Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung permulaan pada anak usia 4-5 tahun menggunakan media pohon angka pada anak kelompok A di PAUD Roudhotul Wildan Tempuran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus. Siklus I di laksanakan sebanyak 6 kali pertemuan dan siklus II dilaksanakan sebanyak 5 kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini ialah 10 anak kelompok A PAUD Roudhotul Wildan Tempuran. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat peningkatan kemampuan berhitung permulaan anak usia 4-5 tahun menggunakan media “pohon angka”. proses kegiatan pembelajaran menggunakan media pohon angka dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung permulaan anak usia 4-5 tahun. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan dengan menggunakan media pohon angka dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung permulaan anak usia 4-5 tahun di PAUD Roudhotul Wildan Tempuran. Berdasarkdan hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan di PAUD Roudhotul Wildan Tempuran bahwa kemampuan berhitung permulaan pada kelompok A dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran pohon angka. Dengan dibuktikan hasil prsentase rata-rata pada kondisi pra tindakan sebesar 15,50% setelah dilakukannya siklus I meningkat sebesar 60,30% kemudian setelah dilakukannya siklus II meningkat sebesar 87,20%.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to: 1) ascertain the level of YouTube Kids viewing in the Karawang Barat district; 2) ascertain the evolution of the speech abilities of children aged 5 to 6; and 3) ascertain the impact of YouTube Kids viewing intensity on the speaking abilities of children aged 5 to 6 in the Karawang Barat districts. Ex Post Facto was the qualitative method employed in the study, and 237 respondents were chosen by random sample procedures. We use an online tool to gather data. Analysis of research data: SPSS Version 23.0 for Windows is used in this study to do basic linear regression analysis. Based on the study's findings, it was determined that children in the Karawang Barat district watch YouTube Kids at a medium intensity, scoring a 57% presentation score, and that their speaking abilities develop at a preset rate of 59.9%, which is in line with expectations. A linear regression test yields a significance result (Sig) of 0.0010.05, indicating a significant relationship (R square score of 4.2% ) between the amount of time children aged 5–6 watch YouTube Kids (X) and their capacity to speak.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to improve expressive language skills in children aged 5-6 years by using hand puppet media in group B at Prima Sakinah PAUD. This research is a class action research (CAR). . This method was carried out in four stages, namely planning, action, implementation, and reflection. The research subject was group B of Prima Sakinah PAUD, which consisted of 10 children. Data collection methods used are observation and documentation. The success indicator set is that 75% of 10 children achieve expressive language skills in children aged 5-6 years. This research was conducted in two cycles. Cycle I was held in 6 meetings and Cycle II was held in 4 meetings. The results showed that there was an increase in the expressive language skills of children aged 5-6 years using the media "hand puppets". improved by using hand puppet learning media. By proving the results of the average percentage in the pre-action conditions of 13.9% after the first cycle increased by 65.6% then after the second cycle increased by 89.4%.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of giving junk food on the nutritional quality of children aged 4-5 years, and also to find out whether there is an influence of junk food on the nutritional quality of children, as well as finding out what treatment is given to deal with the understanding of consuming junk food. This research was conducted in Kota Baru District in 2023. The method used in this research was quantitative ex post facto. The research subjects were 96 children aged 4-5 5 years. Data was collected through data collection techniques in the form of identity questionnaires and junk food frequency questionnaires, and measuring height, weight and head circumference documentation. The results of the research show that there is an influence in providing junk food on the quality of children's nutrition. The causal factors are divided into 2, namely internal and external factors such as family environmental factors, home environment. And the treatment given can be seen from the provision of food by parents, such as bringing healthy supplies and teachers who help in providing an understanding of junk food, learning activities at school.

Abstract

This study examines the urgency of teacher's emotional competence within the Islamic education context, which focuses not only on academic achievement but also on character building (akhlaqul karimah). The objective of this article is to theoretically and conceptually analyze the influence of teacher's emotion management on classroom climate and student learning motivation by integrating modern psychological frameworks with the principles of Islamic pedagogy. The research method employed is a systematic literature review with a thematic analysis of educational psychology journals, research within the Islamic education context, and scriptural evidence from the Qur'an and Hadith. The analysis reveals that a teacher's emotion management, explained through Goleman's Emotional Intelligence model and the Prosocial Classroom framework, significantly shapes a positive and supportive classroom climate. This climate, in turn, serves as a crucial mediator that enhances student learning motivation. In the Islamic educational context, the teacher's role as an Uswatun Hasanah (a good role model) reinforces this influence, while student learning motivation is deepened through the spiritual foundations of niyyah (intention) and the conceptualization of learning as a form of ibadah (worship). The implication of these findings is that emotional competence is not merely a professional skill but an integral part of the spiritual and pedagogical competencies that teachers in Islamic schools must possess to create a holistic learning environment

Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan Pelatihan motivasi bagi lembaga pendidikan PAUD untuk memperhatikan keterampilan yang dimiliki para siswanya dan memberikan pembekalan positif kepada anak untuk masa yang akan datang.Metode. yang digunakan menggunakan konsep pelatihan dimana peserta diberikan pembekalan materi dan Pelatihan Model Pengelolaan Pembelajaran 4 C (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication Collaboration) Dalam Mengembangkan Aspek Tumbuh Kembang Anak Usia Dini 5 – 6 Tahun..Hasil Pengabdian ini yaitu 1) dengan diimplementasikannya keterampilan abad ke-21 yang disebut dengan 4C adalah guru harus melakukan komunikasi dengan baik terhadap siswa secara terus menerus dalam berbagai keadaan. Sososialisasi pada siswa diperlukan karena masa anak-anak adalah masa bermain. Ketika siswa bermain dengan teman sebayanya, siswa akan secara alami melakukan interaksi sosial dengan temannya. Sering mengajak siswa berkomunikasi memberikan dampak positif untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berkomunikasi anak. Hal ini akan menstimulasi otak anak untuk mencontoh penggunaan kalimat yang baik. Selain itu keterampilan abad ke-21 siswa dilatih untuk menjelaskan dan bertukar informasi dengan temannya ketika proses pembelajaran berlangsung, belajar cara menyampaikan informasi dengan benar, sehingga dapat dimengerti dan dipahami oleh temannya. Peran guru PAUD disini adalah sebagai fasilitator. Keterampilan abad ke-21(4C) dapat menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan kerjasama dalam suatu kelompok untuk menyelesaikan masalah tertentu, meningkatkan rasa toleransinya terhadap perbedaan pendapat teman, berusaha untuk berpikir kritis dan kreatif untuk memecahkan permasalahan tentang mengkaitkan sesuatu. Abstract

School is an educational institution that plays a crucial role in shaping students' character. Recognizing this, educational institutions need to have educators and educational staff who are suitable for their needs, so they can carry out the educational process in accordance with applicable standards. For this reason, this research aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing the concept of educational administration in improving the quality of education. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, following stages and protocols to avoid bias and subjective approaches. Materials related to educational administration, such as books, articles, and other sources, are collected, analyzed, and used to draw new knowledge. The research results indicate that in order to enhance the quality of education, educational administration must be a strong and sustainable element in every educational institution. This involves effective management, wise decision-making, and continuously updated strategic plans to meet the evolving demands of education.

Abstract

Improving the quality of the education process has always been a highlight for various groups. A quality education process is certainly not carried out carelessly, there needs to be techniques and strategies to produce quality education. This article presents how class management problems make classes ineffective, which are taken from several reading books and articles. Therefore, this article can be used as one of the study materials for prospective professional teachers who are deepening their knowledge in the tertiary environment in the field of education, more specifically teacher education. Because the role of a professional teacher is certainly a big demand and challenge in order to create a pleasant learning experience and can provide the best impression for students.

Abstract

Abstract: Implementation of Religius Character of Students Through the Habituation Method at SDIT Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Karawang The implementation of character education for students has many challenges, one of which is resistance from the students themselves as well as the lack of exemplary educators. Efforts are made through habituation methods through school programs and supervised implementation by teachers. This study aims to describe the teacher's efforts to shape the religius character of students at SDIT Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Karawang through the habituation method. The approach in this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this research are teachers and students. Methods of data collection using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses interactive analysis with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing steps. The results of the study show that the teacher's efforts in forming religius character through habituation methods include the habituation of smiles, greetings, and salim (3S), the habit of reading daily prayers, the habit of worshiping, the habit of reading the Koran and the habit of living clean and healthy. The supporting factors in the formation of the religius character of students are parents, all school members and adequate facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the managerial strategies of school principals in integrating intellectual intelligence (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ), and spiritual intelligence (SQ) to optimize the growth and development of early childhood in Islamic early childhood education institutions. The integration of these three dimensions of intelligence is important because early childhood development emphasizes not only cognitive aspects, but also character building, emotional management, and the internalization of spiritual values. This study uses a qualitative, multi-site case study design conducted across three Islamic kindergartens in Karawang Regency. The multi-site design was chosen to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of variations in managerial strategies across institutions. Research data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to school principals and teachers, comprising closed- and open-ended questions to explore managerial planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation practices in the development of children's holistic intelligence. The data were analyzed descriptively and thematically to identify patterns of managerial strategies applied at each research location. The results showed that principals applied integrative strategies by implementing holistic learning planning, strengthening teacher collaboration, structuring task-sharing, and instilling religious values in daily learning activities. These strategies support the balanced development of children in cognitive, social-emotional, and spiritual aspects. However, this study also found several obstacles, including limited teacher competence, limited learning time, and variations in parental support. This study recommends strengthening teacher professional development, increasing synergy between schools and parents, and strengthening integrative management to improve the quality of Islamic early childhood education.
