Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the teacher's code of ethics in the MDA Raudlatul Athfalis Sa'adah Karawang learning environment, and to find out what implementation model was carried out. The research method used is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach as well as observation and interview methods. The results of this study are, the implementation of the teacher's code of ethics carried out by teachers in the MDA Raudlatul Athfalis Sa'adah Karawang learning environment is that every teacher at MDA Raudlatul Athfalis Sa'adah Karawang has an exemplary attitude, empathy, always gives appreciation, attention , and open. Then the implementation model carried out by teachers in the MDA Raudlatul Athfalis Sa'adah Karawang learning environment is by example and habituation. This implementation was successfully carried out by teachers in the MDA Raudlatul Athfalis Sa'adah learning environment due to the cohesiveness of each teacher, good communication with student guardians, and monitoring from the school principal.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Disiplin dalam belajar merupakan suatu kebiasaan yang harus dimiliki setiap orang. Dengan disiplin, seseorang akan mendapat pengetahuan secara luas dan menyeluruh tentang suatu ilmu. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap implementasi Pendidikan karakter disiplin dalam meningkatkan hafalan Al Qur’an siswa di SMPI Babussalam dengan sub fokus mencakup strategi perencanaan karakter disiplin siswa dan implementasinya dalam meningkatkan hafalan Al Qur’an. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data,  teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan karakter disiplin pada SMPI Babussalam menerapkan pendekatan tauladan, pengawasan dan penyadaran. Kesimpulan : Strategi perencanaan pembentukan karakter disiplin siswa SMPI Babussalam dalam meningkatkan hafalan Al Qur’an, menurut hasil wawancara dengan kepala SMPI Babussalam, untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal dalam hafalan siswa diperlukan keteladaanan, bimbingan dan pengawasan.

Abstract

The principal's work ethic is a work norm or standard that must be met and implemented by the principal in order to create a quality and quality school. The principal plays a role in all aspects of the school, including in school development and related to improving the quality of education. The quality of education is a school's ability in overall management of everything related to the school which will then produce quality output. The quality of Islamic education is very important in an Islamic educational institution, as is the case with education in general, where the quality must have high quality or experience quality improvement for the advancement of Islamic education. Islamic education will produce a nation's next generation who can compete well in the era of globalization, namely by being equipped with an understanding of religious knowledge and general knowledge, so that their knowledge balances between world knowledge and knowledge of the hereafter. The role of the school principal is very influential in improving the quality of Islamic education, where the principal must have the ability to manage his performance properly, besides that the principal is also required to always find innovation so that the quality of Islamic education can be further improved, but it must be based on Islamic laws.

Abstract

Early childhood is children aged 0-6 years, in their development and growth there are 6 aspects of development, one of which is language development. Farming is an activity that can be used to improve language development in early childhood, activities carried out outdoors using direct media that aim to give freedom to children so that they can directly experience the learning provided, so it is hoped that children can conclude their activities and can foster interest in good communication. Language is well managed by children, even without stimulation, children easily imitate and learn the language they hear, language is one of the abilities of children who are currently developing because language development is closely related to the development of children's cognition. Abstrak Anak usia dini adalah anak yang berumur 0-6 tahun,dalam perkembangan dan pertumbuhan nya terdapat 6 aspek perkembangan salah satunya perkembangan bahasa. Bercocok Tanam adalah kegiatan yang bisa digunakan untuk meningkatkan perkembangan bahasa pada anak usia dini, kegiatan yang dilakukan diluar runagan dengan menggunakan media secara langsung yang mertujuan memberikan kebebasan kepada anak agar secara langsung dapat merasakan pembelajaran yang diberkan, dengan begitu diharapkan anak dapat menyimpulkan kegiatan merekka dan dapat menumbuhkan minat komunikasi yang baik. Bahasa di tata dengan baik oleh anak bahkan tanpa rangsangan pun anak mudah meniru dan mempelajari bahasa yang mereka dengar, bahasa merupakan salah satu kemampuan anak yang sedang berkembang saat ini karna Perkembangan bahasa erat kaitannya dengan perkembangan kognisi anak.

Abstract

The application of everyday competencies, pedagogic competencies, personality competencies, social competencies, and professional competencies are indications of professional educators with character. Students with character and quality can only be produced by professional teachers. Learning is an effective strategy for developing professional teachers with character. The purpose of this research is to identify teacher learning activities from planning to implementation and evaluation which are concrete evidence of their professionalism in utilizing pedagogic, professional, social, and personality competencies. The research and development process is based on the library research model. As a result, the teacher must instill his own character values ​​during this learning process in order to form students with character. Teachers can be role models for students apart from being educators and instructors

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out about the professionalism of educators in improving the quality of education at SDN Danau Indah 01, Bekasi Regency. The research used is using qualitative research methods, with the research instruments used are interviews and observations. The data collection technique used in this research is descriptive technique. The results of the study: First, the professionalism of educators in improving the quality of education at SDN Danau Indah 01 Bekasi Regency can be seen from four competencies, namely: professional competence, social competence, personality competence, and pedagogic competence. Second, there are supporting factors that make professional educators, namely there are two, internal factors and external factors. In addition, there are also inhibiting factors, namely, there are still many educators who do not pursue their profession perfectly, the incompatibility of their educational background with the field being taught, the lack of motivation of educators in improving the quality of education, and the location of the school in the middle of the village. Third, the strategy of educators to overcome the inhibiting factors, namely: approaching stakeholders, attending training, attending workshops, and cultivating literacy.

