, selain itu juga akan menjadikan peserta didik lebih disiplin baik dalam melaksanakan sholat dhuha maupun pada kegiatan yang lain. Selanjutnya peserta didik dibiasakan mengantri dengan tertib ketika mengambil air wudhu, dengan dibiasakan mengantri peserta didik dapat lebih tertib dan teratur dalam mengambil air wudhu maupun pada kegiatan yang lain, dengan mengantri peserta didik juga diajarkan tentang kesabaran pada saat menunggu giliran untuk mengambil air wudhu. Kata kunci: karakter religius, wudhu, sholat dhuha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertolak dari masalah semakin maraknya penyimpangan perilaku dan menurunnya kualitas aplikasi nilai-nilai karakter bangsa di tengah-tengah masyarakat masyarakat, terutama pada kalangan pelajar. Muncul desakan pentingnya pendidikan yang dapat mengatasi problematika karakter yang menimpa para pelajar yang notabene menjalani proses pendidikan dan pembentukan karakter. Pondok pesantren pun menjadi lembaga pendidikan yang dipromosikan mampu menjawab tantangan tersebut. Pesantren yang semula diangap lembaga pendidikan termarginalkan, kini justru menjadi lembaga pendidikan yang mampu membawa angin segar dalam pembentukan sikap mental peserta didik agar memiliki akhlak yang baik dan menjadi generasi penerus bangsa yang gemilang dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai ilahiyah dan insaniyah. Namun, Masalah baru juga muncul ketika proses pembelajaran tatap muka dialihkan ke pembelajaran online. Ini tentunya berdampak besar terhadap terselenggaranya pendidikan karakter berbasis pesantren yang pada dasarnya membutuhkan kontak tatap muka antara guru dan siswa. Penelitian menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah pembelajaran akidah ahlak di kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Fathanul Burhan Karawang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan selanjutnya penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data bahwa pendidikan karakter berbasis pesantren dalam pembelajaran akidah akhlak secara online mampu menumbuhkan beberapa nilai karakter, diantaranya nilai agama, kedisiplinan nilai, nilai kemandirian, nilai tanggung jawab, cinta lingkungan dan kepedulian sosial.

Abstract

Pengajar profesional merupakan gerbang awal untuk meningkatan mutu pendidikan yang mendorong kemajuan suatu bangsa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan betapa pentingnya peningkatan profesionalisme guru dalam satuan PAUD. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian studi literatur. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan cara mengumpulkan beberapa penelitian terdahulu agar bisa menjawab konflik pada kualitas pendidikan saat ini dalam satuan PAUD. Penelitian terdahulu yang sudah terkumpul selanjutnya dikompilasi, dianalisis, dan disimpulkan sehingga mendapatkan kesimpulan tentang bagaimana cara pengembangan pada meningkatkan profesionalisme pengajar pada paud. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini bisa diambil bahwa dari hasil analisis diatas Seorang pengajar bisa dikatakan profesional apabila beliau memenuhi kualifikasi dan kompetensi sesuai standar, yaitu terdapat 4 kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh pengajar pada satuan paud antara lain Kompetensi Pedagogik, Kompetensi Kepribadian, Kompetensi Profesional, dan Kompetensi Sosial.

Abstract

The rise of SARA conflicts that occur in Indonesia is currently a concern for education in Indonesia. The weak concept of cultural, racial and religious diversity is the cause of conflict in Indonesia. One way that can be done to prevent conflict in Indonesia due to existing diversity is by way of multicultural education in schools and instilling a character of tolerance. The character value of tolerance is an attitude and action that respects differences in religion, ethnicity, ethnicity, opinions, attitudes and actions of other people who are different from themselves. In addition to cultivating the character of tolerance, efforts that can be made by teachers in preventing conflicts are multicultural education. Multicultural education is education that respects, recognizes, assesses, knows, respects and tolerates diversity. Multicultural education and instilling the character of tolerance can be used as a strategic way to develop a sense of tolerance for diversity. The purpose of this article is to describe the cultivation of the character of tolerance and multicultural education in schools in dealing with cultural, racial, religious and linguistic diversity. The implication of this research is that multicultural education can create religious harmony in the midst of a pluralistic society which can then give birth to a civilization and religious harmony, so that people can carry out their worship safely and comfortably according to their respective beliefs.

Abstract

The job of a teacher is more than just teaching the material in class; In addition, he teaches, directs, supports and assists students in cultivating positive attitudes and behaviors to help them become good people. Other experts agree with Uno (2008), supporting Salahudin and Irwanto's argument regarding the importance of the teacher's role as a model for developing religious character: The teacher must be able to be an example for his students because he represents a group of people who can be imitated and admired. Therefore, the role of school counselors in the learning process is indispensable, especially in terms of conveying knowledge and information related to moral values. Character education is required so that students are able to anticipate and respond to future challenges with religious insight. Religious character development can also be assisted by instilling religious values and teaching children to always behave well. PAUD activities enable children to worship, understand and believe in God's creation, love and respect others, and achieve their goals. According to the findings of this study, teachers at RA Al-Hidayah have a role in fostering the religious character of their students because they can always help students in developing good religious character. Religious character education provides the first opportunity for teachers to assist students in realizing their full potential.