Abstract

Karakter religius adalah karakter yang menunjukkan sikap dan perilaku yang patuh dalam melaksanakan ajaran agama yang dianutnya. Diwujudkan dalam bentuk  kualitas dan kuantitas hubungannya dengan Tuhan, sesama manusia dan juga lingkungan yang sudah teinternalisasi dalam diri. Peran guru sangat penting dalam pembentukan karakter religius peserta didik di sekolah. Karena guru merupakan figur sentral dalam upaya pemebentukan karkater religius peserta didik di sekolah, salah satunya adalah dengan mengawal pembiasaan yang baik di sekolah.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya guru dalam membentuk karakter religius peserta didik di SDIT Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Karawang melalui metode pembiasaan. Pendekatan dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif.  Subjek dari Penelitian ini adalah guru dan peserta didik. Dari hasil Penelitian beberapa pembiasaan yang sudah diterapkan di SDIT Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Karawang adalah pembiasaan senyum, salam, dan salim (3S), pembiasaan membaca doa harian, pembiasaan ibadah, pembiasaan membaca Al Quran dan pembiasaan hidup bersih dan sehat. Adapun faktor pendukung dalam pembentukan karakter religius peserta didik adalah orang tua siswa, seluruh warga sekolah dan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai.

Abstract

The education that is currently implemented in various schools is character education which cannot be separated from the role of teachers and school members to support the achievement of character education. The Role of the Teacher in Implementing Character Education in Schools is the subject of discussion in writing this research. The purpose of this research is to find out how far the teacher plays a role in implementing character education and to find out the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing character education. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection methods namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were teachers and school principals. Data analysis used data presentation, data reduction and conclusion. Data validity extends the observation period, continuous observation, and triangulation. The application or implementation of character education to students is inseparable from the role of the teacher, because the teacher is essentially an educator, teacher, advisor, role model, and motivator for students. Obstacles faced by teachers in implementing character education, among others. a) The geographical location of the school is far from where the students live, so that it can hamper the process of carrying out learning and extracurricular activities, b) The educational level of parents of students is still very low, it can hinder the implementation of character education, because parents are only silent and surrender education completely to the teachers and they do not realize that the role of parents is very helpful in achieving these goals, and c) Lack of knowledge and understanding of students about character education, because with the knowledge of students it really supports the achievement of character education which is given at any time in the learning process , because it is difficult to implement and even provide understanding to students if they themselves cannot understand what character education is, its purpose, and what are the benefits for them, both in the school environment and the community environment.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kepala sekolah memegang peranan penting dalam menjalankan sekolah. Dia memiliki tanggung jawab keseluruhan untuk proses pembelajaran yang berkelanjutan di sekolah. Kepala sekolah harus mampu memberikan ide-ide cemerlang dan menguasai pemikiran baru di lingkungan sekolah dengan mengubah atau menyesuaikan tujuan dan sasaran program pembelajaran. Sebagai pemimpin, kepala sekolah harus menjadi inovator. Oleh karena itu, kualitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sangat penting karena merupakan kunci keberhasilan proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Pendidikan merupakan salah satu bidang penting bagi pembangunan suatu bangsa dan negara. Apabila pembangunan suatu bangsa tidak dibarengi dan dibarengi dengan pembangunan moralitas, etika, dan etika bangsa, maka pembangunan itu akan menjadi tidak seimbang.

Abstract

Rasanya sangat miris ketika dunia pendidikan sudah tak aman bagi para siswanya. Sekolah yang seharusnya tempat aman untuk menimba ilmu, tapi malah menjadi petaka bagi para siswanya. Kepala sekolah yang seharusnya menjadi role model bagi guru dan siswanya ini malah menjadi sosok yang tak pantas untuk dihormati. Dalam artikel ini saya membahas tentang kasus yang terjadi di Toraja, korbannya adalah siswa SMP. Kecacatan kepala sekolah inilah yang dapat mempengaruhi citra sekolah. Citra sekolah yang harusnya ditingkatkan sebagai bahan untuk memperbaiki Pendidikan ini malah menghilangkan kepercayaan masyarakat. Tentu masyarakat pasti ada rasa ketakutan untuk menyekolahkan anaknya. Belum lagi rasa trauma yang dimiliki korban. Semua ini menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi kita semua, masalah pendidikan adalah masalah kita semua. Sebab, lahirnya peradaban dari pendidikan. Untuk menjadikan seseorang sebagai kepala sekolahnya hendaknya ada seleksi, harus mengetahui sikap, sifat, perilaku, dan catatan riwayat di masa lalunya.
